Supply chain management is a practical vision of industrial information systems in the global competitive environments. In these environments, the linkage of business processes between enterprises which compose a supply chain should be constructed. In this study, we designed and developed supply chain management tools to provide collaborations between enterprises. The developed tools are designed to act as a coordinator for the suppliers and consumers in the supply chain.

This paper attempts to critically review the status of supply chain operations in the healthcare field in an attempt to address what has been done in academics as well as the practitioner's field to gain insight where future research efforts should be addressed. Based on literature set through review on previous studies, literature published within the past 10 years will be reviewed. The purpose of the study can be summarized as follows. First, overviews of healthcare SCM. Second, comparative studies on commercial SCM and healthcare SCM. Third, major tools in SCM. Finally, the barriers of adopting healthcare SCM. The findings of this study reveals potential benefits from using supply chain management tools. Although research and case studies in healthcare industries are not as extensive as in other industries, a clear trend appears to be forming in that deployment of supply chain management indeed generates consumer and provider's surplus from which the entire society would benefit.

The nuclear supply chain attack surface is a large, complex network of interconnected stakeholders and activities. The global economy has widened and deepened the supply chain, resulting in larger numbers of geographically dispersed locations and increased difficulty ensuring the authenticity and security of critical digital assets. Although the nuclear industry has made significant strides in securing facilities from cyber-attacks, the supply chain remains vulnerable. This paper discusses supply chain threats and vulnerabilities that are often overlooked in nuclear cyber supply chain risk analysis. A novel supply chain cyber-attack surface diagram is provided to assist with enumeration of risks and to examine the complex issues surrounding the requirements for securing hardware, firmware, software, and system information throughout the entire supply chain lifecycle. This supply chain cyber-attack surface diagram provides a dashboard that security practitioners and researchers can use to identify gaps in current cyber supply chain practices and develop new risk-informed, cyber supply chain tools and processes.

In spite of the increase of the necessity and the interest regarding the SCM in practical business, it is difficult to judge the whole situation of the SCM because the research remain fragmentary as compared with the huge and complicated concept of the SCM. So this study defines dimension of SCM practice and measurements of SCM performance. Through an extensive literature review, the study Identifies seven dimension of SCM practice(partnership, usage of IT tools, information sharing and information quality), five measurements of SCM performance(supply chain flexibility, supply chain integration, customer responsiveness, supplier performance, and partner relationship). Five hypotheses were formulated for the relationship between SCM practice and SCM performance. The important relationships to be tested include ; (1) the direct impact of usage of IT tools on the partnership (2) the direct impact of partnership on the information sharing and information quality (3) the direct impact of SCM practice on the performance of SCM, (4) A moderating effect of top management support on the relationship between SCM practice and SCM performance.

As the industrial environment becomes more competitive, supply chain management(SCM) has become recognized as a major strategy in the business world. Despite its current widespread popularity, its basic concepts are confused with those of other exiting logistic tools and not clearly understood. This paper introduces the current status of SCM in terms of physical logistics, interrelationship with other logistic tools as well as the general history and definitions of SCM. Researches are categorized into deterministic models, stochastic models, simulation models, and several future research areas are discussed in this paper.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose supply chain management efficiency by analyzing moderating effect on the training support project in small and midium-sized enterprise. Methods: The collected data through the survey were analyzed using multi?regression analysis. The measurement tools used for this study were divided into three dimensions such as personal characteristics, supportive environment and training effect. Results: The results of this study are as follows; first, it was found that the effects of personal characteristics and supportive environment were significant on training effect. Second, significant differences were found between supply chain management active group and inactive group. Third, moderating effect of supply chain manage efficiency was found between variables. Conclusion: SME supporting project in training program needs supply chain management efficiency for training effect. Supply chain management needs to be promoted in SMEs not only for performance but also for their workplace learning and learning culture.

As the main driver of economic growth and employment, the agricultural sector plays an important role in Vietnam's economy. However, in recent years, the sector has faced new challenges and also presented new investment opportunities to stimulate agricultural growth. Many Vietnamese agricultural producers currently lack the modern technology and decision support tools needed to maintain and improve productivity in a rapidly changing environment. Other stakeholders in the agricultural value chain, such as input suppliers, distributors, and consumers, also face significant challenges, including disrupted value chains, transportation costs. The cost of transporting goods across the supply chain continues to increase and information exchange remains fragmented. A potential solution to address these challenges is the application of digital transformation in agricultural supply chains. Farmers and other value chain participants can improve the production of their goods and procedures by utilizing new and cutting-edge technologies that are integrated into a unified system as part of the digital transformation of agricultural supply chains. In this study, we evaluate the current status of digital transformation in the supply chain of the agriculture industry by finding and examining pertinent publications from key agencies as well as prior research. From there, in the framework of the digital economy, this study suggests a digital transformation roadmap for the agricultural supply chain.

The need to further improve food quality and reduce food waste leads to increased attention for the development of Food Supply Chain Management (FSCM) which considers intrinsic characteristics of food supply chains besides traditional supply chain management (SCM) objectives such as cost and responsiveness. Growing consciousness of society towards sustainable development brings additional objectives to the food supply chains and the fast evolution of sustainable development results in the development of a new fast-growing concept: Sustainable Food Supply Chain Management (SFSCM). In response to these developments, researchers have developed various decision support tools that can be used for handling progressively increasing complexity along the alteration process from SCM to FSCM and now to SFSCM. This study reviewed literature on sustainable food logistics management to identify logistical key issues and relevant challenges. The evaluation of the reviewed papers shows that towards obtaining sustainability together with considering intrinsic characteristics of food supply chains, there is a gap between the needs of the practice and the current available method.

Rapid progress of globalization around the world makes global supply chain management a very important competitive strategy for global corporation. And ports, where international trade cargoes are coming and going through on a large scale, are becoming global supply chain basis for global co게orations. Accordingly, ports' capabilities to support global supply chain activities of global corporation become major tools for the measurement of ports' competitiveness. As the importance of logistics is increasing, Enterprises try to design the supply chain(SC) network to minimize the total costs considering inventory holding cost, transportation cost and apply the efficient strategies of supply chain based on SC network. Despite of this efforts, Calculating the logistics costs without reflecting the real components of logistics like the packaging cost, transportation related cost, storage cost, loading & unloading cost, and distribution costs, the companies has many limitation to calculate the logistics cost of real enterprise. For overcoming such problem, this paper is aimed at establishing SC strategies which can be an efficient alternative for a decision making on supply chain, based on existing reference and current logistics networks of 'L' company in Korea. Also, we analyze the interaction effects between strategies as well as install the optimal SC network reflecting concrete logistics components from the viewpoint of total logistics costs using the simulation and statistic methods. we expect that analysis results of this paper would be applied various industries and be utilized to the efficient tools for the decision making by planing and execution of the logistics budget from enterprises.
