Let R be a ring, and let M be a left R-module. If M is Rad-supplementing, then every direct summand of M is Rad-supplementing, but not each factor module of M. Any finite direct sum of Rad-supplementing modules is Rad-supplementing. Every module with composition series is (Rad-)supplementing. M has a Rad-supplement in its injective envelope if and only if M has a Rad-supplement in every essential extension. R is left perfect if and only if R is semilocal, reduced and the free left R-module $(_RR)^{({\mathbb{N})}$ is Rad-supplementing if and only if R is reduced and the free left R-module $(_RR)^{({\mathbb{N})}$ is ample Rad-supplementing. M is ample Rad-supplementing if and only if every submodule of M is Rad-supplementing. Every left R-module is (ample) Rad-supplementing if and only if R/P(R) is left perfect, where P(R) is the sum of all left ideals I of R such that Rad I = I.

In this paper, we introduced and studied sa-supplement submodules. A submodule U of a module V is called an sa-supplement submodule in V if there exists a submodule T of V such that V = T + U and U ∩ T is semiartinian. The class of sa-supplement sequences ������ is a proper class which is generated by socle-free modules injectively. We studied modules that have an sa-supplement in every extension, modules whose all submodules are sa-supplement and modules whose all sa-supplement submodules are direct summand. We provided new characterizations of right semiartinian rings and right SSI rings.

본 연구는 전문기관에서 생산되는 검증된 문서의 정보를 웹상의 수많은 검증되지 않은 문서에 자동 주석하여 신뢰도를 향상하고 심화 정보를 추가하는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 국가암정보센터의 검증된 문서들에서 추출한 19,304개 명제를 위키피디아 암 관련 문서에서 추출한 1,486개 명제에 주석하는 과제를 수행하기 위해, 기존 인공 신경 정리 증명계의 순환 모듈을 단어 임베딩 모듈로 교체하였다. 이를 통해 기존의 근본적인 문제점이었던 학습 시간 문제를 해결하였고, 동일한 환경에서 기존 시스템의 학습 시간이 233.9일로 추정된 것에 비해 재구축한 시스템은 102.1분 내로 학습이 완료되었다. 제안하는 시스템의 장점은 명제를 텐서로 인코딩하여 미분 가능하게 전체적인 연산을 진행하는 인공 신경 정리 증명계가 단어의 정확한 일치를 파악하는 전통적인 정리 증명계를 포함하며 동시에 유사어 관계로부터의 논리 전개 역시 가능하게 한다는 점을 실제 문서 데이터에서 입증했다는 것이다.

최근 아이들의 창의력 학습 및 놀이에 로봇이 활발하게 이용되고 있지만 대부분 로봇이 정형화된 형태를 가지고 있으며 프로그램의 의존도가 높아 창의력 학습 및 놀이에 어려움이 있다. 우리는 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해 정형화 되지 않은 모듈 형태의 로봇구조를 가지고 있으면서 결합을 쉽고 안정적으로 할 수 있도록 하였고 하나의 버튼을 이용하여 사용자가 원하는 동작을 기억시키고 기억된 동작을 똑같이 재생하는 로봇을 제작 하였다. 또한 모듈 사이를 무선으로 연결하고 정보를 공유하여 다수의 모듈이 결합 되었을 경우 어느 모듈에서나 버튼을 한번 누르면 결합된 모든 모듈의 동작을 쉽게 조정할 수 있도록 하였다. 실제 동작을 검증하기 위해 두 개, 3개 및 5개의 모듈을 결합하여 자벌레 동작과 보행 로봇을 구현하여 제안된 구조와 알고리즘의 유용성을 보였다. 향 후 무선연결 방법을 보완하여 인터넷상에서 통제할 수 있는 지능화된 모듈라 로봇의 연구가 필요하다.

RDBMS는 전 세계적으로 많이 사용하는 데이터베이스 시스템으로, 행정정보 데이터세트(이하 데이터세트)는 RDBMS를 이용하여 행정정보시스템에서 생산되는 방대한 규모의 데이터를 의미한다. 행정적인 문서 위주로 생산되는 업무시스템과는 달리 행정정보시스템은 기관의 고유한 업무 중심으로 기록들이 생산되고 있다. 이러한 기록들은 기존의 결재문서류와 메타데이터 등이 달라 표준기록관리시스템으로 이관이 쉽지 않다. 2022년 「공공기록물법 시행령」 개정으로 기록물의 관리권한만 이전하는 유형에 데이터세트가 포함되었고, 개정의 핵심 내용은 행정정보시스템에서 기록의 생애주기를 관리해야 하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 그러나 현재까지는 행정정보시스템에서 데이터세트를 어떻게 관리해야 하는지 모색된 바는 없었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기록의 생애주기를 관리하기 위해 행정정보시스템에 탑재해야 하는 기록관리 모듈의 DB를 설계하고자 한다. ISO 16175-1:2020의 예시를 수정·보완하여 "인사관리시스템"을 설계하고, 인사관리 데이터세트를 식별 및 평가함으로써 행정정보시스템에서의 기록관리를 위한 구체적인 실행 예시를 보여주고자 한다. 본 연구에서 설계한 프로토타입 시스템이 실제 기관에서 사용하고 있는 시스템에 비해 데이터의 양이 적고, 기록관리 모듈의 DB가 헹정정보시스템에 적용 가능한지 현업에 계신 기록연구사분들과 IT 개발자들에게 검증을 받지 못한 한계점은 있다. 그러나, 예시를 통해서 데이터세트가 무엇인지 실체를 파악할 수 있었고, 행정정보시스템에서 데이터세트를 어떻게 관리해야 하는지 알 수 있었다. 그리고 행정정보시스템에서 기록관리 모듈의 필요성을 확인할 수 있었다. 향후 완전한 기록관리 모듈이 완성되고 국가기록원에서 기록관리 모듈에 대한 표준이 만들어진다면, 관련 기관에서 데이터세트를 관리하는데 필요한 모듈이 될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to monitor the implementation of UN Convention on the Rights of the Children (CRC) and to find out new directions for the promotion on the children's rights in Korea. Based on the module of International Save the Children Alliance (1993) about the children's rights and the Indicators of Korean Children's Wellbeing (Korean Council for Children's Rights, 1999), the revised Korean child welfare law (2000) as a related domestic law has compared with the 54 articles of CRC (1989). The results of this study are analyzed as follows: The Korean child welfare law has only 2 articles on the civil and political rights of the children in special need and neglects the economic, social and cultural rights of the general children at home. In consequence the Korean law has few survival rights of the general children for securing their adequate living standards and supplementing their parents' role. And it limits only to the development rights of the children in special need, therefore, it neglects the genera: children's rights to information, play and leisure, cultural activities. Above all, it has only 2 articles on the participation rights of the children in special circumstances. On the other hand, based on the indicators of Korean Children's Wellbeing, the collected data say that the budget for the child welfare is only 1.12% of the total budget of the ministry of the health and welfare and its 96.28% is for the children in substitutional care. Based on the results, implications for practice and future research are discussed, and new directions for the promotion of the children's rights are also suggested.
