1980년대 후반 GIS분석 기법이 소개되면서 GIS를 활용한 토지이용에 관한 연구가 다양한 측면에서 진행되었으며, 2003년 이후에는 국토의 난개발 방지를 위해 환경 친화적인 녹색성장 측면에서의 국토관리를 계획하고자 토지적성평가제도가 도입되었다. 특히 용도지역의 지정 및 변경, 도시계획시설 설치 및 정비 등의 계획을 입안하기 위해 지형분석, 중첩분석, 거리분석 등 다양한 GIS분석 기법을 기반으로 한 토지적성평가 평가체계II가 도입되었다. 그러나 기초자료의 부정확, 평가지표상의 문제, 지역실정에 부합되지 않는 임계치, 평가체계간 평가결과 상충 등 많은 문제점들이 지적되었으며, 평가기준에 적합하지 않더라도 지표별 점수분포를 20점부터 적용하고 있어 개발위주의 평가결과를 제공하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현행 지침에서 지표별 점수를 20점부터 100점까지 제시하고 있는 점수분포 체계를 0점에서부터 100점까지 변경함으로써 적성값과 적성등급의 변화를 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 일부 필지에 대해서 등급변화가 나타났으며, 적성값의 경우 87%에 해당되는 필지들 의 값이 최소 1점에서 최대 70점까지 하락하는 변화를 보였다. 이는 평가체계II의 점수분포 체계의 변화가 적성등급과 적성값에 많은 영향을 미치게 되는 동시에 개발과 보전의 양면성을 모두 고려하였다는 측면에서 그리고 실증적 분석을 하였다는데 그 의의가 있다.

토지이용적합도를 평가하는 것은 토지이용계획에 있어서 매우 중요한 분야이다. 본 연구에서는 자료저장, 분석, 평가, 출력을 할 수 있는 적지분석용 전문가시스템을 Borland C++언어를 이용하여 개발하였으며 공단부지선정을 위한 적지분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 제시할 수 있었다. 1. 현재 이용되는 지형공간자료의 다양성과 크기의 증가 때문에 이들 자료의 저장을 위한 보다 효과적인 방법을 찾아야 할 필요성이 대두되었다. 본 연구는 사지수형자료구조가 종래의 레스터 자료처리방법보다 자료저장측면에서 매우 효과적인 방법임을 보여주고 있다. 2. 적지분석의 기준을 얻기 위해 전문가, 행정각 시민의 의견을 설문지조사에 의해 수집하였고 지형공간자료의 경중률을 계산하기 위해 사용되었다. 또한 중침 및 공간분석 뿐만 아니라 다양한 의견을 반영할 수 있도록 계획된 전문가시스템은 다른 토지이용계획에 효과적으로 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose: This study was to identify the structural relationships among suitability of entertainer advertising model, relationship quality and brand loyalty in coffee shop. Methods: This study collected data from those who visited two reputed franchised coffee shops. A variety of statistical methods were used; descriptive analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling analysis. Results: The research results from this study are as follows: First, only credibility factor has a positive impact on relationship quality; second credibility and expertness factors positively influence brand loyalty; and third, there is a positive relationship between relationship quality and brand loyalty. Conclusion: The results of this research are useful for identifying the role of advertising models's suitability in estimating relationship quality and brand loyalty and strategies for strengthening brand loyalty for coffee shops.

원주천 수환경과 어류군의 조사연구를 기초로 하여 표본 집단 사이의 유사지수를 파악하고 UPGMA 분류법을 사용한 어류군집의 cluster분석을 실시하였다. 원주천의 상류, 중류, 하류의 복원을 위한 지표어종으로 독중개, 갈겨니, 피라미를 선택하였다. 서식환경 향상으로 하수관거의 재정비와 유역관리를 분석을 통한 갈수유량 증대와 그에 따른 수질향상을 분석하였다. 원주천 중류의 복원목표 어종으로 갈겨니를 선택하여 복합 서식적합도를 분석하였다. 갈수유량의 증가는 서식적합도 향상에 매우 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 저수로의 변경에 따른 수심과 유속의 변화가 복합서식적합도의 향상을 가져오지만 지배적인 변수는 아닌 것을 확인하였다. 갈수유량의 증가와 더불어 저수로 폭을 10%씩 줄인 결과는 초기 복합서식적합도 0.1~ 0.25에서 0.37~ 0.78로 약 3배 이상의 향상을 가져와, 이를 원주천 어류군집의 서식 적합한 하천구조 개선방안으로 제시하였다.

Urban planning involves many different disciplines. In order for the related stakeholders to have better understanding and acceptable outcomes, planners are required to present a methodology that would properly reflect people's interest. In order to justify the demand and distribute people's interest, planners actively utilized the suitability analysis. Accordingly, a suitability analysis to find the optimal route for high-speed rail was performed in this paper. With ArcGIS and geographic data sets, simple map algebra could be used. The final product of this research was a map indicating the suitable routes for high-speed rail using the shortest path analysis.

An natural suitability evaluation of tourism farm was evaluated for Sabuk Myeon, Chunchon with considering natural location. In an evaluation of natural suitability, it was classified to the grade of one to four with evaluation items of stream, road accessibility, aspect, altitude, slope, soil drain, the present situation of land use, etc.

The purpose of this study is to figure out the information needed to improve the shape and size suitability of face-applied mask sheets. The study analyzed the shape of the mask sheet from the scanned images of 50 products of 37 domestic brands. In addition, each measurement of 42 mask sheets were compared and analyzed multilaterally with the 3D measurement dimensions of the faces of men and women in their 20s from the 6th SizeKorea data. Analysis on the shapes of mask sheets indicated that domestic commercial mask sheets are mainly made of single or dual sheets, with slits for enhancing fitness to the three-dimensional face. In the dimensional analysis of Korean men, women and mask sheets, most of the lengths of the mask sheets were significantly larger or smaller than the actual faces of men and women. The horizontal length and vertical length of the forehead above the eyes are significantly shorter, thereby requiring adjustments in the dimensions of this area. In order to improve the size suitability of the mask, it is necessary to adjust the dimensions of the problem area according to the research results as well as diversify the dimensions considering the target layer.

전국토를 대상으로 하는 국토이용계획이나 도시 또는 도시의 일부지역을 대상으로 하는 각종 도시계획은 현재뿐만 아니라 이후에도 계속적으로 실시되어야 하는 작업이다. 따라서 이들 계획속에 포함된 토지이용계획의 중요성은 아주 크다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 도시기본계획의 근간이 되는 토지이용계획의 용도지역적지분식 및 배정에 관한 GSIS활용 방안을 검토해 보고, 이런 검토과정에서 정리된 여러 기본이론을 바탕으로 대상지역에 적용하며, 구체적인 구현시스템인 토지이용적지분석시스템 개발을 시도해 보았다. 시스템개발에 사용한 언어는 ARC/INFO의 AML이였고, 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 결론은 크게 4가지로 나눌 수 있었다. 첫째, 토지이용적지분석시스템을 개발하여 복잡한 분석과정을 단순화 자동화할 수 있었고 추후에 이 시스템은 토지이용적합성 분석을 실시하는데 많은 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. 둘째, 계획지역 밖의 주변환경인자를 분석에 고려하므로서 분석범위를 확대하였으며 이를 통해 더욱 포괄적인 분석을 수행할 수 있었다. 셋째, 도시특성 및 도시공간구조론에 근거한 우선순위의 개념 및 법적인 제한요소를 적용하여 용도지역의 배정방법에 대한 전산적인 방법을 개발하였고 이를 바탕으로 다각적인 방향에서 용도지역을 배정할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 분석의 정확도와 신뢰성을 높이기 위해서는 앞으로 용도지역별 적지기준과 자료간의 상관관계를 규명하고자 하는 후속연구들이 절실히 요망됨을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate(1) the effects of clothing cues of 20s young man in business suits on the perception of occupational suitability in an office setting and (2) the effect of Perceiver's self-monitoring and sex on the perception of occupational suitability formed by the function of clothing cues. The experimental design of this study was between-subjects 23 factorial design. The experimental materials developed for the study were a set of stimuli and a response scale. The stimuli consisted of 8 color photographs of a young man wearing business suits which were manipulated at two levels for each of three clothing cues (suit color, suit style, necktie color). Each one of eight sub-samples included 14 subjects from 2 perceiver groups by sex. The questionaires used to measure perceivers' responses to the stimuli were constructed in 12 five-point likert scale representing occupational suitability and self-Monitoring was measured by the self-Monitoring Scale by Gangestad adn Snyder. The subjects consisted of 224 male and female college students in Seoul. The data was processed by ANOVA and MCA(Multiple Classification Analysis). The result were as follows: (1) The Clothing cues of young man in business suits(suit color, suit style) partially influenced the occupational suitability. (2) The perception of occupational suitability formed by the clothing cues of a young man in business suits was partially influenced by the perceiver's self-monitoring and sex. Female high self-monitoring group were more affected by the clothing cues than any other groups.

토지적성평가는 공간계획에 있어서 실질적인 전략영향평가의 역할을 담당할 수 있으며, 2003년부터 국토계획법에 의하여 시행되고 있다. 토지적성평가는 토지의 물리적 사회적 공간적 특성에 따라서 개발사업의 시행 이전에 토지의 용도를 평가하는 과정이다. 토지의 특성을 파악하기 위해서는 지리정보를 기반으로 한 디지털 DB의 활용은 필수적이며, 법률상으로도 GIS를 활용하도록 규정하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 전라남도 지역의 교외지역을 대상으로 사례연구를 통하여 토지평가를 실시하고, 그 결과를 바탕으로 GIS의 측면에서 토지평가제도의 효율성과 실행성을 강화시킬 수 있는 방법론을 모색하였다.
