  • In this paper, we first introduce a new Lp analytic Fourier-Feynman transform with respect to subordinate Brownian motion (AFFTSB), which extends the Fourier-Feynman transform in the Wiener space. We next examine several relationships involving the Lp-AFFTSB, the convolution product, and the gradient operator for several types of functionals.

Relationships among Leadership, Communication and Outcomes in Research Teams

  • The relationships among leadershipm leader-subordinate interpersonal communication and outcomes in research teams were investigated for six research institutes sponsored by the Korean Government, Consideration and initiating structure of leader behavior were used as leadership dimensions. Subordinate satisfaction with supervision and with work, and project success were considered as outcomes in research team. Leader-subordinate interpersonal communication was positively related to both of consideration and initiating structure of leader behavior. Outcomes in a research team were differently related to the communication according to leadership types. Finally, several theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.

종합병원 수간호사들의 대인관계 경험 (Experiences of Interpersonal Relationships among Head Nurses in General Hospital Settings)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the experiences of interpersonal relationships of head nurses in interacting with others in general hospital settings. Methods: The data were collected by individual in-depth interviews from seven head nurses and were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Results: Five major categories emerged and they represent a major strategy according to five different groups of interacting people. 'Establishing trust' was identified as the key strategy in dealing with patients and family members. 'Embracing with sisterly love' and 'helping with self-defense' were major strategies for subordinate nurses and physicians, respectively. 'Respecting and recognizing' was the main approach for other professionals such as dietitians and 'emphasizing rules and educating' were a major one for non-professionals. Head nurses paid more attention and made efforts in dealing with their subordinate nurses than with other groups of people, because they felt the most difficulty in their relationship with subordinate nurses. Conclusion: The results of the study showed that head nurses employ unique strategies in interacting with different groups of people to increase the efficiency of communication. This study would help nurse administrators establish an effective program for improving interpersonal relationships of head nurse.

유아의 자아개념과 관련된 유아용 그림책에 나타난 주인공에 관한 내용분석 (Content Analysis of Leading Characters in Picture Books Relating to Self-Concept in Children)

  • The purpose of this analysis is to investigate the effect of leading characters in picture books on self concept in children. For this study, we selected a total of 55 picture books, all of which were best sellers in four internet book stores. The method used for the study was based on content analysis. The results of this analysis were as follows: First, the gender of leading characters was male more often than female, and the majority of picture books were creative story books and translation books. Second, subordinate parts related to the self-concept were most frequently found in the social self-concept. Social self-concept was positively expressed through the relationship between friend and family characters in story books. Cognitive self-concept was the least. Third, when the frequency of positive and negative expressions in picture books was analyzed, the social self-concept was found to be positively expressed in the subordinate parts of relationships between friends and family. The social self-concept was negatively expressed, however, in the subordinate parts of relationship between non-significant others, and the emotional self-concept was also negatively expressed in the subordinate parts of the emotional recognition and expression. In summary. instances of cognitive self-concept and positive expression were found to be more significant than negative ones.

아동기 학대경험과 청소년의 자살생각 간의 관계 : 수치심과 친구관계의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Abusive Experiences on Adolescent's Suicidal Ideation : Focusing on Mediating Effects of Shame-proneness and Friendships)

  • This study aimed to assess the roll of various abusive factors on suicide thoughts. In particular, the effects of negligence, physical and emotional abuse, as the subordinate variables of abuse, were examined on suicide ideation. In addition, the mediation effects of shame-proneness and friendships were also investigated. To achieve these specific objectives, subordinate dimensions of abuse such as negligence, physical abuse and emotional abuse were measured for 277 male and 275 female students from Seoul middle schools using a measurement tool. Specifically, experiences of being abused and neglected, the level of suicide thoughts using scale for suicidal ideation (SSI), the level of shame-proneness and friendships using personal feelings questionnaire-2(PFQ-2), and schoolmate relationships were measured using a questionnaire. Analysis of collected data revealed that while suicide thoughts showed significant positive relationship with abuse and shame-proneness, there was a significant negative relationship between suicide thoughts and friendships. In particular, negligence, physical abuse and emotional abuse had significant effects on suicide ideation, while emotional abuse had the greatest effect on suicide ideation. Shame-proneness and friendships partially mediated abuse and suicide thoughts. The findings of this study have contributed to understanding of factors related to suicide thoughts. In particular, the mediation effects of shame-proneness and friendships have been highlighted.

청소년의 시간관과 자기통제력이 학업적 지연행동에 미치는 영향 : 휴대폰 중독의 매개효과 (The Effect of Adolescents' Time Perspective and Self-Control on Academic Procrastination : The Mediating Effect of Cellular Phone Addiction)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of time perspective, self-control and cellular phone addiction on academic procrastination, and to cellular phone addiction has any mediating effects in relation to the effects of adolescents' time perspective and self-control on academic procrastination. For this study, a survey was conducted with total 651 students in middle and high schools. Those who omitted responses or answered in ways which were otherwise invalid were excluded and finally, questionnaires responded to by 558 students were analyzed. Employing SPSS Win 12.0, average value, standard deviation, frequency analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis, stepwise multiple regression analysis, and simple linear regression analysis were used for the purposes of statistical analysis. In conclusion, first, explanations were made in order of future-oriented time perspective which is subordinate domain of view of time perspective, self-control, and cellular phone addiction. Second, it was found that cellular phone addiction has partially mediating effect on the relationships between future-oriented time perspective which is a subordinate area of adolescents' time perspective, and academic procrastination. Third, it was found that cellular phone addiction has partially mediating effect on the relationships between adolescents' self-control and academic procrastination.

Leader-subordinate communication and leadership style in a project team

  • The relationships between leader-subordinate interpersonal communication and performance were examined in conjuction with leadership for small project teams of six research institutes funded by Korean Government. The official communication was more positively related to consideration than initiating structure of leader behavior. The non-official communication was positively related to consideration but not significantly related to initiating structure. Each dimension of the performance was positively related to the official and non-official communication for total sample and related differently to the communications according to leadership types for given leadership style.

중국 고대의 '류(類)'와 '명(名)' (A study on 'lèi[類]' and 'míng[名]' in early China)

  • 중국 고대 특히 선진(先秦) 제자(諸子)의 명변(名辯)에서 개념의 종(種)-속(屬) 관계와 그에 따른 종개념과 유개념의 체계 및 계층 질서는 명(名)에 의해 이루어진다. 중국 고대의 류(類)는 이러한 명(名)의 개념 체계와 계층 질서 안에서 어떤 종류나 부류의 집합을 종(種)으로건 속(屬)으로건 상관없이 일컫는 개념이다. 그래서 이 글에서는 중국 고대 류(類)개념의 논리적 위상과 역할을 명(名)의 개념 체계와 계층 질서 속에서 밝히고 있다. 제자(諸子)의 명변(名辯)은 명(名)의 종(種)(명(名))-속(屬)(명(名))의 관계 안에 종개념과 유개념의 체계와 그 계층 질서를 반영하고 있다. 이때 명(名)은 '정명(正名)("(자로)子路" 3)'의 '명(名)'이 그렇듯 종명(種名)과 속명(屬名)을 총칭하는 것으로서 개념(槪念) 일반을 가리킨다. 그런데 제자(諸子)의 명변(名辯)은 또 공자(孔子)의 정명(正名) 이래로 개념의 종(種)-속屬) 관계가 아니라 명(名)-실(實) 관계를 문제 삼고 있다. 그리고 이때 명(名)은 개념 일반이 아니라 최고의 유개념인 범주를 가리킨다. 즉 명(名)과 실(實)의 일치(一致)를 변별(辨別)하고 변설(辯說)한다고 할 때의 명(名)은 실(實)과 짝하는 범주로서 그 안에 종(種)(명(名))과 속(屬)(명(名))의 관계, 말하자면 종개념과 유개념의 계열을 함축하고 있다. 따라서 제자(諸子)의 명변(名辯)은 개념 일반을 명(名)으로 총칭하면서도, 명(名)의 개념 체계를 다시 명(名)과 실(實)의 범주로 분류하거나 구분하고 있다. 중국 고대의 류(類)는 발생적으로나 개념적으로나 아리스토텔레스의 유(genus)와 다르다. 그것은 종개념과 짝하는 유개념이 아니다. 류(類)는 어떤 개념이 적용되는 사물들의 집합[(외연)外延]을 유(有)-무(無)로 나누고, 어떤 개념이 적용되는 사물들을 결정하는 속성들의 집합[(내포)內包]을 동(同)-이(異)로 나눈다. 제자(諸子)의 명변(名辯)이 명실일치(名實一致)를 변별(辨別)하고 변설(辯說)한다고 할 때, 변별(辨別)이란 개념[(명)名]과 개념의 의미[실(實)]와의 일치나 불일치를 구분(區分)하거나 분류(分類)하는 것이고, 변설(辯說)이란 그렇게 구분(區分)하고 분류(分類)한 것을 논증하는 것이다. 이때 구분(區分)과 분류(分類)는 어떤 종류(種類)나 부류(部類)를 집합의 유(有)-무(無)나 동(同)-이(異)로 구별하거나 분별하는 것인데, 이러한 집합의 유(有)-무(無)와 동(同)-이(異)는 종(種)(명(名))으로건 속(屬)(명(名))으로건 어떤 개념(槪念)의 외연(外延)의 유(有)-무(無)와 내포(內包)의 동(同)-이(異)에 따라 결정된다. 따라서 류(類)는 명(名)의 개념 체계와 계층 질서 안에서 제자(諸子)의 명변(名辯)이 문제 삼고 있는 명실일치(名實一致)를 변별(辨別)하고 변설(辯說)하는 기준을 이룬다.

상사신뢰의 매개효과에 따른 팀장의 감성지능이 부하의 태도 및 행동에 미치는 영향력 분석 (The Study on the Relationships between Team Leader's Emotional Intelligence and Subordinate's Organizational Attitude, Behavior Focused on Examining the Mediated Effect of Leader Trust)

  • 조직구조의 수평화 경향으로 기업들이 팀제 운영을 확대하고 있다. 팀에서의 상호작용 측면에서 볼 때 구성원들의 팀장에 대한 감성경험은 중요하며 부하의 태도 및 행동에 영향을 미치게 된다. 그동안 신뢰형성에 합리적인 측면이 미치는 영향에 관련된 연구는 많이 진행된 반면, 감성적 관점에 대한 연구는 미흡하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 팀장의 감성지능이 부하의 정서적 몰입 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 프로세스에서 상사신뢰를 매개변수로 선정하여 분석하였다. 실증분석결과 첫째, 팀장의 감성지능은 부하의 정서적 몰입 및 조직시민행동에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 신뢰의 매개효과 분석결과 팀장의 감성지능과 정서적 몰입의 관계에서 인지기반신뢰와 정서기반신뢰 모두 완전매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 팀장의 감성지능과 조직시민행동의 관계에서 인지기반신뢰와 정서기반신뢰는 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 조직에 대한 부하의 심리적 몰입을 유도하기 위해서는 리더에 대한 신뢰가 반드시 필요한 반면, 부하의 조직시민행동은 신뢰라는 메커니즘을 반드시 거치지 않아도 유발될 수 있다고 해석할 수 있다. 또한 팀장에 대한 정서적 신뢰 뿐 아니라 인지적 신뢰에 리더의 감성관리능력이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점으로는 첫째, 선행연구에서 그동안 미흡했던 신뢰형성의 감성적 측면에 대한 이해를 높이고, 팀장 감성지능과 부하의 정서적 몰입 및 조직시민행동간의 관계에서 신뢰(인지기반신뢰, 정서기반신뢰)의 메커니즘 검증에 의의가 있다. 둘째, 방법론적인 의의로 팀장자신의 감성지능을 직접 측정한 점과 부하의 조직시민행동을 팀장이 평가하는 설문응답방식을 시도하여 동일응답자 편의의 문제에서 벗어나기 위한 연구노력을 하였다는 점이다.
