The researcher worked with 1001 middle and high school students so as to inquire into family-related variables affecting adolescents' school life maladjustment, relying on average, standard deviation and hierarchical regression. The following are the major findings. 1) The research shows that to look into school life maladjustment on the basis of analysis models including family environment variables and family relationship variables in addition to family background variables offers more explanatory power. 2) Of all the variables, parent relationship variables turned out to have the greatest influences on maladjustment to teacher relationship and teaming activity areas among the subordinate areas of school life maladjustment. 3) Of all the variables, family's physical variables have the greatest influence on maladjustment to regulation-keeping relationship and opposite sex relationship among the subordinate areas of school life maladjustment. 4) Of all the variables, sibling relationship variables have the greatest influence on maladjustment to friendship among the subordinate areas of school life maladjustment. 5) Parent relationship variables have the greatest influence on total school life maladjustment followed by family physical environment, structural environment, the number of family members, cultural environment and residential variables in the right order.

본 연구는 라인댄스 수업을 통한 초등학생의 지속적 참여의사에 대한 수업몰입과 행복감에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구를 위해 B광역시에 위치하고 있는 초등학교 4곳을 방문하여 271명의 자료를 수집하였다. 자료처리는 Window용 SPSS 통계 Package 22.0 Version을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 몰입의 하위요인인 자기목적경험, 주의집중, 통제감, 성취감 모두 행복감 중 자신감에 대한 영향이 유의한 것으로 나타났고, 몰입의 하위요인인 자기목적경험, 통제감, 성취감이 행복감 중 자아실현감에 영향이 유의한 것으로 나타났으나 주의집중은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났고, 몰입의 하위요인인 자기목적경험, 주의집중, 성취감이 행복감 중 즐거움에 대한 영향이 유의한 것으로 나타났으나 통제감은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 몰입의 하위요인인 자기목적경험, 주의집중, 성취감은 지속적 참여의사에 대한 영향이 유의한 것으로 나타났으나 통제감은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 행복감의 하위요인인 자신감, 즐거움은 지속적 참여의사에 대한 영향이 유의한 것으로 나타났으나 자아 실현감은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

조직구조의 수평화 경향으로 기업들이 팀제 운영을 확대하고 있다. 팀에서의 상호작용 측면에서 볼 때 구성원들의 팀장에 대한 감성경험은 중요하며 부하의 태도 및 행동에 영향을 미치게 된다. 그동안 신뢰형성에 합리적인 측면이 미치는 영향에 관련된 연구는 많이 진행된 반면, 감성적 관점에 대한 연구는 미흡하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 팀장의 감성지능이 부하의 정서적 몰입 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 프로세스에서 상사신뢰를 매개변수로 선정하여 분석하였다. 실증분석결과 첫째, 팀장의 감성지능은 부하의 정서적 몰입 및 조직시민행동에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 신뢰의 매개효과 분석결과 팀장의 감성지능과 정서적 몰입의 관계에서 인지기반신뢰와 정서기반신뢰 모두 완전매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 팀장의 감성지능과 조직시민행동의 관계에서 인지기반신뢰와 정서기반신뢰는 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 조직에 대한 부하의 심리적 몰입을 유도하기 위해서는 리더에 대한 신뢰가 반드시 필요한 반면, 부하의 조직시민행동은 신뢰라는 메커니즘을 반드시 거치지 않아도 유발될 수 있다고 해석할 수 있다. 또한 팀장에 대한 정서적 신뢰 뿐 아니라 인지적 신뢰에 리더의 감성관리능력이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점으로는 첫째, 선행연구에서 그동안 미흡했던 신뢰형성의 감성적 측면에 대한 이해를 높이고, 팀장 감성지능과 부하의 정서적 몰입 및 조직시민행동간의 관계에서 신뢰(인지기반신뢰, 정서기반신뢰)의 메커니즘 검증에 의의가 있다. 둘째, 방법론적인 의의로 팀장자신의 감성지능을 직접 측정한 점과 부하의 조직시민행동을 팀장이 평가하는 설문응답방식을 시도하여 동일응답자 편의의 문제에서 벗어나기 위한 연구노력을 하였다는 점이다.

본 연구의 목적은 리더의 언행일치가 부하의 팀몰입을 매개로 하여 부하의 변화지향적 조직시민행동에 영향을 미치는가와 더불어, 그 관계가 리더와 부하의 LMX에 의해 조절되는가를 실증하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 개인특성 이외에 개인의 행동에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 다른 외부요인들이 비교적 잘 통제되어 있는 군 조직의 장병 395명을 대상으로 우편 및 방문 등의 방법을 이용하여 설문조사를 하였으며, 주로 위계적 회귀분석을 이용하여 실증하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 리더의 언행일치가 부하의 변화지향적 조직시민행동에 유의미한 긍정적 영향을 미쳤음이 검증되었다. 둘째, 리더의 언행일치와 부하의 변화지향적 조직시민행동의 관계를 부하의 팀몰입이 부분매개 한다는 것이 실증되었다. 셋째, 리더와 부하의 LMX에 따라 리더의 언행일치가 부하의 팀몰입에 다른 영향을 미쳤음이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 기업 등의 민간조직에 비해 행동에 제약이 많은 군 조직의 구성원들을 대상으로 했음에도 불구하고 리더의 언행일치가 부하의 변화지향적 조직시민행동이라는 자발적 행동을 이끌어낸다는 결과를 확인했다는 점에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있을 것이며, 이러한 결과는 향후 여러 공조직과 더불어 다양한 산업군의 기업조직을 비교해 봄으로써 보다 일반화하는 노력이 후속되어야 할 것이다.

Concept mapping was used to investigate kindergarten teachers' knowledge about early childhood literature instructional content. Participants were 87 teachers recruited by the Provincial Authority for Supervision of Education in Jeonam Province. Data were analyzed by Yun's (1998) method based on Novack & Gowin (1984), Morine-Dershimer (1993), and Markham et al. (1994). Findings were that (1) the majority of the participants perceived superordinate concepts of early childhood instructional content in literature to be typesof literature, reading, writing, speaking, expression, and listening. Subordinate concepts were stated by 456 different words. (2) Types of literature and writing were highest in frequency of superordinate concepts and were also high among subordinate concepts and hierarchy. (3) Teachers' concepts varied by teaching careers in writing and reading.

Small vessels of less then 20 tonnage and leisure boats such as motor boats, sailing yachts, water motorcycle, etc have been excluded from the rules and regulations such as Marine Leisure Safety Act, Ship Act and Ship Safety Act for a long time in Korea. As a result, these small vessels and leisure boats have remained within the blind area of maritime safety and environment protection. Among these vessels and boats, some leisure boats such as motor boats of 20 horse power or more(excluding motor boats equipped with engine inside the vehicles), water motorcycles and rubber boats of 30 horse power or more are incorporated into the Marine Leisure Safety Act through the registry, safety inspection, insurance early 2005 in Korea. In relation to the scope of application of the national Acts concerned, I consider the conflicts between Acts and suggest the subordinate enforcement ordinance and regulations.

The relationships between leader-subordinate interpersonal communication and performance were examined in conjuction with leadership for small project teams of six research institutes funded by Korean Government. The official communication was more positively related to consideration than initiating structure of leader behavior. The non-official communication was positively related to consideration but not significantly related to initiating structure. Each dimension of the performance was positively related to the official and non-official communication for total sample and related differently to the communications according to leadership types for given leadership style.

At present time, industrial accidents statistics are used as the basic data of the policy to prevent industrial accidents and the plan to applicate the industrial accident insurance. But this statistical data is not sufficient for the effective safety management because it is the expression of the itemized distribution and the frequency for the whole cases. This study tried to correlational analysis for each causes by defining investigational items as their accident parameters. The correlational analysis, between the unsafe action and status and their relational causes, was performed to analyze the occurrence causes of industrial accident. And to assume the severity of accident, the correlativity and independency between causes and direct causes which are defined hospital days subordinate parameter were analyzed. In addition, this study expressed numerically the effectiveness of subordinate parameters depended on the level of independent parameter by presenting the predictive model between dependent parameter and independent parameter, which have the categorical parameter, through the Logit analysis method.

We determined how presence of heterospecific individuals in the vicinity of a focal individual affects the behavior of two critically endangered species of cranes on their wintering grounds at Cheolwon in the Korean Demilitarized Zone(DMZ). The Red-crowned crane, Grus japonensis, is larger than the White-naped crane, Grus vipio, and it dominates the White-naped crane in aggressive interactions. We showed that the dominant species increases foraging activity in the presence of the subordinate species presumably because of scrounging of the food from the subordinate. Because interspecific interactions may affect avian endangerments this behavioral findings should be taken into account when managing winter refuges for the two engendered crane species.
