Entrepreneurship intention is a direct factor leading to entrepreneurship, and many studies have studied the individual characteristics of entrepreneurs that influence entrepreneurial intention. In the same context, the purpose of this study was to investigate the entrepreneur's passion as a factor affecting entrepreneurial intention, divided into harmony passion and obsessive passion. In addition, the pass to need for achievement, emotion, and subjective norms, which are the individual characteristics of entrepreneurs that influence passion, were verified. To this end, an online survey was conducted for prospective entrepreneurs in universities, and data of 203 persons were collected and structural equations were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the need for achievement and positive emotions of preliminary entrepreneurs had a positive (+) effect on the passion for harmony, while the negative emotions and subjective norms were not significant for the passion for harmony. The need for achievement had a negative (-) effect on the obsessive passion, and the positive and negative emotions had a positive (+) effect on the obsessive passion, but the subjective norm was not significant on the obsessive passion. It was confirmed that harmony passion and obsessive passion showed positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial intention. It also confirmed whether harmonious passion and obsessive passion have a mediating effect between need for achievement, positive emotion, negative emotion, and entrepreneurial intention. As a result, it has a mediating effect between need for achievement, positive emotion and entrepreneurial intention, especially need for achievement has a complete mediating effect. Obsessive passion was also confirmed to have a mediating effect in the relationship between positive emotions and intention to start a business.

  • This research examines the personal (i.e., Machiavellianism) and situational factors (i.e., tax climate) that are believed to be psychologically salient aspects in tax compliance. To the best of our knowledge, no research has been carried out to investigate the interaction effect of the two factors. This study uses a paper-and-pencil laboratory experiment 2x2 between-subject factorial design that involved 158 participants. The results indicate that a taxpayer who has a low Machiavellianism score or who is in a high synergistic tax climate reports a higher level of income. In the high synergistic tax climate, where tax norms apply, personal ethics do not play a significant role in tax compliance decisions. Where the synergistic relationship between taxpayer and authorities is low, personal ethics play an important role, i.e., low Machiavellians report a higher reported income than high Machiavellians do. This research contributes to the literature that deviates from the traditional model of tax compliance. Taxpayers are not always rational, but they might pay tax for reasons other than financial motives (Alm, 1991, 2018), that is, personal ethics in this study. This research implies the need for policymakers to consider other approaches rather than only relying on audits and fines.

  • In the modern society, Archives are an available subject to the people of a nation and it is indispensable to build and appropriate access environment in order to connect the users and the registered records stored in the facilities. Specially, the Closed Shelves Access system, based on the notion of "a Policy of Archives Preservation", needs to be fully equipped with an access environment more adequate to its necessities. Hence, this study has analyzed all sorts of environments-institutional, organizational, human, physical and intellectual- from a general perspective in order to activate users to read the archives and based on this, the objective of the research is in proposing a program that effectively provides archives to the users and provides the basis for putting into practice an active access environment. The use of archives is the fountainhead in order to preserve archives. By using the archives, the meaning of preserving them is maximized. Whether these archives may be used or not will depend on the quality of information and the advancement of the access environment. Therefore, in order to motivate users to access the archives, first of all the facilities and the archivists must establish norms regarding the access, based on statutes and once they have been settled, they should provide other changes such as ; the development and fixation in the organization's structure, the education of specialized human labor, the expansion of physical space and the facilities and diverse positive services.

  • This study discusses the ambivalence and ambiguity in the relationship between the women's body and fashion drawings in respect to post-feminism perspectives. Deconstructivist post-feminists, perceiving the body as a passive subject, asserted that women internalize the male gaze by becoming the object of male desire, then manipulate the body to conform to that ideal. In this perspective, corsets assumed the role of the tool for forcing women's body to be obedient, restraining and suppressing the body. On the other hand, in the essentialist post-feminist perspective, which regards the women's body as an active object, insists that fashion, in its essence, is not necessarily about sex, nor is it devised to attract the male gaze. In such a viewpoint, the women's body functions as a vehicle for empowerment; by wearing corset women gain power and embraces the cultural norms of dominant beauty. As investigated in this study, the corset is both a tool for oppressing the women's body, as well as a vehicle for the voluntary expression of femininity. This ambivalence in the perception of the corset in the post-feminist theory represents the double-sided perspective in fashion as being both a subordinate construction and a powerful tool for self-expression.

  • Purpose: To investigate factors that affect behaviors of reducing exposure to endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) in breastfeeding mothers. Methods: Subjects were 166 breastfeeding mothers who were recruited from January 25 to April 15, 2018. The questionnaire consisted of items associated with behaviors of reducing exposure to EDCs, attitude to behaviors of reducing exposure, subject norms of behavior of reducing exposure, and perceived behavior control. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlations, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Factors influencing behaviors of reducing the exposure to EDCs were attitude toward behaviors of reducing exposure, perceived barrier, and period of lactation. The more positive the attitude toward behaviors of reducing exposure was, the lower the perceived barrier. The longer the feeding period, the higher the behaviors of reducing the exposure to EDCs. Conclusions: To enhance behaviors of reducing the exposure to EDCs, it is necessary to develop a positive educational program in breastfeeding department to improve attitude toward behaviors of reducing the exposure to EDCs, decrease perceived barrier, and increase the breastfeeding period.

  • The article considers some issues of criminal law protection of information relations. With the emergence of new types of threats to Ukraine's national security in the field of protection and defense of the state border, the issues of development and strengthening of information protection become especially important. Proper compliance with information legislation also depends on the established responsibility for its violation, which rests on certain provisions of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It is stated that these norms are placed in different sections and do not have a proper systematization. The article singles out the subjects of information relations in the border area, which are subject to criminal law protection: persons who are not bound by stable relations with the SBGS (who cross the state border of Ukraine, etc.); persons who are members of the SBGS (servicemen and employees); SBGS as a public authority (official and secret information, information about the activities of the agency, its officials, etc.).

  • The lack of consistency and predictability of arbitral awards in the Investor-State Dispute Settlement ("ISDS") mechanism has long been a subject of criticism. In international investment disputes, arbitral tribunals have frequently come up with different interpretations and results on similar investment agreement provisions. The arbitral tribunal's inconsistent decisions raised concerns not only among the parties to the investment dispute but also amongthe arbitral tribunals in other cases, which ultimately led to legal inconsistencies in international investment law. Arbitration awards may have some degree of disagreement in interpretation. However, the systemic inconsistencies that pervade ISDS risk undermining the purpose of the investment agreement system, which is to provide a predictable and stable framework to protect andpromote foreign investment while maintaining a balance with host state regulations. Therefore, this study proposes a plan to resolve this discrepancy and review standards for practical application. Reform of the ISDS mechanism could be a viable option to reduce, to some extent, the inconsistencies in interpretation, if not completely eliminate them. Reforms such as establishingguidelines, promoting cooperation between arbitral tribunals, and codifying the norms of the agreement can provide a means of reducing interpretive inconsistencies and strengthening the legitimacy of the ISDS mechanism. Reforming the ISDS mechanism will require all stakeholders to carefully consider the issues and the scope, nature, and feasibility of eachpotential reform.

  • This study is about the attitudes and intentions of consumers considering the usage of O2O application (app) under the COVID-19 situation. By integrating TAM and TPB as a theoretical background, we selected VPC (various product choice) and PII (product information intensity) as new functional external variables that have a positive effect on new system called O2O commerce. We also applied the transaction cost theory to investigate the obstacle of O2O business. We conducted a survey of consumers in large cities in the Korean market. As a result of this study, it was found that the more O2O app users recognized the influence of SN (subject norms), the more useful O2O app was, the more it led to a change in attitude and usage intention was positively significant. In addition, as the O2O app was easy to use and useful, and the SN was recognized, the user's attitude was positive. On the other hand, it was also found that the transaction cost that consumers have to pay had a negative effect on usage intention. Additionally, VPC and PII have been shown to positively influence on usefulness of O2O apps.
