  • Purpose - O2O (online to off-line) is a new economic concept being emerged in the 4th industrial age. Automobile distribution is also undergoing a change to the O2O system. In overseas, vehicles are already being sold through various online platforms. The purpose of this study is to analyze the domestic and foreign automobile distribution structure and intends to suggest the desirable direction of automobile sales in the 4th industrial age. Research design, data, and methodology - Through the investigation of previous studies and the actual cases, the advantages and disadvantages and trends of different types of automobile distribution structures. Result - It can be seen that domestic and foreign automobile brands have quite diverse distribution structures such as direct managed system, agency system, dealer system, direct sales system, online system and online/offline parallel system. Each type has its own characteristics. Conclusion - The distribution structure of automobiles is very diverse, and in particular, it is rapidly changing to an online sales system thanks to the development of information and communication technology and Internet technology and the popularization of smartphones.   • In this paper, we propose a modified elman neural network structure for nonlinear system identification. The proposed structure is that all of network output feed back into hidden units and output units. Learning algorithm is standard back-propagation algorithm. The simulation showed the effectiveness of using the modified elman neural network structure in the nonlinear system identification.

  • A new control scheme for the state space model of the robot system using the theory of optimal multi-variable structure is presented in this paper. It is proposed to optimize multi-dimensional variable structure systems for obtaining the required stabilizing signal by minimizing a performance index with respect to the state vector in the sliding mode. It is concluded the proposed variable structure controller yields better system dynamic performance than that obtained by using the only linear optimal controller inthat responses for a step disturbance have a shorter setting time, no matter what overshoot values and rising time.

  • 다중프로세서 시스템의 상호연결 네트워크는 주로 다중버스 구조, 십자막대 스위치 구조 또는 다중포트 접속 기억구조로 연결되고 있는데, 본 연구에서는 다중포트 접속 기억구조를 하는 다중프로세서 시스템 상에서 정상적으로 전체 시스템과 다중처리 시스템이 작동할 확률인 시스템 신뢰도와 다중처리 시스템 신뢰도를 추정하는 방법으로서, 미리 알려진 사전정보를 이용하여 좀더 정확하고 유효성이 뛰어난 신뢰도 추정량을 구하는 베이지안 방법을 제안한다.

  • The primary objective of this paper is to grasp characteristics of unit system, for the stabilization of stablized truss structure that is an assemblage of unit system by prestress. This unit system is composed of a central post and eight cables, and is connected by hinge joints, and stabilized by the self-equilibrated stress system. As this unit structures itself is a statically closed and stabilized system individually, it can be employed to assemble a structure with a variety of configuration. In this paper, for the stabilization of truss structure stabilized by cable tension, it is proposed the self-equilibrated axial mode equation and the range of the various geometrical parameter about unit system.

  • In this paper, a Fiber Bragg Grating (FRG) sensor system is described and FBGs are well-suited for long term and extremely severe experiments, where traditional strain gauges fail. In the system, a reflect wave-length measurement method which employs a tunable light source to find out the center wave-length of FBG sensor is used. We apply the FBG system to nuclear energy Power Plant for structural integrity test to measure the displacement of the structure under designed pressure and to check the elasticity of the structure by measuring the residual strain. The system works very well and it is expected that it can be used for a real-time strain. temperature and vibration detector of smart structure.

  • In this paper, modal effective mass for asymmetric fluid-structure interaction system is defined and equations for its calculation is derived. To establish consistency, modal effective mass in symmetric structure only system is briefly reviewed, followed by a definition of the modal effective mass in asymmetric system. The equations for calculating modal effective mass in asymmetric system are derived by utilizing the properties of left and right eigenvectors. To simplify the equations, the assumption is made that the mass matrix is only affected by the fluid. The simplified equation is then compared to the equation already used in ANSYS. Finally, the validity of the modal effective mass definition and derivation in this paper is demonstrated through a simple example.

  • This paper investigates the dynamic response of structures during earthquakes and provides a clear understanding of soil-structure interaction phenomena. It analyses various parameters, comprising ground shear wave velocity and structure properties. The effect of soil impedance function form on the structural response of the system through the use of springs and dashpots with two frequency cases: independent and dependent frequencies. The superstructure and the ground were modeled linearly. Using the substructure method, two different approaches are used in this study. The first is an analytical formulation based on the dynamic equilibrium of the soil-structure system modeled by an analog model with three degrees of freedom. The second is a numerical analysis generated with 2D finite element modeling using ABAQUS software. The superstructure is represented as a SDOF system in all the SSI models assessed. This analysis establishes the key parameters affecting the soil-structure interaction and their effects. The different results obtained from the analysis are compared for each studied case (frequency-independent and frequency-dependent impedance functions). The achieved results confirm the sensitivity of buildings to soil-structure interaction and highlight the various factors and effects, such as soil and structure properties, specifically the shear wave velocity, the height and mass of the structure. Excitation frequency, and the foundation anchoring height, also has a significant impact on the fundamental parameters and the response of the coupled system at the same time. On the other hand, it have been demonstrated that the impedance function forms play a critical role in the accurate evaluation of structural behavior during seismic excitation. As a result, the evaluation of SSI effects on structural response must take into account the dynamic properties of the structure and soil accordingly.

MOGA-Based Structural Design Method for Diagrid Structural Control System Subjected to Wind and Earthquake Loads

  • An integrated optimal structural design method for a diagrid structure and control device was developed. A multi-objective genetic algorithm was used and a 60-story diagrid building structure was developed as an example structure. Artificial wind and earthquake loads were generated to assess the wind-induced and seismic responses. A smart tuned mass damper (TMD) was used as a structural control system and an MR (magnetorheological) damper was employed to develop a smart TMD (STMD). The multi-objective genetic algorithm used five objectives including a reduction of the dynamic responses, additional stiffness and damping, mass of STMD, capacity of the MR damper for the integrated optimization of a diagrid structure and a STMD. From the proposed method, integrated optimal designs for the diagrid structure and STMD were obtained. The numerical simulation also showed that the STMD provided good control performance for reducing the wind-induced and seismic responses of a tall diagrid building structure.
