  • From the notion of bi-ideals in near-rings, various generalizations of regularity conditions have been studied. In this paper, we generalize further the notion of bi-ideals and introduce the notion of weak bi-ideals in near-rings and obtain some characterizations using this concept in left self distributive near-rings.

  • The notion of bi-ideals in near-rings was effectively used to characterize the near-fields. Using this notion, various generalizations of regularity conditions have been studied. In this paper, we generalize further the notion of bi-ideals and introduce the notion of weak bi-ideals in near-rings and obtain various characterizations using the same in left self distributive near-rings.

  • Two measures of distributive mixing are examined: the standard deviation $\sigma$ and the maximum error E, among average concentrations of finite-sized samples. Curves of E versus sample size L are easily interpreted in terms of the size and intensity of the worst flaw in the mixture. E(L) is sensitive to the size of this flaw, regardless of the overall size of the mixture. The measures are used to study distributive mixing for time-periodic flows in a rectangular cavity, using the mapping method. Globally chaotic flows display a well-defined asymptotic behavior: E and $\sigma$ decrease exponentially with time, and the curves of E(L) and $\sigma$ (L) achieve a self-similar shape. This behavior is independent of the initial configuration of the fluids. Flows with large islands do not show self-similarity, and the final mixing result is strongly dependent on the initial fluid configuration.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the differential effects of distributive and procedural justice on the MICE industrial employee's job attitudes. For the study, data were collected from 303 MICE industrial employees in metropolitan area by self-stated questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed by hierarchical regression technique. The result of this study showed that distributive justice had more important effects on MICE industrial employee's job satisfaction than that of procedural justice, while the procedural justice had influenced more effects on organizational commitment, intent to stay, and organizational citizenship behaviour than that of distributive justice; and that there was no the moderating role of the procedural justice to the MICE industrial employee's job satisfaction and job commitment, while the positive effects of the distributive justice was more strongly related to MICE industrial employee's intent to stay and organizational citizenship behaviour when the procedural justice was high. The theoretical implications of the findings were discussed in terms of two-factor model, cultural model and interaction model, and directions for future research were presented.

  • We say that (R, f, g) is an additive (m, n)-semihyperring if R is a non-empty set, f is an m-ary associative hyperoperation, g is an n-ary associative operation and g is distributive with respect to f. In this paper, we describe a number of characterizations of additive (m, n)-semihyperrings which generalize well-known results. Also, we consider distinguished elements, hyperideals, Rees factors and regular relations. Later, we give a natural method to derive the quotient (m, n)-semihyperring.

  • This study was intended to examine the mediating roles of trust in CEO and supervisor on the relationships between organizational justice and employee behaviors. Data were collected from 4,055 employees across 18 different companies in Korea. Employees were asked to answer on a self-reported questionnaire. The two dimensions of organizational justice (i.e. procedural justice and distributive justice) were used. Employee behaviors were measured using counter-productive behavior and organizational citizenship behavior. Data were analyzed using a structural equation model. The hypothesized fully mediated model better fitted the data. Relative to distributive justice, procedural justice was more strongly related to both trust in CEO and trust in supervisor. But there were no significant differences in the degree of relationships between the two dimensions of trust and the two types of employee behaviors. These results showed that procedural justice is more important in enhancing trust in leader.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop instruction model of environmental problem process focused with environmental justice. This study has analyzed environmental problem solution process in social studies of elementary school from 4th grade to 6th grade with it. The results of this study are as follows. First, social studies of elementary school didn't show distributive justice in environmental problem solving process. Second, procedural justice existed, but offered information is lacking to each main group. Third, substantive justice was emphasized personal viewpoint. We developed instruction model of environmental problem solving process based upon the results. Component of instruction model is problem analysis, distributive justice, procedural justice, substantive justice and evaluating a solution. Timely, teachers can use and can apply it in social studies class. In conclusion, it is strongly recommend to teach environmental education linked with environmental justice. It enables us enhance a new awareness and attitudes towards sustainable development.

  • The purposes of this study are to explore how the service recovery of the beauty shops and customers' perceived justice affect the customer relationship. A survey based questionnaire method was employed for this study. Data were collected by a convenient sampling of 232 female customers of hair beauty shops in Seoul and Busan. The data were analysed by using SPSS 21.0, including a frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis and multiple of regression analyses. The first result showed that all dimensions of service recovery had a significantly positive effect on the perceived justice. Especially, behavioral recovery of beauty shops was the major significant factor affecting perceived justice. Second, distributive justice and interactive justice had a significant effect on satisfaction. However, procedural justice did not have any significant effect on satisfaction. Finally, satisfaction was significantly and strongly associated with both trust and commitment. These results provide empirical proposition that the recovery strategies for complaint handling of the beauty service shop are related closely to relationship marketing.

  • This study is conducted to examine the relationship between salespeople's job consciousness, their competencies of practical business and their turnover intention in department stores. The data was collected from 1961 department stores salespeople in Seoul and Sungnam. And a survey was conducted by questionnaire. Mean, Scheffe-test, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, Perason's correlation, factor analysis, regression analysis, path analysis are used for the analysis of data. Major findings are as follows : 1) Job consciousness of salespeople is relatively strong, the level of competencies of practical business and turnover intention are somewhat low. 2) Job consciousness of salespeople and their competencies of practical business are related to their turnover intention. The more strongly they have job consciousness, the more highly they have the level of competencies of practical business, and the lower their turnover intention becomes. 3) Among related variables, their perception of distributive education shows the strongest effect on job consciousness of salespeople. Their job consciousness shows the strongest effect on competencies of practical business. Their job consciousness and competencies of practical business show the strongest effect on turnover intention of salespeople. 4) Turnover intention of salespeople is affected by the job consciousness directly or indirectly, and by competencies of practical business directly. Among related variable, age, experience degree on distribution education, period of work, educational level, marital status, jobs, the motive of choosing their occupation and sex show only indirect effects on their turnover intention through job consciousness and competencies of practical business of salespeople. The motive of choosing their occupation, importance degree on distributive education, sections of department stores(Clothing), perception degree on job specialization and selling experience show only direct and indirect effects on their turnover intention. Thus, job consciousness and competencies of practical business of salespeople are the major intervening variables which have strong negative effects on their turnover intention.
