Anti-inflammatory activity of crude drugs was evaluated by the albumin stabilizing activity test, according to the screening method of Mizushima et al., upon the randomly selected samples of 63 genus, 106 families, 123 species of plant. Almost every plant belonging to the families Araliaceae, Umbelliferae and Liliaceae showed strong stabilizing activity on the heat denaturation of bovine serum albumin, suggesting the presence of anti-inflammatory components in the plants.

In this article, we first give metric version of an iteration scheme of Agarwal et al. [1] and approximate fixed points of two finite families of nonexpansive mappings in hyperbolic spaces through this iteration scheme which is independent of but faster than Mann and Ishikawa scheme. Also we consider case of three finite families of nonexpansive mappings. But, we need an extra condition to get convergence. Our convergence theorems generalize and refine many know results in the current literature.

In this paper, we evaluate the strength of three families of cutting planes for a lot-sizing problem. Lot-sizing problem is very basic MIP model for production planning and many strong valid inequalities have been developed for a variety of relaxations in the literature. To use three families of cutting planes in Branch-and-Cut framework, we develop separation algorithms for each cut and implement them in CPLEX. Then, we perform computational study to compare the effectiveness of three cuts for randomly generated instances of the lot-sizing problem.

The purpose of this study was to develop an educational program of leadership for housewives as the CEO of household management. For this purpose, the related concepts of leadership as CEO were analyzed and cases on the educational program for housewives were reviewed. The program developed through this study consists of four subjects: 1. The housewives' identity 2. Household management and the CEO 3. The strategies for the development of leadership and 4. The connection between the individual household, the community, and society. It can be expected that the program will contribute to the activation of various programs in the Healthy Families Center and the strong positioning of research in "family resource management" as a practical science.

In this study, an enhanced marriage preparation program is introduced. The program has recently been systematized through adjusting and updating different existing marriage preparation programs. The proposed program consists of six main sessions, organized into three 2-session sets. Through sessions 1 and 2, couples preparing for marriage are to focus on marital life by planning their lives as husbands and wives. They also discuss how to build a happy marriage. In sessions 3 and 4, the couples are to discuss how to organize their activities so 3s to improve the quality of their relationships. Finally, in sessions 5 and 6, the couples learn practical skills necessary for a happy marriage. This Program has been implemented at NGOs to Promote wholesome wedding ceremonies and healthy marriages for single men and women who are preparing to get married. This program should be developed further to help build strong families.

This study was conducted to find out general status of family strength and self-esteem perceived by adolescent children. The major findings are as follows: 1 ) Adolescent children generally perceived their families as strong. Important factors that affected family strength were parents' level of education, economic status, father's religion, and parents' marital status. 2) Adolescents also evaluated their self-esteem positively, in general. Family type, father's level of education, economic status, father's religion, parents' marital status and mother's employment outside home were important factors that influenced adolescents' self-esteem. 3) The family strength and self-esteem as perceived by adolescents were positively correlated. That is, the more highly the adolescents estimated their family strength, the more likely they had high self-esteem.

In this paper, a novel parallel hybrid iterative method is proposed for finding a common element of the set of solutions of a system of equilibrium problems, the set of solutions of variational inequalities for inverse strongly monotone mappings and the set of fixed points of a finite family of nonexpansive mappings in Hilbert space. Strong convergence theorem is proved for the sequence generated by the scheme. Finally, a parallel iterative algorithm for two finite families of variational inequalities and nonexpansive mappings is established.

We derive a new Cramer-Rao type lower bound for the reciprocal of the density height of the median-unbiased estimators which improves most of the previous lower bounds and is attainable under much weaker conditions. We also identify useful necessary and sufficient condition for the attainability of the lower bound which is considerably weaker than those for the mean-unbiased estimators. It is shown that these lower bounds are attained not only for the family of continuous distributions with monotone likelihood ratio (MLR) property but also for the location and scale families with strong unimodal property.

This paper is to clarify the concepts of "sound home" and "healthy family" Even though "sound home" and "healthy family have different meanings and definitions. many researchers are using them in a mixed ways. Therefore through this paper I tried to make distinction of the meanings of the above concepts as below: 1. Sound Home : Basic and fundamental social units and environment which have strong and healthy family members and performs well not only family function but also have attitudes and willingness to perform family function and maintain their family value and ethics. 2. Healthy Family : Social units which have strong and healthy family members and develop individual personal development -their physical emotional social moral development and self-esteem self-achievemet -and have good interaction enhancement skills- communication decision making stress managing strategies- and also maintain family systems. Whereas "sound home" is more broad concept related to Home Econom cs "healthy family" is more related family relations and interaction.quot; is more related family relations and interaction.
