부부간의 부모효능감 유형에 따른 양육분담 및 양육스트레스 (Parental Efficacy, Parental Role-sharing and Parental Stress)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify a couple's parental efficacy combination and, then, analyze parental role-sharing and parenting stress according to this combination type. The subjects were 307 couples who have a child in 1st or 2nd grade. The main results were as follows: First, fathers and mothers, as a group, did not differ in terms of parental efficacy. Secondly, some demographic variables related to parental efficacy. Thirdly, there are more couples who have similar levels of parental efficacy than those who have different levels of parental efficacy. Fourth, no significant difference in parental role-sharing was found among the 4 types of couple's parental efficacy. Fifth, mothers had low parental stress when both of the couple had high levels of parental efficacy while fathers perceived low parental stress if only he, himself, had a high level of parental efficacy.

  • 최근 조직들은 조직원에게 엄격한 정보보안 수준을 요구하고 있다. 엄격한 정보보안 정책 및 기술은 정보보안 관련 스트레스를 유발할 수 있다. 연구 목적은 지식공유행동 및 개인조직 적합성을 감소시키는 정보보안 기술 및 업무스트레스의 부정적 영향을 제시하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 정보보안 정책을 보유한 조직에서 근무하는 조직원이며, 연구가설은 309개의 표본을 활용하여 구조방정식모델링으로 검증한다. 연구 결과, 개인조직적합성이 지식공유행동에 긍정적 영향을 주었으나, 업무스트레스가 부정적 영향을 주었다. 또한, 기술스트레스가 개인조직 적합성에 부정적 영향을 미쳤다. 추가적으로, 업무모호성이 개인조직 적합성과 지식공유행동사이에 조절효과를 가졌다. 연구 시사점은 조직원의 정보보안 기술 및 업무 스트레스의 부정적 영향을 확인하였으며, 내부자의 부정적 행동 최소화를 위한 방향을 제시한다.

Influence of parenting role sharing, parenting stress, and happiness on warm parenting behavior in mothers of children aged 6 years: an analysis using data from the seventh panel study on Korean children

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine the relationships among parenting role sharing, parenting stress, happiness, and parenting behavior of mothers with 6-year-old children. Methods: This study used data from the seventh Panel Study of Korean Children, which began collecting longitudinal data on a sample of newborn households nationwide in 2008 and will continue yearly until 2027. The participants were 1,560 mothers of children aged 6 years. We conducted statistical analyses using descriptive statistics, the t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The mean age of the mothers was 36.8±3.7 years. The mothers' perceived parenting role sharing (r=.07, p=.007), parenting stress (r=-.54, p<.001), and happiness (r=.38, p<.001) were significantly correlated with warm parenting behavior. Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that parenting stress (β=-.47, p<.001), happiness (β=.15, p<.001), and parenting role sharing (β=.11, p<.001) were significant predictors for warm parenting behavior by mothers. Conclusion: It is essential to reduce mothers' stress and increase their positive emotions (happiness). Fathers should actively share parenting roles in raising children to enhance mothers' warm parenting behavior.

  • This study aimed to identify parents' experiences of child-rearing on Saturday with no class as well as their perceptions and demands on the Five-day School Week system. The study participants were 640 parents with first to second grade children. The major results were as follows: First, parents were generally satisfied with the Five-day School Week System. Second, the Five-day School Week System increased fathers' role-sharing on the Saturday with no class. It was also related with some of the demographic variables and the Five-Week Workweek System of the father and the mother. Third, both the fathers and mothers had more parenting stress on Saturdays with no class than on Saturdays with classes. Their parenting stress on Saturdays with no class was related with some demographic variables and work flexibility.

Influence of Bearing Stiffness on the Static Properties of a Planetary Gear System with Manufacturing Errors

  • Hybrid finite element analysis was used to analyze the influence of bearing stiffness on the static properties of a planetary gear system with manufacturing errors. The effects of changes in stiffness were similar for most of the manufacturing errors. State variables were most affected by the stiffness of the planet ,bearings. Floating either the sun or carrier helps to equal load sharing and minimizes the critical tooth stress. The effects of a floating sun and carrier are similar, but it is not recommended that both float, because this can induce greater critical tooth stress. Planet bearing stiffness should be optimized. Both load sharing and critical tooth stress should be considered to determine optimal bearing stiffness.

  • A hybrid finite element analysis was used to analyze the influence of ring gear rim thickness and spline number on the static properties of a planetary gear system with manufacturing errors. Both of these parameters affected the bearing force and critical stress. The effect of changes in the rim thickness on the load sharing between the gears depended on the type of manufacturing error. Ring flexibility improved the load sharing between planetary gears only in systems with planet tooth thickness or planet tangential errors; for other types of error, ring flexibility worsened the load sharing. To improve load sharing, rim thickness and spline number should be controlled within a specific range. The minimum rim thickness limit should be determined considering not only the critical stress but also the load sharing. The effect of the ring gear boundary condition was more apparent in a system with errors than in a normal system.

  • 국가경제 차원에서 서비스산업의 비중과 중요성이 높아지고 있음에 반해 항공서비스산업 종사자인 객실 승무원의 근속율과 업무 만족도는 높지 않다. 이에 본 연구는 이른바 감정노동에 종사하는 객실승무원을 대상으로 그들이 직무환경에서 경험하는 직무스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 주요요인이 무엇인지, 그리고 직무스트레스가 객실승무원 구성원의 성과와 태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 파악하고자 한다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 객실승무원의 긍정적인 심리상태가 승무원 구성원들 간 상호작용 및 승무원 개인의 직무스트레스에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 나아가 궁극적인 성과측면에서 구성원의 조직몰입과 지식공유에 미치는 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 검증하고자 한다. 이러한 상호작용 관계에서 고려되는 주요 구성개념은 승무원의 긍정심리자본과 리더-구성원 교환관계(LMX), 직무스트레스, 조직몰입, 지식공유의 5가지 요소이다. 본 연구는 국내 항공사 객실승무원에게 설문조사하여 최종 390부를 대상으로 SPSS/PC version 20.0의 통계 프로그램 및 AMOS 20.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 승무원 구성원들 간 우호적인 리더-구성원 교환관계(LMX)는 직무스트레스를 낮추는 데에 유의한 역할을 하며, 직무스트레스가 낮을수록 구성원 성과인 조직몰입과 지식공유에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것이 확인되었다. 무엇보다도 본 연구에서는 구성원의 긍정심리자본은 다른 요인들에 영향을 미치는 트리거 역할을 함을 검증할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는, 항공사들이 경쟁력 있는 인적자원 확보를 위해 승무원 개인이 긍정적인 심리상태를 유지하는데 중점을 두어야하며 이를 위한 조직차원의 제도개선 및 환경개선이 필요함을 시사하고 있다.

  • 소셜 미디어의 사용은 참여자들 간의 지식공유 활동, 사회 네트워크 형성, 다양한 사람들과의 소통기능 등과 같은 다양한 장점을 갖고 있다. 그러나 이러한 장점에도 불구하고 프라이버시와 사생활 침해, 피싱공격, 심리적 스트레스 등 다양한 부작용 또한 야기되고 있는데, 그 중 특히 소셜 네트워크 스트레스라는 새로운 개념의 스트레스가 주목받고 있다. 본 연구는 소셜 네트워크 스트레스의 개념을 정립하고, 소셜 미디어 환경에서 소셜 네트워크 스트레스가 전환행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보려 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 소셜 네트워크 스트레스의 선행요인 및 결과요인으로 구성된 연구모델을 제시하고, 구조방정식 모델을 기반으로 하는 LISREL 8.7을 이용하여 연구모델을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 실증분석 결과, 소셜 미디어상에서 자기표출과 지식공유 활동은 소셜 네트워크 스트레스에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 주었으며 이는 소셜 미디어 전환의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 본 연구의 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 논의하였고 연구가 지닌 한계점을 제시하였다.

Tacit Knowledge Sharing in Health Industry: Influences of, Personal, Organizational and Social Factors

  • Purpose - objective of this research is to investigate individual, organizational and environmental factors influence tacit knowledge sharing among healthcare professionals. The transmission of Tacit Knowledge is crucial for organizations to ensure that TK will be passed throughout organization, rather than stored in single employee. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study investigate organizational, individual and environmental factors that influence on TK sharing. To test hypothesizes, the survey method was chosen. Sample size was 100 but 74% of questioners returned. Results - The main findings of this research are related to influence of personal, social cultural and behavioral factors on tacit knowledge sharing. According to extracted data all factors have influence on tacit knowledge sharing except Emotional stability that was found to be negatively related to tacit knowledge sharing. That may means anxiety and stress level of workplace applies negative enhance on tacit knowledge sharing. And finally results show that social environment, team oriented culture and organizational commitment have strongest influences on tacit knowledge sharing. Conclusion - the findings of this study shows that personal, social cultural and behavioral factors influence on tacit knowledge sharing. And also indicates that, social and organizational factors enhance strongly on tacit knowledge sharing.

재취업 주부의 스트레스 인지정도 및 대처방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Stress Level and Coping Strategies of Reemployed Wives)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the family resources, stress level, and coping strategies of reemployed wives, to direct the better psycho-physical environment, and to enhance the quality of their home environment for reemployed wives. The data were analyzed with the frequency, percentage, factor analysis, mean(S.D), reliability, and regression using SPSS windows program. The major findings were as follows : (1) There were significant relationships between demographic and socioeconomic characteristics of the family resources and stress level. Personal-psycho resources was important variable in the family resources. The household work and value of household work were most influential. (2) Influential variables on stress level were income and working hours, resources of family task sharing. (3) Influential variables on coping strategies were age, reemployed time, and family task sharing. Coping strategies was effected by the reasons of employment.
