Recently, people in urban areas ask for the creation of space for amenity and improvement of environmental problems, in such a condition the activation and reformation of city have become an important subject. The basic element of a city structure is the street. Therefore in this study, a transition of street spaces of a city was investigated. This study will be a basis for the planning of urban space in order to realize a comfortable and fascination urban life. In this paper, the study areas chosen were "Ginza", "Kyobashicho", "Nihonbashicho", "Honcho", "Tsukizi", "Hatchoboricho", "Ningyocho", "Ningyocho" which are the central places and business areas of capital Tokyo of Japan. The main streets were chosen for investigative subjects because they were planned as making a division of block in a city planning. Using maps and references the data was illustrated and the investigation was focused on the period from the Edo era to present time. (1) A periodical division for the basis of a street transition. (2) Consideration of methods in a plan and design for street spaces in each period. (3) A special feature and process of a street transition in each period. (4) A structure of a street and a construction form. (5) A classified structure of streets. (6) A process of a transition for each street.

이 논문은 거리 공연의 법적 의미와 쟁점을 검토한 것이다. 거리 공연(또는 거리 예술)의 법적 의미를 이해하는데 핵심 징표는 '공공장소'와 '예술행위'에 있다. 따라서 '공공장소에서의 예술 행위'라 할 수 있는 한, 원칙적으로 그 예술성의 수준이나 대가의 지급 여부, 공연의 규모, 예술행위의 장르를 불문하고 거리 공연 또는 거리 예술이라 할 수 있다. 거리 공연은 개방된 길거리에서 행해짐으로써 누구나 자유롭게 참여하고 예술을 즐길 수 있는 방법이다. 또 누구나 거리공연가가 될 수 있다는 점에서 거리 공연은 주류적 예술문화보다 더 대중적이고 민주적인 예술행위라 볼 수 있다. 다만 거리 공연이 유행하고 보편적 문화현상으로 자리잡아가고 있지만, 아직 법적으로 정돈되어 있는 상황은 아니라고 보인다. 하지만 거리 공연을 뭔가 이질적이면서 특별한 것으로 취급하면서 법으로 규제할 필요는 없다. 오히려 예술의 자유 등을 보장하는 헌법의 취지에 맞게 거리 공연을 자유롭게 행하고 즐길 수 있도록 내버려 두는 것이 타당하다. 거리 공연이 사회적 유해성을 가진 것이 아니기 때문이다. 최근 여러 지방자치단체들이 지역 경제를 활성화한다는 이유에서 거리공연을 적극적으로 조례로 규율하고 있지만, 거리 공연을 규율하기 위한 법률이 별도로 필요하지는 않다고 판단된다. 다만 거리 공연에 관해 제기되는 주요 쟁점별로 관련 법률을 정비하는 것은 필요하다. 예컨대 공연 무대를 설치하는 대규모 거리 공연에서 별도의 허가가 필요한지 좀 더 분명하게 규정해 줄 필요가 있으며, 거리 공연으로 인한 생활소음의 규제를 받기 위해 "소음 진동관리법"상 거리 공연에 관한 근거 규정과 소음 기준을 별도로 마련해 주는 것도 필요할 것이다. 거리 공연이 문화 현상으로 잘 정착되기 위해서는 거리공연가의 법질서 준수 노력, 거리 공연을 즐기는 시민들의 성숙된 의식과 문화적 관용태도, 그리고 거리 공연을 활성화하려는 국가와 지방자치단체의 문화국가적 보호 노력이 조화를 이루어야 할 것이다.

The utilization range of mobile devices is becoming broader than before due to the rapid development of the mobile market. Furthermore, the demands for computer-aided management are increasing due to the extensive expansion of the installation of solar street lights. In this paper, we propose a system which can be used to observe solar street lights. The manager of the system can control and manage the solar street lights using video images on a mobile device.

The purpose of paper is to examine about Street Furniture in swimming beach. The beach space is the very important place not only to spend in season but also to use 4-seasons in leisure culture. To offer better landscape in spacial beach; Gyeongpo, Naksan, Mangsang, Samcheok and Sokcho, such as regional atmosphere and identification are to analyze with design criteria. For the amenity of users through the improvement of landscape may be possible to work out future of beach surroundings. Accordingly material, form and color can be estimated systematically. This research suggests that design of street furniture is to be environmental and regional control. As a result, some proposal of Street Furniture by analysis, designer and officer have to focus on establishing a comprehensive plan for the attractive beach space.

모든 교통수단이 혼재되어있는 보차혼용도로에서의 안전성을 평가하기 위한 지표와 계획을 반영하는 지표들이 몇 논문에서 제시되어진바 있다. 본 논문에서는 이들 지표중 시공간점유 인덱스를 적용하여 수원시 주택가 이면도로를 분석하였다. 분석을 위해 공동주택이 집합되어 있는 3곳을 조사대상지로 하였고. 이 대상지를 비디오로 1시간이상 촬영하였으며, 3곳의 길이는 각각 76m, 55m. 34rn 이며 각 지구별 주요가로로써 보행량과 통과차량이 다른 곳에 비해 상대적으로 많은 곳으로 선정하였다. 비디오 분석을 통해 시공간 점유인덱스와 1인당 시공간 점유량 지표를 산출하기 위한 기초자료를 획득하였고, 즉 보행자, 차량, 오토바이, 자전거의 평균속도, 평균통과시간 등과 주차대수 등의 파라메터를 얻었다 현재 보행자 전용도로가 아닌 모든 교통수단이 흔재되어 있는 보차혼용도로의 LOS를 분석하는데는 한계가 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 LOS평가 기준을 제시하였다. 결론적으로 이 연구는 모든 교통수단이 혼재되어 있는 보차혼용도로에서의 보행자 LOS를 평가하기 위한 가이드라인을 제시하는 모델을 개발하는 것으로, 이는 향후 주택가 이면도로의 보행환경을 개선하거나 보차공존도로를 계획할 때 반영할 수 있는 지표가 될 것으로 사료된다.

본 논문에서는 고공시설물인 태양집광판을 사용한 가로등의 집광효율과 유지보수 성능 향상을 위한 자동 승하강 장치를 설계 제작하였다. 자동 승하강장치는 태양집광판을 사용한 가로등과 유기적으로 동작가능하곤 태양집광판의 집광 각도를 조절하여 집광효율을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한 태양집광판과 가로등을 쉽게 탈부착할 수 있는 구조로써 유지보수가 용이하도록 하였다. 자동 승하강장치를 장착한 태양집광판을 사용한 가로등을 활용함으로써 태양집광판의 집광효율 향상에 따른 가로등의 조명효율을 향상시킬 수 있고, 가로등의 유지보수 비용 절감 및 교체작업 시간 동안의 교통 정체현상 등을 예방할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

CNN (convolutional neural network)은 최근 가장 주목받는 인공지능 기법 중 하나이며 특히 영상 분류에서 기존의 기법에 비해 월등한 성능을 보인다. 본 논문에서는 CNN을 이용하여 다양한 거리 사진을 분류하고, 분류 결과를 이용하여 해당 거리에 대한 안전도의 평가 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 CNN을 이용하여 총 네 가지 유형의 거리 사진에 대하여 학습을 수행하는 과정과 학습된 네트워크 모델을 바탕으로 해당 거리 사진의 분류와 안전도를 평가하는 과정을 포함한다. 거리 사진의 학습 과정에서는 네 가지 유형의 거리 사진 데이터셋을 수집하고 이 데이터를 증강시킨 후 CNN 학습을 수행한다. 학습된 CNN 모델은 주어진 입력 영상의 분류를 정확히 수행하고, 거리의 안전도는 각 유형에 대한 확률을 조합하여 정량적으로 계산한다.

The aim of this study is to find what architectural restoration and street-scaping conservation of early settlement in Virginia, which have processed on the style of 18th centuries. One of the settlements in Virginia was Williamsburg that located in the high land between Jamestown and Yorktown. In 1698, the capital of Virginia was moved from Jamestown for the safer environment. At that time they constructed the town like a small urban that had a straight-lined Duke Glocester Street, Georgian style buildings, and landscapes of 18th centuries. Before 1928 the village was flown into ruins, but Rector of the church, Dr. W.A.R. Goodwin, understood the value of reservation to restore the village as colonial architectural style that has an original figure. John Rockefeller Jr. has taken part in his restoration of colonial style of architecture and culture. This paper surveyed nine cases of buildings and srtreet-scape on Duke Glocester Street. Most of the buildings on the street have a proposition, balance, and equipment of Georgian architectural facade in 18th centuries. The conclusion has three points. First, the Williamsburg has been reserved as an early colonial settlement through the restoration of architecture and street-scape design. Second, main architectural style is a Georgian form that has a balance, proportion, and simplicity of facade. Also new buildings and additions of architecture have to keep 'Design Review Guideline of Colonial Williamsburg' in order to contribute the existing colonial buildings. Third, the main street-scape, Duke Glocester Street shows Georgian architecture and cultural life pattern with tradition.

Conventional HP(high pressure) sodium or Metal-halide lamps have a life span of around one year requiring at least annual replacement and maintenance. High Power LED lights require no regular maintenance further increasing savings on replacement bulbs, access equipment and labour costs. New installations benefit from a substantial reduction in the cost of expensive heavy duty cable required for sodium lighting. Especially, LED light can achieve variable color temperature, high functional performance in the field of street light. There are two main method to achieve variable color temperature function of the street light. one method is using RGB multi-chip LED, the other is using Orange-White LED method. In this paper, it was compare RGB Multi-chip LED with white-orange LED for there characteristics performance.

Since it is frequently reported, nowadays, that a variety of accidents happen in association with a street light, it is urgently demanded to take necessary measures to cope with such situation. In this aspect, it is important to study the grounding characteristics of a street light because most of the accidents are related to grounding. In this paper, therefore, the grounding characteristics of a street light have been investigated based on layers by using CDEGS. As a result of simulation, the soil resistivity turns out to be extremely important determining the characteristics of a grounding system.
