읍 중심부 상가건물 디자인 개선방향에 관한 연구 - 거창읍 중앙로타리 주변을 대상으로 - (A Study on the Improvement of Commercial Building Design in the Central Area of a Small Town - Focused on the Central Rotary District in Geochang-eup -)

  • Townscape design is now considered to be the most important part in city management as a means to improve the life quality of its dwellers. Therefore, the recognition of local autonomous entities and local residents on townscape has been greatly changed. As a part of this effort, the plan to improve the townscape of the central rotary district in Geochang-eup has been examined in multilateral ways. In this plan, first, improvement for proper buildings was studied. Second, betterment for street furniture around the central rotary was considered. Third, making a landscape square around it was also investigated. Based on those considerations, this article intends to suggest directions for improving the commercial buildings of the central rotary district which has the greatest symbolicity in Geochang-eup. To achieve the goal, this paper conducted a survey to the dwellers beforehand in order to investigate their recognition on creating townscape for the central rotary district and collected their opinions on it. According to the result, among the elements of townscape in the shopping district around the rotary, the externals of the buildings such as signboards, color, and shape and the pleasantness part like the maintenance of telegraph poles occupied the highest portion on the street. And It is proposed 4 Alternative plans for the improvement of commercial building design in the central rotary district of geochang-eup.

단일 카메라와 GPS를 이용한 영상 내 객체 위치 좌표 추정 기법 (An Estimation Method for Location Coordinate of Object in Image Using Single Camera and GPS)

  • ADAS(Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and street furniture information collecting car like as MMS(Mobile Mapping System), they require object location estimation method for recognizing spatial information of object in road images. But, the case of conventional methods, these methods require additional hardware module for gathering spatial information of object and have high computational complexity. In this paper, for a coordinate of road sign in single camera image, a position estimation scheme of object in road images is proposed using the relationship between the pixel and object size in real world. In this scheme, coordinate value and direction are used to get coordinate value of a road sign in images after estimating the equation related on pixel and real size of road sign. By experiments with test video set, it is confirmed that proposed method has high accuracy for mapping estimated object coordinate into commercial map. Therefore, proposed method can be used for MMS in commercial region.

  • 본 연구에서는 지속가능한 도시구현을 위한 최우선 과제인 탄소저감형 도시계획을 위한 국내에서의 한계를 '사회적 지속가능성'의 부족으로 보고 이를 보완하기 위해 그린미디어(Green Media)라는 새로운 유형의 도시 시설물을 제안한다. 그린미디어의 개념을 찾고 국내외의 관련사례를 분석하여 그린미디어가 탄소저감형 도시계획에 미치는 효과를 분석한다. 사회적 지속가능성의 보완 측면에서 새로운 요소를 도입하고 그 효과를 분석하며 동시에 그린미디어의 세부 적용내용을 제시했다는 것에 본 연구의 의미가 있다고 판단된다.

  • As the seeking of environmental condition, the environmental friendly village has became important to planning and designing with neighbor communities. Our village was inferior to new order and identity is weakened, environmental maintenance. According to the situation the purpose of this paper is derived the plan point of environmental elements to be good for living in urban countryside villages. The primary research was to be planning directions and improvements through the present situation investigation. The results of this study are as follows. Through the two case study-village ; Yeochan-ri, Unjeong-dong in Gangwon province, environmental elements are classified such as superior 5parts and 17points in order to happiness of neighbor community. There are summarized a historical & traditional part, building, street/park/furniture, living and vision of village. Specially residents appealed to inconvenience by infringement of a large building in a small dwelling village. The data of this paper is effective in specialists carry out the planning and evaluation indicators regarding rural village. Finally regional experts by a rural field and local residents are necessary collaboration at the planning and maintenance of residential settlement through the pleasant participation.

자연형 사운드스케이프 요소인 분수의 인지범위에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Recognition Region of Passive Soundscape Facilities Especially in Fountains)

  • The interaction between people and sound and the way how people consciously perceive their environment are central approach to soundscape research. In this respect, this paper aims to clarify the relationship between water-sound level and recognition region in urban area. As a passive soundscape facility, fountain is a useful way to give place such as public square, park identity and vitality. In this study, to know the optimistic distance and sound level range from fountain, sound levels due to distance were measured and subject responses were checked by questionnaire. As a result, levels from 63 dB to 67 dB were recommended by subjects and moving forward to fountain less satisfactory than backward. Moving forward 5 m and backward 5 m(total range 10 m): there was a difference in satisfaction ratio by 2,5 out of 10. The results of this study could be used for street furniture location design and P.A. system output level.

어린이 보호구역의 안전성 제고를 위한 교통 안전시설 실태연구 (The Research of Existing Traffic Safety Facilities Condition for Enhancing in School Zone Safety)

  • Children are out future society members but they are not well cared to be safe from various accidents. This is due to facilities were installed upon the children's for adults which can not provide safe traffic environment for children's schooling who are not fare enough experience and matured. "The Rule of declaim for school zone and it's Management"was established in the year 1995 based on the article 11 by the "Road Traffic Low". And 15,136 school zone declared by the above rule. In this study, four elementary schools located in Nowon-gu are selected and analyzed about state of elementary school, scope of school zone, installation of street furniture, and safety signs. The analysis showed that scope of school zone is currently set in 150-meter though the regulation is within 300-meter radius. Therefore, expansion of the scope is required. It is necessary to take control of vehicle during commuting times and holograms which can be noticed in school zone have to be installed as well. Through these improvements, safety zone will be offered to children effectually.

도로표지 정보 활용을 위한 도로표지 인식 및 지오콘텐츠 생성 기법 (Road Sign Recognition and Geo-content Creation Schemes for Utilizing Road Sign Information)

  • Road sign is an important street furniture that gives some information such as road conditions, driving direction and condition for a driver. Thus, road sign is a major target of image recognition for self-driving car, ADAS(autonomous vehicle and intelligent driver assistance systems), and ITS(intelligent transport systems). In this paper, an enhanced road sign recognition system is proposed for MMS(Mobile Mapping System) using the single camera and GPS. For the proposed system, first, a road sign recognition scheme is proposed. this scheme is composed of detection and classification step. In the detection step, object candidate regions are extracted in image frames using hybrid road sign detection scheme that is based on color and shape features of road signs. And, in the classification step, the area of candidate regions and road sign template are compared. Second, a Geo-marking scheme for geo-content that is consist of road sign image and coordinate value is proposed. If the serious situation such as car accident is happened, this scheme can protect geographical information of road sign against illegal users. By experiments with test video set, in the three parts that are road sign recognition, coordinate value estimation and geo-marking, it is confirmed that proposed schemes can be used for MMS in commercial area.

안양시 야간경관 조명환경 개선방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improvement of Lighting Environment of Night-Scape in Anyang-si)

  • 본 연구에서는 먼저 도시적 특성의 분석을 토대로 안양시를 6개 지역으로 구분하였으며 지역별 구분에 따른 야간의 조도 휘도의 실측조사 및 야간이용자 패턴 조사를 통하여 야간경관의 문제점을 도출하였다. 야간경관 연출개념으로는 지역별 문제점 분석에 따른 개선방안과 예술적 가치를 창출하는 개념을 적용하여 예술도시로서의 안양의 이미지를 고양시키고자 하였으며 야간조명의 괌형과 통일성 확보를 위해 지역별 점진적 변화를 빛의 조닝의 개념으로 선정하였다. 특히, 건축물의 높이에 따른 건축물 기준선을 통해 주변 건축물과 조화된 단계적인 스카이라인을 연출하여 자연경관 등과 조화로운 조망권을 확보하도록 하였으며 지역 특성에 따라 가로등 및 가로시설물의 조도, 높이, 램프형태, 배열방식 등의 야간 조명환경의 개선방향을 추가로 제시하였다.

  • 본 논문은 도시환경과 장소마케팅을 통한 가로환경시설물 디자인 방향에 대한 내용으로 대상공간은 서울 종로구에 위치한 대학로이다. 디지털 정보화 사회의 도래에 따른 생활양식과 행태 변화를 중심으로 대학로에 대한 역사적 고찰과 장소마케팅전략, 공간특성의 변화, 가로환경 및 가로환경시설물의 현황 조사 및 이용자특성의 분석을 통하여 앞으로 대학로의 이미지 개선과 문화의 거리로써의 정체성을 회복하고 활성화를 위한 가로환경시설물의 역할과 디자인 방향을 제시하였다. 새롭게 제시된 가로환경시설물 체계 및 디자인 접근 방법은 지속적이고 종합적인 계획의 필요성을 강조하였고 대학로의 이미지 개선 및 문화적 특성을 부각시켜 이용자 뿐 만 아니라 지역주민 삶의 질적 개선과 지역경제 활성화에 기여하고 관광지로써 재평가될 수 있도록 하였다.

정밀 차량 위치결정을 위한 GPS/IMU/SPR 통합 알고리즘 개발 및 성능 분석 (Development of GPS/IMU/SPR Integrated Algorithm and Performance Analysis for Determination of Precise Car Positioning)

  • 현재 GPS/IMU 기반의 차량항법기술은 GPS 신호 불량지역에서 위치 정밀도가 급격하게 저하된다. 근래에는 많은 차량에 주행 상태를 기록하기 위한 카메라를 탑재하고 있음에 따라 만약 도로시설물을 위치를 알 수 있을 경우 단사진 후방교차법(SPR)을 통해 카메라의 위치 및 자세를 산출할 수 있다. SPR로 추정된 외부표정요소는 GPS/IMU 항법해의 오차를 보정할 수 있음에 따라 GPS 신호 수신환경에 영향을 받지 않고 안정적으로 차량의 위치 및 자세를 결정할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 GPS, IMU, 사진측량 기술인 SPR을 결합하여 GPS 수신환경에 구애받지 않고 안정적으로 위치 및 자세를 결정하는 GPS/IMU/SPR 통합 알고리즘을 개발하였다. GPS/IMU/SPR 통합 알고리즘은 확장형 칼만필터를 이용하여 약결합 방식으로 구현하였다. 또한 개발된 GPS/IMU/SPR 통합 알고리즘의 성능을 분석하기 위하여, GPS 수신환경 및 영상에 획득되는 기준점의 배치에 따른 시뮬레이션 테스트를 수행하였다. 시뮬레이션 테스트 결과, GPS/IMU/SPR 결합을 통해 산출되는 위치 및 자세가 GPS/IMU 결합 결과보다 안정적으로 산출되는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 영상의 기준점이 영상 중앙에 집중되어 배치되어 있을 경우에는 광축 방향으로 위치 오차가 증가되는 것으로 분석되었다. 향후 GPS/IMU/SPR 통합 알고리즘 성능을 면밀히 분석하기 위해서는 SPR 수행결과에 영향을 미치는 영상점 및 지상점의 측정오차, 초기 외부표정요소에 따른 성능 분석이 추가적으로 수행되어야 할 것이다.
