조직 내 민주성이 사회적 자본의 형성에 미치는 영향: 서번트 리더십의 조절효과 (The Impact of Workplace Democracy on Social Capital: The Moderating Effect of Servant Leadership)

  • Purpose - Unlike in the past, individualistic thought is more dominant than groupism where members prioritize organizations. Such changes run counter to the direction of the survival of the companies, which calls for companies to explore strategies to address thems. As one of the solutions, many people highlights social capital. However, since most studies have been conducted on the definition and characteristics of social capital, there is not enough prior factor research on the formation of social capital. So the current situation require researches on the formation of social capital. Research design, data, and methodology - To achieve the purpose, the literature and the empirical studies were combined. Deriving workplace democracy and servant leadership as factors affecting the formation of social capital through the literature, and this factors have modeled assumptions about the impact on social capital, and have established hypotheses to verify them. The survey which is conducted to verify the hypothesis and questionnaires are derived base on the variables used in the previous studies. The survey was conducted 447 respondents in Korea. Results - As a result, we found that the workplace democracy is positively functioning with the formation of social capital. It means that the democracy functions as a universal element to enhance the quality of social capital at the workplace. The evidence also shows that the positive impacts of the servant leadership on the formation of social capital. And the survey shows that groups with high level servant leadership had a higher impact on the formation of social capital than those with low levels leadership. Conclusions - At present, the social capital has become an important factor for the companies pursuing high performance workplaces. We found that the workplace democracy and the servant leadership affect the formation of social capital. It means that to increase the employees' sense of community and solidarity, it is need to form democratic environment with the servant leadership. Therefore, based on the results of this study, the workplace democracy and the servant leadership can present strategic implications that can increase the social capital.

의미 네트워크 분석을 활용한 세탁전문점에 대한 소비자 인식 연구 (Consumers' perceptions of professional laundry shops using semantic network analysis)

  • Laundry services are becoming more specialized and diversified. Therefore, this study investigated consumers' perceptions of professional laundry shops by analyzing social media data. For this purpose, text data from blogs, cafés, and Q&A sections ('Ji-Sik-In') on the portal site, naver.com, was collected. Sixty-four keywords were extracted from 2,213 social texts and transformed into a one-mode matrix using KrKwic, a program for the analysis of Korean text. Semantic network analysis was conducted to understand the network structure and the results were visualized using NodeXL. Keywords included fashion items and materials that require specialized professional laundry services, words related to the establishment of laundry shops, and laundry shop brands. Essential keywords of professional laundry shops included 'luxury,' 'footwear,' 'removal,' 'bag,' 'leather,' 'sneakers,' 'padding,' 'premium,' 'dyeing,' and 'franchise.' These results could be used to deduce that consumers perceive a professional laundry shop as a franchise shop offering specialized professional laundry services. A cluster analysis was conducted to identify the types of consumer perceptions of professional laundry shops. The network was divided into three groups: 'specialized professional laundry service,' 'laundry and repair of winter coats and jackets,' and 'the establishment of a professional laundry shop.' According to the results, consumers perceive professional laundry shops as franchises that offer specialized professional laundry services rather than general laundry services. Therefore, professional laundry shops need a strategy to develop special laundry services that differentiate them from other companies and communicate with consumers about these services.

  • 해운회사에서는 현재 고유가 및 물동량 감소 등의 경영환경변화에 대처하기 위해 경쟁력강화와 경영합리화를 구현하는 전략적 선박자원관리시스템 개발에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 SAN(Ship Area Network) 환경에 적합한 선박자원관리시스템을 소개한다. 이 시스템은 선박관계 당사자 요구사항을 분석하여 선주사의 경영전략 실행에 맞도록 설계되었다. 이와 함께 선박의 전 생애주기에 걸쳐서 선박자원에 대한 정보와 지식을 관리할 수 있도록 선박 온톨로지와 기계장치 및 부품에 대한 국제표준인 STEP과 PLIB를 도입할 수 있게 시스템을 설계한 다음, 비즈니스 로직과 사용자 인터페이스를 분리하여 웹기반 ERP(SHERP)로 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 기술하고 있는 시스템은 선박과 선단 운영에 적용할 수 있는 정보시스템으로서 조선산업 서비스화를 지향하는 구체적인 사례가 될 것이다.

소비자의 가격민감도에 따른 상품특성별 멀티채널 선택에 관한 연구 -경험재로서의 의류상품과 탐색재로서의 디지털 가전제품을 중심으로- (A Study on Multichannel Selection according to Consumer's Price Sensitivity -Focusing on Fashion Products as Experience Goods and Digital Appliances as Search Goods-)

  • This study examines consumers' multi-channel choices in the search phase and purchasing phase stage according to price sensitivity and product characteristics in order to propose a multichannel strategy. For the research, one-way ANOVA, t-test, clustering analysis, and crosstabs are used for the descriptive analysis of 317 surveys on men and women conducted in 2014. The findings are as follows. First, consumers that both experience goods and search goods rely on surrounding advice as well as a search channel regardless of price sensitivity. Second, channel selection differs by price sensitivity when it comes to purchasing phase. Consumers with high price sensitivity tend to purchase from online channels; however, consumers with low price sensitivity tend to purchase from off line channels in cases of search goods. Meanwhile, cases of experience goods have no meaningful result. Third, consumers are divided into 3 groups by the tendency of channel selection. In case of experience goods, search channel choice is aligned with purchasing channel; however, search channel choice is not aligned with purchasing channel in search goods. This study provides clear information on fashion consumers' behavior on multi-channel choices compared to ones for search goods consumers on strategic strategies for fashion companies.

신재생에너지 자원지도의 비즈니스 모델 개발 (Business Model of Renewable Energy Resource Map)

  • Geographic information system (GIS) based renewable energy resource map including potential analysis can play a crucial role not only to develop the national plan for renewable energy deployment but also to make strategic investment decision in the private sector. Korea Institute of Energy Research (KIER) has been developing domestic maps about several resources such as solar, wind, hydro, biomass, and geothermal, as well as conducting research on methodologies for potential analysis. Furthermore, the institute is trying to transfer related technologies and know-how to foreign countries, recently. In this context, the main purpose of this study is to introduce the business model of renewable energy resource map. From the value chain analysis, we focus on the government-side market in foreign countries, such as the development of the national level renewable energy resource map and the support of the national renewable energy plan. For about 180 countries, we segment the customers according to the consideration of economic capacity, renewable energy resource capacity, existence of renewable resource map, current portion of renewable energy facility capacity, and renewable energy policies, and we conclude that the target customers are non-Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (non-OECD) countries or some OECD countries, their per capita GDP are under the average among OECD countries, that do not have renewable resource map yet. We segment the target customers into four groups, and suggest different strategies for market positioning and financing strategy based on Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) analysis. This study can help to develop the business strategy about the development of renewable energy resource map in foreign countries.

뿌리기업 진정성리더십이 조직원 역할 내 성과에 미치는 영향 : 외국인과 내국인의 조절효과 분석 (The Effects of Authentic Leadership on Employee's In-role Performance in Ppuri Company : Analysis of Moderating Effects between Foreigner and Native)

  • 뿌리산업은 4차 산업혁명으로 인하여 기술적 중요성이 증가하고, 지속적으로 성장하고 있지만, 내국인 전문인력 확보가 현실적으로 어려워, 외국인 근로자가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 뿌리기업에서 근무하는 외국인과 내국인의 역할내 성과 향상을 위한 조직 몰입 방안을 제시하고, 집단간 비교를 통한 차별화 지원 방안을 찾고자 한다. 연구대상은 뿌리기업의 외국인과 내국인이며, 설문을 통하여 유효샘플 393개를 수집하였다. 연구가설 검증은 구조방정식 모델링을 실시하였다. 결과는 외국인의 경우 균형잡힌 정보처리가 조직몰입을 통해 역할 내 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 내국인의 경우 관계적 투명성, 균형잡힌 정보처리과정, 내재화된 도덕적 관점이 조직몰입을 통해 역할 내 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 분석 결과는 집단별 역할 내 성과 향상을 위한 전략적 접근 방향을 제시한다.

화장품 로드샵 남성 판매종사원의 서비스품질이 구매의사에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Service Quality of Cosmetic Road Shop Male Sales Staff on Purchase Intention)

  • 성별에 따른 직업군의 기준이 무너지는 사회의 변화로 여성의 전유물로 인식되어왔던 뷰티영역에 남성 뷰티전문가들이 종사하고 있으며, 이에 따른 관심도 증가와 더불어 뷰티 산업 속에 차지하는 남성 종사자의 비중이 증가로 나타나고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 성장하는 뷰티산업과 증가하는 남성 뷰티 종사자들 중 화장품 로드샵의 남성 판매종사원의 서비스품질이 구매의사에 미치는 영향을 통하여 향후 남성 뷰티종사자들에게 고객유치에 있어 전략적 시사점을 모색할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 3가지 가설을 수립하고 분석하였다. 그 결과 화장품 로드샵 남성 판매종사원의 서비스품질은 구매의사에 유의미한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 화장품 로드샵의 남성 판매종사원들은 구매의사의 증가를 위해서 단정한 외모와 복장으로 고객을 응대하는 자세가 필요하며, 지속적인 제품교육 및 신속하고 정확한 서비스를 제공하는 교육이 필요하다고 사료된다.

  • 국내 지역 산업생태계의 활성화를 위하여 많은 연구자들이 그에 대한 정책수립 등에 대한 논의를 진행하고 있다. 하지만, 각 지역 특성을 고려한 산업생태계 활성화 방안과 그에 대한 우선순위를 고려하는 경우는 드물다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 광주 지역 자동차 산업을 중심으로 이에 대한 활성화 방안을 도출하기 위하여 문헌조사와 심층 인터뷰를 통하여 전문가 집단의 견해를 모으고 분석하는 정성적 연구를 수행하였다. 일차적으로 문헌조사와 심층 인터뷰를 통해 현재 광주 지역 자동차 산업의 현황 진단과 더불어 어떤 위기가 있는지 알아보고 이를 해결하기 위한 활성화 방안의 11가지의 전략 후보를 도출하였다. 그리고 AHP 기법을 활용하여 도출된 방안들의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위를 알아봄으로써, 어떤 방안부터 우선적으로 적용해야하는지에 대한 5가지 전략을 선별하였으며, 이는 향후 사업 계획 및 전략수립의 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

무엇이 중소기업의 개방형 혁신을 결정하는가? 전략-문화 혼합유형과 환경 역동성을 고려한 실증연구 (What Determines Open Innovation in SMEs? An Empirical Study Considering the Strategy-Culture Mixed Typology and Environmental Dynamism)

  • 본 연구는 전략-문화 혼합유형과 환경 역동성을 고려하여 중소기업의 개방형 혁신에 적합한 상황 및 유형을 실증적으로 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 174개 중소기업을 대상으로 4개 집단으로 분류하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전략-문화가 일치하는 PD형은 내·외향형 혁신 모두 혁신성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 동적 기술환경에서 내향형 혁신을 통해 성과를 향상시켰다. 반대로 DH형은 내·외향형 혁신 모두 유의한 효과가 없었다. 둘째, 전략-문화가 불일치하는 PH형과 DD형은 외향형과 내향형 중 단일 혁신만 성과에 영향을 미쳤다. 한편, PH, DD, DH형은 환경 역동성에 따른 조절효과는 확인되지 않았다. 개방형 혁신을 지향하는 중소기업은 변화·혁신 지향형 전략과 창의·도전적 문화를 일치시킴으로써 혁신성과를 향상하도록 노력해야 한다.

Potential Risks Associated with eSportsmen Activities: an Empirical Study

  • The purpose of the study was to identify the level of development of gaming disorder among e-sportsmen as a potential risk of their activity. Three groups were formed for the study. The first group consisted of 102 e-sportsmen aged between 18 and 32; the second group consisted of boys of the same age who, according to preliminary questionnaires, played computer games fairly frequently - at least once a week (n = 102); the third group consisted of individuals of the same gender and age, but who did not share a passion for computer games (n = 102). The study was performed using semi-structured interview during which the respondents filled out the Computer gaming disorder questionnaire developed and tested by O.M. Vidova under our supervision. Our study showed that among 102 e-sportsmen, 82,3% did not have any computer gaming disorder, only some tendency thereto. While 17,6% of e-sportsmen were characterized by a pronounced gaming disorder. E-sportsmen who prefer strategies, less than all other e-sportsmen, tend to escape from reality and accept the game role, to express their emotions through the game, and in general have the lowest level of dependence on games. Additionally, strategic e-sportsmen are most likely to study the game thoroughly and to develop themselves with it. Many Starcraft e-sportsmen tend to explore the possibilities of the game in detail and, at the same time, protect themselves from escaping into virtual reality. The risk of computer gaming disorder among e-sportsmen is largely determined by their sports achievements, the type of sports activity (individual or team), and genre of the preferred computer game.
