본 논문에서는 신경망 구조의 한 모델인 feed-forward multi-layered network에 역전파 학습(back-propagation learning) 기법을 이용하여 필기체 한글 숫자를 인식하고 그 가능성을 보였다. 문자 인식에 있어 입력 대상의 모양이 왜곡되거나, 대상의 크기 혹은 위치의 변화 등과 같은 잡음 (noise)에 대해서 정확히 대상을 인식하는 데는 대상의 구조 추출에 크게 관여되므로 한글의 구조 추출에 적합하다고 생각되는 bar mask 투사법을 제안하였다. 모델의 학습을 필기체 한글 숫자 16자의 입력 패턴과 타겟 ( target) 입력의 쌍을 이용해 학습시켰다. 또한, 모델의 인식 정도를 측정해 보기 위해 시험패턴을 적용하여 훈련된 패턴과 훈련되지 않은 패턴간의 인식률을 비교하여 보았다.

본 연구는 사회 네트워크 분석을 활용하여 응용통계연구에 논문을 게재한 저자 간 공동 연구의 양상을 분석하였다. 2000년부터 2010년까지 총 664개의 논문을 대상으로 하였으며 네트워크 분석을 통해 공저자 네트워크의 중심을 구성하는 연구자를 찾아보았고 하위 네트워크 분석을 통해 연구 분야 및 공동연구 집단이 차별화되는 네트워크를 살펴보았다. 또한, 공저관계를 반응변수로 하고 소속집단을 설명변수로 하는 로지스틱 회귀분석을 수행하여 소속집단이 공동연구에 미치는 영향정도를 분석해 보았다.

We consider goodness-of-fit test statistics for Weibull distributions when data are randomly censored and the parameters are unknown. Koziol and Green (Biometrika, 63, 465-474, 1976) proposed the $Cram\acute{e}r$-von Mises statistic's randomly censored version for a simple hypothesis based on the Kaplan-Meier product limit of the distribution function. We apply their idea to the other statistics based on the empirical distribution function such as the Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Liao and Shimokawa (Journal of Statistical Computation and Simulation, 64, 23-48, 1999) statistics. The latter is a hybrid of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov, $Cram\acute{e}r$-von Mises, and Anderson-Darling statistics. These statistics as well as the Koziol-Green statistic are considered as test statistics for randomly censored Weibull distributions with estimated parameters. The null distributions depend on the estimation method since the test statistics are not distribution free when the parameters are estimated. Maximum likelihood estimation and the graphical plotting method with the least squares are considered for parameter estimation. A simulation study enables the Liao-Shimokawa statistic to show a relatively high power in many alternatives; however, the null distribution heavily depends on the parameter estimation. Meanwhile, the Koziol-Green statistic provides moderate power and the null distribution does not significantly change upon the parameter estimation.

공공도서관 통계는 도서관 자원 및 서비스에 대한 객관적이 평가지표인 동시에 도서관 계획 및 정책의 수립 과정을 비롯한 도서관 경영 전반에 유용하게 이용될 수 있는 도구이다. 본 연구는 공공도서관 현황에 대한 정확한 측정과 보고가 이루어질 수 있는 국가단위의 공공도서관 통계 수집 및 제공 시스템을 확립하기 위해 이루어져야할 기본적인 과제가 무엇인가를 밝히고 개선 방향을 제시하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위하여 문헌연구를 통하여 통계의 의의와 이용자 및 활용분야를 정리하고 주요 국가단위 공공도서관 통계수집 사례를 살펴본 후, 도서관협회에서 매년 발행하는 $\ulcorner$도서관 통계$\lrcorner$를 대상으로 공공도서관 통계 수집 현황을 통계항목의 타당성, 수집통계의 신뢰성, 일관성 및 신속성, 그리고 도서관 평가 및 경영과정에서의 유용성을 중심으로 분석하고 개선을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

최근에는 기술의 도움 없이 통계를 가르친다는 것은 상상조차 하기 어렵다. 기술의 발전은 기초 통계학을 가르치는 방식과 교과서의 형태를 바꾸고 있다. 거의 모든 학생들이 항상 모바일 기기를 가지고 다니기 때문에 통계학 교과서를 디지털 형태로 제공한다면 학습자는 언제 어디서든 배울 수 있을 것이다. 또한 스마트폰은 학생들이 강의에 더 집중할 수 있도록 수업시간에 질의응답에 사용될 수 있다. 본 논문은 면대면 강의실에서 전자교과서를 이용할 때 발생하는 데이터를 분석하고 향후 전자교과서의 연구 방향을 제안한다.

The statistics of monitoring on soil quality is a report statistics which is made on the basis of Article 15, Environment Strategy Basic Law and Article 5, Soil Environment Conservation Law. This study was conducted according to quality assessment of Korea National Statistical Office. The assessment of quality infrastructure advised that the authority bring up and increase completely responsible officer and secure the budget. The assessment of user satisfaction and reflection of request propose that the statistics is focused on soil background concentration, decrease soil sampling points and extend survey period. The assessment of error management system per processes of detailed preparation suggest change of the statistics objective, a reduction of sampling points and improvement of survey period and soil measurement properties. Accuracy assessment of data proposed cuts of sampling points, accessibility increment and build up of management system linking subordinates and Ministry of Environment. The substantiality assessment of data service demonstrated information environment improvement for users including reference expression and records of statistics table and figure contents.

현재 통계학과의 수가 급격히 감소하고 있으며 우수한 학생들의 유치가 매우 어려워지는 상황에서 본 연구에서는 통계학과의 발전방향에 대해 다양한 관점에서 연구해 보았다. 특히 외환부족 사태 이후 교직에 대한 선호도가 높아지고 또 7차 교육과정에서 통계 교육이 강화되는 시점에서 통계학에 대한 교직과정을 확대하는 방안 또한 알아보았다. 어느 하나 쉬운 것이 없지만 모두의 다양한 노력이 전제되어야만 더 나은 미래를 만들어 갈 수 있을 것이다.

This thesis is purposed on developing security product co-evaluation statistics administrate program which is can administrate or analysis CC accreditation product using by DEVS modeling via portal site of member of CCRA. Via developing security product evaluation statistics administrate program, it can analysis the trend of all countries of the world in many ways, and noticed the ways of evaluation and accreditation of most countries via scheme analysis. Except this, it can analysis the situation of accreditation trend of any countries via data analysis of ICCC 2009. Also, For trend analysis to evaluation technique of CCRA member, it analyzed up to date technology and policy of the evaluation organization and the Certification Authority of most countries. And it peformed analysis the most trend of information security of evaluation authorization in CCRA member countries. In this program, It provide the function of trend statistics analysis which can statically analyzed the evaluation accreditation trends of most countries and automatical statistics by categorization ( by Product, Class and statistics in national) and report creation functions which can easily extraction and use the needed data. It has been updated the related informations until latest accredited product using by CC(Common Criteria) portal home page's data.

연속측도의 반응변수가 반복측정된 실험 자료의 분석을 위해 흔히 선형혼합모형이 사용된다. 그러나, 잔차의 분포가 이분산성이거나 비정규성을 가질 때 표준적인 선형혼합모형은 적절하지 않은 결과를 가져온다. 잔차의 분포가 두터운 꼬리를 가진 비정규분포를 보이는 타이어 필드시험 데이터를 로버스트 선형혼합모형에 적합시킴으로써 보다 더 정확하고 신뢰할 수 있는 분석결과를 얻을 수 있다. 추가적으로 신뢰성 분석 결과를 제시한다.

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the number of suicide deaths in women, trends in suicide mortality, characteristics of suicide by age, and outcomes of suicide means over the past decade (2011-2021) in South Korea. Methods: Using cause of death data from Statistics Korea, an in-depth analysis of Korean women's suicide trends was conducted for the period of 2011-2021. Results: In 2021, women's suicide death in Korea was 4,159, a rate of 16.2 per 100,000 population. The rate increased by 1.4% from the previous year. Since 2011, women's suicide rate has been on a steady downward trend, but since 2018, it has been on the rise again. Suicide rates among women in their 20s and 30s have increased, especially since the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic, and suicide rates among women over 70 years remain high. As compared to 2011, pesticide poisoning and hanging among the means of suicide have decreased significantly, while drug and carbon monoxide continue to increase. Conclusion: Suicide rates for Korean women in their 20s and 30s have increased significantly in recent years, and those for women over 70 years remain high. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the causes and establish national policies for targeted management of these age groups, which contributes significantly to the rising suicide rate among Korean women.
