  • Recently a number of social surveys on community response to environmental noises have been conducted. Since standardized noise annoyance scales were needed to compare the results from various areas, ICBEN(International Commission on Biological of Noise) Team 6 planned a international joint study and constructed comparable standardized noise annoyance scales using the same method. In Korea the survey was conducted in four areas such as Seoul, Taejon, Taegu and Kwangju. About 100 subjects participated in each area approximately. The 21 adverbs were first in the early survey, and five verbal annoyance modifiers were finally constructed as follows;. 1 (Jeonhyo), 2 (Jokm), 3 (Bikyojerk), 4 (Ajoo), 5 (Umcheongnage)

쌀밥, 오곡밥의 대량생산 표준레시피 개발 (Standardization of the Recipe for the Large-scale Production of Salbob and Ogokbob)

  • The principal objective of this study was to develop a standardized recipe for the large-scale production of Salbob and Ogokbob. The recipe was standardized as follows: we collected and recorded the amount of ingredients and production procedures currently being used by cooks in the contracted foodservice management company and hotel-based Korean restaurants. According to the food preferences of Koreans, we selected 2 kinds of rice; Salbob and Ogokbob. We developed a revised recipe and an evaluation form. We conducted a sensory evaluation with 30 panels, using a JAR (just-about-right) scale. We developed a standardized recipe for both kinds of rice. Yield, portion size, temperature, preparation time, equipment, cost, ingredients, weight of ingredients, method, and critical point were all components accounted for in the developed recipe. The factor method and the percentage method were proposed techniques for adjusting the recipe, and a direct measurement table for Salbob and Ogokbob was also devised.

UML기반의 패턴지향 설계정보 저장을 위한 혼합형 저장소 설계 (The Design of Hybrid Repository to store Pattern-Oriented Design Information based on UML)

  • 표준화된 설계를 위해 UML이 이용되고 있으나, 설계된 UML 정보를 재사용 가능하도록 저장할 필요성이 있다. 그리고 기존의 설계 정보를 재사용하기 위해 설계 정보를 표준화하고 분류하여 재사용 해야 하는 문제점을 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 설계 정보를 패턴화하여 표준화된 설계 정보와 비 표준화된 설계 정보의 특성을 함께 표현하여 재사용하기 위한 혼합형 저장소 HYREP(HYbrid REPository)를 설계하였다. 그리고 표준화에 의한 설계 유연성을 잃는 단점을 보완하기 위해, 표준화된 설계 정보는 공유 영역에 비 표준화된 설계 정보는 개인 영역에 저장하도록 설계하였다. 그리고 저장소에 저장된 설계정보를 표현하기 위해 OMG의 UML 1.3을 이용하여 객체와 관계를 표현하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 패턴-지향형 설계 도구의 구축을 위한 방안으로 설계 정보의 재사용을 위해 설계 정보를 패턴화 하였으며, 패턴화된 설계 정보의 중복 저장을 피하기 위해 설계 정보를 저장할 때 재사용된 설계 정보는 코드화하여 표준화된 설계 정보와 비 표준화된 설계 정보를 표현할 수 있는 혼합형 저장소를 설계하였다.

  • Grapes has long been used for food, and reported as containing polyphenol which has antioxidant and anti-cancer effects. Neuroinflammation is chronic inflammation at the brain, lead to neurodegenerative diseases. In this study, quercetin-3-O-glucuronide (QG) isolated from the leaf of Vitis labruscana has anti-neuroinflammatory effects. QG were investigated using MTT assay, western blot, nitric oxide (NO) assay, prostaglandin $E_2$ ($PGE_2$) assay, cytokine assay in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced inflammation in BV2 cells. QG dose-dependently attenuated the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), accordingly inhibited the production of NO and $PGE_2$. QG decreases the levels of proinflammatory cytokine such as tumor necrosis factor-${\alpha}$ (TNF-${\alpha}$), interlukin-$1{\beta}$ (IL-$1{\beta}$). Thereby, QG may offer therapeutic potential for treatment of neurodegenerative disease related to neuroinflammation.

표준화환자를 활용한 당뇨식이교육 동영상학습이 간호학생의 임상수행능력과 학습만족도에 미치는 효과 (Development of a Multimedia Learning DM Diet Education Program using Standardized Patients and Analysis of Its Effects on Clinical Competency and Learning Satisfaction for Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a multimedia learning program for patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) diet education using standardized patients and to examine the effects of the program on educational skills, communication skills, DM diet knowledge and learning satisfaction. Methods: The study employed a randomized control posttest non-synchronized design. The participants were 108 third year nursing students (52 experimental group, 56 control group) at K university in Seoul, Korea. The experimental group had regular lectures and the multimedia learning program for DM diet education using standardized patients while the control group had regular lectures only. The DM educational skills were measured by trained research assistants. Results: The students who received the multimedia learning program scored higher for DM diet educational skills, communication skills and DM diet knowledge compared to the control group. Learning satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than the control group, but statistically insignificant. Conclusion: Clinical competency was improved for students receiving the multimedia learning program for DM diet education using standardized patients, but there was no statistically significant effect on learning satisfaction. In the nursing education system there is a need to develop and apply more multimedia materials for education and to use standardized patients effectively.

건강행위가 지역간 표준화사망률 변이에 미치는 영향 (Health behavior affecting on the regional variation of standardized mortality)

  • Objectives: The contribution of health behavior is high in the mortality variation. Mortality variation can be decreased through the policies and programs for improving health behavior. We investigated that health behaviors effected with standardized mortality in community. Methods: We examined the distribution of health determinant factors and correlation analyzed between factors and performed multiple linear regression. Data were collected from 2012 Community Health Survey in 253 communities, annual regional statistics, and statistics from Statistics Korea. Results: This study defined that the variation of standardized mortality and there are exist inequality level of health determinant factors in 253 communities. This study showed that the higher standardized mortality explained through health behavior factors of the current smoking rate, walking exercise rate and diagnosis of hypertension or diabetes rate after adjusted other factors(adjusted $R^2=0.709$, p<0.001). Conclusions: Smoking, walking exercise and diagnosis chronic disease affecting on the regional variation of standardized mortality. These factors can be improved by the local residents themselves.

도시철도 사상사고 유형·원인 분류 및 표준화 방안 (Classification and Standardized Coding for Urban Railway Casuality Accident Types and Causes)

  • 본 논문에서는 도시철도역사 내 철도안전사상사고의 사고유형과 원인분류를 표준화하는 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 도시철도 운영기관 (서울메트로, 서울도시철도공사)의 4,086건 철도안전사상 사고를 분석하여 표준화 코드를 작성하였다. 사고유형의 표준화는 사상자유형, 사고대상, 사고 위치, 사고형태로 구분하여 분류하고 이를 포함한 4자리의 표준화코드를 제시하였다. 사고원인의 표준화는 원인제공자, 음주여부, 1차 원인, 2차 원인을 포함한 4자리의 표준화코드를 제시하였다. 이러한 표준화코드는 도시철도 역사 내 철도안전사상사고의 체계적인 비상관리 및 긴급대응에 기본이 되는 역할을 담당할 것이라 판단된다.

식재료 표준화 체계에 대한 학교 급식 영양(교)사 인식 조사 (School Foodservice Nutritionists' Perception on the Standardization of Food Ingredients in the Procurement System)

  • The standardization of food ingredients in the procurement system is essential to maintain the quality of food services. Currently, school food services in Korea do not have such a standardized system, which results in inconsistency of the procurement procedure of food ingredients. This study examined how school foodservice nutritionists perceive the standardization of food ingredients in the procurement system. In particular, this study investigated school foodservice nutritionists' perception on the appropriateness, convenience, and necessity of newly proposed standardized procurement system consisting of a classification and attribute system. A total of 311 nutritionists from 123 elementary schools, 99 middle schools, and 84 high schools were surveyed via both online and offline from June 16-24, 2016. The major findings of the study are as follows. First, three quarters of the nutritionists perceived the newly proposed standardized procurement system to be necessary, while approximately sixty percent of the respondents reported that the newly proposed standardized procurement system is convenient. More than half of the respondents perceived the newly proposed standardized procurement system to be appropriate. The results suggest that the new standardized system directs a better way in terms of the classification and attribute systems of food ingredients. This study suggests that the standardization of food ingredients should be implemented at the operation of school food services.

학교 우유급식의 효율적 관리를 위한 표준 매뉴얼 개발 (Development of Standardized Manual for Efficient Management of School Milk Program)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a standardized manual to help an educational agency manage the school milk program in cities and provinces. Towards this purpose, we carried out an observational study, content analysis, and survey as the first step. After developing the standardized manual and modifying its contents based on a panel discussion, we implement the delphi-technique as the second step. The standardized manual was composed of an introduction, the administrative direction of educational agency, the management of the school milk program, the management of the free milk program, teaching guidance, selection and contract of supplier, and an appendix. The manual was distributed to over 16 educational agencies for managing the school milk program and was promoted to public officials, such as the officers of educational agencies, the school district officials, and the officers of ministry of agriculture and forestry. The developed manual was targeted for used in schools throughout the nation, but was accepted with reservation in different regions. Therefore, school milk program would be expected to be an efficient management and operation through the use of a standardized manual.

  • 이 연구는 오늘날 학교교육에서 평가관을 지배하고 있는 표준화시험에 대해 미국의 사례를 중심으로 그 역사적 전개과정에 대해 고찰하고 시사점을 논한다. 특히 20세기 초 과학주의의 확산과 함께 표준화시험이 학교교육의 개선을 위해 적용되는 과정에서 카네기재단이 행한 매개적 역할에 주목하고 있다. 20세기 이래 표준화시험은 미국교육에서 중요한 지위를 지니고 있으며, 지식, 학력, 책무성을 강조하는 본질주의적 교육관을 대표하고 있어, 아동중심성, 경험, 민주주의 등을 강조하는 진보주의적 교육관과 대치되기도 한다. 표준화시험을 중심으로 한 미국교육의 전개과정에 대한 이해는 2000년대 이후 학력평가가 국제적으로 강화되고 있는 흐름에 대한 분석의 기초로서 중요하다.
