One of the causes of recent construction site collapses was that the compressive strength of concrete was less than half of the allowable design standard strength range. In the safety diagnosis of structures, the compressive strength of concrete is a factor that determines the durability of a building. Therefore, in this study, we aim to examine the characteristics of compressive strength according to the particle size distribution of coarse aggregate among the compressive strength factors using small-diameter cores. To avoid problems when collecting cores, core specimens with diameters of 100×200, 50×100, and 25×50 (mm) were manufactured directly. As a result of measuring the compressive strength of concrete for each diameter, the larger the core diameter, the higher the compressive strength. has increased.

The conventional tracking testing as IEC-60587 is widely used in surface aging measurement of outdoor insulator because those testing can carry out very short time in Lab-testing. Also IEC-60587 testing is able to offer the standard judgement of relative degradation level of outdoor HV machine/system. Therefore it is very useful method compare to previous conventional tracking testing method and effective Lab-testing method. But surface discharges(SD) have very complex characteristics of discharge pattern so it is required estimation research to development of precise analysis method. In recent, the study of IRR-camera is carrying out discover of temperature of power equipment through condition diagnosis and system development of degradation diagnosis. In this study, SD occurred from procelain insulator, used 22.9[KV] distribution, is measured with partial temperature distribution in real time, the degradation grade of SD is analyzed through produced patterns in SD concentration according to applied time.

Pseudoaneurysm is extremely rare complication after ankle arthroscopy with standard anteromedial and anterolateral portals. We report a case of a pseudoaneurysm of the anterior tibial artery detected at 3 months after ankle arthroscopy in a 16-year-old male. He had sustained painful swelling of his right ankle after the arthroscopic surgery, and referred to our hospital with an MRI checked postoperatively. We failed to make the diagnosis of pseudoaneurysm with the postoperative MRI, thus the patient underwent another arthroscopy which revealed massive hemarthrosis within the joint. The diagnosis was confirmed with an angiography, and the vascular lesion was ligated.

Among the various pulse diagnosis contents in "Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經)", we researched the pulse conditions that are belonged to Sameumsamyang(三陰三陽), and made a comparative study with pulse conditions of five organs[五臟], that of six meridians in "Sanghallon(傷寒論)". So from now on, this study would make help to understand standard pulse condition of Sameumsamyang(三陰三陽) diseases for clinical application. In "Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經)", pulse condition of Taeyang(太陽) is expressed to be floating, Yangmyeong(陽明)'s condition to be strong but with a little bit weakness, Soyang(少陽)'s condition to be intermediate between Eum(陰) and Yang(陽), Taeeum(太陰)'s condition to be low and soft, So-eum(少陰)'s condition to be low and weak with some occasional upward tendency, Gweoleum(厥陰)'s condition to be mixed state of Eum and Yang.

Splenic abscess is a rare clinical condition with a reported incidence of 0.14 % to 0.70 % in various autopsy series. Primary tuberculosis of the spleen as a cause of splenic abscess is even rarer, especially in the antitubercular era. Infants and children have a higher predisposition to extra-pulmonary tuberculosis than adults and tend to develop severe extra-pulmonary disease such as miliary tuberculosis and meningitis. The diagnosis of tuberculosis in infants and children can be difficult because of nonspecific symptoms and clinical findings. Computed tomography establishes the diagnosis of splenic abscess and demonstrates the number and location of abscesses. Splenectomy is the standard of care in most clinical setting. We present a 4-year-old girl who had multiple tuberculosis splenic abscesses and was treated successfully with splenectomy.

In standard time-to-event or survival analysis, the occurrence times of the event of interest are observed exactly or are right-censored. However in certain situations such as the AIDS data, the incubation period which is the time between HIV infection time and the diagnosis of AIDS is usually doubly censored. That is the HIV infection time Is interval censored and also the time of the diagnosis of AIDS is right censored. In this paper, we Impute the Interval censored infection time using the conditional mean imputation and estimate the coefficient factor of the regression analysis for the incubation period using Gibbs sampler. We applied parametric and semi-parametric methods for the analysis of the Incubation period and compared the results.
