The cyst of Scrippsiella trochoidea from the surface mud in Masan Bay was germinated in the incubator for the culture. This species was one of dinoflagellates responsible for the early spring bloom in the southern coastal water of Korea. The culture experiments were carried out under the various gradients of environmental factors to know their effects on the population growth of this dinoflagellate. With respect to the effects of environmental factors on the growth, it was proved that the maximum cell growth was occurred at 4,000 lux of light intensity, salinity $30\%0$ and temperature $20^{\circ}C$. When 0.25ml/ml of the filtrates of Skeletonema costatum culture medium and the supernatants of soil extracts were added to growth medium as organic growth stimulants, both materials enhanced the population growth. In the fatty acid composition of S. trochoidea, $C_{16:0}$ was the major component, and $C_{18:0},\;C_{18:1},\;C_{22:0}\;and\;C_{22:1}$ were a minor components.

In the field of fashion in this modern era, the tendency of diversification has created a variety of hybrid patterns and this tendency is being accelerated simultaneously by the hybrid trend. This research aims to analyze the aesthetic features of hybrid fashion in the modern "Sports Inspired Fashion(SIF)." We analyze fashion in the past 10 years from 2001 S/S to 2010 S/S. We focus on the four largest worldwide collections from New York, Paris, Milano, and London and concentrate on analyzing the contents from 38 volumes of Gap Press magazine. To accomplish our goal of study, we first define the concept of sports-inspired fashion and propose a framework of analysis to study hybrid patterns by reviewing the previous studies on hybrid patterns. Second, we analyze a wide range of sports-inspired fashion examples that have appeared in Gap Press magazines for the past 10 years(those which have been inspired by sports uniforms and training wears). Third, we analyze and classify the hybrid patterns of sports-inspired fashion. The results of our research are as follows. We have collected a total of 534 SIF works from the whole set of 61359 pictures and examined 23 sports fields. In terms of seasonal changes, the SIF works were found the most in the spring collections. Then, we have identified 25 hybrid patterns. The time hybrid pattern comprises more than half of the data(58.2%). The class-culture hybrid patterns comprise 18.8%, while the gender hybrid patterns comprise 18.2%. However, the intercultural hybrid patterns were rarely found, comprising merely 5% of the data. Our analysis confirms that sports and sports wear fashion are changing and developing in truly diverse ways in this modern era. This trend has continued to influence the high fashion in the modern age and is expected to exert a continuous impact on the change of fashion in the future.

Source : sources used by Qianghuo is Ostericum koreanum Maximowicz, Notopterygium incisum Ting and Notopterygium forbesii Boissier etc. in Korea and China. And we cirulate a Qianghuo dividing Nanqianghuo and Beiqianghuo. Thought source of Korea Qianghuo is different from china's we use a same name. And source of Beiqianghuo has not made clear yet. According to research accomplished 2002, we have to use Nanqianghuo producted at Jinbu in aspect of aspect. but, Beiqianghuo the outside form of Beiqianghuo similar to china so we think that we have to more make clear source of domestic Qianghuo, verify a source Beiqianghuo and re-establish about effects and functions of domestic Qianghuos. Culture : A term of culture is an nearly one year. so to product Qianghuo of good quality, we must plant directly in autumn or raise seedlings and transplant in spring. Processing : To protect turning to brown, Qianghuo are cirulate mostly as the original form without washing in water, To proteet crushing of Qianghuo when we cut off, Qianghuo were cut off after being soaked in water or steamed by heat. So when we wash and cut off, it has to be made processes which have no decreases of medical effects and be suggested a proper index which verify a medical effects. In summury, after harvesting Qianghuo the first washing $\rightarrow$ the first dry $\rightarrow$ selection $\rightarrow$ the second washing $\rightarrow$ the second dry $\rightarrow$ selection $\rightarrow$ cutting off $\rightarrow$ the third dry.

A variety of change in modern society has affected a family structure. In addition birth rate is getting lower and nuclear family type is getting common, influence of children has highly increased. According to this phenomenon, needs and concern about education and culture for children increase sharply. Children cultural complex can be learning field, which helps children not only to rediscover the world by themselves but also to have various and abundant experience. The purpose of this study is going to extract a planning factor of the children cultural complex through case studies of korean and oversea project for adaptable children cultural complex. In addition, this study tries to analyze the features of the children cultural complex in korean and oversea. Consequently, The analysis result is to be introduced party room to children cultural complex, used the PVC tile and carpet tile for safety of children and variety, and executed program relevant to nature.

With the introduction of the ubiquitous technology, the housing culture centers of construction companies have demonstrated future housing image and technology. However, ubiquitous home services are technology oriented items. The purpose of this study was to identify u- services which were realized in domestic future housing and to compare those with services the residents needed greatly refer to researches related to demand for u-service. For this study, field studies were conducted with 3 domestic future housings and precedent studies on demand for u-service were analyzed according to the standard of residents' demand. The results of the study showed that residents prefer u-services for security and control of indoor environment for housework and leisure life. As a result, u-services which residents needed mainly did not correspond with those that were displayed in future housing.

This paper is a part of "The Study of The Traditional Korean Ethnic Farmhousing in Yanbian China. The purpose of this study is to investigate the activities of the Chung-ji-kan(the combined kitchen and major ondol living room). Of the traditional farmhouse. It is based on a survey of 124 households in the farm villages of Lungching China. Survey research methods included a field study in Dallajae. A questionnaire was used to conduct this study. The major findings are : 1) the average family is 3.25 persons and the nuclear family type is prevalent; 2) the building plan of the farmhouse is the Ham-Kyoung-Do `double file` dwelling type, the average 5.2kan(51.1m2) house: 3) the Chung-ji-kan ondol is the important center of activities for the farm family: thus the sitting life style of Korean ondol culture continues in Yanbian, China.hina.

The program of public facilities are essential of resident life, and these programs affect quality of life and community activation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the present condition of the program of public facilities and residents' need of program in Yanglim-Dong, Gwangju. In this study, Field survey and questionnaire survey are used for data collection. The results of this study are showed as follows: First, most of the public facilities' programs are composed of educational and welfare program and program for teenager, young people and middle-age. Second, most of the residents prefer to program for culture and sport. Third, most of the residents want to join in one or two every weeks and the time zone of p.m..

A purpose of this research is to suggest a housing planning on a high-rise apartment by searching a residence lifestyle based on a trend. In this rapid changing age, this will be a based data for regulating the future social housing lifestyle by understanding a whole of social fields. In addition, residence who will be lived in a high-rise apartment will be likely to get a better life environment. By researching a trend with politics, social culture, economy, scientific technique from 1970 to 2008, it is came out the most important three trend is feminism, naturalism and digital. Recently, The culture of accommodations have been developed and diversified as there have increasing people who want to enjoy in their extra-time. However, User's satisfaction have decreasing due to the accommodations have been focused on quantity and uniformed developing. Therefore, The accommodations are needed an accurate planning that it is regarded about the characteristic of an architecture and user's emotion without the purpose of benefit or the object of developing. So, It must be overwhelmed with the things of pleasure which the people have experience. Nowadays, The concerning of traditional accommodations as Hanok have increasing that it is engaged in the concerning of eco-friendly architecture, However, there is not much studies about this object. Consequently, the purpose of this study is presentation of basic materials for the traditional accommodations as Hanok throughout investigate that.
