정상의 발과 병적인 발에서 발보조기 연구의 비판적 고찰 (A Critical Review of Foot Orthoses in Normal and Diseased Foot)

  • The purpose of this study was to critically review biomechanical studies on foot orthoses (FO) in normal and diseased foot and provide beneficial information obtained from researches until now and future researching focus. The search was performed by Medline and Embase database including studies published in English from January 1980 to April 2007. The searching terms were foot orthoses, foot orthotics, insoles and shoe insert. 57 studies including 54 journal articles and 3 abstracts were finally selected under the conditions of having clinical trials, FO, control condition, movement, scientific measuring system. The reviewed studies were divided into 10 categories according to subject characteristics; healthy normal, excessive pronation or flexible flat foot, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, medial knee osteoarthritis, forefoot varus, plantar fasciitis, patellofemoral syndrome, cavus foot and finite element model. In summary, first, soft and semirigid FOs with some degree of cushioning showed much higher comfort and efficacy than rigid FO. Second, no big differences between prefabricated and custom FO were shown. Third, the full length's FO was preferable to the half length's FO or simple arch supports. Fourth, the wearing of FO combining medial arch supports and metatarsal dome made positive roles to enhance comfort and functionality and redistribute plantar pressure under the foot. Fifth, for patients with knee-related diseases lateral wedges were preferable. Sixth, measuring systems were properly applied according to the types of foot diseases.

여자 체조, 피겨 및 프리스타일 선수의 동적자세 유지능력의 비교 (Ability to Maintain Dynamic Posturography in Gymnastic, Free style skier, and Figure skater)

  • 본 연구는 지속적인 곡예 운동이 여자 체조, 프리스타일 스키어 및 피겨 스케이터 선수의 동적자세 유지 능력에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 이 연구에 참여한 피험자는 운동경력이 4-6년 된 운동선수로서 체조선수 7명, 프리스타일 스키어 선수8명, 피겨 스케이터 7명과 일반 여학생 10명을 통제집단으로 분류하였다. 동적자세의 운동능력을 비교하고자 뉴로컴사의 동적자세측정기를 이용하여 6가지 각 조건에 맞는 이른바, 시각계, 전정계 및 체성감각계가 동원되는 상황을 연출하면서 실험에 임하였다. 자료처리는 일원변량분석을 실시하였고, 사후검증으로는 집단 간의 차이를 보고자 Scheffe로 하였고, 통계학적 유의수준은 .05로 하였다. 연구결과 운동집단 간에는 조건 5에서 프리스타일 선수와 체조선수 간의 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 운동선수 집단과 일반인 여학생 간에는 조건 2, 3, 4, 5, 6에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 결론적으로 지속적인 곡예 운동은 평형기관계를 자극하여 동적자세 조절의 향상에 효과가 있는 것으로 사료된다.

기능성 전문테니스화의 족저압력분포 분석 (A Study of In-sole Plantar Pressure Distribution in Functional Tennis Shoes)

  • The aim of this study is to evaluate tennis shoes's plantar pressure distribution in tennis prayers and to determine the influence of the shoe on various tennis movements. When investigating the biomechanics of movement in tennis, one of the first things to do is to understand the movement patterns of the sport, specifically how these patterns relate to different tennis shoes. Once these patterns are understood, footwear company can design tennis shoes that match the individual needs of tennis players. Plantar pressure measurement is widely employed to study foot function, the mechanical pathogenesis for foot disease and as a diagnostic and outcome measurement tool for many performance. Measurements were taken of plantar pressure distribution across the foot and using F-Scan(Tekscan Inc.) systems respectively. The F-Scan system for dynamic in-shoe foot pressure measurements has enabled us to assess quantitatively the efficacy of different types of footwear in reducing foot pressures. The Tekscan F-Scan system consists of a flexible, 0.18mm thick sole-shape having 1260 pressure sensors, the sensor insole was trimmed to fit the subjects' right, left shoes. For this study 4 university male, high level tennis players were instructed to hit alternated forehand stroke, backhand stroke, forehand volley, backhand volley, smash, service movement in 4 different tennis shoes. 1. When impact in tennis movement, peak pressure distribution of landing foot displayed D>C>B>A, A displayed the best low pressure distribution. A style's tennis shoes will suggest prayer with high impact. If prayer with high impact feeling during pray in tennis wear A style, it will decrease injury, will have performance improvement. 2. When impact in tennis movement, plantar pattern of pressure distribution in landing foot displayed B>A>C>D in stability performance. During tennis, prayer want to stability movement suggest B style tennis shoes when tennis movement impact keep stability of human body. B style tennis shoes give performance improvement 3. When impact in tennis movement, plantar pattern of center of force(C.O.F.)trajectory in landing foot analyzed this : 1) When stroke movement and volley movement in tennis, prayer better to rearfoot movement. 2) when service movement, prayer midfoot strike movement. 3) when smash movement, prayer have forefoot strike movement.

  • 연구배경: 정신적인 면에 밀접한 관련이 있는 스포츠에 정신과적인 관심은 체계적으로 적용되지 못해왔으며 심리학에 비해 관심의 정도나 다양성은 많이 부족하였다. 이번 스포츠 정신의학의 소개는 기본적 개념과 영역을 간단히 논함으로써 정신과 의사로써 스포츠를 보는 다양한 시각을 제공하고 정신과 의사가 할 수 있는 기본적인 역할에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 결과 및 토론 : 운동선수들의 심리학적 발달 단계를 이해하는 것은 그들의 정신 구조를 알아가는데 많은 도움을 준다. 또한 어린 시절부터 지속되어온 일정한 성향은 시합 중에 혹은 연습 중에 간혹 보일 수 있는 문제점을 신속히 알아내는 데 많은 자료를 제공할 것이다. 운동의 정신 생물학은 운동 선수들의 정신 상태에 영향을 끼칠 수 있는 호르몬이나 신경 전달물질 같은 생물학적인 면을 논하게 된다. 운동 선수의 훈련이나 경기 중 일어날 수 있는 정신적 문제를 크게 5가지 항목으로 나눌 수 있다, choke, 슬럼프, 부상, 대인관계, 훈련딜레마. 선수들도 일반인들과 똑같이 정신과적 모든 질환에 노출되어 있다. 정신치료, 집단치료, 가족치료, 약물 치료 등 정신과 환자에게 사용될 수 있는 모든 치료법은 스포츠정신의학에서 사용될 수 있다. 결론: 비록 정신과 의사들이 영향을 끼칠 수 있는 중요한 부분들은 임상적 상황이 되겠지만 선수들 운동과 인생 전반에 걸쳐 벌어지는 선수들의 역할과 갈등에 관심 가짐으로써, 자신의 운동과 인생을 즐기며 살아가는 더 많은 인본주의적인 선수 출현에 일조했으면 한다.

4차 산업혁명시대에 운동재활분야의 융·복합적 활성화 방안 (A Convergent and Combined Activation Plan for Exercise Rehabilitation in the Era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution)

  • 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명에 따른 뉴노멀 시대에 스포츠산업 현장의 융·복합 분석, 운동재활분야에서의 융·복합적 분석을 통해 미래 활성화 방안을 종합적으로 모색하데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 수행하기 위하여 문헌연구방법을 진행하였으며, 이를 위한 주요 연구 내용으로는 4차 산업혁명에 따른 뉴노멀시대에 스포츠산업 환경을 분석하고 스포츠산업의 융·복합 분석, 그리고 운동재활분야의 융·복합적활성화 방안을 종합적으로 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 스포츠산업 차원에서 운동재활분야의 융·복합적 육성 전략을 수립한다. 이는 보건 및 체육부문 등 정부부처간의 협업을 통해 운동재활-ICT 융·복합 모델뿐만 아니라 운동재활-관광-ICT 융·복합 모델 개발과 적극적인 재정 지원을 의미한다. 둘째, 융·복합적인 사고방식으로의 전환과 함께 이를 위한 운동재활분야의 교육경쟁력을 확대, 강화한다. 운동재활 및 관련 전공자 개인의 ICT 역량 강화를 위한 교육·훈련 체계 정비 그리고 융·복합 창업교육 등이 필요함을 의미한다. 셋째, 운동재활 및 관련 분야에 실용적이고 산업 현장 중심의 융·복합 기술 적용을 통한 다양한 연구개발이 요구된다. 이를 통해 뉴노멀시대에 따른 위기 극복과 함께 운동재활 융복·합 기술 창업에 대한 지원도 함께 이루어져야 할 것이다. 넷째, 운동재활 및 관련 상업 집적이 가능한 중장기적 클러스터를 구성한다. 이는 운동재활분야의 산업 거점 및 단지 조성을 의미하며, 산·학·관 협동의 R&D 중심의 클러스터 조성, 지역 인프라와의 시너지 효과의 극대화, 자생적 수익 발생 구조 현실화의 기능을 수행해야 할 것이다.

착용형 시선 추적 장치의 스포츠 분야 적용을 위한 적외선 조명 변화 최소화에 관한 연구 (A Study on an Infrared Illumination Stabilization Method in a Head Mounted Eye Tracking System for Sport Applications)

  • In this paper, a simple optical method that uses an infrared(IR) cut filter is proposed to minimize variation of eye image by external infrared(IR) sources in a video based head mounted eye tracking system that is used in the field of sports. For this, the IR cut filter is attached to a head mount of the eye tracking system, and the camera with an IR LED is located between the IR cut filter and eye. In this structure, external IR is blocked by the IR cut filter, and the IR intensity on the eye can be controlled by the IR LED. Therefore, the illumination condition of the camera to capture the eye can be stable without being affected by external IR illuminations. To verify the proposed idea, variation of the eye image and intensity of the IR with/without the IR cut filter is measured under various illumination conditions. The measured data show that the IR cut filter method can block external IR effectively, and complex pupil detection algorithms can be replaced by a simple binarized method.

e스포츠 비즈니스의 주요 성공요인과 이용효과와의 관계에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Relationship between the Key Success Factors and the Usage Effect of the e-Sports Business)

  • The purpose of this paper is to present an overview of the characteristics of the e-sports business at a crucial point in the era of information and knowledge. That is, an investigation was conducted surrounding the key success factors of e-sports as a newly growing industry, and the relationship between the key success factors and the usage effect. In order to do this, the key success factors were extracted from interviews with e-sports experts in conjunction with a survey that was conducted to gather empirical data. The key points of the statistical analysis of the survey are as follows. First, the success factors of a policy do not have a significant effect on the usage. Second, some administrative success factors of the e-sports business include the distribution of e-sports in the form of franchise chain, the establishment of policies to prevent the excellent members of e-sports from seceding, making a good impression as a high-class sport, the frequent notice of the break-even point, and educating people on how to use the e-sports machine. Third, the development and distribution of excellent e-sports software was analyzed as a technical success factor of the e-sports business. Finally, there is no doubt that results of this study can be used to facilitate the growth of the e-sports business as a new industry related to the IT industry.

  • Evaluation of active safety control systems usually relies heavily on field testing and is time-consuming and costly. Advances in computer simulations make it possible to perform exhaustive design trials and evaluations before field testing, and promise to dramatically reduce development cost and cycle time. In this paper, a comprehensive simulation-based evaluation procedure is proposed, which combines standard evaluation maneuvers, worst-case techniques, and a driver model for closed-loop path following evaluations. A vehicle dynamic controller (VDC) for a popular Sport Utility Vehicle is evaluated using the proposed procedure. Simulation results show that the proposed procedure can be used to assess the performance of the VDC under various conditions and provides valuable information for the re-design of the VDC.

Multi-station Fixture Layout Design Using Simulated Annealing

  • Automotive and aircraft assembly process rely on fixtures to support and coordinate parts and subassemblies. Fixture layout in multi-station panel assemblies has a direct dimensional effect on final products and thus presents a quality problem. This paper describes a methodology for fixture layout design in multi -station assembly processes. An optimal fixture layout improves the robustness of a fixture system against environmental noises, reduces product variability, and eventually leads to manufacturing cost reduction. One of the difficulties raised by multi-station fixture layout design is the overwhelmingly large number of design alternatives. This makes it difficult to find a global optimality and, if an inefficient algorithm is used, may require prohibitive computing time. In this paper, simulated annealing is adopted and appropriate parameters are selected to find good fixture layouts. A four-station assembly process for a sport utility vehicle (SUV) side frame is used throughout the paper to illustrate the efficiency and effectiveness of this methodology.

  • In recent years, digital content has become easily accessible because of internet technology. Representative examples of such digital content include various types, such as music, TV, (program, sport, drama etc.) and films. However, there are cases where internet technology is used in illegal ways without the authorization of the copyright holder for digital content. Such actions have a direct impact on copyright owners' profits and further affect the development of the digital culture industry adversely. Therefore, in this study, we analyze features to detect piracy sites that cause copyright infringement. Further, we develop a piracy site detection crawler based on these features and present the analysis of its performance.
