This study looks into the relationship between Chinese philosophy, with a focus on Confucianism and Taoism, and music. Kong zi's Confucius supported, 'Enjoyment without being licentious and grief without being hurtfully excessive', and 'hatred of the music of Zheng'. These ideas do not emphasize the function of music as an expression of emotions, feelings, or desires, and are instead conclusions based on Confucian ideals such as harmony between classes and the spread of benevolent government. Music must coincide with Justice. The hatred of the music of Zheng was a conclusion founded on the idea of a place for Justice in music. Zhuangzi is the source of the spirit of Chinese art; specifically, Zhuangzi's idea of music in relation to its influence on East Asian history of art is extremely influential. In fact, the concept of yuelun is considered the most original and important concept in the history of the East Asian philosophy of art. The most distinctive features of Zhuangzi's theory of music can be summarized as follows. He attempts to liberate music from the restrictions of form and to let music express authentic human feelings and emotions. He also argues that music should not be subjected to politics, as he thinks that the creative mind of an artist can exist only when music is freed from political influence. Confucianism takes a humanistic perspective, while Taoism takes a more naturalistic one. In sum, Confucianism gives weight to the logical and ethical aspects of music, while Taoism emphasizes the intuitional and naturalistic ones.

Yeonjae(淵齋) Song Byeong-seon(宋秉璿, 1836-1905) was the ninth-generation descendant of Uam (尤庵) Song Si-yeol (宋時烈). During his lifetime, he gained the trust of Yu-rim(儒林) and was called to the court several times. However, he eventually refused an official] post and spent his life cultivating his studies in the wild. When the Eulsa Treaty(乙巳條約) was signed on November 17, Yeonjae pleaded with King Gojong about the abolition of the treaty. And on the morning of December 30, Yeon-jae committed suicide at his old house in Hoedeok(懷德). At this time, Yeon-jae sent the final appeal to the king, leaving a message to the king, the people, and Yu-rim about the restoration of national sovereignty, fulfilling his duties as a leader of Sarim(士林). After that, in 1962, Yeonjae was awarded the Order of Independence Medal of National Founding. Song Byeong-seon's excursions took place throughout his life. 22 long and short travelogues are existed today. The excursions were mainly done by land, so most of them rode horses or mules. He sometimes used floats or kilns. But he sometimes knew how to use the waterways effectively. This is because in some travel reports, routes using inland waterways and sea routes appear. The journey of the series continues all the way to finding the relics of his ancestors. In this process, it is clear that he reaffirmed its mission of succession to the family and promised to be a part of the brilliant feat of the ancestors. In addition, the reading of the scriptures and Neo-Confucian discussion were added to the excursions. His excursions continued as a means of publicizing and expanding the Neo-Confucian worldview. Thus, Yeonjae inherited the spirit of John Wangyangi(尊王攘夷) left by his ancestors, and finally raised the banner of Wijeongcheoksa(衛正斥邪) high. And he resolutely set out on the road to death for the country.

We examined the effects of pair assistant collaborative learning on academic achievement of the 2nd year middle school students in the three subjects such as the Probability, Properties of Figures and Similarities of Figures. In order to carry out this study, we selected 2 classes of 2nd year students in a girls middle school in the Fall semester of 2009 and set up the experiment group and comparison group by the result of academic achievement tests given in the end of the Spring semester of 2009. Pair assistant collaborative learning was adopted for students in problem solving 2 or 3 times per a week in the experiment group and each academic achievement was given at the end of each subject in both groups. Also, we had a final survey to find out students' attitude to this collaborative learning. The achievement and survey were analysed by statistical methods. We conclude that our pair assistant collaborative learning was effective in Probability and Similarities of Figures Units. According to the result of survey, this collaborative learning brought about an opportunity to promote students' community spirit through reflecting each one's role in the group.

The dynamic entrepreneurial activities of small businesses or individual entrepreneurs seeking to enter the global market based on innovative ideas and challenging spirit in the modern society, which is trending in entrepreneurial capitalism according to the times, Leading to new growth engines. In order to promote the establishment of universities in Korea, the government has been working on 'Five-Year Plan for University Entrepreneurship Education(2013-2017)', 'Efficiency of Government Start-up Support in 2015', and 'Five-Year Basic Plan for Activation of Industry-University Cooperation(2016-2020)'. However, there are still practical limitations in spite of the efforts made by universities and research institutes to revitalize start-ups. As a way to overcome these limitations, this study aims to systematize the entrepreneurship education of the university, and examines the role of changing universities and theory of clusters and the entrepreneurship education. In addition, we will look at the factors of creative university culture centering on the representative cases of the Innovation University in US, and present a conceptual framework for cluster-based entrepreneurship education for the purpose of 'successful entrepreneurship' which is different from 'start-up success'. The conceptual framework of cluster-based entrepreneurship education is based on the establishment of 'Integrated Entrepreneurship Education Platform' to revitalize start-ups centered on university technology. At the same time, this framework focuses on the three factors of talent, technology, and culture based on the relevant theories and examples, and emphasizes the clustering of entrepreneurial resources, entrepreneurial policies and leadership that should be involved in entrepreneurship education.

This study is focused on viewing the March 1st Movement, a national movement uprisen nationwide during the Japanese occupation period, and women's independence movement from an angle of worldpeace. The March 1st Movement was held nationwide when our national sovereignty was lost, and it can be defined as a form of peace movement in view of world history. Particularly, the March 1st Movement was the people's independence movement without distinction of class, region and sex. The direction of national independence and freedom implied in the independence movement during that time period needs to be interpreted newly in view of world peace. Firstly, the urgent task to complete during that period was to accomplish independence in view of the times and the national people, and it was a form of peace movement. Secondly, the women who participated in the March 1st Movement changed into spontaneous participants or activists for the national independence movement and, thereafter, continued a history of women's independence movement of Korea. Lastly, the March 1st Movement became widespread domestically and to foreign countries such as China, Japan, Russia, Europe and America, so that its spirit of freedom and peace appealed to the weak countries in Asia. Furthermore, it worked as a spiritual support for the independence movement of Korea. As mentioned above, the March 1st Movement needs to be newly understood in view of world peace, and, out of that movement, Korean women's independence movement deserves a highlight as a peace movement stream in the world history of women.

Basic emotions of the original is strongly passed to modern popular song . It makes us know that universal emotions which human has across generations can touch people transcending time and space and it is a fresh discovery and possibility that reaffirms the emotion of our people. Ancient song has been studied with emphasis on resignation and grief by focusing on the subject, simply parting and death. But recently, through transformation between a wide range of genres. it carries the spirit of the times that author toward, showing realistic and specific situations. Flexibility of ancient song is expected to continue its vitality transcending generations. Marshall Mcluhan, a media scholar, created the word Gutenberg Gaaxy meaning the new environment formulated by printing technic and he insisted that it changed human life entirely. In the history of human, the media evolved into printing technic through oral and transcription. This evolution of media and the environment created by the media are the most important point of Mcluhan's theory. He sees the world as the result of media evolution. In mcluhan's sight, Gutenberg Galaxy is the first environment composed by the media. Based on the mcluhan's theory, this study focused on the environment created by the media and applied it into the western music history. The link of the Gutenberg Galaxy and the western music, especially in romantic era, will be the main subject of the study. The Book is the most representative media of the printing technic. In the era of oral and transcription, the communication was limited by the spatial restriction. However, the book was free to spatial condition and this character of the book made the knowledge free. The knowledges delivered by the oral and transcription were mostly the matter of mundane world because they are so close to the human life, even though they are narrating about the God's world. The book, free to expanding the knowledge beyond the world, made the knowledge transcendent and expanded the sight of the humans into the transcendent world. The modern western world is the product of the expanded knowledge by the book and so does the music. In the time of printing technic, the music begun to gain the population by the printed sheet music. As delivering the music through the printed sheet, the music received transcendence and mystery as meeting the spirit of the times. This link formed by the time of Gutenberg Galaxy will be the main focus of the study and it will prove the link between the media and the western music.

Recently, the perception of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has changed. Until now, corporate social responsibility has been recognized as a temporary means to improve the image of a company, but there is a growing recognition that it is a prerequisite for sustainable growth of the entity. Social responsibility of enterprises has altered according to the times and economic environment, and as the global value chain has become important, it has become a growth strategy for small and medium-sized exporters. Under these circumstances, CSR is increasingly an integral part of the activities of companies, and this is no exception for small and medium-sized enterprises. Nevertheless, Korean small businesses' CSR is still lacking, and so the case of Japan, where CSR has spread to small and medium-sized businesses despite the short period of time, is believed to give us policy implications. In the Japanese case, corporate social responsibility has been traditionally passed down by Omi merchants in the 17th century. The social responsibility of a company they thought was summed up by the so-called "sanspo-yoshi spirit" that is beneficial to sellers, benefits to buyers and helps society. Based on the case of Japan's CSR, which has been applied smoothly even to its small and medium-sized companies, this paper intends to suggest the following policy implications. First, the establishment and dissemination of a national long-term plan is necessary. Second, it is urgent for smaller businesses to introduce their strategic CSRs. Third, CSR, which does mutual cooperation between large and small businesses, should be pursued.

As Oedipa Mass, the heroine of Thomas Pynchon's The Crying of Lot 49, is apparently associated with Oedipus, the hero in Sophocles' tragedy, this paper aims to show some of their similarities in quest theme and plot development as well as in the use of dramatic irony. Oedipus the King opens with a priest's pleas to relieve the Theban people from a plague and the king's promise to rid its cause by avenging the murder of the former king, as told by the oracle. Lot 49 begins as a Los Angeles law firm informs Oedipa that she is named as the executrix in her former lover Inverarity's will to sort out the mogul's estate. Ironically, however, Oedipus' investigation reveals himself to be the very cause of the national disaster, the murderer for whom he searched. Likewise, Oedipa starts her inquiry dedicating herself to make sense out of what Inverarity had left behind, only to find that the legacy was America. Sophocles and Pynchon both employ dramatic irony to provide a controlling principle for plot development in their works. In Oedipus the King, Sophocles creates mounting tension as well as distance between the reader's knowledge and the protagonist's ignorance, compressing the play's action into the moment that Oedipus discovers his real identity. For dramatic irony, however, Pynchon tends to work through authorial comments and utilize allegorical meanings of the characters' names, directing his novel at illuminating Oedipa's discovery of Inverarity's legacy as well as the meaning of Tristero, an underground postal service system. Unlike Oedipus the King that proceeds on a single line of action, Lot 49 develops in esoteric, multi-layered allusions and intricately-interrelated double strains involving Oedipa's roles as executrix and quester. At the end of Sophocles' tragedy, Oedipus stabs his eyes and decides to live in exile, realizing that, blinded, he begot his children through his mother; Oedipa comes to a painful realization that she allowed her former lover to create death-orienting America without her diversity and moral system in old times. As Oedipa now discovers herself through her search for Tristero, her tragic spirit lies in her determination to confront her binary choices between two Americas: transcendence or entropy, the Tristero possibility or Inverarity's America. Ultimately, Oedipa tries to find who will be the bidder for the Tristero forged stamps designated as lot 49, awaiting the auctioneer's cry and the "crying" of a new-born America.
