  • It is indispensable to modern society metal processing since the industrialized rapidly, but it is a metalworking cutting fluid immediately. In addition, this means selecting a emulsion on the basis of quality criteria processing method, the material of the material, cutting depth, cutting speed, Djourou fence Liang, and surface roughness, cutting oil, the shape of the device based on the emulsion, I will be the structure of the tank, filtration equipment also changes. In particular, acting bacteria is now breeding in response to the passage of time due to metal ion degradation due to heat generated hydraulic fluid leakage, humidity tung, during processing, seep from processing material at the time of processing the water-soluble cutting oil for generating the malodor by dropping significantly the performance of the cutting oil to corruption from, sometimes by introducing various additives to suppress spoilage in advance. In this study, we expect the effect of the cost reduction in the extension of fluid replacement cycle through the application of the management apparatus and deep understanding in the management of cutting fluid, the working environment through the understanding and interest of workers in the production site more than anything I try to become useful for the improvement.

  • As a scientific curiosity to understand the structure and the function of crops and experimental efforts to apply it to plant breeding, genetic maps have been constructed in various crops. Especially, in the case of Brassica crop, genetic mapping has been accelerated since genetic information of model plant $Arabidopsis$ was available. As a result, the whole $B.$ $rapa$ genome (A genome) sequencing has recently been done. The genome sequences offer opportunities to develop molecular markers for genetic analysis in $Brassica$ crops. RFLP markers are widely used as the basis for genetic map construction, but detection system is inefficiency. The technical efficiency and analysis speed of the PCR-based markers become more preferable for many form of $Brassica$ genome study. The massive sequence informative markers such as SSR, SNP and InDels are also available to increase the density of markers for high-resolution genetic analysis. The high density maps are invaluable resources for QTLs analysis, marker assisted selection (MAS), map-based cloning and comparative analysis within $Brassica$ as well as related crop species. Additionally, the advents of new technology, next-generation technique, have served as a momentum for molecular breeding. Here we summarize genetic and genomic resources and suggest their applications for the molecular breeding in $Brassica$ crop.

  • Recent livestock people concern not only increase of production, but also superior quality of animal-breeding environment. So far, the optimization of the breeding and air environment has been focused on the production increase. In the very near future, the optimization will be emphasized on the environment for the animal welfare and health. Especially, cattle farming demands the precision livestock farming and special attention has to be given to the management of feeding, animal health and fertility. The management of individual animal is the first step for precision livestock farming and animal welfare, and recognizing each individual is important for that. Though electronic identification of a cattle such as RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) has many advantages, RFID implementations practically involve several problems such as the reading speed and distance. In that sense, computer vision might be more effective than RFID for the identification of an individual animal. The researches on the identification of cattle via image processing were mostly performed with the cows having black-white patterns of the Holstein. But, the native Korean and Japanese cattle do not have any definite pattern on the body. The purpose of this research is to identify the Japanese black cattle that does not have a body pattern using computer vision technology and neural network algorithm. Twelve heads of Japanese black cattle have been tested to verify the proposed scheme. The values of input parameters were specified and then computed using the face images of cattle. The images of cattle faces were trained using associate neural network algorithm, and the algorithm was verified by the face images that were transformed using brightness, distortion, and noise factors. As a result, there was difference due to transform ratio of the brightness, distortion, and noise. And, the proposed algorithm could identify 100% in the range from -3 to +3 degrees of the brightness, from -2 to +4 degrees of the distortion, and from 0% to 60% of the noise transformed images. It is concluded that our system can not be applied in real time recognition of the moving cows, but can be used for the cattle being at a standstill.

  • Oats (Avena sativa L.) represent a good forage crop for cultivation in regions with short growing periods and/or cool weather, such as the mountainous areas of southern Korea. In this study, using the Korean elite summer oat varieties 'High speed' and 'Dark horse', we aimed to determine the optimal time to plant and harvest forage oats seeded in spring and summer in a mountainous area. Seeds were planted three times from late February and early August at 9- or 10-days intervals, respectively, and plants were harvested three times from late May to October at 10-day intervals. The experiment was carried out in an upland field (Jangsu-gun Jeonbuk) in 2015 and 2016. We investigated the changes in forage yield (FY) and quality [crude protein (CP) and total digestible nutrient (TDN) contents] based on the time of planting and harvest. Neither the forage quality nor yield of either spring and summer oats was significantly influenced by the time of planting. The CP of spring oats harvested three times at 10-day intervals from late May was 12.0%, 8.2%, and 6.5%, thereby indicating a reduction with a delay in the time of harvest. In summer oats, CP ranged from 8.4% to 8.7%, although unlike CP in spring oats, was not significantly influenced by the time of harvest. For both forage types, harvest time had no significant effect on TDN. The FY of spring oats harvested in late May and early and mid-June was 10.2, 18.7, and 19.5 ton ha-1, respectively, with that of oats harvested on the latter two dates being significantly increased by 83% and 91%, respectively, compared with that in late May. Similarly, the FY of spring oats harvested in late October and early and mid-November was 7.1, 12.5, and 12.1 ton ha-1, respectively, with that of oats harvested on the latter two dates being significantly increased by 75% and 71%, respectively, compared with that in late October. Taking into consideration forage yield and quality (not less than 8% CP), it would be profitable to plant spring oats in the mountainous areas of southern Korea until March 15 and harvest around June 10, whereas summer oats could be beneficially planted until August 25 and harvested from early November.

  • A new malting barley variety, "Oreum", was developed from the a cross between 'Kinuyutaka' and 'Samdobori' at the Honam Agricultural Research Institute (HARI) in 2006. An elite line, YMB2077-2B-24-1-2, was selected in 2003 and designated as 'Milyang132'. It showed good agronomic performance in the regional adaptation yield trials (RYT) from 2004 to 2006, and was released with the name of "Oreum" having high yielding and BaYMV resistance. The average heading and maturing dates of "Oreum" were April 18 and May 24, which were 2 days later than 'Jinyang', a leading variety, at RYT. "Oreum" had longer culm length (75 cm), more spikes per $m^2$ (990), and lighter 1,000 grain weight (35.2 g) than those of 'Jinyang' in paddy field conditions. It was showed resistance to BaYMV at the regions of Naju, Jinju and Milyang but moderate resistance at Iksan. However, the response to other environmental stresses of was similar to 'Jinyang' The yield potential of "Oreum" was about 5.43 MT/ha, 4.93 MT/ha in upland and paddy fields which was about 80%, 35% higher than Jinyang in the regional adaptation yield trials (RYT), respectively. It has good malting quality including high grain assortment, germination capacity ratio, water sensitivity and high the malt production and the extract and short filtration speed than those of 'Jinyang'.

  • Under the circumstances of China's slower economic growth, the first document ofthe central committee of the CPC continue to focus on "three agricultures" problems, agriculture play a basic role on China's economic. Since 2007, the first document directly stresses the important role of agricultural and fisheries every year. Central Government Working Report of 2015 also stresses that under the new normal of economy, it is important to improve quality and efficiency of agriculture. Agricultural focus going forward will be on improving capacity of competitiveness, innovation and sustainable development. The fishery as an important part of agriculture plays a vital role in the protection of national food security, the prosperity of the rural economy and the optimization of national food structure. However, the situation faced on accelerating the speed of Chinese fisheries is still grim. As an important fishery breeding city in my country, Weihai has achieved remarkable results in the development of fisheries. Based on the input-output indicators of Weihai City from 2010 to 2020, this article uses the DEA model method to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting the fishery production efficiency in Weihai City. This paper calculates the two stages of comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, and comprehensive compares the two stages. The research results show that: From 2010 to 2020, the average comprehensive technical efficiency of Weihai fishery was 0.928, the average scale efficiency was 0.963, and the average pure technical efficiency was 0.963. The comprehensive technical efficiency of Weihai fishery production showed an upward and downward trend, the pure technical efficiency showed a downward and then upward trend, and the pure technical efficiency showed a fluctuating trend.

  • To obtain the information about the reasons why hulless barley varieties generally have poor germination and emergence rate in the field, hulled and hulless isogenic lines were bred and used. The germination rates of hulless isogenic lines were 4-6 percent lower than those of hulled lines at artificial precipitation treatment, and seriously dropped down at 5 day precipitation treatment. As the thresher rotation speeds up 600 to 1,000 rpm, the differences of germination rate were 10 percent in hulled, but 22 percent in hulless lines. Also emergence rates of hulless lines became seriously low at deep seeding. The emergence rates of hulless isogenic lines became low in the order of deep seeding, high speed thresher, and rain-fall. These results suggest that barley breeders especially for hulless varieties should plan their breeding programs to improve the emergence rate or seedling vigour in the field.

  • Now our ocean environment pollution is very serious. Its harm hinders in marine breeding and the safe navigation of ships at the coast. We have used an assembly system for a measure taken against environment pollution like this. But, here are some problems awaiting solution. First, most of combustible materials among ocean waste are high polymer, so it is necessary some special equipment to incinerate them. In the process we can't overlook air pollution by exhaust gas. Also, when we reclaim these wastes, we remember that they can't be decomposed naturally and leaking water may pollute soil. Thus now a days new treatment method has been developed, it recycles and doesn't product secondary pollution materials by recovering oil from pyrolysis. For it, this study investigated chemicalㆍphysical properties of wastes. And it found condition of recovering the most oil. Also it probed that the variation of temperature raising speed affects the weight reduction characteristics of wastes. Also, while studying recovered oil by waste pyrolysis and the rate of non-condensing gas in accordance with the variation of temperature raising speed. Finally we had confidence the development of pyrolysis oil recovery would succeed because we carried out evaluation at an economic point of view about it.
