  • The paper draws the scales of supply and shortages of port logistics area's human resources based upon the future prospect of its supply and demand. Due to the problems that we face today with human resources training and inequality between the levels of demand and supply, introduction of a new training system by local universities and their overall improvement are brought up as the needs of the times. In order for these to happen, the local universities need to assure originality by specializing Port Logistics area. They need to develop demand-oriented port logistics education programs through establishment of cooperation among the universities, as well as expand qualitative and quantitative improvement their educational programs. In addition the local universities have to act as the central of nurturing local talents by developing an educational-governmental cooperation, leading port & logistics' educational policy as think-tank and producting ready-to-work talent.

전문병원 역량이 고객 행동 의도에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Effects of Special Hospital Competencies on Customer Behavior Intentions)

  • This study aims to analyze how the competencies of specialized hospitals affect the customer behavior intentions. The research involved 14 specialized hospitals among 42 nationwide, which are selected by the Ministry of Health and Welfare in 2007. The results of the study are below. First, the competencies of specialized hospitals are emotional attachment and customer satisfaction proved to have the significant relationship. Second, the competencies of human resources and technology-related resources has a moderating effect with accessibility while the ability of material effect doesn't have such relation. Third, it was verified that the emotional attachment formed the customer satisfaction. Fourth, it turned out that the emotional attachment and customer satisfaction has the significant influence on customer behavior intentions. In conclusion, the competencies of specialized hospitals influences on the customer behavior intentions through the mediating effects of emotional attachment and customer satisfaction.

  • This thesis is designed to draw up scheme for human resources development of the Korean software industry. Its concrete scheme is as follows. That is, IT professionals with international competitiveness should be cultivated, and a human resource development system, which can flexibly meet the market demands, has to be built. Pool of specialized programmers is necessary condition for achieving competitiveness in Korean software industry. Reeducation is also desirable to embody the agile productive capability into the existing human resources for new challenges in the industry. Well-organized human resources database will also make it easy to match new demand and to lower the transaction cost in switching jobs. To cope with the rapidly changing environment actively, human resource development and training system improvement through the cooperation with the concerned industries, universities, research centers and the government must be settled immediately.

  • In around of Guryongpo Pohang Port, a Guamegi production special zone is being established as modernized processing plants, cold storages, Guamegi research centers, or publicity centers are being built in a row with forming the tourism and culture streets as a start. Regarding the special Guamegi production zone, the local autonomous entities are promoting various projects as investing approximately 40 billion won as its budget; however, it is still very rare to elevate the level of Guamegi, the special product, and make investment plans to create a brand for it. To make a special product brand cannot be realized just by building the Guamegi industrialization processing complex, and mere publicity also does not guarantee sustainable development. It can be realized only when the product's taste or hygiene satisfies the people's needs. Therefore, this study examines the changes of Guamegi-related business and the strategies to develop Guamegi industry in order to find ways to manufacture Guamegi and cultivate specialized manpower for processing to make a special brand with Guamegi. Regarding the Guamegi business and the cultivation of specialized manpower for Guamegi, this study conducted a survey to 377 persons including the business owners, employees, or civil servants related with Guamegi. It is needed to install educational institutions to cultivate specialized manpower for Guamegi and also operate various programs so as to conduct education to cultivate specialized manpower for Guamegi. And it is necessary to elevate the quality and sanitation of Guamegi and create a brand by inducing a specialized license system that can help those involved in Guamegi business have pride.

대안교육 지역특성화학교의 시설 및 이용현황 조사연구 (A Study on the Architectural Facilities Utilization of Regional Specialized Schools for Alternative Education)

  • Ministry of Education and Human Resources presented on December, 2006, 'Alternative school establishment and operation regulation' of contents that can be recognized attainments in scholarship because is authorized if alternative schools fulfill fixed condition. Even though, one time, it was true that several opinions which try to limit to adaptation school of person disqualified for school, thus, various discussion and efforts that specialized school for alternative education does to grow are appearing. However, the expectation which a lot of non authorized schools will apply is not so high because specialized school for alternative education will be controlled in free curriculum and school operation that have been administered and can not be guaranteed school's sell-regulation if acquire legal authorization. Under such social and educational background I surveyed present condition, law, system, literature investigation of existing study, Japanese system and example and authorized two sample specification schools etc. through 'A Basic Study on the Optimum Facilities Criteria Modeling of Regional Specialized Schools for Alternative Education(2006. 10)'. This study was preceded the succession and I visited 17 schools that permit investigation opening of schools among 29 that is authorized until present. So I try to find out architectural planning criteria to activate specialized school for alternative education more through analyzing school's general present condition, establishment idea, operation and specialized education plan, facilities present condition and characteristic.

댐상류하수도시설의 통합운영관리방안에 관한 연구(II) - 통합운영관리 조직구성, 인력절감효과 및 경제성 검토를 중심으로 - (Integrated Management of Sewage Facilities in Upstream Watershed of Dam(II) - Focusing on Organization, Human Resources Saving Effect and Economic Feasibility -)

  • A project constructing sewerage facilities in 9 upstream areas of 7 multi-purpose dams will have been completed by 2011. After all constructing and retrofitting of the new and the existing sewerage facilities, integrated management system with operation and control functions for the each levels of facilities will also be utilized. In this study, we studied how to compose the organization taking responsibility of the integrated management system and analysed human resources saving effect against conventional method of individual management of each sewerage facility. As a result, a method estimating the human resources in employing the integrated management among several sewerage facilities at upstream areas of dams were presented and some 23% of human resources could be saved by integrated management. Commissioning to a specialized public institute showed the highest B/C ratio of 4.5 among commissioning to local public corporations, commissioning to private corporations, and role-sharing partnership, etc.

  • 지방대학 교육의 활성화를 위해 교육인적자원부는 1997년에 지방대학 특성화사업을 위한 지원 대상 학부의 하나로 울산대학교 수송시스템공학부를 지정하였다. 동 사업을 시행한 결과, 교육 프로그램의 개발, 교수법의 향상 등 여러 분야에서 많은 성과가 있었다. 이 논문에서는 특성화사업 시행의 성과로써 교육측면에서의 성과를 소개하고자 하는데, 특성화 전공 교육프로그램의 특징과 성과 그리고 공학교육에 미친 효과에 대해 기술하였다.

  • 최근 급격히 팽창한 한국영화산업에도 이제 다시 한 번 대대적인 정비가 필요한 시점이 왔다. 그 중에서도 영화 현장인력 교육의 기반을 마련하여 전문화된 스텝을 양성하는 일은 무엇보다 시급한 과제이다. 이를 위해서는 오랜 시간동안 한국 영화산업의 주된 교육 제도였던 도제 제도를 새롭게 조탁하여, 그 한계를 극복하고 장점을 계승할 수 있는 합리적인 제도를 마련할 필요가 있다. 즉 도제 제도의 근간인 서열적인 직급을 수평적인 전문직 스텝 체계로 전환하고, 현장인력들의 현황 파악, 경력 및 그에 따른 승급과 임금까지도 총괄적으로 관리해주는 산업 정보망을 구축해야 한다. 본 논문은 영화 현장인력 교육의 새로운 체계로서 일터학습과 멘토링 제도의 도입을 제안함으로써, 도제 제도의 장점인 풍부한 현장 경험과 동료 간의 정서적 유대감을 유지하고, 보다 체계적이며 전문적인 현장 학습이 이루어질 수 있는 교육 체제를 마련하고자 한다.

  • 한국 게임 산업의 성패는 역량 있는 콘테츠 제직을 위한 융복합 인재 배출 여부가 관건이 되고 있으며, 디지털 콘텐츠는 지역을 초월하여 흥행하는 속성이 있으므로, 전 세계적인 경쟁력을 확보하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖추는 기술친화형 게임그래픽디자이너 인력양성 특성화 방안을 도출하는 것을 목표로 한다. 다학제적인 교육 방법의 성패여부는 해당 전공 책임 교수들과의 협조와 해당 전공 책임교수의 적극적인 의지, 해당 학교의 교육적인 비전 공유와 적극적인 행정서비스가 실시간적으로 지원되는지 그 여부에 여해 결정될 것이다. 본 연구에서는 게임산업 특성화 분야 인력에 대한 수요 공급에 대한 분석을 토대로 기술 친화형 전문 게임 인력에게 요구되는 창의력, 실무 경험 및 국제적 역량을 함양시킬 수 있는 방안에 대해 분석하였다. 또한 관련 산업분양 전문 인력으로 육성할 수 있도록 지역 산업체 및 유관 기관과의 연계 방안과 교과과정의 구성 방안에 대해 제시하였는데, 이러한 방안은 특성화 배경의 필요성에 의해 제시된 요구사항들을 분석하고 해결방안을 모색하는 과정에서 도출된 방안으로써 나름의 의미가 있다고 사료된다.

디지털 문화콘텐츠 인력양성 방안에 관한 연구: 충남지역을 중심으로 (A Study on Nurturing Human Resources for Digital Cultural Contents: in the Case of Chung-Nam Province)

  • The objectives of this study are to provide advices and methods for cultivating labor in the digital cultural contents industry in the Chung-Nam Province. For the purpose of this study, review of theoretical and practical literature, identifying the present status of affairs, and three times FGI and surveys were executed. The results of research show a lack of professional labor in the digital cultural contents industry; even so most of laborers want to get a job in or around the Seoul region. To activate digital cultural contents in the local area, a development model for the Chung-Nam digital cultural contents industry was introduced and four strategies were also suggested. The nurture of a professional skilled labor force through a strategically designed joint relationship between university and companies in the digital cultural contents industry was found to be quite necessary. In this way, the need for specialized training and education in the university classroom can be supported.
