The current global water market has been reshaped with a few multinational water companies, water-specialized companies, and other non-construction companies such as manufacturing and financial companies. Each has different business objectives along with the value chain of water industry. In this context, a SWOT-ANP model is proposed to prioritize strategic alternatives for a non-construction company in Korea and the result is validated through a comparison with the AHP model and real business strategies of the company examined from the recent news reports. The validation was confirmed that the company's strategies are very much similar to the priority list and the rankings of the strategic alternatives are identical with those from AHP model, while the weights are slightly changed from the weights in AHP result.

As ships become larger and construction of offshore plants increases recently, the amount of outsourcing has increased accordingly in the shipyard. Consequently, the system integration in terms of SCM (Supply Chain Management) of information and material flows has become much more important. Especially, since the SCM in the shipbuilding industry is operated in accordance with the production planning in connection with design, purchasing and production process which are the main components of the supply chain, the best production plan has to be established over the whole scheduling activities from the long-term planning to the short-term planning. The paper analyzes the characteristics of the SCM and the production planning system and suggests the need and the direction of APS (Advanced Planning System) development specialized in the supply chain management only for shipbuilding industry. Furthermore, propose a new SCP-Matrix (Supply Chain Planning Matrix), which is the basis of the APS development, appropriate for the shipbuilding industry and draw the core function of the APS module for the practical production plan.

The purpose of the study was to grasp problems through a basic survey of actual conditions of the Korean traditional costume industry and to grope a plan to settle the problems. The results were as follows. Operating Status: Rates of the companies' establishment were reduced in 2000s and their sales were also reduced. Status of Goods Development: Korean traditional costume manufacturers and Korean traditional costume textile fabric companies had the highest rate in non-trademark production. Korean traditional costume textile fabric companies and Korean traditional costume rental companies had high rate in self-design. However, Korean traditional costume manufacturers used textile companies' catalogue with the highest rate. Status of Demand and Supply in Human Resources: In human resources needing most, Korean traditional costume manufacturers were tailors, Korean traditional costume textile fBbric companies were salespersons and Korean traditional costume rental companies were designers. Status of Management and Marketing: Causes of difficulties in management were the market slump and the spreading of products made in China. They had a direct publicity through people around mainly. Therefore, it was urgently necessary to introduce special marketing methods. In an investment plan within three years in the future, about 70% did not have an investment plan. Opinions for Promotion of Korean traditional costume: In the government's support policy they wanted, construction of social atmosphere for Korean traditional costume-wearing and Korean traditional costume related educational support had the highest rate. Most of the companies answered that specialized Korean traditional costume agencies were necessary.

This research is written for offering an approach to activate the stagnated industry of the tourist farm through analysis of the current operational problems and situation on some existing tourist farm nominated as such by the authority. There will be some considerations from three different categories : local autonomous groups, tourist farm associations and farm owners. On the other hand, it is assumed that this research can also be utilized as a basic material for activating the tourist farms in the suburban area of Taegu City. The operational problems in the suburban area of Taegu City are as follows : lack of a specialized Product development, the farm operation fund, lack of operational or management ability, lack of public information, etc. There are other Problems regarding law, institution and supporting : complexity of the current system involving all kinds of permission, shortage of financial and taxation supporting, lack of training an expert manpower, lack of ability and cooperation of a deskclerk in charge, etc. Here are some suggestions taking into consideration a respective sector of local autonomous group, tourist farm associations and farm owners for activating the tourist farms in the suburban area of Taegu City. First, a mental turnabout toward a tourist farm is needed from local autonomous groups. The law and institutional base should be arranged while the financial and taxation support is materialized. Second, tourist farm associations should amend or reinforce the existing institution to refresh the current recognition toward the tourist farm through many publicity activities. On the other hand, they should develop the overall tourist farm industry into a better service industry of the rural community by keeping an active system of cooperation with other related groups. Finally, It is advised that they should conceive farms and facilities which can symbolize the tourist farm from the stage of the first construction. In addition to a four-season souvenir development, an effective publicity activity and rational investment management. Above all, they should train themselves in terms of a service spirit before they see the prosperity of the tourist farm community.

The aim of this research is to suggest the model of reconstruction and remodelling of S high school of broadcast for converting into a specialized one in the section of broadcast industry. The method of reconstruction of the laboratories by each department is as follows. First, the names of laboratories, ground plans, and perspective drawings are designed according to the principle of constructionism. Second, each department is recommended to install 7 laboratories. For the department of broadcasting facilities, a laboratory of processing broadcasting machines, a laboratory of broadcasting machines, and a laboratory of screen picture machines are needed. For the department of broadcasting, electricity, and communication, a laboratory of image and sound edition, a laboratory of broadcasting and communication, a laboratory of broadcasting system, and a laboratory of stage illumination. For the department of broadcasting stage construction, a laboratory of broadcasting stage building, a laboratory of broadcasting stage design, a laboratory of broadcasting stage decoration and etc. Third, an office room is designed by department in the form of seminar room and places for practice is formed by department to be a laboratory. Fourth, a room for industrial-educational cooperation is installed by department, by which education of industrial-educational cooperation is carried out harmoniously. And one example of a remodeled laboratory by one department is shown with laboratory name, ground plan, perspective drawing, and running method. Especially employment of teachers working both school and business, professional club which is concerned with broadcasting technique, and attraction of enterprise in school is suggested as important elements to manage broadcasting laboratories efficiently. Finally, it is desirable for us to attract private capital, that is, Build-Transfer-Lease(BTL) because much budget is required for purchasing the broadcasting equipments and remodelling the laboratories to succeed as specialized high school on broadcasting section.

With the development of construction information, a computerization tool for architectural process control is a necessary tool. However, the reality is that the conditions and understanding of users are not sufficient to fully utilize such a tool. In particular, it was analyzed that the reason for the negative feedback from hands-on workers regarding the current process control information system is that there is a difficulty in accessing the system for users that are not process and planning experts, due to a lack of information and technical contents at the phase of control and planning prior to the process plan. Therefore, the demands of users and a direction for the improvement of a system in terms of optimizing process control computerization were investigated, with the aim of addressing the disadvantages of the existing system and developing a professional system that is specialized in the construction industry. Therefore, it is necessary to construct an integrated WBS (IWBS) that combines WBS with CBS, and subsequently, it is judged that the most important aspect is the integrated technology of compatibility and operation of data that is linked with OBS. The process information must then deal with the changing information; in other words, the amount of construction, construction cost, and the required construction period etc., by coding data into a 4-unit index, such as a project unit (WBS Level 1), a project facility unit (WBS Level 2), a management department unit (OBS Level 1), and a control manager unit (OBS Level 2). After that, it was found that it is necessary to develop a computer system to consistently integrate process information into a management department.

The purpose of this study was to investigate trend of articles on men's fashion in Korea as seen through clothing-related academic journals from 1990 to 2009. For a total of 478 research papers on men's fashion published in 18 clothing-specialized learned society journals, which are KCI-cited journals or candidates thereof The results were as follows: First, With respect to the number of papers on men's fashion from 1990 to 2009, that of the 2000s rapidly increased to 5.2 times that of the 1990s. Second, The number of each area research was ranked aw follows: social psychology marketing 34.1%(163), clothing construction 32.2%(154), design aesthetics 19.7%(94), beauty 7.7%(37), history of clothing 4.8%(23), textile science 1.5%(7.7). Third, Studies on the aesthetics in men's fashion showed a steady increase from 1995, resulting in the number of papers in the 2000s being 12 times that of the 1990s. And, in the 2000s, the subjects explored in the 1990s, such as feminization of men's clothes, gender images, men's suit, etc. were deepened and expanded.

This various issue problem, the combined ordering with Constructing, Electricity, fire-fighting, Information & Communication and so on, field problem, low cost services, the problem about the selection procedure of the design and supervision businessman, the business range between general and specialized, which the system appears as are carried out have been risen. Therefore basic solution plan about this have been desired. We consider a domestic current situation about an electricity design supervision system in this paper, and try to present the plan for healthy upbringing development of the electricity industry through this.

The suggestions that follow are about the effectual operating device for private security service. First, in legal and institutional policy, new establishment by law for private security and more support from government is asked. Moreover, the restructuring or M&A between petty companies and the pricing for security service should be performed. Second, in the structural aspect of private security industry, the professional education center for private security guards should be established and the terms of payment and welfare should be improved to the level above standard. In addition, it should be achieved to change the public to have a new and correct understanding of private security and develop the specialized parts suited to the characteristic and ability of each companies. Third, the construction of operating system for private security service should be achieved; recruit system for competent security guards, marketing strategy and enforcement system, widely known confidence to client, normal training system for security guards and post management system for client. This is also to be suited to the characteristic of each companies.

Recently, Korea is promoting cooperation with various countries, centering on ASEAN countries, with the aim of exporting Korean smart cities for the globalization of smart cities. The purpose of this study is to select excellent smart city technologies through analysis of smart city technologies owned by domestic companies and company status, and to prepare a plan for revitalization of companies with smart city technologies. Through prior research, the implications were derived through research on the existing smart city. Next, established a smart city policy analysis and smart city technology classification criteria through Korea and Overseas smart city policy and Korea smart city technology status DB. And the big data of smart city technology possessed by Korea companies and a plan for selecting a smart city export technology was prepared through analysis by region and company. As a result, to activate the technology possessed by Korea companies and to export overseas, it seems to need financial support and tax incentives that secure a pathway to export specialized smart technologies of SMEs, along with citizen participation and institutional supplementation. The smart city technology fields with the highest utilization in Korea were traffic, green energy, e-government, crime prevention, and construction, and the service types were platform, IoT, AI, big data, and GIS/GPS. These technologies are expected to contribute to building a platform for overseas smart city technology exports.
