Let X, Y be normed linear spaces, and let p$_{1}$, p.sub 2/ be lower semi-continuous fuzzy norms on X, Y respectively, and have the bounded supports on X, Y respectively. In this paper, we prove that if Y is conplete, the set of all fuzzy continuous linear maps from X into Y is a fuzzy complete fuzzy normed linear space.

유럽연합(European Union: EU)이 2012년 6월 유엔의 우주의평화적이용위원회(COPUOS) 제 55차 회기에서 공식 제기한 우주활동의 국제 행동규범안(Draft International Code of Conduct for Outer Space Activities)은 그간 우주에서의 국가 활동 규범에 대한 미비한 요소들을 제시한 내용으로서 국제사회의 관심을 끌기에 충분한 내용이다. 현재 우주에서의 미비한 질서는 군비경쟁 금지, 우주쓰레기 경감 등을 통한 우주의 안전과 안보를 위한 지침, 그리고 우주활동의 정보를 참여 국가 간 교환하는 것이라고 할 수 있는 바, EU의 상기 제안은 여사한 문제들에 대한 행동 강령을 정한 것으로서 주목되는 내용이다. 2008년 말부터 시작된 EU의 제안 활동은 그간 일부 우주활동 국가들, 특히 미국과의 비공식 접촉을 통하여 접촉대상국들의 의견도 반영한 가운데 2013년 채택을 목표로 하는 자발적 이행 규범으로서 강제력을 가지고 있지는 않지만 미국은 우주에서의 군축 관련 규범 제정의 필요성에 탄력을 제공하는 계기가 될 가능성에 우려하는 가운데 현재는 방관하고 있는 입장으로 보인다. 이러한 미국의 입장은 우주에서 전략적 우위를 점하고 있다는 자국의 이익이 군축에 관한 규범의 제정으로 손상될 수 있다는 판단을 근거로 하고 있다. 이에 따라 미국은 유엔 총회에서 우주에서의 군비경쟁 방지(PAROS)에 관한 결의에 반대하고 군축회의(Conference on Disarmament: CD)에서 오랫동안 논의되어 왔던 우주에서의 군축을 촉구하는 논의의 장을 마련하는 것에 반대하여 왔다. 중국과 러시아는 2008년 우주에서의 군축에 관한 PPWT (Treaty on Prevention of the Placement of Weapons in Outer Space and of the Threat or Use of Force against Outer Space Objects)채택을 제안하였는 바, EU의 제안은 자신들이 제안한 PPWT의 추력을 저상시키는 내용이 되기 때문에 불편한 심정으로서 역시 소극적인 입장이다. 한편, 미국이 상기 입장의 연장선 상에서 PPWT에 반대 입장을 취하는 것은 이해하기 어렵지 않다. EU의 행동규범안은 주요 우주대국의 군사전략적 측면에서의 이해관계 때문에 그 장래가 명확치 않으나 우주쓰레기의 경감을 위하여 노력하고 우주활동의 정보를 상호교환하면서 우주에서의 안전과 안보를 보장을 통하여 가능한 우주의 평화적 이용과 탐사라는 기본 명제를 극대화 시키는 효과를 가져오는 것으로서 매우 바람직한 조치로 간주된다. 단, 동 규범안은 참여 국가들간의 협조와 연락업무를 수행하기 위하여 상설기구를 설치하도록 되어있지만 이는 기존 조직인 유엔외기권사무소(UN Office for Outer Space Affairs)가 담당하도록 할 경우 효율과 경제를 도모할 수 있을 것이다. 동 규범안에 대한 추후 구체 협상 시 여사한 내용도 논의될 것으로 보지만 EU의 우주활동의 안전과 안보에 관한 조치는 환경문제에서와 같이 국제사회를 이끌어가는 또 하나의 의미있는 기여로 평가받아야 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 사회적 신뢰, 네트워크, 규범, 참여 등의 융복합 시대의 사회적 자본이 노년기에 경험할 수 있는 우울에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 탐구하는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울시와 경기도 지역에 거주하는 65세 이상 노인 302명이다. 분석결과, 노인이 교육수준이 낮고 종교가 없으며 사회적 자본의 네트워크와 규범 수준이 낮을수록 우울이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 우울에 가장 영향력 있는 변인으로 사회적 자본의 네트워크로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 노년기 우울을 완화하기 위해서는 우리 사회 전체의 네트워크를 활성하고 확대하는 노력이 요구된다. 노인의 네트워크 활성화를 위해 지역사회의 활동공간 확장과 다양한 융복합 컨텐츠의 프로그램 개발, 노인교육프로그램의 확대가 필요하다.

Uigwe is official reports of the Joseon dynasty. They published from early Joseon but remain from 17C. We can search many hidden informations in them. Ga-Jungjagak (temporary T-shaped house) is one of them. It is unique architecture of the Joseon dynasty but it doesn't exist now at all. We can see many drawings describing Ga-Jungjagak (temporary T-shaped house) located next to Jungjagak in Uigwe. Jungjagak (T-shaped house) was built in royal tombs for sacrifice. Ga-Jungjagak was built in royal tombs for sacrifice as Jungjagak but existed temporarily. In this study, I want to find the process of norms Ga-Jungjagak in old records, official reports and annals of the Joseon Dynasty. Results are as follows: Ga-Jungjagak is the sacrifice space for queens in royal tombs. It is need to avoid sacrifice of delight and sorrow at the same time. They sacrifice to represent sorrow after the death of kings and queens for three years. After three year, they sacrifice to represent delight for kings and queens became ancestral gods. Ga-Jungjagak was destroyed three years later to combined sacrifices. The shape of Ga-Jungjagak is similar to Jungjagak in the same tomb. But dimensions of Ga-Jungjagak are equal or smaller than Jungjagak and decorations are abstemious.

For -2 < ${\alpha}$ < ${\infty}$ and 0 < p < ${\infty}$, the $\mathcal{Q}_K$-type space is the space of all analytic functions on the open unit disk ${\mathbb{D}}$ satisfying $$_{{\sup} \atop a{\in}{\mathbb{D}}}{\large \int_{\mathbb{D}}}{{\mid}f^{\prime}(z){\mid}}^p(1-{{\mid}z{\mid}^2})^{\alpha}K(g(z,a))dA(z)<{\infty}$$, where $g(z,a)=log\frac{1}{{\mid}{\sigma}_a(z){\mid}}$ is the Green's function on ${\mathbb{D}}$ and K : [0, ${\infty}$) [0, ${\infty}$), is a right-continuous and non-decreasing function. For 0 < s < ${\infty}$, the space $\mathcal{Q}_s$ consists of all analytic functions on ${\mathbb{D}}$ for which $$_{sup \atop a{\in}{\mathbb{D}}}{\large \int_{\mathbb{D}}}{{\mid}f^{\prime}(z){\mid}}^2(g(z,a))^sdA(z)<{\infty}$$. Boundedness and compactness of composition operators $C_{\varphi}$ acting on $\mathcal{Q}_K$-type spaces and $\mathcal{Q}_s$ spaces is characterized in terms of the norms of ${\varphi}^n$. Thus the author announces a solution to the problem raised by Wulan, Zheng and Zhou.

This study aims to find out the norms and principles reflected in the spatial organization of royal tombs in the Chosun Dynasty through the modern interpretation of traditional oriental philosophy theory. We examined the characteristics of royal tomb sites including Jeshil(Shrine), Hongjunmun, tomb mound, ponds, and attached buildings employing an analysis of the spatial formation and landscape. This study covered 36 tombs of kings and queens in the Chosun Dynasty. The entire layout of royal tombs, including annexed buildings, was informal in may cases. This was due to following the natural contour rather than adhering to certain philosophical principles. The royal tomb site is divided into three zones. Jeshil and pond constitute a space for living people, visitors. Secondly, the semi-scared space includes the space from Hongjunmun to the entrance to the Chungjaka. The last space is for the dead, from the back of Chungjakak to tomb mound. This is in line with the layout of palaces of the Chosun Dynasty which is characterized by "three gates and three zones": outer yard-court yard- back yard. The size of the space for holding memorial ceremonies, from Hongjunmun to the Chungjakak entrance, was set at 900m until the early Chosun Dynasty. Since that time the distance varied according to the land topography due to the influence of metaphysics. It can be summarized that the spatial organization of royal tombs in the Chosun Dynasty is based on the Confucianism value, the natural contour of the site, and inner spiritual value.ual value.

최근 우주활동의 국제규범 형성에 있어서 가장 주목받은 것은 '우주활동 장기지속가능성(LTS) 가이드라인'이다. 2010년 UN COPUOS(유엔 외기권평화적이용위원회)에서 논의를 시작하여 2019년 6월 마침내 21개 지침이 채택되었다. 채택된 지침은 우주환경의 무기한 보전을 목적으로 우주잔해물을 포함한 궤도상 우주물체의 상황 관측능력을 증진 및 지원하기 위한 국제협력, 우주기상에 관한 유효한 데이터 및 예보 공유, 국제법에 합치한 각국의 우주정책 공표, 국내 제도를 개선해 정부가 우주활동을 적절히 감독하는 것 등을 포함하고 있다. 일부 지침은 우주잔해물 제거가 우주무기 실험과 분리가 곤란한 경우가 많아, 유효한 구별기준을 찾아내지 못하여 각국이 합의에 도달하지 못하였다. 향후 (초)소형위성군과 랑데부및 근접운용 계획 등이 가시화되고 있어 우주환경 보전에 대한 국가간 입장은 더욱 첨예해질 전망이다.

We first show that if $\psi : M_n(B(H)) \to M_n (B(H))$ is a $D_n \otimes F(H)$-bimodule map, then there is a matrix $A \in M_n$ such that $\psi = S_A$. Secondly, we show that for an operator space $\varepsilon, A \in M_n$, the Schur product map $S_A : M_n(\varepsilon) \to M_n(\varepsilon)$ and $\phi_A : M_n(\varepsilon) \to \varepsilon$, defined by $\phi_A([x_{ij}]) = \sum^{n}_{i,j=1}{a_{ij}x_{ij}}$, we have $\Vert S_A \Vert = \Vert S_A \Vert_{cb} = \Vert A \Vert_S, \Vert \phi_A \Vert = \Vert \phi_A \Vert_{cb} = \Vert A \Vert_1$ and obtain some characterizations of A for which $S_A$ is contractive.

The purpose of this paper is to define a new class of hyperholomorphic functions spaces, which will be called $F^{\alpha}_{{\omega},G}$(p, q, s) type spaces. For this class, we characterize hyperholomorphic weighted ${\alpha}$-Bloch functions by functions belonging to $F^{\alpha}_{{\omega},G}$(p, q, s) spaces under some mild conditions. Moreover, we give some essential properties for the extended weighted little ${\alpha}$-Bloch spaces. Also, we give the characterization for the hyperholomorphic weighted Bloch space by the integral norms of $F^{\alpha}_{{\omega},G}$(p, q, s) spaces of hyperholomorphic functions. Finally, we will give the relation between the hyperholomorphic ${\mathcal{B}}^{\alpha}_{{\omega},0}$ type spaces and the hyperholomorphic valued-functions space $F^{\alpha}_{{\omega},G}$(p, q, s).

In this paper, we first define a new kind of two-weight-$A_r^{{\lambda}_3}({\lambda}_1,{\lambda}_2,{\Omega})$-weight, and then prove the imbedding inequalities for $\mathcal{A}$-harmonic tensors. These results can be used to study the weighted norms of the homotopy operator T from the Banach space $L^p(D,{\bigwedge}^l)$ to the Sobolev space $W^{1,p}(D,{\bigwedge}^{l-1})$, $l=1,2,{\cdots},n$, and to establish the basic weighted $L^p$-estimates for $\mathcal{A}$-harmonic tensors.
