The systems engineering (SE) process shall be applied to the project for successful development of ultra-high-speed (UHS) Maglev train system which is one of very large and complex systems. It is important to abolish technology differentials from the advanced developers such as Germany, Japan, etc. and to ensure discriminatory competitiveness of the application of systems engineering process for the development of the system based on appropriate concepts and requirements. General operation concept and stakeholder's requirements of UHS Maglev train system must be elicited with system concept for initiating the project. The management plan should be devised for all sorts of systems engineering activities of risk management, performance management, lifecycle cost management, etc. This paper would support to establish the systems engineering management plan (SEMP) for the program of UHS Maglev train system development with associated documents.

The Purpose of this study is to comprehend the form of Post-modernism in 1980~90 Fashion by comparing to the representative form of Modernism. For empirical data, photographs and critics about fashion were collected from Vogue fashion magazine to differentiate from other studies which is mostly analysed from collection. The results are as follows: The Modernism in fashion can be epitomized simple and functional form as a rational costume and Post-modern fashion expresses all sorts of emotion as a react of rational theme of modernism with manners of anti-formal pluralism such as pastiche, parody and Kitsch. The fashion in 1980-90s in Vogue expressed as follow :1) The Postmodernism is well exploited around 1990 and costrained by traditional and classical Mode. 2) The other main character of Postmodernism, romantic eroticism is broadly expressed with material and slim curved body conscious line. 3) The Modernism and Postmodernism coexisted in the end of 1990, in more matured format.

This study was carried out to investigate the effect of changes in child care technology on mother-child contact by using all sorts of literature such as diaries, documents or statistical data. Child care technologies began to change during the 1960's. Diverse goods and services such as baby dry milk, paper diapers and child care centers have made child care easier and saved a great deal of time. This has also allowed women to participate in labor markets easily despite rearing children. But maternal contact with children have declined due to new goods and services and this trend is especially prevalent in early childhood. It could be supported that the convenience of rearing rather than the needs of children like as attachment to maternity primarily was considered in technological change. From this results it was suggested that we should develop the alternative child care technologies which better reflect children's needs.

We continue the study of McCoy condition to analyze zero-dividing polynomials for the constant annihilators in the ideals generated by the coefficients. In the process we introduce the concept of ideal-${\pi}$-McCoy rings, extending known results related to McCoy condition. It is shown that the class of ideal-${\pi}$-McCoy rings contains both strongly McCoy rings whose non-regular polynomials are nilpotent and 2-primal rings. We also investigate relations between the ideal-${\pi}$-McCoy property and other standard ring theoretic properties. Moreover we extend the class of ideal-${\pi}$-McCoy rings by examining various sorts of ordinary ring extensions.

There exists a interface among the different kinds of materials in the solid insulating ones, which effects on the insulating capability heavily. The insulating construction has been developed for each usages and take themselves into several sorts. The conjunction between CV cables have the electrical weakness of solidity and solid interface, so they were focused at the long distance-line. To this background, it is very important to get the information on the interface influencing on the insulating capability of cable and to observe its procedure. In this paper, the interface was made artificially to research the effect owing to the toughness of interface, which results in the aging and treeing proceeding was observed. The polyethylen, as is generally using for the cable, was taken in this research.

The purpose of this study was to understand the clinical nurses' burnout, job stress, coping, self-efficacy and to identify the factors that influence on burnout. A quantitative, descriptive design was used to study 140 clinical nurses in B and U city, recruited from June to July, 2012. The data were analyzed SPSS 20.0 program using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression. The mean score for burnout was 2.28 points(range: 1-4). Burnout was significantly correlated with job stress, coping and self-efficacy. These variables accounted for 37.4% of burnout. Based on the results, the sorts of strategies to reduce the burnout are required by offering job stress, coping and self-efficacy management.

This paper is to introduce the foreign civil military enterprise system and to suggest a plan to improve the employment rate of the discharged soldiers who served for a long term and the welfare of soldiers highly. At first, Military Professional Resources Inc., Dyncorp Inc. and Cubic Inc. of the United States, Sandline International Inc. of England and ATCO Frontec Inc. and Ednoonton Inc. of Canada are introduced in this paper. And also, this paper is to analyze employment conditions and difficulties of the discharged soldiers and suggest to establish a institute of tentatively named 'Korean Civil Military Enterprise' in terms of the Government and the Department of Defense. This civil military enterprise is to plan and manage military projects, to research and develop drill manuals and military doctrines and policies and to evaluate and manage the military training. As a pattern of civil military enterprises, three types of Military Support, Military Consulting and Military Provider are presented. Moreover, in order to advance the civil military enterprise, diverse training programs(for public civil investigators, guard advisors, special security guards and security staffs) to utilize all sorts of special military fields are developed.

This study aims at the observation of some analytical levels-especially those of syntactico-semantical- of the visual expressions in general. As far as the syntactical parts are concerned, there were two steps to be approached. One is to select the paradigms according to the Saussure-Hambidgean suggestions, the other to derive syntagmas from what is called the 'chaos-system', one of nonlinear dynamics. In result, paradigms could be acquired 5 sorts with its so many varieties, as visual templates(VT), supplemented by their reciprocals(R) and complements(CLE), and syntagmas five orbits from each constant c=0 to c=10. In additional, in connection with semantic parts, the study introduced a Gremasian model of discourses and narratives for the interpretation of signifiers. By this, we could cover the conjunctive relationships(+) and the disjunctive(-) of the whole structure of visual expression. Finally, we certified that the above could be fully approved in terms of recent worldly cognitive scientic psychological discoveries.
