단열성능 개선을 위한 진공유리가 부착된 BIPV Module 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of BIPV Module Equipped with Vacuum Glass for Improved Thermal Performance)

  • The main purpose of this paper is to develop the new BIPV module equipped with vacuum glass. Beacuse BIPV module has a function of architectural materials, thermal and PV performance should be simultaneously evaluated. To improve the thermal performance of BIPV module, this study developed BIPV module equipped with a vacuum glass. Those BIPV module was tested with a variety of encapsulants. The results are as follows. When a vacuum glass is laminated with EVA or PVB, it was broken. The reason seems to be bending by unbalance of heat expansion with center and edge of vacuum glass. In case of lamination with resin, there is no breakage and no bending of vacuum glass. Because production was conducted in low pressure & low temperature conditions. And it was also found that vacuum glass does not interfere with the UV curing process.

이중 증기통로를 가지는 히트파이프의 열전달특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Heat Transfer Characteristics of the Heat Pipe with a Double Vapor Path)

  • The Characteristics of heat transport in the heat pipe with a double vapor path and different kinds of the working fluid were investigated experimentally. The Experiment was carried out with acetone/ethanol. ethanol/ethanol. and in the aluminium container of the double vapor path. Performance measurements can be operated at the high level by 24000 w/m2 heat flux in the 1000mm evaporator. They are each estimated at the high temperature and experimentally reviewed the characteric of the heat rejection. The results shew that they are stably operated under each condition and the fluid was complemented each other at the fluid's experiment and brought about the extention of operating temperature. In this study, The reliable basic data obtained by the teste in the heat pipe with a double vapor path can be used for thermal design, manufacture, and production etc.

PV모듈 제조공정에서 Interconnection에 따른 전기적 손실 특성 분석 (The Analysis of electrical loss characteristics by interconnection during PV module fabrication process)

  • In this study, we analyzed the electrical loss characteristics between ribbon and output terminal of constituent material according to electrical resistance during interconnection process of PV module. From this result, the electrical output power reduction rate caused by interaction between ribbon and cell's interconnection was 2.88%. There was 1W electrical output power reduction through the 16 solar cells. So it is expected that the wider size of PV module gives the higher loss in electricity production. Also, the average output power of PV module passed lamination process was increased by 0.081W per one solar cell and the increase rate was 3.7%.PV module's electrical loss before and after lamination process according to constituent material's terminal was 0.49W and 0.50W, respectively.

태양열 기반 증기 유동을 이용한 미세먼지 제거 연구 (Solar-driven steam flow for effective removal of particulate matters (PM))

  • Water vapor has received worldwide large attention due to its broad technological implications ranged from resource production and environmental remediation. Especially, one of the typical areas where the water vapor is important is the removal of PM (particulate matter) which causes a critical hazard to human health. However, most vapor-based PM removal methods are limited in removing PM2.5 by using relatively large water droplets and consume large energy. Here, we propose a superhydrophilic thermally-insulated macroporous membrane to generate steam flow. The water vapor directly captures PM with steam flow and hygroscopic characteristic of PM. The steam, the cluster of water vapor, from the membrane gives rise to high removal efficiencies compared to those of the control case without light illumination. To reveal PM removal mechanism, the steam flow and PM were quantitatively analyzed using PIV measurement. The proposed steam generator could be utilized as an economical and ecofriendly platform for effective PM removal at a fairly low cost in a sustainable, energy-free, and harmless-to-human manner.

  • 최근 화석연료의 사용증가에 따라 대량으로 배출되는 이산화탄소는 지구 온난화 현상을 일으키는 온실가스 중 하나로 지정되어 국제협약을 통하여 온실가스의 배출을 저감하도록 규제하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이산화탄소를 저감하는 방법 중의 하나로, 3세대 바이오매스 생산시스템인 해조류를 활용한, 지속가능한 신 개념의 FPSO로서 해상환경 바이오매스 생산시스템의 최적구조를 설계하였다. 이를 위해 격자로 구조물을 설치한 후 해조류의 주변에 LED 조명을 비추어 성장을 최대화 시키는 시스템을 구상하였다. 그리고 기존 해조류의 성장자료를 통하여 해조류의 성장 모델을 만든 후 풍력발전기와 LED 조명을 포함하는 바이오매스 생산시스템을 모델링하여 최적화 도구인 GAMS 프로그램을 이용하여 본 시스템이 환경적 관점뿐만 아니라 경제성 측면에서도 타당성을 가질 수 있는 최적구조를 설계하였다. 또한 기존의 해상환경 바이오매스 생산시스템과 비교하여 최적구조를 제안하였다.

한국 태양광산업의 가치사슬과 가치시스템 선순환 구조 분석 (A Study on The Virtuous Cycle of The Value Chain and Value System in Korean Photovoltaic Industry)

  • 본 논문은 한국 태양광기업을 대상으로 가치사슬(Value Chain, 이하 VC)과 가치시스템(Value System, 이하 VS)분석을 통해 기업 내 공정 간에 부가가치의 선순환구조가 형성되어 있는지와 산업 내 공정 간에 선순환적 생태계가 구축되어 있는지를 분석하였다. 연구 방법은 기업 설문조사를 실시한 후, VC과 VS 내 공정 간 인과관계에 대해 회귀분석을 하였다. 분석의 결과, 한국 태양광산업의 VC은 정부 R&D지원 증가가 관련 기업 R&D투자 증가로 이어졌고, 기업 R&D투자 증가가 기업 R&D성과 증가에 기여하였으며, R&D성과 증가가 태양광 제품 생산량 증가에 영향을 주었다. 또한 기업의 태양광 생산비용 감소가 매출액 대비 경상이익률 증가에 영향을 주었다. 그러나 기업의 제품 생산량 증가가 제품 생산비용 감소에 기여하지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 기업의 매출액 대비 경상이익률 증가가 생산량 증가에는 영향을 주고 있으나, 기업의 R&D투자 증가에는 기여하지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타나 선순환구조에 들어서 있지 못한 것으로 분석되었다. 한국 태양광산업의 VS은 태양전지기업의 매출액 대비 경상이익률 증가가 모듈기업의 매출액 대비 경상이익률 증가에만 영향을 줄 뿐, 그 외의 산업 내 모든 공정에서는 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 잉곳 웨이퍼기업, 태양전지기업, 모듈기업, 시스템기업이 상호 협력하여 만들어내야 하는 선순환적 산업생태계가 아직 미완성상태에 있다는 것을 보여주고 있다.

  • A clean and highly efficient energy production has long been sought to solve energy and environmental problems. A fuel cell energy is expected to be a key to solve the problems. The emissions of fuel cell is low, the by-product is low, the by-product is pure water. This paper shows the I-R and V-R characteristics of fuel cell which are connected in parallel and series. In addition, the voltage of the fuel cells which are connected in parallel is less than the voltage of the fuel cells which are connected in series.

  • The Francis type hydro turbine with vertical axis has been designed and analized for hydraulic performance verification. The guide vane angle of turbine casing were designed to be varied according to the condition of head and flowrate. When the changes in flowrate and output were comparatively large, the efficiency drop were small, so the efficiency characteristics and stability of the entire operating condition were maintained in good condition. These results showed that the developed hydro turbine in this study will be suitable for small hydro power stations with medium and high head such as agricultural reservoirs and large dam.

  • There are many difficulties to supply constant power to marine facilities which operate in the sea. Especially, there is a limit to stand alone power supply systems due to the influence of weather conditions. That's why a hybrid power supply system is required to overcome these problems. This paper will describe an Electronic Anti-Fouling System (EAFS) to maximise the power efficiency for a solar - wave hybrid power generation system. A main factor reducing the efficiency of a Wave Energy Converter (WEC) is due to the attachment of aquatic life forms. Therefore the aim of this research is to develop a simulation programme to enable the design of more efficient EAFS for hybrid power generation systems and to provide valuable data for production of more efficient EAFS.
