  • Recently the PDP is the most remarkable media for a next generation display device. In this paper, we proposed the PDP dedicated AC-DC converter using quasi resonant method because the PDP has a lot of power dissipation so we need to develope. The proposed converter using one transformer has soft switching and a advantage to lower voltage stress in switch and also is predicted to have high power efficiency, we proposed the principles and theory using the zero voltage switching and verified the validity through a experiment.

  • his study deals with a power conversion unit of an anti-start air conditioner compressor system for the commercial vehicle. In case of converter, to reduce the switching losses and current stresses of the device, applies LLC resonant topology. Transformer leakage inductance in the full-bridge converter is used for making the resonance with the capacitor of the voltage-doubler. Through this method we can increase power and decrease volume of system. Both circuit analysis and design guideline are described. So in this paper, power conversion unit is designed. 2.5kW anti-start air conditioner compressor system was implemented, and system operation and stability was verified through experiment.

  • This Paper proposes a new toplogy snubber circuit of Full-Bridge DC-DC Converter for reducing conduction losses and snubber circuit heating loss. Using Partial Resonent Soft Switching Method and Clamping, studying on a new snubber circuit for reducing losses that a snubber circuit heating loss in the secondly diode rectification side, a switching losses in the primary side of IGBT inverter and conduction losses in the high frequency insulation transformer. In this paper, we present FB DC-DC converter included a new lossless snubber circuit, and then be analyzed and simulated.

  • A soft-switching PFC-Inverter for using AC motor drive such as the inverter air-conditioner with single phase medium size is proposed. In order to improve the power factor and the efficiency, in this paper, the ZVT topoloty in the conventional PFC-Inverter is adopted. So, the operation mode of the proposed ZVT PFC-Inverter is analyzed and the optimum circuit is designed. At last, the PSPICE, PSIM simulation and experiment results are presented in order to verify the validity of the proposed circuit.

  • 본 논문에서는, 태양광 AC 모듈 기반의 인터리브드 플라이백 인버터에서의 동기 정류기를 이용한 소프트 스위칭 제어 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 방식은, 동기정류기를 이용하여 다이오드의 전도손실을 줄이고, 1차측 주스위치의 ZVS(Zero Voltage Switching) 턴-온을 수행하여 스위칭 손실을 저감하였다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 시스템의 타당성을 이론적 분석과 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 넓은 전압 변동을 가지는 에너지 저장장치의 효율을 높이기 위한 새로운 스위칭 기법을 제안한다. 배터리 입출력 전류리플을 줄이기 위하여 3상 인터리브드 방식을 사용하였다. 중부하시 배터리 전압 크기와 부하 변동에 따라 주파수를 가변하여 출력 전력을 제어한다. 그리고 경부하시 스위칭 주파수를 고정하고 듀티를 제어하여 출력 전력을 제어한다. 제안하는 스위칭 기법을 적용한 시스템의 시뮬레이션을 통해 타당성을 검증한다.

  • This paper proposes current-fed bi-directional DC-DC converter using a resonance (CF-BCR) with wide output voltage range. The steady state analysis and operation principles of CF-BCR are introduced. To increase the output voltage range with satisfying soft switching condition, switching frequency, duty and number of times of the resonance are controlled. The proposed converter and its control method are verified by theoretical analysis and PSIM simulation.

  • In paper, propose new partial resonance ZCS PWM controlled High frequency insulating Full-bridge DC/DC converter not using exciting current of high frequency transformer. It is compared with the existing principles in characteristics. It also realizes a widely stabilized ZVS operating using new On-Off control method at synchronized power rectification MOSFET of high frequency insulating transformer secondary. Finally, it is brought over 97[%] measurement -efficiency by proposed DC-DC converter. It is proved effectiveness of new methods using DC UPS PWM rectifier as switching power.

Power Flow Control of Four Channel Resonant Step-Down Converters

  • This paper proposes a new power flow control method for soft-switched, four channel, five level resonant buck dc-dc converters. These converters have two input channels, which can be supplied from sources with identical or different voltages, and four output channels with arbitrary output voltages. They are specially designed to supply multilevel inverters. The design methodology for their power flow control has been developed considering a general case when the input voltages, output voltages and loads can be asymmetrical. A special emphasize is paid to the limitations and restrictions of operation. The theoretical studies are confirmed by numerical simulations and laboratory tests carried out at various operation points. Exploiting the advantages of the newly proposed power control strategy, the converter can supply five level inverters in dc microgrids, active filters, power factor correctors and electric drives. They can also play an interfacing role in renewable energy systems.
