신규간호사의 조직사회화 영향 요인 (Factors Associated with Organizational Socialization in New Nurses)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between calling, clinical performance, role conflict, and organizational socialization and to evaluate the factors associated with organizational socialization of new nurses. Methods: This study design was cross-sectional correlational study. The participants of this study were new nurses 171 at general hospitals in Jeollabuk-do. Data was collected between August 1 to 20, 2018 from questionnaire responses and were analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The average calling rating was 2.47±0.59 (rated on a scale of 1~4), clinical performance rating was 3.55±0.52 (rated on a scale of 1~5), role conflict rating was 3.29±0.59 (rated on a scale of 1~5), and organizational socialization rating 3.19±0.41 (rated on a scale of 1~5). Calling, clinical performance, role conflict, gender, and work in the desired unit were the significant factors influencing organizational socialization of new nurses. Conclusion: These findings indicate that strategies are needed to improve organizational socialization of new nurses to ensure effective management of personnel. Moreover, it is necessary to develop a program to cultivate the nursing calling, enhance clinical performance, and resolve role conflicts among new nurses.

  • IoT(Internet Of Things) 사업의 일종인 Machine Socialization은 각 기기가 지능을 가지고 M2M(Machine to Machine) 협업을 통하여 사용자의 상황을 인지하고 시나리오를 풀어나가는 것을 의미한다. 기존의 IoT는 단순한 센서 데이터를 통하여 1상황 1제어로 진행되었지만 Machine Socialization은 상황을 시나리오대로 풀어나가고 Machine Manager가 전체적 흐름을 통제하고 제어하는 것을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 기존 H2H(Human to Human)의 SNS(Social Network Service)을 M2M에 적용하기 위한 스키마 제안하고 Machine Manager가 시나리오를 풀어나가야 하기 위한 각 기기의 정보를 스키마로 제안한다.

간호대학생의 셀프리더십과 공동체의식이 조직사회화에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Self-Leadership and Sense of Community on Organizational Socialization in Nursing Students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the self-leadership, sense of community, and organizational socialization in nursing students. Methods: The subjects were 215 four-year nursing students in one province. Data were collected from May 4 to 25, 2018 through a self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, analysis of variance, Scheffe's Test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. Results: Organizational socialization was positively connected to self-leadership and sense of community the higher the self-leadership and sense of community, the higher the organizational socialization. In the independent variables, communal consciousness produced greater ramifications on organizational associations. Conclusions: Nurse educators can use our findings to consider the individual needs of the nursing student in order to increase their self-leadership and sense of community by developing and implementing suitable and appropriate academic curriculum where proper research can be conducted in order to acquire successful, organizational socialization within the nursing community. Further research in this area is warranted.

The Impact of Financial Socialization and Financial Literacy on Financial Behaviors: An Empirical Study in Indonesia

  • The research aims to evaluate college students' financial behavior and provide empirical insight into factors that may influence their financial behavior by investigating whether financial socialization, financial experience, and financial literacy are meaningful for students' financial behavior. The surveys data was conducted with 595 college students from all over Indonesia then analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results demonstrate that financial socialization positively influences financial literacy and financial behavior. On the other hand, financial experience has a negative influence on financial literacy, yet a positive one on financial behavior. Furthermore, the result also shows financial socialization are the key determinant of financial literacy and financial literacy is vital and plays an essential role for financial behavior and it may derive from financial socialization and financial literacy. It indicates that the influence of social agents can benefit students in improving their financial literacy and behavior. However, experience also can influence their financial behaviors. The lack of experience of college students leads to inadequate financial knowledge and raises their risk of financial decisions. Students with sufficient financial knowledge and exhibiting good financial behavior can make wise decisions in financial planning and management, thus may prevent financial issues in the future.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of preceptor's empathy, grit, and nursing environment recognized by newly graduated nurses on the organizational socialization. Methods: In this study, from June 22 to August 21, 2022, a convenience sample was perfored for new nurses working at general hospital in four cities. Analysis of the collected data was using the SPSS/WIN 26.0 software. The data was analyzed using independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: The factors influencing the organizational socialization of new nurses were the type of work (β=.26, p<.001) and nursing work environment (β=.21, p=.037), in the order of these variables. These factors wew found to account for 16% of variance in the organizational socialization of new nurses (F=4.59, p<.002). Conclusion: To increase the organizational socialization of new nurses, medical institutions must make efforts to improve the nursing work environment.

민간경비원의 탈사회화와 재사회화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the De-socialization and Re-socialization of Private Security Agent)

  • 본 연구는 민간경비원의 탈사회화와 재사회화에 관한 연구로 민간경비원의 탈사회화 원인과 준비과정을 통한 재사회화의 과정에서 겪을 수 있는 과정을 분석하는데 연구 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 민간경비원으로 재직하였던 탈사회자 탈사회화 후 재사회화를 경험한 7명의 연구대상자를 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하여 자료 분석과 연구의 타당도를 평가한 후 내용분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 민간경비원은 개인마다 다르지만 다양한 요인에 의한 탈사회화를 하게 되었다. 즉, 저임금과 직업에 대한 불안정한 비전, 과도한 업무환경 및 열악한 복리 후생 등이 주된 원인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 민간경비원은 탈사회화의 준비 시기는 업무특성상 40대 전후를 적당한 시기라고 하였다. 즉 전문성이 요구되는 만간경비업무에 대한 신체적인 변화와 자신의 능력을 고려한 시기가 적당하다는 맥락으로 해석할 수 있다. 셋째, 민간경비원은 탈사회화 후 아쉬움 보다는 허탈감과 새로운 직업에 대한 걱정과 두렴움을 경험하고 있었으며, 가족과 주변 사람들과의 소통을 통한 사회적응 및 재사회화에 도움을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 새로운 직업을 찾고 사회에 적응하려는 재사회화를 경험하여 새로운 직업에 대한 안정성과 만족감을 나타내고 있었다.

고등학생의 수학사회화 경험 수준에 따른 수학점수, 수학불안과 수학흥미도 간의 관계 연구 (Relationship Between Mathematics Anxiety, Interest and Mathematical Grades of High School Students According to Math Socialization)

  • 이 연구는 대학 진학의 심리적 부담을 느끼는 고등학생을 대상으로 수학사회화 경험, 수학점수와 수학불안 및 흥미도 간의 상관관계를 알아본 뒤 수학사회화 경험이 수학점수와 수학불안 및 흥미도에 미치는 설명력을 알아보며, 수학사회화 경험 수준에 따라 수학점수와 수학불안 및 흥미도에 차이가 있는지 분석하고자 실시되었다. 이를 위해 수도권지역의 고등학생 479명을 대상으로 수학사회화 경험, 수학불안, 흥미도 검사와 수학 성적을 조사하였으며 수집된 자료는 spss 24.0 프로그램을 활용하여 t-검증, Pearson 상관분석, 회귀 분석 등을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 수학사회화 경험과 수학점수, 수학불안과 흥미도는 의미 있는 관계가 있었으며 둘째, 수학사회화 경험은 수학점수, 수학불안과 흥미도를 의미 있게 설명하는 변인임을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 수학사회화 경험 수준에 따라 수학점수 및 수학불안과 흥미도는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

치과위생사의 전문직 자아개념과 조직사회화의 관련성 (The relationship between the professional self-concept of dental hygiene and organizational socialization)

  • Background: Based on the individualistic approach of experienced dental hygienists, this study attempted to provide basic data to find effective measures of human resource management by analyzing the correlation between organizational socialization and professional self-concept. Methods: Dental hygienists currently working in the Daegu area were evaluated. Nine questions related to duties, twenty-seven questions related to professional self-concept, and thirty-eight questions related to organizational socialization were included in the study. The reliability was professional self-concept (Cronbach's α = 0.859) and organizational socialization (Cronbach's α = 0.840). Results: Of the total 135 points for professional self-concept, the mean score of the participants was 62.67±8.45 points. In the sub-area, flexibility was the highest at 19.28±2.46 points, and communication was the lowest at 9.69±1.44 points. Of 190 points, organizational socialization averaged at 123.40±12.82 points. In the subarea, personal characteristics were the highest at 30.37±3.71 points, and occupational identity was the lowest at 10.34±1.94. Higher age (F=30.89, p<0.000), marital status (F=10.22, p<0.002), graduate or higher educational qualification (F=9.16, p<0.000), were associated with a higher position (F=20.62, p<0.000) and work experience (F=22.66, p<0.0000), when there was no intention to turnover (F=8.05, p<0.000). Organizational socialization was higher in participants with higher age (F=7.89, p<0.000), educational qualification (F=8.02, p<0.000), and position (F=5.12, p<0.007); higher work experience in general hospital (F=4.50, p<0.012); no intention to turnover (F=7.450, p<0.000); and no intention to turnover (F=24.46, p<0.000). Organizational socialization showed a significant positive correlation with professional self-concept (r=0.721, p<0.000); job performance and skills (r=0.615, p<0.000) and organizational commitment and satisfaction (r=0.610, p<0.000) showed a high positive correlation. Turnover intention (β=0.213, p<0.000) was found to have a significant effect on organizational socialization. Leadership (β=0.168, p<0.05) and satisfaction (β=0.483, p<0.000) were found to have a significant effect. The total explanatory power of this variable was 62.7%. Conclusion: To ensure successful organizational socialization, human resource management should be performed through regular verification, which can result in improved quality of dental care services.

  • 최근, 전 세계 주요 국가에서 전략산업으로 육성되고 있는 사물인터넷(IoT : Internet of Things) 기술은 사물과 사물간의 소통이 가능한 상황인식 기반의 미래 인터넷 환경이다. 기존의 연구에는 사람이 직접 명령을 내려 디바이스를 제어하는 P2M(Person to Machine) 방식과 단순 센서 데이터를 통한 단일 디바이스 제어방식이 있다. 하지만, IoT의 일종인 Machine Socialization은 각각의 디바이스들이 디바이스 내부 기능정보를 이용하고, Device Manager를 통하여 전체적인 시나리오를 전개하는 M2M(Machine to Machine)방식의 디바이스 협업 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 P2M의 시스템을 M2M의 시스템으로 변화시키기 위한 Machine Socialization의 시스템의 알고리즘을 제안한다.

  • 최근, 전 세계 주요 국가들의 전략사업으로 지정된 IoT(Internet of Things)의 발전으로 인해 사물끼리의 통신이 가능하게 되었다. 하지만 기기의 정보들을 표현하는 표준이 정해지지 않아 서로 다른 플랫폼을 가진 기기들 간의 정보전달이 어려운 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 사람들이 직접 기기에 명령하는 방식과 단순 센서를 이용한 기기 제어방식과는 달리 Socialization 표현 언어인 XML 스키마를 활용하여 기기의 정보, 작업의 정보, 기기와 기기의 관계 정보를 나타낸 Machine Socialization 스키마를 제안하고 이를 사용하여 기기를 관리하는 기기 관리 시스템을 제안하였다.
