도서관을 대피시설로 활용하는 방안에 대한 사서 인식 조사 연구 (A Study on the Librarian's Perception about the Utilization of Libraries as Evacuation Facilities)

  • 제3차 도서관종합발전계획에서는 도서관의 공식 및 비공식 사회적 안전공간 기능을 추진과제로 삼고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도서관의 대피시설 지정여부 및 관련 서비스 현황, 재난 및 재해 대응 서비스에 대한 사서의 인지도, 인식 및 태도를 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 재난 및 재해 대응 서비스의 활성화 방향을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스 제공 주체인 사서들의 인식 개선이 필요하다. 둘째, 임시 또는 상시 등 공간적 측면에 대한 논의가 필요하다. 셋째, 재난 및 재해 관련 서비스 모델 개발이 요구된다. 넷째, 도서관의 사회적 안전공간 기능 수행의 실효성을 위해서는 행정부의 지원과 관리가 필수적이다. 다섯째, 사회적 대피처로서 도서관의 역할과 관련 서비스에 대한 가이드라인 개발 시에 개별 도서관과 사서들의 우려를 해소할 수 있는 구체적인 내용이 명시될 필요가 있다.

의무기록사의 직업전문성 인식도와 직무만족도 수준 및 관련요인 (Professional Job Perception and Job Satisfaction, and Its Related Factors Among Medical Recorders Engaged in General Hospitals)

  • 본 연구는 병원에 근무하고 있는 의무기록사들의 직업전문성 인식도와 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고자 서울시, 경기도, 대전시, 충청남도 및 충청북도에 소재하고 있는 53개 병원급 이상에서 근무하고 있는 의무기록사 314명을 대상으로 2013년 3월 4일부터 4월 23일까지의 기간 동안에 표준화된 자기기입식 설문지(self-administered questionnaire)를 이용한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 조사대상자들의 직업전문성인식도에는 성별, 연령, 결혼상태, 월수입, BMI, 직위, 업무에 대한 적성, 직업전환의사 및 장래 의무기록사에 대한 사회적 지위 전망에 대한 인식이 유의한 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 인구사회학적 특성과 직업관련 특성이 직업전문성인식도와 높은 관련성이 있었다. 조사 대상자들의 직무만족에는 연령, 월수입, BMI, 직위, 업무에 대한 만족도, 직업전환의사, 응답자 자신의 사회적 지위 전망에 대한 인식 및 직업전문성인식도가 유의한 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 직업관련 특성 변수와 직업전문성인식도가 직무만족도와 높은 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 위와 같은 연구결과는 의무기록사들의 직업전문성인식도에는 인구 사회학적 특성 및 직업관련 특성 변수들이 높은 관련성을 보였으며, 직무만족도에는 직업관련 특성 및 직업전문성인식도 변수들이 높은 관련성이 있음을 시사하고 있다.

Impacts of Information Source and E-service Quality on Mobile Shopping Behavior in KakaoTalk

  • KakaoTalk has become a reputed mobile social network and an inseparable part of people's lives by leading the mobile industry in South Korea. However, there is a lack of studies in academia regarding perception of the consumers and assessment toward the mobile marketing and services by KakaoTalk. Based on the theoretical orientation of Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM: Petty & Cacioppo, 1986) and electronic service quality (E-S-QUAL: Parasuraman, Zeithaml, & Malhotra, 2005), this study investigates the effects of information sources (Charles & Richard, 1988), and examines the consumer perception toward the service quality of KakaoTalk. A total of 209 responses were collected, using a self-administered survey in Seoul and Gyeonggi province, South Korea from March 2015 to June 2015. A seven-point Likert scale survey was developed to measure the information sources (i.e., argument quality, post popularity, and post attractiveness), electronic service quality (i.e., efficiency, fulfillment, privacy, and system availability), attitude (i.e., usefulness, preference, and overall attitude), and behavioral intention (i.e., like intention, share intention, and purchase intention). This study reveals a consensus that an online environment is different from the traditional retail context in terms of information source and service quality. Specifically, the results indicate that argument quality greatly impacts the attitudes of the individuals and their behavioral intention toward mobile shopping via social media channel. The most powerful factor among E-S-QUAL is "efficiency." This dimension of service quality influences the customer perception of usefulness and preference as well as share and like intention toward mobile shopping on KakaoTalk.

지능정보사회의 사이버 역기능 분류와 사회적 인식 분석 (A Study on the Classification of Cyber Dysfunction and the Social Cognition Analysis in the Intelligent Information Society)

  • The Internet cyber space has become more important as it enters the intelligent information society of the 4th Industrial Revolution beyond the information age through the development of ICT, the expansion of personalized services through mobile and SNS, the development of IoT, big data, and artificial intelligence. The Internet has formed a new paradigm in human civilization, but it has focused only on the efficiency of its functions. Therefore, various side effects such as information divide, cyber terrorism, cyber violence, hacking, and personal information leakage are emerging. In this situation, facing the intelligent information society can lead to an uncontrollable chaos. Therefore, this study classifies the cyber dysfunction of intelligent information society and analyzes social cognition, suggests cyber dysfunction standard of intelligent information society, and examines the seriousness of dysfunction, and suggests technical research directions for future technologies and services. The dysfunctional classification of the intelligent information society was classified into five areas of cyber crime and terrorism, infringement of rights, intelligent information usage culture, intelligent information reliability, and social problems by FGI methodology. Based on the classification, the social perception of current and future cyber dysfunction severity was surveyed and it showed female is more sensitive than male about the dysfunction. A GAP analysis confirmed social awareness that the future society would be more serious about AI and cyber crime

사회복지과 학생들이 지각하는 사회복지사의 이미지에 대한 연구 (A Study of Social Workers' Image as Perceived by University Students from Social Welfare Departments)

  • Purpose : This study aims to investigate social welfare and students' image of social workers and determine the relevance of these factors to the academic system, gender, and their motivations when selecting a major. Methods : For this study, social welfare students from two two-year colleges and two four-year universities were randomly selected, and 320 students from social welfare departments who understood and agreed to participate in the research took the survey. The data analysis of this study was conducted using SPSS 23.0. Results : The Social Welfare Department students' perception of a social worker's image was shown to be positive. In the social worker image based on academic background, the first grade was found to be more positive than the second, third, and fourth grades. The professional image was more positive than the traditional, social, and vocational images. The gender-based social worker image showed that females were more positive than males. Females were more positive for the professional image, and males were more positive for the traditional image. Regarding the image of social workers based on students' motivation when choosing their major, it was found that volunteer jobs were more positive in terms of traditional images, social images through recommendations, and professional images with aptitude and interest. Conclusion : In sum, most of the students in the social welfare departments had a positive perception of the social worker position. They had a more positive image at the time of admission. Finally, students who entered the school with an expert awareness of social welfare were more positive.

소셜미디어 이용 관광객의 윤리적 소비개념이 공정관광의 태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 -윤리소비에 대한 위험지각을 조절변수로 하여- (The Influence of Tourist's Ethical Consumption Concept on Fair Tourism Attitude and Purchasing Intention of Fair Tourism on Tourism Social Media -Considering Risk Perception of Ethical Consumption as the Mediator-)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 관광 소셜미디어 환경에서 관광객의 윤리적 소비개념, 공정관광태도, 공정관광구매의도간의 관계분석 및 윤리적 소비에 대한 위험지각의 조절영향효과를 분석하였다. 검증결과로서 첫째, 관광객의 윤리적 소비개념은 공정관광에 대한 태도에 긍정적 영향요인으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 관광객의 윤리적 소비개념과 공정관광 구매의도간의 영향관계는 유의적이지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공정관광 태도는 공정관광 구매의도에 긍정적인 영향요인으로 검증되었다. 넷째, 관광 소셜미디어를 통한 공정관광 태도와 공정관광 구매의도간의 관계에 윤리적 소비에 대한 위험지각의 조절효과분석에서 재무적 위험지각의 효과는 유의미하지 않은 반면에 정보적 위험지각은 효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 관광 소셜미디어에서 공정관광 상품에 대한 정보제공의 중요성이다.

청소년의 다문화경험이 다문화인식과 고정관념에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Multicultural Experiences of Adolescents and Multicultural Perception and Stereotype)

  • 본 연구는 청소년의 다문화경험이 다문화인식과 고정관념에 미치는 직접효과와 다문화경험이 다문화인식을 매개로 고정관념에 미치는 간접효과의 검증을 통하여 인과관계를 분석하였다. 연구의 목적달성을 위해 경남지역 중학교 6개교 재학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 그 중 332부를 구조방정식모형을 적용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 다문화경험이 다문화인식에 개방성에 긍정적 영향을, 타문화거부와 타문화에 대한 편견에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다문화에 대한 개방성은 고정관념에 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 타문화에 대한 편견, 타문화에 대한 거부는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 다문화경험이 고정관념에 직접적인 영향은 미치지 않지만 다문화인식을 통한 간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 도출된 연구결과를 통해 다문화가정 청소년을 위한 학교교육의 방향 및 정책적 시사점과 다문화가정 청소년의 개입을 위한 사회복지적 제언을 제공하였다.

Visual Effect on Mechanical Pain Threshold According to Anatomical Regions

  • Purpose: Pain perception is affected by a wide range of contributing factors, including biological, psychological, and social factors. Although the provision of visual information could have a modulatory effect on pain perception, it is unclear whether such a visual effect might vary depending on the anatomical site and stimulation type. This study aimed to analyze the modulatory effect of visual information on the perception of sharp and dull pain in the face and hand and to assess the influence of individual fear levels on modulatory visual information. Methods: A total of 68 healthy male and female volunteers were recruited for this study. Pressure and pricking pain with and without visual information were induced on the masseter and thenar muscles, and alterations in pain threshold were evaluated. The survey was conducted using the Geop-Pain Questionnaire (GPQ). Results: The pricking pain threshold of the hand was significantly elevated when viewing the stimulated hand. This result indicated that the provision of visual information could decrease sensitivity to sharp pain in the hand. However, when correlating the GPQ score with the alteration in thresholds induced by visual information, no significant correlation was observed between the GPQ score and the threshold difference induced by visual information. This finding showed that the visual effect was not significantly affected by the fear level. Conclusions: This study showed that the effect of visual information on the pain threshold could vary according to the anatomical site and stimulation type. A better understanding of such a modulatory effect on pain perception might be useful for clinicians during painful therapeutic procedures.

라이브커머스에서 가상실재감의 효과와 결정요인 연구: 라이브쇼핑 매체 및 인플루언서 특성을 중심으로 (A Study on the Effect and Determinants of Virtual Presence in Live Commerce: Focusing on the Characteristics of Live Shopping Media and Influencers)

  • Purpose: Live commerce is a new type of electronic commerce in combination with live streaming services. It is expected to increase virtual presence in the context of online shopping by overcoming a lack of social interactions between sellers and buyers which have been raised as a limitation in electronic commerce. Drawing on the studies of communication media, this study examines how live commerce contributes to the increase of virtual presence which consists of telepresence and social presence. Telepresence refers to a buyer's perception that he or she is present at the physical shopping mall during live shopping streaming whereas social presence refers to a buyer's perception of social interaction with a seller which is human warm, social, sensitive, and personal. In this study, we verify key determinants of virtual presence and its consequences. More specifically, this study proposes virtual presence contributes to the increase of buyers' trust in products and further purchase intentions. Furthermore, we verify influential factors of virtual presence from the technical and influencer perspectives of live commerce. Design/methodology/approach: To test the proposed hypotheses, the partial least squares (PLS) analysis is conducted with a total of 250 data collected on users with experience in the TaoBao live streaming shopping platform. Findings: The results show that first, telepresence and social presence are increased by visibility, media richness and attractiveness in the context of live shopping streaming. Second, buyers' trust in product trust and purchase intentions are positively influenced by telepresence and social presence. Finally, buyers' trust in product has a direct, positve effect on their purchase intentions. Overall, the findings offer new insights into the studies of electronic commerce by introducting the concepts of virtual presence and media richness from the literature of communication media in the field of live commerce.

Understanding College Students' Perception of Green Building Products

  • Sustainability continues to gain traction in all industry sectors as people become aware of the advantages of green products. The voluntary use of green products in buildings in the United States continues to grow due to long-term cost saving and the ecological benefit to nature. The voluntary installation of green products is associated with end-users' expectations and perceptions including cost saving, sustainable behavior, and social responsibility. Although involuntary use of green products has similar expectations and perceptions, the installation decision is not based on the goodwill from end-users. This paper surveys college students to capture current experience levels, expectations, and perceptions in regard to green products and/or sustainability and to understand their attitudes about involuntary use of a green product. The installation of low water pressure showerheads in a dormitory provides data to support perception, expectation, and future direction of adoption of green products in public buildings. This information may be used to facilitate sustainable behaviors among involuntary groups regarding to the adoption of green products. The primary objective of this paper is to investigate the college students' perception of a green product, particularly when the students are involuntarily exposed to the green products. As a secondary objective, the paper also attempts to address the college students' general understanding on sustainability and green products. The findings of this study could support the growing importance of sustainable behavior among higher education beyond social responsibility and provide a benchmark against which to improve future change while fostering sustainable behaviors over time among the public.
