우울, 죽음불안, 사회적 지지가 독거노인의 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향: 탄력성의 매개효과 (The Effects of Depression, Death Anxiety, and Social Support on Psychological Well-Being of Elderly Living Alone: Mediating Effect of Resilience)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 독거노인의 부정적 정서인 우울, 죽음불안과 함께 사회적 지지가 독거노인들이 스스로 회복할 수 있는 탄력성의 매개경로를 통해서 심리적 안녕감에 어떠한 경로의 영향력을 미치는지를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 대전광역시와 충청남도에 거주중인 65세 이상의 독거노인 988명을 대상으로 설문을 실시한 후, 구조방정식모형으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 인구학적 특성에 따른 측정변수 간 차이에서 우울은 성별, 학력, 건강상태, 경제상태에서, 죽음불안은 성별과 학력에서, 사회적 지지는 성, 연령, 학력, 지역, 건강상태와 경제상태에서, 탄력성에서는 성, 연령, 학력, 건강상태, 경제상태에서, 심리적 안녕감은 성, 학력, 건강상태, 경제상태에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 독거노인의 우울과 죽음불안 및 사회적 지지 변수가 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 경로와 영향력에서 우울은 부적으로, 사회적 지지는 정적으로 직접적인 경로의 영향력이 유의하게 미치고 있으며, 죽음불안은 직접적인 영향력이 유의하게 미치지 않다는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 독거노인의 우울과 죽음불안 및 사회적 지지 변수가 매개변수인 탄력성에 미치는 경로와 영향력에서 우울은 부적인 관계, 사회적 지지는 정적인 관계에서 직접적인 경로의 영향력이 유의하게 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 독거노인의 매개변수인 탄력성은 심리적 안녕감에 정적으로 유의한 영향력이 미치고 있었다. 또한 탄력성의 매개기능을 통해서 부정적 요인을 감소시키고, 긍정적 요인은 증진시켜서 심리적 안녕감을 증진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 독거노인의 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 변인들의 관계를 파악하는 기초자료를 제공하고 독거노인을 위한 정서지원 정책을 마련하는 근거자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Factors Predicting the Physical Activity Behavior of Female Adolescents: A Test of the Health Promotion Model

  • Objectives: Physical activity behavior begins to decline during adolescence and continues to decrease throughout young adulthood. This study aims to explain factors that influence physical activity behavior in a sample of female adolescents using a health promotion model framework. Methods: This cross-sectional survey was used to explore physical activity behavior among a sample of female adolescents. Participants completed measures of physical activity, perceived self-efficacy, self-esteem, social support, perceived barriers, and perceived affect. Interactions among the variables were examined using path analysis within a covariance modeling framework. Results: The final model accounted for an $R^2$ value of 0.52 for physical activity and offered a good model-data fit. The results indicated that physical activity was predicted by self-esteem (${\beta}$=0.46, p<0.001), perceived self-efficacy (${\beta}$=0.40, p<0.001), social support (${\beta}$=0.24, p<0.001), perceived barriers (${\beta}$=-0.19, p<0.001), and perceived affect (${\beta}$=0.17, p<0.001). Conclusions: The findings of this study showed that the health promotion model was useful to predict physical activity behavior among the Iranian female adolescents. Information related to the predictors of physical activity behavior will help researchers plan more tailored culturally relevant health promotion interventions for this population.

창업역량과 사회적 영향력이 창업의지에 미치는 영향력 (The Influence of Entrepreneurial Competence and Social Influence on Entrepreneurial Intention)

  • 직업 특성의 변화로 인하여 성인들은 고용, 비노동 또는 창업을 포함한 새로운 경력 선택을 해야만 하는 상황에 직면해 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 제2의 진로 선택을 목적으로 성인의 창업의지를 높이기 위한 창업역량, 사회적지지, 성공 창업 롤모델이 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 또한 창업멘토링의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구 방법으로는 선행연구를 바탕으로 연구모형과 가설을 설정하고 구조화된 설문지를 통해 연구가설을 검증하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 24.0을 사용하였으며, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업역량 중 직무역량과 자금조달능력은 창업의지에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 창업 롤모델은 창업의지에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 창업역량과 사회적지지, 창업 역할모델과 창업의지와의 관계에서는 창업 멘토링의 매개효과를 살펴보면 직무역량→창업멘토링→창업의지, 자금조달역량→창업멘토링→창업의지, 창업성공 롤모델→창업 멘토링→ 창업의지에서 유의미한 매개효과가 있었다.

코로나19 위험인식에 따른 친사회적 관광행동의도 결정과정 : 규범 활성화 모델을 활용하여 (The Process of Determining of Pro-Social Tourism Behavior Intention according to the Perception of the Risk of COVID-19 : Utilizing the Norm Activation Model)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to identify the preceding factors that form pro-social tourism behavior intent in a pendemic situation and to present theoretical and practical implications for the role of individuals for a safe tourism environment. Design/methodology/approach - This study conducted an analysis by collecting 420 valid questionnaires targeting citizens who have lived in Korea continuously for more than one year. For the analysis, a confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and a structural equation model (SEM) were used, and a multi-group confirmatory factor analysis (MCFA) and a multi-group structural equation model (MSEM) were used to verify the difference by age group. Findings - First, cognitive and affective risk perception for Covid-19 had a significant (+) effect on the ascription of responsibility to tourists, and affective risk perception and ascription of responsibility had a significant (+) effect on personal norms. Second, personal norms have been shown to have a significant (+) influence on prosocial tourism behavior intention, and prosocial tourism behavior intention has a significant (+) influence on WTP on safety tourism. Research implications or Originality - Tourism behavior in a pendemic situation can affect the spread of infection. In this respect, this study attempted to confirm how moral norms affect pro-social tourism behavior from a personal point of view. In addition, we tried to present practical implications by identifying the impact of personal norms on willing to pay for a safe tourism environment.

중국의 사회 연결망 서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Influencing the Use of Social Networking Services in China)

  • China has the largest number of the user of web 2.0 such as messengers and blogs, as of 2008 year. Chinese Internet digital market will grow from $85 billion in 2007 to $264 billion in 2015. The importance of Chinese Internet business is increasing, because of its size and growth potential. This research is focused on following two questions. First, what are the major characteristics of social networking services in China? In order to find out the answer about this question, the case study on Tencent QQ and Sina Poco, the most representative social networking services company in China, was done. And the reason of the use of social networking services, their contents, and the attitude toward the paid service were identified. Second, what are the major factors influencing the use of social networking services in China. User participation, network effect, usefulness, and system quality were inferred as the factors influencing the use. These factors were based on motivation theory, technology acceptance model, and the related research papers. This research model was proved by data analysis using Partial Least Square. As results, the use of social networking services was influenced by usefulness, network effect, user participation, and system quality. But social influence was not significant of the use of social networking services.

혈액투석 환자가 지각하는 불확실성과 사회적 지지가 안녕감에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Uncertainty and Social Support on General Well-being among Hemodialysis Patients)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore factors affecting uncertainty and general well-being based on Uncertainty in Illness Theory. Methods: Data were collected from 125 outpatients who had received hemodialysis. The path model among four concepts, such as period of hemodialysis, social support, uncertainty, and general well-being, was tested. Tangible support, positive social interaction, affectionate, and emotional/informational support were measured as social support. Adaptation in the model was operationalized as general well-being which consisted of anxiety, depression, positive well-being, self-control, and general health. Results: All paths were statistically significant at the level of ${\alpha}$=.05. The significant paths were the path from period of hemodialysis to uncertainty (t=-2.86), social support to uncertainty (t=-2.01), uncertainty to general wellbeing (t=-2.85), and social support to general well-being (t=3.55). Conclusion: Patients who perceived low uncertainty and high social support were likely to feel well-being. Therefore, nurses should give patients appropriate information according to their needs and have meaningful interaction with patients to reduce their uncertainty and render social support.

중년여성의 주관적 건강상태, 외상 후 성장, 사회적 지지가 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Subjective Health Status, Post-Traumatic Growth, and Social Support on Successful Aging in Middle-Aged Women)

  • Purpose: This study was done to investigate factors influencing successful aging in middle-aged women. Methods: A convenience sample of 103 middle-aged women was selected from the community. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics, two-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Kruskal Wallis test, Pearson correlations, Spearman correlations and multiple regression analysis with the SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. Results: Results of regression analysis showed that significant factors influencing successful aging were post-traumatic growth and social support. This regression model explained 48% of the variance in successful aging. Conclusion: Findings show that the concept 'post-traumatic growth' is an important factor influencing successful aging in middle-aged women. In addition, social support from friends/co-workers had greater influence on successful aging than social support from family. Thus, we need to consider the positive impact of post-traumatic growth and increase the chances of social participation in a successful aging program for middle-aged women.

The Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Religiosity, Individual Social Responsibility, and Corporate Financial Performance in South Korea

  • The study investigates the mediating effect of Korean firms' corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the relationship between Korean executives' religiosity, their individual social responsibility (ISR), and corporate financial performance (CFP). As executives lead the firms' strategies and policies, their religiosity or ISR may have a significant influence in attaining the firm's CSR and influencing CFP. The upper echelon theory, agency theory, and stakeholder theory are used to explain the link between individual-level drivers of CSR, a firm's CSR, and CFP. The upper echelon theory, agency theory, and stakeholder theory are integrated into the conceptual model, which explains the relationships between proposed constructs in this study. This study employs survey data of 421 Korean companies. The confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) technique was used to test the proposed hypotheses. The main result shows that Korean executives' religiosity and their ISR positively influence CFP when mediated by CSR. The findings of this study suggest that Korean executives' personal values such as their religiosity and ISR can impact the firm's CSR activities or financial performance. Overall, this paper responds to the recent calls in the CSR literature to examine the individual-level drivers from non-western contexts by shedding more light on the Korean context.

SNS 서비스유형을 조절변수로 한 사용자만족도의 구조모형 (Structure Modeling on Factors Influencing the User Satisfaction of Social Network Services by Mediating the Moderator of the Service Types in SNS)

  • The first purpose of this paper is to identify factors having an effect on the user satisfaction of the SNS(Social Network Services) users and to examine causal relationships among those factors. The second is to examine how the causal relationships between the factors could be changed in the service types in SNS, which would be divided into web based SNS and mobile SNS. For achieving the purposes, we established the research model and hypotheses based on Information Success and Technology Acceptance Model. The characteristics of the SNS users consist of Individual Innovation and Social Influence while the characteristics of the SNS system consist of Information Quality and System Quality. The hypotheses were verified by analyzing data, which was collected from survey research on users of the SNS, with AMOS 18.0 statistical package. As a result, the first, we observed that more important the SNS users would consider the social relation, more useful they would recognize the function of SNS. The second, we observed that faster and easier the users could obtain hourly information in diversity, more useful they would recognize the function of SNS. The third, we observed that more innovative the mobile SNS users would become, more negative they would consider the usefulness of SNS. The fourth, we observed that more important the web based SNS users would consider the social relation, more negative they would consider the usefulness of SNS.

사회적 실재감이 온라인 커뮤니티 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Social Presence on Online Community Users' Continuance Intention)

  • 최근 페이스북, 트위터 등의 개인화된 SNS(Social Network Service)가 보급되고 있음에도 불구하고 e-Learning 시스템과 일부 대형 온라인 커뮤니티는 아직까지도 많은 사람들의 일상생활에 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정보시스템 지속적 사용의 기대확증모형을 바탕으로 사회적 실재감의 영향력을 연구하고자 했고, 연구 결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 사회적 실재감은 인지된 유용성과 인지된 즐거움에 모두 정의 영향을 미쳤음을 알 수 있었고, 둘째, 만족에는 인지된 즐거움을 통한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인지된 유용성은 지속사용의도에 정의 영향을 미쳤으나 인지된 즐거움은 지속사용의도와 유의미한 관계가 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구의 이론적 시사점으로는 매개효과 분석을 이용한 사회적 실재감의 영향력 검증과, 장기간의 온라인 커뮤니티 지속 사용 의도에는 실용적 특성이 헤도닉 특성보다 더 강한 영향력을 미친다는 점에 대한 검증을 들 수 있고, 이를 통해 온라인 커뮤니티 운영에 대한 통찰력을 제공한 점 역시 실무적인 시사점으로 볼 수 있다.
