경제 불황으로 기업들의 구조조정이 가시화되면서 고용 축소와 청년실업이 늘어나면서 창업이나 경영을 통해 경제적 독립과 자아실현을 이루려는 창업가들이 점차 증가하고 있으며, 그에 따른 학계 연구의 필요성도 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구 필요성에 따라 창업의도에 결정요인으로서 사회적 네트워크와 자아 효능감을 개인특성요인의 핵심변수로 설정하여 창업활동과 창업목표달성에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 위해 국내 창업가를 대상으로 208부를 분석에 이용하였다. 가설검증 결과, 사회적 네트워크의 강한 유대가 창업의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 창업활동에는 약한 유대가 영향을 나타나는 것으로 분석되었으며, Podolny와 Baron(1997) 네트워크의 특성에 따라 네트워크 강도의 효과가 달라질 수 있다는 주장과 일치하는 것을 발견 할 수 있었다. 또한 자아효능감은 창업활동보다 창업의도에 더 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 목표달성을 분석한 결과 창업의도보다 창업활동이 목표달성에 더 유의 한 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다.

As the society becomes more industrialized and modernized, we have more chances to experience a serious traumatic event. Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) has 3 major categories of symptoms such as memory disturbance, hyperarousal and avoidance or numbness. I reviewed the psychobiological evidences in 3 main categories of symptoms and the biological treatment after a brief review of the epidemiology, psychosocial etiology and diagnosis of PTSD. The memory disturbance of PTSD might be developed by the potentiation of the memory pathway mediated by norepinephrine. PTSD induces HPA axis abnormality, it might also develop hippocampal dysfunction, which might contribute to the memory disturbance. The kindling effect develops desensitization, which might develop reexperiencing of the traumatic events and hyperarousal state. Chronic aroused state of locus ceruleus with resultant chronic maladaptive state of norepinephrine system, might develop hyperarousal state. Social avoidance and physical numbing state in PTSD might be caused by serotnin or opiate system. Stress induced analgesia might be developed by opiate reliesed against the acute stress. The biologic research results would help the selective treatment of PTSD.

For various historical and technical reasons, the safety of dams has been controlled by an engineering standards-based approach, which has been developed over many years, initially for the design of new dams, but increasingly applied over the past few decades to assess the safety of existing dams. And some countries were asked for risk assessment on existing dam, which included structural, hydraulic safety of dam and social risk. Whereas other countries have developed and adapted as an additional tool to assist in decision-making for dam safety management. Dam risk analysis should need the reliability data of dam failures, the past constructed history and management records of existing dam. It is thought with risk analysis method of dams for structural safety management in domestic that suitable to use consider an event tree, fault tree and conditioning indexes method.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the development of preschoolers'narrative competence. The subject were 60 preschoolers aged 3 through 5 years who were enrolled in the day care center All the subjects were asked to produce a new story. All the story children toad were recorded on audiotape. The data were analyzed Qualitatively and quantitatively using content analysis and the statistical package for Social Science 9.0. The main results of this study were as follows. 1) Significant age difference was observed in preschooler's narrative structure. Older children produced structurally more complex stories containing setting, character, initiating event, attempt and consequence than younger children. 2) Significant age difference was observed in preschooler's narrative length. Older children used significantly more words and sentence when they produced stories than younger children.3) Preschooler'narrative structure was significantly correlated with narrative length.

The objective of this study is to suggest a housing life cycle of Korean families which adds to the establishment of reasonable housing standards and to the prediction of fufure-oriented family housing behavior by reviewing published papers. Following model is suggested as a housing life cycle suitable to assess the family housing behavior in Korea. 1st stage : period of house searching 2nd stage : period of house changing 3rd stage : period of house stabilizing \circled1 size enlargement phase \circled2 quality improvement phase \circled3 stable settlement phase 4th siage : period of house contracting 5th stage : period of house depending Since the proposed model is hypothetical, it must be tested and modified by the extensive social survey research on the real housing event history.

소셜 네트워크 서비스의 발달로 지역적으로 의미 있는 사회적 현상이나 재난, 사건 사고와 같은 이벤트와 관련된 정보들이 대량 생성됨에 따라 이벤트의 발생위치를 추론하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소셜 네트워크에서 실시간적으로 발생하는 이벤트를 검출하고, 이벤트가 발생한 지역을 추론하는 기법을 제안한다. 사용자의 관계를 고려하기 위해 사용자간에 주고받은 트윗 메시지인 멘션(mention)내용을 반영함으로써 이벤트가 발생한 지역을 보다 정확하게 추론하는 기법을 제안한다.

The Korean Peninsula, located at the southeastern tip of the Eurasian Plate, is known to be tectonically stable, and no critical evidence has yet been found that would override the safety design of nuclear facilities in South Korea. Because a nuclear power plant, like other major social overhead capital facilities, could cause great damage to both the environment and society through an unexpected tectonic event, even one of extremely low probability, like the Fukushima accident, a defense-in-depth safety approach is required in geological and geotechnical site safety evaluation for nuclear projects. This paper introduces the regulatory procedures that are in place to confirm nuclear site safety and site monitoring (e.g., earthquakes and groundwater) systems applied to nuclear facilities in order to reduce inherent uncertainties within the site safety review of geological and seismological issues related with a NPP project.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of European middle class, ethos to costume. This study is concerned with historic situation about enlightment and French revolution, and the change process of costume before and after the French Revolution. In order to investigate the relationship, this studies include the phenomenon of costume in the basis of thoughts of the age (enlightment), political event (French revolution) and social system (middle classes). The Influence of enlightment to costume of man and children were which emphasized practical aspect. Children costume was developed independently from costume of adult before French revolution. French revolution played a roll in silhouette, color, texture of costume for man. Especially pantalons which names Sans-culotte generalized as modern clothing for man. Women freed from corset because of the influence of neo-classicism for a while. However, costume of woman did not change much because women were excluded from of enlightment.

Recently, the nation's elderly facilities have grown rapidly since the implementation of the long-term care law in 2008. Also, older adults who use older facilities are also growing. With the increase in the number of fires, increasing the number of fires is also a social issue. In this study, the study conducted an investigation into the smoke control system to analyze the smoke control methods of the elderly and elderly citizens in order to secure the safety of the elderly facilities in the event of a fire, and investigated the smoke control status of the elderly in Korea.
