The following thesis has been composed with the inspiration attained from Paul Ardenne's conception on Contextual Art. In Europe and in the United States, there is a group of artists who emphasize in the importance of artist's participation in social, political, economical, environmental and moral issues. Since the 1960's, these artists have pondered on Modernism's ideas where art is contextually separated from humanly issues whereas the manners of such artists put on emphasis in the intent to participate in the real human social and ethical issues. Forerunner in this field of art such as Wolfgang Leib display hybrid or meta style in their work. His work displays a quadrilateral form of pollen which represents the simultaneous blending of two mixed ideas such as the abstract from the real. Thus heterogeneous style and philosophy which includes a range of medias and today's trend is observed in Contextual Art. Such art form is also found in landscapes where it is not seen as an observable object but rather an interactive object. It is correlated to Arte Povera of the Italian Art Movement, Support-Surface of the French Art Movement and lastly to the Fluxus. Through these art movements, we find a mutual antipathy towards putting art for sales in the capitalism market and reflect the social role of art in postmodern era.

Analyzing on-line consumer responses is directly related to the management performance of food companies. Therefore, this study collected and analyzed data from an on-line portal site created by consumers about food companies with issues and examined the relationships between the data and the management performance. Through this process, we identified consumers' awareness of these companies obtained from big data analysis and analyzed the relationship between the results and the sales and stock prices of the companies through a time-series graph and correlation analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, the result of the text mining analysis suggests that consumers respond more sensitively to negative issues than to positive issues. Second, the emotional analysis showed that companies' ethics issues (Enterprise 3 and 4) have a higher level of emotional continuity than that of food safety issues. It can be interpreted that the problem of ethical management has great influence on consumers' purchasing behavior. Finally, In the case of all negative food issues, the number of word frequency and emotional scores showed opposite trends. As a result of the correlation analysis, there was a correlation between word frequency and stock price in the case of all negative food issues and also between emotional scores and stock price. Recently, studies using big data analytics have been conducted in various fields. Therefore, based on this research, it is expected that studies using big data analytics will be done in the agricultural field.

본 연구는 COVID-19로 기술을 활용한 비대면 지역사회 돌봄서비스의 수요가 증가함에 따라 독거노인 돌봄에 있어 인간 중심의 IT 활용방안을 모색하기 위해 진행되었다. 전문가 대상 FGI를 통해 ICT 활용 돌봄서비스 현황, 전달체계의 문제, 윤리적 이슈를 확인하였다. IT를 활용한 서비스로 독거노인의 생활안전과 고독사 예방을 위한 보조기술인 '돌봄플러그'와 정서적 지지의 반려로봇이 활용되고 있었다. 전달체계 상의 문제로는 일상생활 지원을 위한 보조기술 활용에 대한 신뢰 부족, 공급자중심, 일률적 제공이라는 문제가 도출되었으며 대면서비스의 보조적 수단으로 활용되어야 하고 통제 가능하며 편이성이 담보되어야 할 필요성이 제시되었다. 인간중심의 IT 활용을 위한 윤리적 이슈로 '자기결정권의 보장', '사생활보호', '충분한 알권리의 보장', 그리고 '사각지대 포괄'의 이슈가 제시되었다. 연구 결과를 토대로 이용자 중심의 설계 필요성과 인간중심의 보조기술 활용을 위안 윤리지표의 필요성을 제시하였다.

This study was focused on analyzing students' informal reasoning patterns and their considerations in decision-making on socioscientific issues. This study involved 20 undergraduate students (10 biology majors and 10 non-biology majors) and showed how the two groups responded on socioscientific issues. Semi-structured interviews were conducted twice respectively based on six scenarios of gene therapy and human cloning. The result showed 93% of the total number of participants' decisions were made by rationalistic reasoning, whereas emotional reasoning was 49%, and intuitive reasoning was 27%. Students usually used two or three informal reasoning patterns together. Most of the students took more consideration on social factors. Some perceived ethical and moral implications of the issues, but they did not consider them seriously. They made their decisions depending on their own values, etc. 65% of the participants got their information on socioscientific issues from the mass media. Biology majors hardly used intuitive reasoning compared to non-biology majors. The Biology major group took into deep considerations on socioscientific issues while the non-biology major group seemed to interpret the given scenarios simply. This implied that the content knowledge was a significant factor of their decision-making. Therefore, it is necessary to develop proper science courses for non-major students to improve their decision-making on socioscientific issues. So, when we develop educational materials or programs, we should consider students' reasoning patterns, their considerations in decision-making, and their content knowledge. And because the mass media has the potential to play a key role for an effective education, we need to make a plan to make a practical application.

Artificial intelligence is a core technology in the era of digital transformation, and as the technology level is advanced and used in various industries, its influence is growing in various fields, including social, ethical and legal issues. Therefore, it is time to raise social awareness on ethics of artificial intelligence as a prevention measure as well as improvement of laws and institutional systems related to artificial intelligence development. In this study, we analyzed unstructured data, typically text, such as online news articles and comments to confirm the degree of social awareness on ethics of artificial intelligence development. The analysis showed that the public intended to concentrate on specific issues such as "Human," "Robot," and "President" in 2018 to 2019, while the public has been interested in the use of personal information and gender conflics in 2020 to 2021.

Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to evaluate two multinational companies that seem to have reconciled the two mandates of CSR and profit maximization while becoming multibillion dollar companies and examine their organizational culture and practices and their management and leadership in order to determine the controlling factors, if any, that have elicited their success while renowned for their CSR policies. Research design, data, and methodology - This is a case study, an analytical approach, which focuses on exploring and analyzing the CSR policies of Starbucks and IKEA. Results - IKEA and Starbucks considered their position in the global business environment and their social responsibilities as crucial and did more than a cursory lip service to the issues. In fact, they both took the more difficult long-term approach and tried to resolve the root causes for the environmental and social issues in their supply chain. Ultimately though, it is the ethical leadership of the top management that sets the tone for the organizational culture and its CSR. Conclusion - IKEA and Starbucks are "living proof" that a company can be successful while treating its employees and the community of suppliers and associates with respect and dignity and while making this world a better place.

본 연구에서는 사회저변에서 활용되고 있지만, 학술적 논의는 시작단계인 드론 특히, 재난 재해 대응의 중요한 수단으로서 드론저널리즘에 대한 개념과 의미, 미래 제기될 수 있는 법적 윤리적 쟁점들을 시론적 차원에서 모색하였다. 이를 위해 논문, 보고서 등 드론저널리즘 관련 문헌자료들에 대한 내용분석 방법론을 활용하였다. 선행연구를 통해 드론저널리즘은 혁신확산이론적 측면에서 '상대적 이점', '적합성', '시험가능성', '관찰가능성'은 높고 '복잡성'은 낮은 테크놀로지로서 저널리즘에서 그 확산가능성은 매우 높음을 확인하였다. 그러나 충돌 및 추락사고로 인한 안전문제, 개인초상권 등의 프라이버시를 심각하게 침범할 수 있다는 사생활 침해 논쟁, 낮은 구입가격과 취급용이성으로 인해 많은 이들이 쉽게 드론촬영이 가능함으로 인해 발생하는 정보의 정확도, 출처에 대한 시비가 발생할 가능성이 높다고 전망된다. 선행연구를 기반으로 법적 윤리적 쟁점에 대한 해결방안을 제언한다면, 우선, 기술적 안정성(배터리, 충돌 방지 센서 등)이 요구되며, 드론활용 취재행위에 대한 저널리스트들의 인식전환과 윤리교육 실시, 드론저널리즘의 프라이버시 침해 등의 쟁점이슈의 사회적 공론화를 통한 제도 및 법적조치의 수립이 필요하다. 향후 후속 연구에서는 드론저널리즘에 대한 저널리스트들과 일반대중의 인식조사 등의 실증적 연구가 보다 정교하게 수행되어야 할 것이다.

In the paper of 'Natural Selection Favors AIs over Humans,' Dan Hendrycks applies principles of Darwinian evolution to forecast potential trajectories of AI development. He proposes that competitive pressures within corporate and military realms could lead to AI replacing human roles and exhibiting self-interested behaviors. However, such claims carry the risk of oversimplifying the complex issues of competition and natural selection without clear criteria for judging whether AI is selfish or altruistic, necessitating a more in-depth analysis and critique. Other studies, such as ''The Threat of AI and Our Response: The AI Charter of Ethics in South Korea,' offer diverse opinions on the natural selection of artificial intelligence, examining major threats that may arise from AI, including AI's value judgment and malicious use, and emphasizing the need for immediate discussions on social solutions. Such contemplation is not merely a technical issue but also significant from an ethical standpoint, requiring thoughtful consideration of how the development of AI harmonizes with human welfare and values. It is also essential to emphasize the importance of cooperation between artificial intelligence and humans. Hendrycks's work, while speculative, is supported by historical observations of inevitable evolution given the right conditions, and it prompts deep contemplation of these issues, setting the stage for future research focused on AI safety, regulation, and ethical considerations.

영화 <버닝>(이창동, 2018)은 정교한 서사를 섬세한 영상으로 담아낸 작품으로서 근래 가장 주목받은 한국영화 중 한 편이다. 이 영화는 서로 다른 유형의 인물들이 등장하고 단편적으로 제시되는 객관적 사실과 주관적 욕망이 뒤얽히는 다성성의 텍스트여서 다양한 해석의 여지가 있는 텍스트이다. 이 글은 이 영화가 현대 한국 청년의 현실이라는 특정한 사회역사적 조건을 넘어서는 보편적이면서도 중대한 윤리의 문제를 제기하고 있는 점에 주목해 <버닝>을 주인공 종수를 중심으로 하는 윤리적 담론으로 읽으려 한다. 종수가 처하는 상황과 이에 대한 그의 반응을 무엇보다도 종수의 윤리적 각성과 도약의 관점에서 살펴보고자 한다. 종수는 현재를 사는 대한민국 비정규직 젊은 남성이라고 요약될 수 있는 자신의 사회적 위치에서 해미와 벤을 만나고 관계 맺으며 세상의 미스터리를 접하고 이를 파악하고자 한다. 영화가 촘촘히 보여주는 그의 궤적은 문예창작학과 출신 흙수저 청년의 혼란과 좌절이라는 사회역사적인 차원과 가족해체의 현실과 연인의 갑작스런 실종이라는 개인 심리적 차원이 필연적으로 교차한다. <버닝>은 종수가 비우호적인 조건, 즉 프레카리아트 청년의 처지, 현실 인식의 불확실성에도 불구하고, 세상을 직면하고 미스터리를 탐구하면서 '함께 삶'을 지향하는 윤리적 주체로 우뚝 서는 과정을 그린 감동적인 스토리로 읽힌다. 이 과정은 종수의 고통스런 성장담으로서 무기력했던 비정규직 배달노동자였던 종수가 '작가'가 되는 과정이기도 하다. <버닝>은 자신에게 비우호적인 현실 속에서 혼란스러워 하고 무기력했던 청년이 타자들과의 만남을 겪은 뒤 나름대로 타자들과 세상을 파악하며 자신을 돌아보고 자신이 해야 할 일을 실천하는 윤리적 주체로 일어서는 과정을 그리며, 윤리적 사유를 자극하는 텍스트이다.

$21^{st}$ century has seen a tremendous advancement in the field of Information and Communication Technology. The commercial utilization of Internet tools and technologies has brought change in the traditional working environment. The functioning in an electronic environment is far more complicated than working in traditional environment and this brings many challenges, threats and potential problems. In this paper we analyze the challenges, threats and potential problems in the working environment of Pokhara University due to application of Internet tools and technology. We have chosen four basic areas on the basis of use that include web resources, electronic mails, social sites and P2P technologies. The main focus is to analyze the impact on work place productivity, social interaction, use and abuse of technology and legal issues associated with them. We, finally summarize the findings and offer solutions and recommendations from the observed data based on direct survey conducted in Pokhara University, Nepal.
