The rapid changes in business environments are also applicable to the delivery service field. Numerous companies are using smart phones in order to perform work of the delivery service field that is rapidly developing every year. Smart phones established ubiquitous work environments where access to the server of the head office is possible through telephones, scanners, and the internet anywhere and anytime. However, although smart appliances including smart phones have been diffused, empirical analysis of use of them in actual has not been attempted much. In this regard, current study empirically analyzes how connectivity and context-awareness function of smart phones based on the TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) influence the continuous intention to use through trust, usefulness, and ease of use. The results indicate that the connectivity and context-awareness function, which are natures of smart phones, had impacts on the ease of use and trust, but not on the usefulness. Based on these results, this study suggests implications and future research directions regarding the planning and realization of smart appliances.

Regarding the role of infrastructure in the university and education sector, which is the most important factor for securing future competitiveness of a country, timely application from qualified applicants is an important factor. Thus, this study is to propose creative value regarding education and certification for smart IT sector, which will be a major topic in continuous technology development over the next 10 more years, and to bring out ripple effects by policy research regarding education and certification for smart IT sector in the software-oriented society. This research on policy regarding education and certification for smart IT sector in the software oriented society can be used as a guideline in education and certification for smart IT sector at colleges and can be also used for establishing groundwork for completing practical education required in smart ICT field at colleges and for cultivating mobile app program developers required by enterprises.

Market of smart toys is showing rapid growth globally. Recently, new types of toys which can be synced with smart phones, so called smart toys, are being released continuously. As a result, products from RC cars with camera attached that can be driven and monitored using a connected smart phone to toys that would call kid's name once it has been entered through a mobile app. It has been confirmed that there are various way to connect those toys with mobile devices. In this paper, functions of smart toys are classified, and research on different synchronization methods of the toys sold in market as of July, 2017 are explained.

Smart contracts are implemented by blockchain technology, which stores the terms of the contracts of both parties on the blockchain. In the event of an international dispute over smart contracts and blockchains, no special solution has been proposed, such as the enactment of the International Unification Act. The blockchain platform which operates smart contracts is decentralized and operates through distributed nodes around the world without central servers, making it difficult to establish jurisdiction and governing laws. As an alternative to traditional dispute-solving methods, a new mediation model-smart arbitration-is being attempted. The arbitration process is likely to be a preferred means of resolving disputes over smart contracts in practice. There are many problems, such as the fairness of the arbitration center on the selection and judgment of arbitrators, the question of securing reliability, the question of the validity of the arbitration agreement, and how much the court can be involved in the case. Preparations at the national level, such as fostering blockchains and smart contract experts, and overhauling the legal system, are needed.

The purpose of this study is to explore how pre-service elementary teachers perceive and use smart learning environments. For this purpose, 23 pre-service elementary teachers who took theory and practice in a science education course were asked to develop lesson materials using smart tools and make a self-report questionnaire. These data were categorized in an instructional, exploratory, and interactive approach, depending on how they guided students to access knowledge and information. As a result of the study, pre-service teachers perceived the smart tools as the exploratory and interactive learning tools to be used for students to actively search for and interact with data and knowledge. But in developing lesson materials, they usually used the smart tools for resource sharing and communication in the instructional manner. In conclusion, the gap between their perception of smart tools and lesson materials, and the educational implications will be discussed.

Lately, as domestic smart phone users exceeds 10 millions, Korea entered into real smart era in which smart contents market grows very quickly. One of feature for smart contents market is that there is few entry barrier for market penetration. So, it is essential for domestic digital contents providers to transform existing digital contents into smart contents to protect the entry of foreign firms into domestic market and to take advantage of opportunities to advance to foreign contents markets. The objective of this study is analyzing strategies of abroad companies which has penetrated into smart contents market successfully and classifying them systematically and the way to execute the proposed strategies. Future works of companies and governments to expand smart contents markets can be summarized as follows. First, they must prepare reliable data to elicitate proper market penetration strategies. Second, it is highly desirable to fuse contents industry and culture industry together. Third, it is urgent to formulate policies to promote SOHO contents companies.

An understanding of biomaterials' smart properties and how biocomposite materials are manufactured by cells provides not only bio-inspiration for new classes of smart actuators and sensors but also foundational technology for smart materials and their manufacture. In this case study, I examine the unique smart properties of bone, which are evident at multiple length scales and how they provide inspiration for novel classes of mechanoactive materials. I then review potential approaches to engineer and manufacture bioinspired smart materials that can be applied to solve currently intractable problems such as the need for "smart" body armor or decor cum personal safety devices.

According to the development of smart technologies such as smart phones, tablet PC, and SNS communication, the necessity of smart work that can change the working environments in organizations has been emphasized. However, while there are many organizations that wish to adopt smart technologies, there are those that have been skeptical until now about its potential success. Leaders may especially have different viewpoints concerning the efficacy and effectiveness of smart work depending on the industries, characteristics of the work, etc. Therefore, this research looks to investigate whether there may be differences between leaders (manager, project manager, supervisor, etc.) and non-leaders (team member, staff, etc.) group in accepting smart working through empirical and exploratory approaches.

Smart Phone의 OS로 많이 사용하는 Android/Windows Mobile Smart Phone의 사용이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 무료 WiFi Zone과 인터넷 사용에 대한 취약점이 존재한다. Mobile Forensic의 증거 자료를 추출하는 방법은 SYN, JTAG, Revolving 방법이 있지만, 기존 휴대폰과 달리 Smart Phone은 OS와 구조, 사용방식과 기술의 차이로 인한 Mobile Forensic 연구 방법도 달라야 한다. 본 논문에서는 Smart Phone에서는 많이 사용되는 Windows Mobile/Android Smart Phone의 OS와 구조 차이를 분석한 데이터 백업과 스펙 분석 및 증거자료 분석을 한다. 또한 무료 WiFi Zone을 통한 인터넷 사용시에 취약점을 분석한다. 그리고 Android/Windows Mobile Smart Phone의 Forensic 자료를 생성하여 증거를 추출하고, Mobile Forensic 보고서를 생성한다. 본 연구를 통하여 Mobile Forensic의 기술 발전에 초석을 제공할 것이다.

지능형 전력망인 Smart Grid의 등장으로 미국, 일본 등의 국가는 Smart Grid 시장을 선점하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 한국 또한 경쟁국으로서 G20 정상회의에서 Smart Grid 시범 단지를 선보이려고 준비 중에 있다. Smart Grid의 발전에 기본적인 전력기기와 IT기기의 융합 모델인 전력IT기기의 연구가 진행되고 있고, 단일 전력 기기일 때와는 달리 IT 기기의 특성에 따른 보안 문제에 노출되어 보안에 대한 연구가 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 Smart Grid에 사용되는 전력 IT 기기에 적용 할 수 있는 보안 방법인 BlackList 설정을 연구하여 Smart Grid 시대의 발전에 기여 할 것이다.
