Conceptions about functions of large & small intestine[LI & SI] were focused on the vermiculation in "Somun(素問) Yeongranbijeonron(靈蘭秘典論)". However, functions of large & small intestine includes more. In Oriental Medicine, there are sentences in "Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經)" "LI manages Fluid [津] and SI manages Humor[液]" It means that LI & SI have an each role in digestion besides vermiculation. In that reason, we try to find out the meaning of the functions of LI and SI in digestion through bibliographic review. As a result, LI and SI have a digestic function by Separating the Clear which includes Fluids and Humor and the Turbid which is relatively useless to the Clear.

In this paper, we give some uniqueness theorems of nonconstant meromorphic functions of hyper-order less than one sharing partially three or four small periodic functions with their shifts. As an application, some sufficient conditions for periodicity of meromorphic functions are given. Our results improve and extend previous results of W. Lin, X. Lin and A. Wu [11].

접속의 개념은 인간의 언어가 가진 속성 중의 하나로, 동물의 소통방식은 접속의 구조가 없다고 알려져 있다. 접속이란 문법단위들의 '연결'(connection, linkage)로 영어의 경우 종속접속절을 전치사구(PP)의 범주로 간주하거나, 보문소구 (CP)의 범주로 분류한다. 또한, 문장의 유형과 복잡성도 접속의 방식에 의해서 결정되는데, 동등접속과 달리 종속접속은 접속되는 문법단위가 대부분 절(clause)의 형태가 된다. 전통문법이나 학교문법에서는 종속접속이 그 기능에 따라 명사성 보충절, 형용성 관계절, 부사성 수식-부가절 3가지로 나뉘어 왔으나, 본 논문은 마치 소절(small clause)이 "절"로 인정되면서, 여러 가지 기능을 하는 것과 마찬가지로 무주어 무동사 종속절 (Verbless subordinate clause. V-less SC)을 종속절의 한 유형으로 보면서, 이를 극소절(smallest small clause)로 명명하고, 이들이 종속절의 일부라는 제안을 한다. 또한, 구조와 기능을 보다 세분하여 종합적으로 분석함으로서, XP라고 특정할 수 없는 절을 포함하여 분석할 수 있는 장점이 있음을 지적한다.

Purpose: This study aims to clarify the behavioral extraction and ability of venture merchants, who actively challenge commerce in the face of harsh living environments. Research design, data and methodology: Adopting the concept of retail functions and retail skills, this study examines how venture merchants perform retail functions, and identifies the required retail skills. This study analyzed primary data obtained through an interview with a bookstore called Lunuganga. Results: The venture merchant purchases products based on his self-assertion and creates an original "store identification." Moreover, he draws a changing "own-store customers image" and acquires "own-store customers," that is, customers acquired by him by building an original store identity. He sells products to "own-store customers" who identify with the store. The retail skills identified as required by venture merchants to carry out such retail functions were "skill to draw a store identification" and "skill to draw own-store customer image." Conclusions: Venture merchants' unique retail functions and retail skills suggest a new basis for the existence of small and medium-sized retailers. It is necessary to build a generalized theoretical hypothesis model by refining the concept presented in this paper by repeating research targeting venture merchants in the same industry and different industries.

Auxin is a key plant hormone which regulates overall plant growth development. A number of researches to investigate auxin signaling identified three major classes of early auxin response genes: AUX/IAA, GH3 and SMALL AUXIN UP RNA (SAUR). Among these genes, in planta functions of SAUR gene family are largely ambiguous, while both AUX/IAA and GH3 genes are analyzed to mediate negative feedback on auxin response. SAUR genes encode small plant-specific proteins. SAUR gene products are highly unstable and transiently expressed in the tissue- and developmental-specific manners in response to auxin and various environmental stimuli. In the decades, molecular and genetic approaches to elucidate in planta functions of SAURs have been hampered by several factors such as the unstable molecular features and functional redundancy among them. However, a series of recent studies focusing on several subgroups of SAUR gene family made significant progress in our understanding of its biochemical and physiological functions. These works suggest that many SAUR proteins mainly regulate auxin-related cell expansion and auxin transport. In this review, the recent progress in SAUR research and prospects for crop improvement through its genetic manipulation are discussed.

In this paper, using the notion of weakly weighted sharing and relaxed weighted sharing, we investigate the uniqueness problems of certain differential polynomials sharing a small function. The results obtained in this paper extend the theorem obtained by Jianren Long [9].

In this paper, we investigate the uniqueness of linear difference differential polynomials sharing a small function. By using the concepts of weakly weighted and relaxed weighted sharing of transcendental entire functions with finite order, we obtained the corresponding results, which improve and extend some results of Chao Meng [14].

Vibration-based damage identification method using embedded sensitivity functions is discussed. The theory of embedded sensitivity functions is reviewed and applied to identify damage in a three degree-of-freedom system and a metallic panel. Embedded sensitivity functions are algebraic combinations of measured frequency response functions that reflect changes in the response of mechanical systems when mass, damping or stiffness parameters are changed. By comparing the embedded sensitivity functions with finite difference functions using undamaged and damaged frequency response functions, damage is shown to be properly detected, located and quantified in theory and practice assuming that structures of interest are only damaged in one location. Simulated and experimental results indicate that the technique is most effective when changes to frequency response functions are small to avoid distorsions in the estimated perturbations due to variations in the sensitivity functions.

We prove a uniqueness theorem of nonconstant meromorphic functions sharing three distinct values IM and a fourth value CM with their shifts, and prove a uniqueness theorem of nonconstant entire functions sharing two distinct small functions IM with their shifts, which respectively improve Corollary 3.3(a) and Corollary 2.2(a) from [12], where the meromorphic functions and the entire functions are of hyper order less than 1. An example is provided to show that the above results are the best possible. We also prove two uniqueness theorems of nonconstant meromorphic functions sharing four distinct values with their difference operators.

For credit evaluation models, we extend the study of discriminatory power based on AUC obtained from a ROC curve when the number of defaults is small and distribution functions of the defaults and non-defaults are normal distributions. Since distribution functions do not satisfy normality in real world, the distribution functions of the defaults and non-defaults are assumed as normal mixture distributions based on results that the normal mixture could be better fitted than other distribution estimation methods for non-normal data. By using several AUC statistics, the discriminatory power under such a circumstance is explored and compared with those of normal distributions.
