시뮬레이션을 활용한 효율적인 하푼 유도탄 정비인력 운영 연구 (A Study on the Efficient Operation of Harpoon Missile Maintenance Personnel Using Simulation Model)

  • 일반적으로 유도탄 정비의 핵심적인 군수지원요소는 수리부속 재고수량과 정비 소요시간이며, 본 연구는 정비 소요시간과 가동률 간의 상관관계 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 하푼 유도탄 정비인력 기술수준을 고려하여 정비팀을 분류하고 정비 소요시간 변화에 따라 유도탄 가동률에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 정량적인 분석 결과를 제시하는 것이다. 먼저, 하푼 유도탄에 대한 정비데이터와 정비 소요시간을 측정한 데이터를 바탕으로 실제 유도탄 정비절차와 유사한 시뮬레이션 모델을 구성하고 결과값을 분석하였다. 정비인력 기술수준을 고려하여 정비팀을 구성하였을 때, 전문성이 높은 팀일수록 정비 소요시간이 단축되었으며 가동률에 미치는 영향이 크다는 것을 시뮬레이션 결과값을 통해 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 정량적 분석결과값은 유도탄 정비인력 구성 및 운영방안에 대한 정책결정에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

임상판단모델에 근거한 디브리핑 적용이 임종간호 학습성과에 미치는 효과: 비무작위 대조시험설계 (Effect of Debriefing Based on the Clinical Judgment Model on Simulation Based Learning Outcomes of End-of-Life Care for Nursing Students: A Non-Randomized Controlled Trial)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify effects of debriefing based on the clinical judgment model for nursing students on their knowledge, skill performance, clinical judgment, self-confidence and learner satisfaction during simulation based end-of-life care (ELC) education. Methods: Simulation based ELC education was developed in six steps as follows: selection of learning subjects and objects, development of learning tools, a trial run of simulation-based education, students' skill training, and evaluators' training. Forty-eight senior nursing students (25 in the experimental group and 23 in the control group) participated in the simulation-based ELC education using a high-fidelity simulator. Debriefing based on the clinical judgment was compared with the usual debriefing. Results: ANCOVA showed that there were differences in knowledge (F=4.81, p=.034), skill performance (F=68.33, p<.001), clinical judgment (F=18.33, p<.001) and self-confidence (F=4.85, p=.033), but no difference in satisfaction (t=-0.38, p=.704) between the experimental and control groups. Conclusion: This study found that debriefing based on the clinical judgement model is effective for supporting nursing students for reflecting on clinical judgment and improving their diverse competencies in complex clinical settings such as ELC.

융합시뮬레이션 교육이 간호학생의 문제해결능력, 자기효능감 및 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Convergence-based Simulation Education on the Problem Solving Ability, Self-Efficacy and Performance Confidence of Core Fundamental Nursing Skill for Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 융합시뮬레이션교육이 간호학생의 문제해결능력과 자기효능감 및 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감에 미치는 효과를 규명하고자 실험군 97명, 대조군 87명을 대상으로 시행된 비동등성 대조군 사후설계 유사실험연구이다. 수집된 자료는 independent t-test, Chi-square test 및 Pearson's correlation으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 융합시뮬레이션 교육 후 실험군의 문제해결능력(t=-2.04, p=.043) 및 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감(t=5.31, p <.001)이 유의하게 높았다. 본 연구결과는 4학년 간호학생에게 세부 전공별 간호단위를 통합한 융합시뮬레이션 교육을 적용하여 간호학생의 임상수행능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 근거를 마련함에 의의가 있다. 효과적인 융합시뮬레이션 교육을 위해 다양한 교과목 콘텐츠의 지속적인 개발 및 그 효과를 검증하는 반복 및 융합 연구를 제안한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the classified advantages and weak points of each landscape predictable simulation methods & techniques and to examine the suitability of through or selecting the predictable method suitable for present skill range and on studying the case of resident district unit plan. Therefore, we examined and evaluated through the case study of two sites. The results are as follows. It was very available to process the skill of mapping and picture combining method together at once. But, there was a limitation that is not flexible in the range of error on accuracy, so it was necessary to practically use the equipment and to study the theory. Providing the standard suitable for regional landscape character in each evaluation standard was also necessary.

  • Purpose: This study was designed to describe the effects of a nursing simulation focused on patients with cardiac arrest. The study was designed to measure knowledge, self-confidence, critical thinking, and clinical performance ability of nursing students. Methods: A non-equivalent control group quasi-experimental design was used. Thirty students in the experimental group received two hours of pre-learning and three hours of skill and simulation practice. Another thirty students in the experimental group received a two hour conventional lecture and three hours for skill practice. The post survey was completed by both groups. Results: Students in the experiemetal group scored significantly higher than students in control group. The critical thinking disposition was not significantly different between the two groups of students. Conclusion: The results indicate that a simulation education program is more effective in a number of areas including knowledge, self-confidence, and clinical performance. It is recommended that simulation education should be expanded to various clinical situations.

호흡기계 표준화환자를 활용한 시뮬레이션 기반 시나리오 학습이 보건계열 대학생의 학습만족도, 임상수행능력과 자기효능감에 미치는 효과 (The effect of Simulation-based learning scenario using standardized repiratory patients on learning satisfaction, clinical skill competency and self-efficacy in Health-related department students)

  • 본 연구는 표준화 환자를 활용한 호흡기계 환자 시뮬레이션 기반 교육을 보건계열 학생에게 적용한 후 학업만족도와 자기효능감, 임상수행능력에 미치는 효과를 기존의 시뮬레이션 교육과 비교 검증하기 위해 시도되었다. 비동등성 대조군 전후설계를 적용한 유사 실험연구로서 J시에 소재한 D대학 보건계열 3학년 학생 50명이 참여하였다. 실험군 25명에게는 표준화 환자를 활용한 호흡기계 환자 시뮬레이션 교육과 평가를 진행하였고 대조군 25명에게는 전통적인 시뮬레이션 교육과 평가를 실시하였다. 2013년 11월부터 180분간 주 1회씩 총 2회의 교육과 1회의 평가로 실시되었으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS/Win 18.0을 이용하여 실수와 백분율, t-test로 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 표준화 환자를 활용한 호흡기계 환자 시뮬레이션 교육을 시행한 실험군에서 학업만족도와 자기효능감, 임상수행능력이 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합한 결과, 표준화 환자를 활용한 호흡기계 환자 시뮬레이션 기반 교육은 보건계열 대학생의 학업만족도와 자기효능감, 임상수행능력 향상에 기존의 시뮬레이션 교육보다 효과적임을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 다양한 분야에서 표준화 환자를 활용한 시나리오를 개발하고 시뮬레이션 교육과정에 적용하여 보건계열 학생들의 전문직 역량 강화를 위해 활용할 것을 제안한다.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of standardized patient simulation on nursing students' communication skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking dispositions, and clinical competency. Methods: A one-group pretest-posttest design was used. Data were collected from a convenient sample of 47 junior nursing students at W University. Scenarios to train SP and checklists to evaluate the students''competence were developed by our research team. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive analysis t-test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ using SPSS WIN 21.0 Program. Results: The simulation practicum using a standardized patient was conducted based on four steps, namely, selections of scenario modules, standard patient training, implementation, and evaluation. The differences between the pre and post-test scores of problem-solving skills(t=-2.94, p=.005) and clinical competency(t=-2.84, p=.007) were statistically significant. But communication skill(t=-.32, p=.747) and critical thinking(t=-.68, p=.498) was not different in group. Conclusion: Standardized patient simulation in nursing education may be useful the improvement of problem-solving skills and clinical competency.

Suggestion and Application of Emergency Simulation Educatin using Real-time Video Observation for Inactive Nurses

  • This study is a pilot study to confirm the effectiveness of training after applying emergency simulation training for inactive nurses and to present a new model of simulation training operation method. In this study, the control group is a group that directly participates in the simulation activity, and the experimental group is the group that observes the control group's simulation activity. Experimental group and control group were matched 1:1 to experience all the roles of the resuscitation team. The study participants were 5 inactive nurses in the experimental group and 5 inactive nurses in the control group, and the total training time was 5 hours. The emergency simulation operation composition consists of theory education, skill education, and simulation. The interview was conducted. The educational satisfaction of the participants was 4.65 points for theory education and 4.70 points for practical education based on 5 points. Participants' performance confidence improved from 3.60 points before operation to 7.20 points after operation. Emergency simulation operation consisted of pre-test, theory education, skill education, simulation implementation, debriefing, and post-test. Participants expressed that the choice of group greatly reduced the burden and anxiety about performing the role of the resuscitation team. However, difficulties and inexperience in the operation of the defibrillator were reported in the experimental group. The control group reported that the simulation activity of the experimental group was not significantly different from theirs. Through the results of this study, it was confirmed that emergency simulation education not only reduced the burden and anxiety of inactive nurses, but also had an effect of education. Based on the research results, it is proposed to expand the participants and verify the effectiveness of education through specific variables such as learning commitment, learner confidence, simulation satisfaction, and team effectiveness.

  • Plastic surgery training worldwide has seen a thorough restructuring over the past decade, with the introduction of formal training curricula and work-based assessment tools. Part of this process has been the introduction of revalidation and a greater use of simulation in training delivery. Simulation is an increasingly important tool for educators because it provides a way to reduce risks to both trainees and patients, whilst facilitating improved technical proficiency. Current microsurgery training interventions are often predicated on theories of skill acquisition and development that follow a 'practice makes perfect' model. Given the changing landscape of surgical training and advances in educational theories related to skill development, research is needed to assess the potential benefits of alternative models, particularly cross-training, a model now widely used in non-medical areas with significant benefits. Furthermore, with the proliferation of microsurgery training interventions and therefore diversity in length, cost, content and models used, appropriate standardisation will be an important factor to ensure that courses deliver consistent and effective training that achieves appropriate levels of competency. Key research requirements should be gathered and used in directing further research in these areas to achieve on-going improvement of microsurgery training.

  • 본 연구는 직업교육의 내실화를 위하여 교수·학습능력 신장에 기초가 되는 직업기초능력 향상 프로그램 및 콘텐츠 개발에 그 목적이 있다. 특히, 직업기초능력 영역 중 e-Learning 콘텐츠로 개발하였을 때 효과적일 것으로 관련전문가들이 합의한 자기개발능력을 개발하였다. 자기개발능력은 업무를 추진할 때 스스로를 관리하고 개발하는 능력으로 이 연구에서는 직업과 자기개발, 자기관리 능력으로 프로그램을 구성하여, 사례분석을 중심으로 한 문제해결능력 향상에 초점을 두고, 동영상과 시뮬레이션, 게임 등의 멀티미디어적 전략을 활용하여 e-Learning 콘텐츠를 개발하였다.
