This study is to compare the main subjects of domestic and foreign knowledge management research in terms of keywords and to clarify whether domestic knowledge management research reflects research trends in overseas knowledge management research. Specifically, we try to find out whether the central activities such as knowledge sharing, knowledge generation, and acquisition, which are knowledge management activities of knowledge management research, are being studied without bias. In order to analyze this, we analyzed the data of domestic and foreign knowledge management research for the last 5 years from 2012 to 2016. In Korea, the Knowledge Management Society of Korea collected 167 papers and 787 keywords, and collected 132 papers and 640 keywords from the Korea Society of Management Information Systems in order to distinguish the research areas. Overseas papers collected 315 papers and 1,746 keywords published by Emerald. Also, we collected 382 papers and 1,633 keywords in the Korean Management Review and collected 646 papers and 2,879 keywords in the Korean Business Education Review. Frequency analysis and network analysis of 1,642 papers and 7,685 keywords are summarized as follows. The Knowledge Management Society of Korea has focused on knowledge sharing, and in 2016, interest in knowledge transfer and knowledge search has shifted. The Journal of Knowledge Management, which is published by Emerald, has been a major concern for knowledge transfer and knowledge sharing. The research trends of the Korea Society of Management Information Systems to distinguish a clear identity of knowledge management research are focusing on smart area and mobile domain such as information security domain, cloud, smart phone, and smart work. In the Korea Society of Management Information Systems research, the main subject of knowledge sharing is also commonly found.

This study focuses on online communities and the ritual conversations of users when participating in sharing activities. The study aims to understand the social and psychological phenomena that occur between users within the context of Erving Goffman's impression management theory. Case studies and a content analysis were conducted by collecting posts and comments related to fashion products in the sharing activities category on Naver Cafe "Family Sale." On the one hand, the study identified various disposition motives among givers, including a desire for recognition, self-expression, activation of the community, emotional sympathy, goodwill, play, and simple disposition. On the other hand, receivers' purchase motives included the need for a product, reciprocation based on a sense of belonging, play, gift-giving, and simple response. Analyzing the posts of givers and the comments of receivers of fashion products using impression management strategies and dramaturgical analysis, the study interpreted users' impression management and revealed propensities in fashion consumption: fashionability, conspicuousness, value orientation, and economic feasibility. Through ritual conversations, users managed to attain emotional stability on an individual level, while they reinforced collective bonds on a social level. They fulfilled their roles with their own narratives to achieve personal and collective goals in a non-face-to-face situations and non-monetary transactions. This study is significant in that it examines normative communication in an online community and user relationships to understand a recent phenomenon in the fashion industry.

In modern times, pluralistic social phenomena in which various values are pursed and recognized appear. The modern society called hyper-connected, intelligence information and zero marginal cost society in which shared value is commonly emphasized faces a paradigm shift to shared society system. In particular, sharing-based activities related with intelligence information sectors more prominently emerge in the high-tech informatization which has been accelerated. The purpose of this study is to understand design factors related with how attribution of the sharing culture is expressed in library spaces and examine how sharing infrastructure is established in users' spaces. As a research method, it initially conducted theoretical consideration of the sharing culture and information spaces, which can be regarded as sociocultural phenomena in modern times. Then, it drew sharing culture-based spatial design factors-access, openness and plurality. It analyzed configuration of spaces for sharing information-Cultural Commons (CC), Information Commons(IC) and Learning Commons (LC) - and infrastructure of information spaces, for library cases-five domestic and foreign public libraries-. The findings show that modern library spaces reflect historical needs for the sharing culture and actively serve their roles through spatial infrastructure including contents (programs) and services for sharing knowledge. The study is determined to be valuable as basic data in establishing the infrastructure of information spaces reflecting modern social trends and cultural phenomena, in expecting spatial structures in which knowledge is reproduced and planning spaces of libraries in the future.

This paper explores the attitudes of accounting students toward knowledge sharing at Umm Al-Gura University for the academic year 2013-2014. The study explored knowledge sharing among 202 accounting students at Umm Al-Gura University in session during the 2013-2014 academic year. Primary data came from a 3-item questionnaire collected from students; secondary data were source from scholarly publication. Descriptive statistics was used. The findings of this study revealed that the students had a medium to high degree of positive attitude toward knowledge sharing. The students had a positive perception of the use of knowledge sharing in supporting their education. The findings are essential for several stakeholders, such as university policymakers, lecturers, and the students, to provide a deeper understanding of knowledge sharing at the university education level. The findings may encourage policymakers at the university and the classroom levels to organize activities that promote knowledge sharing such as seminars, symposiums, or knowledge sharing exercises during the classroom hours to raise the students' knowledge sharing behavior and enhance education. The results of this study should be useful to policy makers at the university level and the classroom level as there is a positive attitude in disseminating knowledge in the higher educational setting.

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 디지털 문화자본과 사회적 연결감이 공유경제활동 참여의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 수집한 자료는 PASW 18.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 신뢰도 분석, 빈도분석, T-test, one-way ANOVA, 상관관계분석, 중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 대학생들의 공유경제활동 참여의도 중 재분배 참여의도와 협력적 생활양식 참여의도는 비교적 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 공유경제활동 참여의도는 성별, 연령, 월평균 용돈, SNS 사용시간에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 재분배 참여의도는 객체화된 디지털 문화자본, 체화된 디지털 문화자본, 사회적 연결감에 대한 인식이 높을수록 증가하였고, 협력적 생활양식 참여의도와 정보공유 참여의도는 디지털 문화자본이 모두 높을수록 증가하였다. 넷째, 공유경제활동 참여의도와 관련 변수들의 상대적 영향력을 분석한 결과 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 변수는 디지털 문화자본이었다.

본 연구는 마음이론 내용이 포함된 그림책을 활용한 이야기나누기 활동이 마음이론 발달과 조망수용능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 전라북도 J시 소재 유치원 만 5세 유아 38명으로 실험집단 18명의 유아들에게 주 2회씩 6주 동안 총 12회, 마음이론 내용이 포함된 그림책을 활용한 이야기 나누기 활동을 실시하였다. 이야기나누기 활동은 그림책 내용 예측하기 및 듣기, 그림책 속 문제상황 알기, 등장인물의 마음상태 알아보기, 문제해결과정 및 결과 이야기나누기 하기, 등장인물의 마음상태 느끼기, 활동 평가하기 단계로 이루어졌다. 연구결과 첫째, 마음이론 내용이 포함된 그림책을 활용한 이야기나누기 활동은 유아의 마음이론 발달에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 마음이론 내용이 포함된 그림책을 활용한 이야기 나누기 활동은 유아의 조망수용능력에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 마음이론 내용이 포함된 그림책을 활용한 이야기나누기 활동이 유아의 마음이론 발달과 조망수용능력 증진을 위한 효과적인 교수학습방법이 될 수 있음을 시사해준다.

SolarPACES is an international cooperative network bringing together teams of national exports from around the world to focus on the development and marketing of concentrating solar power systems (also known as solar thermal power systems). It is one of a number of collaborative programs, called Implementing Agreements, managed under the umbrella of the International Energy Agency to help find solutions to worldwide energy problems. Technology development is at the core of the work of SolarPACES. Member countries work together on activities aimed at solving the wide range of technical problems associated with commercialization of concentrating solar technology, including large-scale system tests and the development of advanced technologies, components, instrumentation, and systems analysis techniques. In addition to technology development, market development and building of awareness of the potential of concentrating solar technologies are key elements of the SolarPACES program The Implementing Agreement specifies broad "Tasks," or thematic areas of work SolarPACES currently has three ongoing tasks, focusing on concentrating solar electric power systems (Task I), solar chemistry research (Task II), and solar technology and applications (Task III). An Operating Agent, nominated by the ExCo, is responsible for overseeing the work of each task Each task maintains a detailed program of work that defines all task activities, including their objectives, participants, plans, and budgets. In addition to technical reports of the activities and their participants, accomplishments and progress are summarized in the SolarPACES annual report. Many SolarPACES activities involve close cooperation among member countries (either through sharing of task activities or, occasionally, cost-sharing), although some cooperation is limited to sharing of information and results with other participants. In this paper, structure, works, and members of SolarPACES and Korean activies in the SolarPACES are introduced.

학교들의 특색있는 교육활동이나, 교수 학습자료들이 다른 학교 홈페이지와의 연계기능이 없어 많은 자료들이 묻혀버리고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 각 학교의 다양한 교육활동들을 효과적으로 홍보하고, 화상통신을 통해 소속되어 있는 학생들 간의 교육적 정보교류와 의사소통기능을 강화시켜 지역교육청의 교육정책수행 및 교육발전에 이바지할 수 있는 적응력있는 화상커뮤니티를 설계하였다. 제안된 시스템을 통해 각 학교간에 이루어지고있는 교육활동을 실시간으로 알 수 있어 교육발전을 도모할 수 있으리라 기대한다.

학습공동체는 지식의 효율적 공유를 위해서 다양한 분야에서 강조되고 있다. 학습공동체의 중요성과 이의 활성화에 대한 연구는 많이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 학습공동체를 평가하고 전략을 제시하고자 하는 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 학습공동체를 평가하고자 하는 연구는 이루어지고 있을지라도 단순 평가가 전략을 제시하는 수준으로는 이어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 학습공동체를 지식흐름을 토대로 진단하고 이를 토대로 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 교육기관에서는 지식의 전이와 공유를 위해서 학습공동체를 다양한 형태로써 활용하고 있다. 지식흐름을 진단하기 위한 프레임워크를 사회연결망분석을 기반으로 제시하고, 이를 교육기관에 적용함으로써 본 연구의 적용가능성 및 유용성을 검증하고자 한다.
