행정기관 SNS 이용의 결정요인 (The Determinants of the Usage of Government Institutions' SNS)

  • Purpose: This study was tried to investigate a structural relationship among key impacting factors and usage in SNS of government institutions. It was designed to research the processing property of SNS, the emotional property of SNS, and the service property of SNS for the SNS usage. Based on the research framework from the relationships among intrinsic SNS characteristics, social psychological characteristics, and the attitude of government institutions' SNS, the empirical research model and the hypotheses were established. Design/methodology/approach: Data for empirical study were collected from 453 of total distributed 500 by the structured questionnaire survey with SNS users of government institutions. The analysis was performed from effective 432 data, and the sample was mainly consisted of men, the thirty-old, and salesmen. Findings: The results showed that the emotional and service properties in intrinsic characteristics of SNS have a significantly positive effect to the value perception and the security variable in social psychological characteristics has a significant positive effects to the trust. Finally, the value perception has positive effects on both trust and use intention of government institutions' SNS. Meaning of these results is that intrinsic SNS characteristics, social psychological characteristics, and the attitude of government institutions' SNS have a significant effect on SNS usage.

  • This study intended to determine how price-ending types used for menu products affected consumers' price evaluation and value perception and such behavioral intentions as purchase intention and search intention. The collected data went through statistical processing, including frequency analysis, factor analysis, T-test and ANOVA using an $SPSS/PC^+$ 12.0 statistical package. The results can be summarized as follows: First, as for differences in internal reference price by ending, internal reference price was lower if menu ending was an odd number than it was an even number, which indicates that consumers tend to consider the price of the menu products to be lower if the ending of menu products is an odd number. Second, menu price-ending was found to have significant differences on consumers' purchase intention, search intention, and value perception. But the results of two-way ANOVA showed that price ending by restaurant types had no effect on consumers' search intention and restaurant type. This study suggested a desirable external reference price-ending type for menu products as one of sales promotion strategies to menu products planners and drew up a concrete plan to determine which price-ending type is useful by consumers' personal properties.

Formation of a Person's Value Attitude to the Worldview Using Information Technologies

  • The article analyzes the features of the formation of a person's value attitude to the worldview by means of information technologies. The present considers it necessary to form a person's value attitude to the perception of the world by means of information technologies. The explosive development of information and telecommunications technologies has become a determining factor in the development of modern society, which is called the information or Global Information Society. It is not yet fully formed, and we are all participants in the development of the Global Information Society. The article considers the basics of a harmonious worldview of a person, which is the basis for the formation of outlook ideas, views, knowledge, beliefs about the surrounding world, which determine the place and role and motivate actions in relation to the surrounding reality through the prism of value orientations. Worldview is considered as an integrity of relatively stable schemes, behaviors, feelings, thinking, vision of the surrounding world, inherent in an individual child, ethno-cultural and socio-cultural groups. The concept of "worldview" as a component of the multi-level structure of the individual's outlook is defined. The features that characterize a person's perception of the world are revealed. The main educational value of information technologies in the formation of a person's value attitude to the perception of the world is highlighted, which consists in the fact that they allow you to create an immeasurable brighter multi-sensory interactive learning environment with almost unlimited potential opportunities that fall at the disposal of both the teacher and the student. The trend of forming a person's value attitude to the perception of the world is clearly developing in the direction of mixed learning as a process that creates a comfortable information educational environment, communication systems that provide all the necessary educational information. The approach to student development by means of the educational environment and the formation, while in the person of a value attitude to the perception of the world by means of Information Technologies, has many pedagogical advantages, which is considered in the article.

중국 소비자들의 스마트폰 택시 앱 이용실태, 가치속성에 대한 지각과 만족도 (The Smart Phone Taxi Application Using State, Value Perception and Satisfaction among Chinese Consumers)

  • 본 연구는 중국 상하이 시에 거주하거나 출퇴근하는 사람들을 대상으로 하여, 스마트폰 택시앱의 가치속성에 대한 지각, 만족도 및 택시 앱 사용빈도 등의 영향요인을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 총 306명을 대상으로 하여 조사한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 택시 앱 이용실태 조사 결과, 대상자들 중 가장 많은 수가 택시 앱을 이용한지 1년 이상이라고 응답하였으며, 1주일에 1~2번이용 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조사대상자들의 연령, 학력에 따라 택시 앱 이용실태에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 조사대상자들은 스마트폰 택시 앱의 가치속성 중 용이성 지각을 5점 척도 중 4.41점으로 가장 높게 지각하고 있으며, 반대로 위험성 지각은 3.34점으로 가장 낮게 지각하였다. 마지막으로 사회. 인구학적 특성과 택시 앱 이용 특성을 통제한 상태에서, 택시 앱 가치 지각 변수들이 택시 앱 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 구체적으로, 서비스 품질, 유용성, 시스템 활용성을 높게 지각할수록 만족도도 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 시스템 활용성과 유용성 지각이 미치는 영향력이 높게 나타났다.

Effects of campus dining sustainable practices on consumers' perception and behavioral intention in the United States

  • BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: Sustainability has become one of the top priorities in the foodservice industry. With an increase in consumer interest in sustainability and educational opportunities in higher education, it is important to know what sustainable practices are implemented in campus dining and how sustainable practices affect consumers' responses. This study aims to identify the key sustainable practices in the campus dining context, and investigate the relationship by applying the stimulus-organism-response framework to determine whether the key sustainable practices influence consumers' perception and behavioral intentions. SUBJECTS/METHODS: The self-administered online survey was distributed to college students in 8 dining halls at a large southeastern university in the United States from September 20-October 10, 2019. A total of 382 valid questionnaires were collected, and factor analysis and multiple regressions were utilized to test the research model. RESULTS: This study identified 4 dimensions of campus sustainability with a total of sustainable practices: sustainable food, waste management, energy/water conservation, and recycling/reuse. Three dimensions of sustainable campus practices (i.e., sustainable food, waste management, recycling/reuse) played a significant role in consumers forming a perceived value while energy/water conservation did not significantly influence the consumers' perceived value toward the campus dining. Waste management was identified as the most important practice to enhance consumers' perceived value (β = 0.330). Using sustainable food and recycling/reuse were ranked second and third, respectively (β = 0.262, β = 0.154). The findings confirmed the significant positive relationship between perceived value and revisit intentions. CONCLUSIONS: The findings support the inclusion of dining sustainability as a critical component in explaining college students' perceived value and revisit intention toward campus dining. Furthermore, this study provides practical implications for university administrators and foodservice operators to consider the key sustainable practices to meet the consumers' value and revisit intentions.

외국인의 한식에 대한 웰빙가치 인식과 체험이 한식의 세계화에 미치는 효과 분석 (The Effects of Korean Food Globalization on Foreigners' Perception of Wellbeing Value and Experience with Korean Food)

  • This study was conducted to examine the effect of globalization of Korean food according to well-being value perception and the foreign visitor Korean food experience. An analysis of variance and a linear regression analysis were conducted to analyze the hypotheses. The findings are summarized as follows: (1) The most important quality when eating Korean food was "taste" (37.3%). (2) The most important well-being value recognition items for Korean food were "kimchi" and "bulgogi". "Bibimbap is well-being food" (3.82 points) and "Korean food is healthy because it consists mainly of cereals and vegetables" (3.56 points). (3) The subjects highly recognized the "improvement in service quality of Korean restaurants" (3.59 points) with regard to the importance of a globalization strategy for Korean food. (4) High-intake Korean foods were "bibimbap", "baechookimchi", "galbigui", "pajeon", and "bulgogi", in that order. In contrast, the intake frequency for "songpeon", "sikhei", and "guksu" was very low. (5) The subjects thought that the globalization possibility for Korean food was high, as foreigners ingested a lot of baechookimchi. (6) The most effective well-being value recognition item for globalizing Korean food was "Korean food is nutritious and good for the health" followed by "I have much interest in Korean well-being food". and "Korean food is a well-being food because it contains many fermented and seasonal items", in that order. (7) The most effective food for globalizing Korean food with a high-intake frequency was "baechookimchi", followed by "galbigui", "guksu", and "bibimbap".

안락사에 대한 의료계열 학생들의 인식도 (The awareness of medical department students about euthanasia)

  • Purpose: This study examined medical college students' perception of euthanasia and analyzed whether there were significant differences in their perceptions based on their grade, religion, and economic situation. Methods: A questionnaire comprising items relating to students' knowledge about euthanasia, their economic situation relationships with patients, and the extent to which euthanasia would be allowed depending on the patient's condition. Results: Results by age and school year revealed there were no statistically significant differences concerning permissible levels of euthanasia. However, differences were found in the permissible levels of euthanasia according to changes in the patients' condition. Conclusion: It can be interpreted that students' personal values and religion had a great effect on the perception of euthanasia than the process of acquiring medical knowledge. The religion or values they have in your life affect your perception of euthanasia more than the process of acquiring and learning medical knowledge. The suffering of patients is the most important priority and it supports euthanasia on the grounds of relieving psychological distress for patients' families and the right of every patient to die gracefully. Nevertheless, considering the possibility of patient survival and euthanasia being used for murder, it is necessary to legislate the use of euthanasia and have the appropriate qualifications for its administration on patients.

Elementary, Middle and High School Parents' Awareness of School Garden Education Service

  • Background and objective: Education based on agricultural experience in school gardens is coming to the fore as a solution to reduce the negative effect of rapid urbanization and the development of information technology (IT) on students. Accordingly, this study aimed to investigate how parents of elementary, middle, and high school students in Korea perceive the value of education service using school gardens, as well as their willingness to participate in and pay for such service, and to utilize the results in a quantitative assessment of the socioeconomic value of the education service. Methods: A contactless online survey on the perceived value of education service using school gardens was conducted on 1,010 parents of elementary, middle, and high school students in Korea's five major districts from October 22 to 26 (5 days) of 2020 by M, a Korean specialized survey agency. The data collected was analyzed using SPSS for Windows 25.0 and Excel to obtain the frequency and ratio of each measured item. Results: The respondents had an average of 1.83, of which 52.8% were male. 55.3% of the respondents were aware of the education service using school gardens, and 27.9% experienced the service. When asked if they saw the educational service using school gardens as necessary, 79% answered in the affirmative. In terms of the difference in perception of the need for the service according to experience, 91.8% of the parents who experienced the service responded that it was necessary, indicating that it is important to provide opportunities to experience this service to expand the scope of service. 54.9% of all respondents responded they were willing to pay the costs required for school gardens. When income tax was used as a payment method, the average amount parents were willing to pay was 13,193 KRW, and the tax rate was 2.02%. Based on experience, those who experienced this service had a higher need and willingness to pay for the service than those who had not experience, but the actual amount or tax rate was low as they knew how it was operated. Conclusion: As basic research on the assessment of the value of agricultural experience education using school gardens, this study determined how parents perceive this form of education service as well as their willingness to participate and pay for the service. These findings can be used to systemize the assessment indicators and promote the value of the education service using school gardens, allowing students to maintain a healthy and happy school life through agricultural experience.

공공도서관에서의 문화다양성교육 프로그램과 인식변화 연구 (A Study on the Change of Perception and Culture Diversity Education Program in Public Library)

  • 본 연구는 초등학교 3~6학년 다문화가정 어린이와 일반가정 어린이를 대상으로 문화다양성교육을 제공함으로써 세계의 여러 다른 문화와 다양한 가치, 삶의 방식을 존중하고 문화다양성에 대한 인식을 개선하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 공공도서관에서의 문화다양성교육 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하고 문화다양성교육 프로그램에 대한 사전-사후 인식 차이, 실험집단-비교집단의 인식 차이, 도서관 서비스와 이용률 및 서비스 활성화 방법에 대해 분석하였다. 그 결과, 문화다양성교육 프로그램 인식조사를 통해 문화다양성에 대한 이해, 수용, 배려, 존중 등이 높아진 것으로 나타났다.

관찰과 재현에 대한 예비 생물교사들의 가치지향점 -객관성을 중심으로- (Pre-service Biology Teachers' Value Orientation Related to Observation and Representation: Focus on Objectivity)

  • 과학교육현장에서 이루어지는 과학적 실천(practice) 과정에는 다양한 암묵적 지식이 존재한다. 교사는 이 암묵적 지식을 학생들에게 지도하는데 있어 자신의 과학에 대한 가치지향점을 반영할 가능성이 높다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 현미경 세포 관찰 실험 상황에서 관찰 및 이미지 재현이라는 과학적 실천의 지도 과정에서 나타나는 예비교사들의 가치지향점을 확인해보고자 한다. 특히 이 연구에서는 과학적 관찰행동의 가장 큰 지향점인 객관성을 중심으로 예비교사들의 인식을 확인해보고자 한다. 이를 위하여 예비교사 50명에게 현미경 세포 관찰 실험에서 일어날 수 있는 상황에 대하여 자신의 생각을 서술하게 하였고, 서술한 자료들은 과학교육 전문가 2인의 반복적 비교분석을 통해 귀납적으로 범주화되었다. 그 결과 존재의 확인을 위한 수단으로서 관찰을 인식하는 '존재 확인 지향', 관찰은 객관적으로 이루어져야 한다는 '기계적 객관성 지향', 관찰의 주관적 성격을 인정하는 '학생의 주관성 지향', 관찰 대상과 표본 제작 및 관찰 과정에서 나타나는 인공적 산물을 구별하는 능력을 중시하는 '훈련된 판단 지향'의 4가지 유형을 확인할 수 있었다. 이 중 '기계적 객관성 지향' 유형이 예비 생물교사들에게 가장 많이 나타나 객관성이 관찰과 이미지 재현 행위에 대해 중요한 신념으로 작용함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 하나의 실험과 그 실험에 매개된 암묵적 지식에 대한 지도 과정에서 예비교사들의 다양한 가치지향점이 반영될 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 교사들의 과학적 실천에 대한 이러한 가치지향점은 학생들의 지도행위와 평가에 직접적 영향을 미친다는 점에서 앞으로 교사교육에 많은 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것이다.
