본 연구는 다문화 사회복지 실무자가 다문화적 배경의 클라이언트와 효과적으로 일하기 위해 갖추어야 하는 문화적 역량의 구성개념을 탐색하고 이에 따른 척도를 개발, 타당화하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 먼저, 척도 개발을 위해 외국의 문화적 역량 관련 척도 분석과 다문화 사회복지 실무자 8명을 대상으로 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 실시하여 40개의 예비문항을 구성하였다. 이에 대해 사회복지 전문가 20명에게 2회에 걸친 예비조사 및 전문가회의를 실시하여 최종적으로 32개 예비문항을 확정하였다. 척도의 타당화를 위해 개발된 예비문항을 전국의 다문화 사회복지 실무자 194명을 대상으로 평가하였다. 요인분석을 통해 문화적 역량을 구성하는 요인의 수는 4개가 가장 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 요인 1은 '다문화적 실천기술', 요인 2는 '문화적 인식 및 민감성', 요인 3은 '다문화 지식', 요인 4는 '문화차이 극복노력'으로 명명하였고, 이는 관련 선행연구들 및 척도 개발과정에서 밝힌 문화적 역량의 개념화 논의와 부합되었다. 확인적 요인분석을 한 결과 모형적합도가 우수하였고, 유사 개념 척도 간의 수렴타당도가 적절하게 나타났다. 또한, 4개 요인의 Cronbach's alpha값, 반분신뢰도 및 측정의 표준오차 분석 결과 신뢰도 또한 양호하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 사회복지적 함의를 논하였다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest an improvement plan for the National Technical Qualification Practical Evaluation focusing on National Competency Standards. First, in order to strengthen practical techniques such as field abilities and expertise, practical evaluation methods were applied to the National Competency Standards, referring to a learning module focused on field performance. Second, an expert advisory committee in the field of organic agriculture was utilized to compare, analyze, and match the competency unit and competency unit elements of the National Competency Standards with the national technical qualification examination standards in field of organic agriculture. In addition, in order to identify work in progress in the industrial field, share professional practice skills, and analyze facilities and equipment, we visited an organic agriculture industry site. Through this, a practical evaluation exam was developed. Subsequently, in order to confirm the adequacy of the developed exam, the pilot test assessment was conducted for those majoring in organic agriculture. Finally, as a feasibility study, a survey was conducted. Based on the results, greater technical job competency in the field of organic agriculture will contribute to strengthening knowledge in this field by suggesting an improvement plan for the national technical qualifications practical evaluation method in the field of organic agriculture.

The application of cloud computing to many industrial domains is rapidly increasing, and domestic and foreign cloud service providers are actively conducting business. In the domestic cloud market, it is necessary to establish an ecosystem with partner operators that work closely with private cloud service providers. In this paper, to create such an environment, we propose a framework that can evaluate the capabilities of partners required for cloud service providers to establish specific business strategies. The framework proposed in this study establishes criteria for evaluating partners' competencies and applies a decision-making model such as fuzzy AHP for evaluation. Eventually this will help not only to expand the domestic cloud market but also to strengthen the competitiveness of domestic cloud partners through the growth of the domestic cloud market.

국가수준 교육과정의 기본적 접근방법이 내용중심에서 역량중심으로 전환됨에 따라 과정중심 평가의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이에 따라 교사의 평가자로서의 역할 역시 과정중심 평가에 초점이 맞추어지고 있으며, 임용을 앞둔 예비교사들에게도 과정중심 평가의 역량을 개발하는 것은 중시되고 있다. 본 연구는 예비교사의 과정중심 평가 역량개발을 지원하기 위하여 교원양성대학 교과목을 개선하여 운영하고 그 효과를 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 C 교육대학교에서 운영되는 한 교과목을 PBL 중심으로 재구성하여 운영하고 과정중심 평가의 관점에서 예비 초등교사에게 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 수강생들의 프로젝트 결과물, 관찰노트, 수강생 반응 등의 자료 분석을 통해 PBL 활동 경험이 예비 초등교사들의 과정중심 평가에 대한 인식과 이해에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 PBL과 같이 과정중심 평가관이 반영된 학습 경험을 제공하는 것이 예비교사의 과정중심 평가 역량 개발에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있다는 점을 시사해준다. 본 연구의 결과는 예비교사의 과정중심 평가역량 개발을 위한 교원양성대학의 교육과정과 수업의 혁신을 위한 구체적 방법을 제시해줄 수 있을 것이다.

With increasing demands for medical care by society, the medical system, and general citizens and rapid changes in doctor's awareness, the competencies required of doctors are also changing. The goal of this study was to develop a doctor's competency framework from the patient's perspective, and to make it the basis for the development of milestones and entrustable professional activities for each period of medical student education and resident training. To this end, a big data analysis using topic modeling was performed on domestic and international research papers (2011-2020), domestic newspaper articles (2016-2020), and domestic social networking service data (2016-2020) related to doctor's competencies. Delphi surveys were conducted twice with 28 medical education experts. In addition, a survey was conducted on doctor's competencies among 1,000 citizens, 407 nurses, 237 medical students, 361 majors, and 200 specialists. Through the above process, six core competencies, 16 sub-competencies, and 47 competencies were derived as subject-oriented doctor's competencies. The core competencies were: (1) competency related to disease and health as an expert; (2) competency related to patients as a communicator; (3) competency related to colleagues as a collaborator; (4) competency related to society as a health care leader (5) competency related to oneself as a professional, and (6) competency related to academics as a scholar who contributes to the development of medicine.

Recently, the acquisition and production of information using digital tools and the creation of new knowledge are emphasized as important educational elements. Therefore, in this study, the effect of learning achievement according to the digital literacy level of college students was analyzed. For the analysis, a questionnaire is conducted with college students majoring in aviation services attending universities in Seoul Capital Area and Chungcheong area. To verify the hypothesis of the study, demographic characteristics are identified based on the questionnaire, reliability and validity of measurement items are verified, and structural equation model analysis is performed to verify the hypothesis. The analysis results are as follows. First, among the sub-factors of digital literacy competency of college students majoring in aviation service, 'technology use' is found to have a positive effect on 'cognitive flow' and 'emotional flow' of learning flow except 'behavioral flow'. Second, among the sub-factors of digital literacy competency, 'self-learning' is found to have a positive effect on 'cognitive flow', 'emotional flow', and 'behavioral flow' in learning flow. Third, the sub-factors of learning flow, 'cognitive flow', 'emotional flow', and 'behavioral flow' have a positive effect on 'learning satisfaction'. Fourth, 'learning satisfaction' is found to have a positive effect on 'learning outcomes'. Based on the research results, practical support measures and strategies for educational success are presented.

2020년 초부터 전세계에 확산된 코로나 팬데믹, 4차 산업혁명의 가속화, 미중 갈등과 우크라이나 사태로 촉발된 공급망관리 리스크 등 최근에 체감하는 기업경기는 과거 어느 때보다 심각한 편이다. 중소기업을 창업하여 경영하고 있는 CEO들은 이러한 현실속에서 기업의 지속성에 대하여 어느 때보다 고민하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 중소기업 CEO의 사업중단의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 실증적인 연구는 거의 없는 편이다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 사업환경(주력 사업분야의 경쟁강도, 인력수급 및 관리의 난이도) 인식, 기업 역량(직원역량, 기업의 제품 혹은 서비스 경쟁력, 공급망 및 수요자 관계, 디지털 역량 및 기술전문성), 경영자 역량(직원들과 경영자간 신뢰, 경영자의 관리역량, 경영자의 인지된 건강상태)이 CEO의 사업중단의도에 미치는 영향에 관하여 중소기업 CEO 260명을 대상으로 실증적으로 논의하였다. 연구 결과, 주력사업분야의 경쟁강도, 인력 수급 및 관리의 난이도가 사업중단의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 직원역량, 제품(서비스) 경쟁력, 기업의 디지털 역량 및 기술전문성, CEO의 건강상태가 사업중단의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 이들의 영향 관계는 CEO의 건강상태, 제품(서비스) 경쟁력, 직원역량, 디지털역량 및 기술전문성, 주력사업의 경쟁강도, 인력의 수급 및 관리 난이도 순으로 나타났다. 공급망 및 수요자 관계, 직원과 CEO간 신뢰, 경영자의 관리역량은 사업중단의도에 유의미한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 한편, 사업자신감은 주력사업분야의 경쟁강도, 인력 수급 및 관리의 난이도, 제품(서비스) 경쟁력, 디지털 역량 및 기술전문성, CEO와 직원간 신뢰, 경영자의 관리 역량과 사업중단의도 간 매개효과가 있는 것으로 검정되었다. 본 연구는 중소기업 CEO들을 대상으로 사업중단의도에 관한 요인들을 실증적으로 분석하였다는 점에서 학술적인 의의가 있다. 실무적으로는 사업환경 인식, 기업 역량, 경영자 역량, 사업자신감이 사업중단의도에 영향을 미치는 요인임이 밝혀짐에 따라 이 부분을 보강할 수 있는 실행 아이디를 찾을 수 있다면 중소기업이 지속성장하거나 의미있는 출구를 찾는데 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of cultural competency of visiting nurses and community health practitioners and explore factors that are related with their cultural competency. Methods: The subjects of this study were 113 visiting nurses and 103 community health practitioners working in Gangwon-do. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire on May 24, 2011. The SPSS/WIN 17.0 program was used for data analysis. Results: The average score for cultural competency of visiting nurses was $2.76{\pm}0.60$ and that of community health practitioners $2.91{\pm}0.51$. Most of subjects received no multicultural education (78.0% for nurses, 85.7% for community health nurses). Factors influencing cultural competency were number of service experience for multicultural clients and participation of multicultural education. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop systematic educational programs to enhance the cultural competency of nurses.

본 논문은 전문대학 비서 관련학과의 융합 형 인재 개발을 위한 표준화 역량기반과 이원적 전공기반의 다중 기반에 근거한 교과과정체계 수립을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 수도권 비서관련 학과 분석을 통해 요소능력을 추출, 역량계열화 및 그룹핑을 토대로 도출한 역량군과 NCS에서 제시하고 있는 표준화 역량을 기저로 현행 교과의 역량 표준화 기반을 시안적으로 제안하고 이를 현행 H여대 비서 인재과의 이원적 교과과정과 교직시킴으로써 다중기반 교과과정 체계를 수립하고자 하였다. 이는 비서 분야와 경영, 회계, 행정 기타 분야가 서로 융합하여 이원적으로 이루어진 여타 비서관련 학과의 교과과정 수립에 시사점을 줌으로써 역량기반 융합 형 인재개발의 프레임웍을 이룰 수 있는 하나의 제언이 될 것이라 생각한다.

본 연구의 목적은 STEAM 수업에서의 멘토교사 경험이 예비수학교사들의 융합인재교육(STEAM) 교수 역량에 미치는 효과에 대해서 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구는 사범대학과 연계된 중학교 자유학기제 수학탐구 프로그램에 참여한 23명의 예비수학교사들을 대상으로 한 학기 동안 수행되었다. 예비수학교사들의 STEAM 교수 역량의 변화 및 멘토교사 프로그램의 효과를 알아보기 위하여 사전, 사후 STEAM 교수 역량 검사와 수업 일기 및 간담회 자료 분석 결과를 활용하였다. 연구 결과에 의하면, STEAM 수업에서의 멘토교사 경험은 예비수학교사들의 STEAM 교육에 대한 지식, 교과내용지식, 교수학습방법, 수업상황 및 환경 역량 함양에 매우 효과적이었다. 특히, 중학생들을 대상으로 이루어진 STEAM 수업에서의 현장 경험이 예비수학교사들의 STEAM 교육에 대한 이해 향상과 더불어 실천적 지식을 형성하는데 실질적으로 도움이 된 것으로 나타났다.
