옴니채널 브랜드체험이 옴니채널 브랜드 관계형성 및 성과에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Influence of Omni-Channel Brand Experience on Omni-Channel Brand Relationship Formation and Achievements)

  • 본 연구는 본 연구의 목적인 옴니채널 브랜드체험이 옴니채널 브랜드 관계형성 및 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하기 위해, 옴니채널 브랜드인 SSG.닷컴 이용경험이 있는 210명의 부산지역 대학생과 직장인을 대상으로 하여 연구를 진행하였다. 연구모형을 바탕으로 SPSS 25.0과 LISREL 8.30을 이용하여 가설을 검증한 결과 총 12개의 가설 중 1개의 가설(가설 5)을 제외하고 모든 가설이 채택되었다. 이에 대한 구체적인 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 옴니채널 브랜드 체험 및 관계형성의 관계는 다음과 같다. 먼저 옴니채널 브랜드 체험은 브랜드 신뢰(가설 1), 브랜드 동일시(가설 2), 소비자-브랜드 관계(가설 3)에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 브랜드신뢰는 브랜드동일시(가설 4)에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있지만, 소비자-브랜드 관계(가설 5)에는 통계적으로 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 브랜드 동일시는 소비자-브랜드 관계(가설 6)에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째, 소비자-브랜드관계는 재구매의도(가설 7), 구전의도(가설 8), 브랜드확장 수용성(가설 9)에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 옴니채널 브랜드 브랜드 성과간 관계는 다음과 같다. 먼저 재구매의도는 구전의도(가설 10)와 브랜드확장 수용성(가설 11)에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 구전의도는 브랜드확장 수용성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

대응일치분석을 이용한 외식기업의 브랜드개성 고찰: 퀵서비스 레스토랑과 패밀리 레스토랑의 비교 (A Study on the Brand Personality of Foodservice Companies using Correspondence Analysis: Comparative Analysis of Family and Quick-service Restaurants)

  • This study investigated and compared the brand personality of domestically run family restaurants with quick service restaurants. Information was elicited from respective patrons using self-administered questionnaires which asked questions on recognizable brand characteristic and attributes of each restaurant through image maps. Data from the self-administrated questionnaires were collected and analysed using comparative statistical analysis, including frequency, t-test, chi-square, factor analysis, reliability analysis and correspondence analysis. Overall, patrons identified 5 factors which they used to rank individual restaurants; sophistication, competence, likeableness, trendiness, and ruggedness. Overall results showed the family restaurants that scored highly on likeableness and trendiness were Outback and TGIF. Furthermore, Vips was the only family restaurants that scored highly in ruggedness. In relation to quick service restaurants, Lotteria scored highest for competence while McDonalds and Burger King scored best for sophistication. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

해외 패키지여행에서 추가비용과 재구매의 관계 - 인적서비스와 브랜드 역할을 중심으로 (Relationship Between Additional Costs and Repurchase in Outbound Package Tour: Focused on the Role of Personal Services and Brand)

  • 이 연구는 해외 패키지여행 상품으로 여행할 때 발생되는 추가비용과 재구매의 관계를 분석하였다. 더불어 추가비용과 재구매 관계에서 인적서비스와 여행사 브랜드의 역할을 밝히는 것이 연구목적이다. 연구결과 추가비용은 재구매에 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 특히 여행자에게 추가비용과 재구매 관계에서 인적서비스 역할이 크지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 반면 여행사 브랜드는 여행자의 재구매에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 해외 패키지여행 상품으로 여행할 때 발생되는 추가비용과 재구매 관계에서 여행사 브랜드는 매개역할을 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 향후 여행시장이 성장함에 따라 여행사에서는 인적서비스 품질향상 뿐만 아니라 브랜드 이미지 형성과 유지에 더 많은 관심을 기울여야 한다.

The Effects of Image, Brand and Quality on Customer Loyalty of Sharia Banking

  • This study aimed to design a strategy in encouraging the loyalty level of priority customers of Sharia banks in Indonesia. The strategy was outlined in a series of alternative applicative programs priority. The use of ANP intended to simplify the existing problems so that the offered solution was easier to apply. Each item was scored on a 5-point Likert scale. The expected outcome was to give priority scales to the offered solutions. The findings of this study are service quality, brand image, bank image which could build customer loyalty in Sharia banks. Priority customer gathering could strengthen the bonds between customers and also between customers and their banks. The excellence of Sharia banks in terms of service quality, brand image, and bank image, when combined with priority customer gathering activities, would become a powerful formula in increasing priority customer loyalty to banks that lead to increased revenue from banks. Originality of this research was the formulation process of a new approach in search of ways to increase the customer loyalty, as well as giving concrete proposals for the banking world in designing customer loyalty improvement programs. This paper shows the updated strategy in Customer Loyalty, Bank image, Brand image, Banking service quality.

Key Factors Affecting Intention to Order Online Food Delivery (OFD)

  • Purpose: This study investigated the impact of key factors such as service quality, perceived benefit and brand familiarity on a consumer's intention to order online food delivery (OFD). In addition, mediating effect of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) between relationships among selected key variables and OFD purchase intention is also assessed. Research design, data and methodology: This explanatory, quantitative study employed convenience sampling and collected data through online structured questionnaire from 304 respondents who are users of OFD apps based in greater Klang valley region of Malaysia. The data was then subjected to normality and reliability assessment followed by confirmatory factor analysis, validity assessment and structural equation modelling using IBM SPSS AMOS 24.0. Results: Findings revealed that service quality, perceived benefits and brand familiarity affects purchase intention positively and significantly. Perceived benefits demonstrated highest impact on purchase intention followed by brand familiarity and service quality. Findings also suggest that e-WOM fully mediates relationship between brand familiarity and purchase intention, however, the same was not observed for remaining two variables. Conclusions: The study has enriched OFD literature by investigating impact of selected key factors on purchase intention in the context of OFD. Implications, limitations and future research avenues are then discussed.

소비자 성향과 브랜드 태도가 브랜드확장평가에 미치는 영향: 모바일 간편결제 서비스를 중심으로 (Effects of Consumer Propensity and Brand Attitude on Brand Extension Assessment: Focused on Easy Mobile Payment Services)

  • The recent globalization of the consumer market has highlighted the importance of a brand; subsequently, brand extension is strategically used to launch of various products and services. Especially, various and new services based on information and communication technology for the convenience of consumers have been provided continuously. This study examined consumer's evaluation for brand extension centered on the brand extension as a mobile payment service through consumer propensity and familiarity as well as attitude toward a brand. The research is as follows. First, it shows that self-efficacy and implicit theories among consumer characteristics positively influence familiarity and attitude toward a brand. Second, it shows that the planned consumption tendency among consumption characteristics of a consumer positively affect familiarity toward a brand. Third, it is confirmed that the brand extension on parents brand affects the attitude towards brand extension, and the attitude towards brand extension is connected to a willingness to recommend through the purchase intention. This study empirically confirms the importance of consumer propensity, the consumer's perception, and evaluation towards the brand extension of the company as well as the continuous efforts and required company activities to build and form a positive attitude and familiarity of consumers for the brand. This study can be used as basic data for the strategy development of brand extensions in service companies.

소매 업태에 따른 판촉활동에 관한 이론적 연구 (A Theoretical Study of Promotion Activities by Types of Retailing)

  • 본 연구에서는 상표전환과 반복구매의 소비 형태를 보이는 소비자를 대상으로 그들의 상표전환과 반복구매의 결정 요인은 무엇인지 알아보고자 하며 그러한 상표전환의 과정과 반복구매에서 기업의 촉진활동으로 대표되는 마케팅 반응변수별 차이를 분석하여 그 결과를 마케팅에 적용시키기 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 이는 유통업계간 과다경쟁과 외형을 중시한 판매경쟁의 결과로 밀어내기식의 마케팅을 전개하고 있는 기업에게 소비자를 개개인의 실체로 인식시켜 이에 맞는 효율적인 촉진활동을 제시함으로써 자사상표에 대한 상표 충성도를 높여 지속적인 반복구매를 하게하고 경쟁상표 소비자의 상표전환을 유도하는데 도움을 주고자 한다. 본 연구 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫 번째 이벤트와 가격할인과 샘플이나 견본상표 혹은 로고(logo) 등이 새겨진 것을 일컫는 제품 프리미엄 등을 선호하는 고객들은 반복구매를 하는 특징이 있다. 두 번째 서비스 혜택과 포인트 형 판촉 그리고 비용절감 만족도가 상표전환에는 아무런 영향을 미치지 못했으며 쿠폰 형 판촉을 선호하는 사람들만이 상표전환을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 세 번째 반복구매와 쿠폰 형 판촉 사이에서는 소매 업태가 긍정적인 조절효과를 보이고 있으며 상표전환과 서비스혜택 사이에서도 소매 업태가 긍정적인 조절효과를 보이고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다.

공동 브랜드 전략을 위한 푸드 코트 이용고객의 선택속성 분석 (An Analysis on Choice Factors of Food Court Customers to Co-Branding Strategies)

  • Co-branding of food courts is turning into a trend with the activation of recent entrance of famous restaurants into shopping departments and other large-size buildings. This research analyzes the effects of co-brand food courts on the choices of dining enterprises by dealing with the customers of these newly activated food courts in shopping malls and large-size buildings. By analyzing the effects of the present status of customers' using food courts according to the characteristics of their choices of dining enterprises, food and brand elements were found to have an effect on the restaurant brand recognition of food courts, and price factor was found to have an effect on an visitors' recommendation intension. Therefore, customers who set importance on food and brand elements tend to take the brand of food courts into consideration as well; therefore, the maintenance of food quality and strengthening of brand image are mandatory in case of food court operation.

중소병원의 브랜드자산이 방문고객의 신뢰 및 관계몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Hospital Brand Equity on Trust and Relationship Commitment of Customers)

  • The objective of this study was to verify the effects of brand equity of small & medium hospitals on trust and relationship commitment and mediation effect of trust in the relation between brand equity and relationship commitment. For testing reliability and validity of the measurement tool, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ and confirmatory factor analysis was used, respectively. A structural equation model was applied for verifying the study model suggested. Out of 450 questionnaires distributed, 439 was returned. On the study results, brand image and perceived quality positively determined trust of customers for small & medium hospitals. Customers' trust also has a positive effect on relationship commitment. Brand awareness positively influence the levels of relationship commitment. Moreover, a mediation effect was identified. Customers' trust mediated the effects of brand image and perceived quality on relationship commitment of hospitals customers. On conclusions, relationship commitment was determined, either directly or indirectly, by brand image and perceived quality, while trust mediated the their relationship. Thus, hospitals management may use the concepts of brand equity and trust as a key success factor of their business purposes.

Influence of SNS Characteristics on the Brand Image of Infant Food Products

  • Purpose - This study aims to examine the influence of social network service (SNS) on the brand image of infant food products; highlight the effects of brand image on the purchasing and word-of-mouth intention; and explore the effects of the purchasing intention on the word-of-mouth intention. Research design, data, and methodology - Based on previous studies, it was found that the fundamental SNS characteristics for infant food products are reliability, interactivity, and informative. Using AMOS 22.0 and structural equation modeling (SEM), 288 questionnaires were surveyed as a statistical method for examining the proposed hypotheses. Results - The analysis shows that reliability and informative have significant impacts on brand image, whereas interactivity does not. Again, the effect of brand image of infant food products on the purchase and word-of-mouth intention is statistically significant. However, the results differ across the "working housewife" and the "full-time housewife" groups. The connection between reliability and brand image was found to be statistically significant in this study. Conclusions - This study analyzes the effects of SNS characteristics on the brand image of infant food products and the effect of the brand image on purchase and word-of-mouth intentions, and provides practical implications for the same.
