  • 최근 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하고 고객의 충성도를 높이기 위해서는 무엇보다 브랜드에 대한 성공적인 관리가 중요시되고 있다. 고객은 특정기업의 상품, 서비스 등을 구매하면서 생긴 경험에 의해 기업에 대한 평가, 가치, 이미지 등을 모두 판단하기 때문이다. 본 연구는 수협을 중심으로 대표적인 협동조합에 대한 마케팅 관점의 브랜드 인지도 및 태도를 파악할 수 있는 측정체계를 수립하고 수협의 브랜드 자산에 대한 가치지수 (brand equity index; BEI)를 측정할 수 있는 모형을 개발한다. 이를 통해 수협 브랜드에 대한 인지도 및 BEI를 측정하고, 현상을 진단하여 수협 브랜드 자산가치 향상을 위한 방향 및 인지도 향상을 위한 마케팅 전략방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

  • As many companies are performing brand management as a marketing strategy to establish long-term relationships with their customers, consumers decide the actual purchasing behavior by understanding the brand attributes of the relevant company based on an evaluation standard of the products. This paper provides the basic data for improving the competitiveness of the coffee shop market continuously, and analyzes the influential relationships between each variable by limiting the brand attributes of the coffee shop and the price fairness factor that would be expected to affect the consumers' purchasing behavior as the cause variables. The results showed that the-out of brand attribute factors of the coffee shop, the brand awareness and perceived quality had significant effects on the price fairness while the influence of the shop image on the price fairness was not verified. In addition, all the brand awareness, shop image, and perceived quality had significant effects on the purchasing behavior while the statistical significance between price fairness and purchasing behavior was verified. The rationality of the price presented by the coffee shop could be judged depending on the quality perceived by the consumers. Similarly, once consumers classified the propriety of price and then perceived that a suitable price had been set up regarding the quality and service provided by the coffee shop, it was highly possible for them to include it in their actual purchasing behavior, despite the higher price than other brands'. Further research on the psychological variables affecting the purchasing behavior by securing more diverse consumers to understand their purchasing behavior for a wide range of research subjects and the generalization of research results, will provide useful data for establishing marketing measures necessary to form strong relationships between consumers and brand in the currently-saturated coffee shop market.

  • 라오즈하오(老字号)란 오랜 역사를 지닌 제품, 기술 또는 서비스를 가리키며, 중국 전통문화 배경과 깊은 역사유산을 갖고 있으며, 사회적으로 인정받아 우수한 평판을 형성한 브랜드를 의미한다. 일부 라오즈하오는 발전하고 있지만, 일부 라오즈하오는 생존의 위기에 직면하고 있으며, 중국 정부와 사회는 다양한 지원정책을 발표하여 지속적인 발전을 위해 노력하고 있다. 현재 한국에서 라오즈하오에 대한 연구가 매우 부족하기에, 본 연구는 중국 화장품브랜드 시에푸춘(謝馥春)의 역사, 현황, 경쟁력을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 시에푸춘은 중국 최초의 화장품 기업으로서, 전통문화를 계승한 제조기법을 가졌으며, 현재 상당한 시장 점유율을 유지하고 있다. 5-Forces 모델을 활용하여 시에푸춘의 경쟁력을 분석하고, 라오즈하오 기업에 대한 시사점과 발전모델을 제시하였다.

커피전문점의 점포이미지와 브랜드 충성도 간의 관계: 경제적 만족과 비경제적 만족의 매개를 중심으로 (Relationships between Image of Coffee Shops and Brand Loyalty: Mediating Impact of Economic and Noneconomic Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to classify customer's satisfaction of coffee shops in term of economic and non-economic satisfaction, as well as to examine the effects of coffee shops image on customer's economic and non-economic satisfaction and customer brand loyalty. For this purpose, we collected data from 301 coffee shops, as well as from customers who visited brand name coffee shops in Seoul, Korea. The result of this CFA shows that this study was valid and reliable. Our findings were as follow: (1) Product and accessibility image of coffee shops influenced customer's economic satisfaction, whereas facility and staff image did not. (2) The effects of product, facility, staff and accessibility image on customer's non-economic satisfaction were significant. (3) Coffee shop image was not influenced by brand loyalty. (4) Economic and non-economic satisfaction had a significant impact on brand loyalty.

남녀 영 캐주얼 업체의 웹사이트에 나타난 소비자 정보 분석 (The Analysis of Consumer Information Posted on Young Casual Brand Web Sites)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the content and presentation style of consumer information of Korean young casual apparel brand. To collect the data for this study, the representative 25 casual brand web sites were selected, based on major search engines. In addition, to investigate exact product information, four product categories, knit shirts and casual pants for men and women, were selected and the number of products was limited as maximum 15 products per each category. A coding instrument was developed to capture the consumer information, based on the instrument by Park and Stoel(2002). The Pretest was conducted to gauge inter-coder reliability and the results showed that inter-coder reliability was highly acceptable. The results of this study were as follows. Most casual brand web sites for this study were presented well in brand and customer service information. Especially, many web sites provided various engaging information such as various events(best dresser contest, date with a star, special gift) and useful multimedia file(MP3 music file, screen saver, movie, calender). However, product information was very lack in most web sites. Especially, sizing and fitting information and textile and fabric hand information were rarely provided. Therefore, this result showed that the web sites should provide more specific product information and develop devices to get tactile sensory and experiential information for enhancement of future e-commerce of apparel products.

커피 전문점 이용 동기가 브랜드 태도와 만족도 및 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Evaluation of How the Motivation the Use of Specialized Coffee Branches Brand Attitude, Satisfaction and Loyalty)

  • The domestic specialized coffee branch market is growing both in size and sales, and the competition between different brands is increasing. The goal of this study was to divide the customer's consumption motivations into utility usage motivation, hedonic usage motivation, and ostentation usage motivation and to determine how each motivation influences the attitude, satisfaction and loyalty toward the brand. The results can be summarized as follows. (1) Hedonic motivation and ostentation motivation with the exception of utility motivation were shown to have an effect on brand attitude. (2) Brand attitude was shown to have an effect on satisfaction and loyalty. (3) Satisfaction had an effect on loyalty. However, if the satisfaction was low, the intentions for subsequent visits and positive oral transmissions decrease. The result of this study showed that establishing positive brand attitude, satisfaction and loyalty to customers with pleasure and ostentation motivations is effective. Moreover, marketing activities such as cultural and playful events should be emphasized for customers with hedonic motivations, while environments with better atmosphere and careful service should be provided to customers with ostentation motivation.

Reflective Model of Brand Awareness on Repurchase Intention and Customer Satisfaction

  • This study aims to analyze and confirm brand awareness' role in influencing the repurchase intention both directly and indirectly on customer satisfaction variables and repurchase intention variables. The contribution brought by this study is to reflect manifest variables such as recall, purchase, and consumption. The number of respondents in this study was 200 samples using the online survey data collection method (Google form), while the research approach is quantitative explanatory. The data analysis test tools include the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with AMOS as a statistical data analysis software and Sobel test to indirectly test the relationship. This study consists of four hypotheses, of which three hypotheses are positively and significantly related (brand awareness on repurchase intention, brand awareness on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention). Through indirect relationship, namely, brand awareness on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction, the study showed no significant effect. In a comprehensive way, this study emphasizes the factor of customer satisfaction as a determinant of consumer loyalty and repurchase intention. Therefore, creating optimal customer satisfaction, service excellence, promotion and massive advertising, guaranteeing the safety and ease-of-use apps, and ease of shopping, especially for e-commerce industry, is a serious concern.

  • 모바일 플랫폼시장이 확산함에 따라 홈화면의 확보는 기업의 브랜드커뮤니케이션 활동에 있어서 중요한 의미로 받아들여지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 디바이스 브랜드별 UI차별화를 위해 기본으로 탑재했던 런처의 기본 기능을 넘어서 브랜드 커뮤니케이션 기능을 수행하는 어플리케이션의 확대된 기능으로 변화될 수 있는 특징적 요소를 도출함으로써 스마트폰 어플리케이션으로서의 런처가 브랜드커뮤니케이션으로 어떻게 활용되어지는지를 연구하였다. 런처 구성요소를 속성에 따라 홈구성요소와 개인화기능요소로 구분하여 각 상세 항목에서 나타나는 브랜드 커뮤니케이션의 항목과 특징을 분석한 결과 (1)브랜드 이미지 통합적 요소 (2)서비스마케팅 몰입적 요소로 도출 되었다.

The Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on Brand Image: A Case Study in Vietnam

  • This paper examines the impact of university social responsibility on brand image and student satisfaction. Social responsibility impact on consumer behavior has been studied extensively. But the same impact has not been rigorously tested to the same extend in the education sector. Firstly, we analyze the perception of university social responsibility (USR) and its components, including (1) the quality of teaching programs, facilities, and academic staff; (2) supporting learning activities; and (3) human resource policies. Secondly, we investigate the relationship between university social responsibility, brand image, and student satisfaction. The study examined these relationships through a proposed economic model based on answers from a survey of 298 students at the University of Food Industry Ho Chi Minh City. From the above survey data, the author proceeds to quantify variables and, based on Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient, EFA factor analysis, and linear regression, to measure the impact of each social responsibility factor on business of the university and student satisfaction. The results show that university social responsibility actually affects the university's brand image and student satisfaction. Our findings suggest that universities should develop an appropriate marketing strategy to reinforce brand image and student satisfaction through the university social responsibility model.

소셜 플랫폼 인플루언서 특성이 애착과 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Social Platform Influencer Characteristics on Attachment and Brand Loyalty)

  • 최근 소셜 플랫폼 마케팅 환경은 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 기업은 브랜드와 서비스를 홍보하기 위해 소셜 플랫폼 인플루언서에 대한 의존도가 높아지고 있다. 이처럼 소셜 인플루언서에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있음에도 불구하고 소셜 플랫폼 인플루언서 특성이 소비자 애착과 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향을 탐구하는 실증적 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소셜 플랫폼 인플루언서 특성, 소비자 애착 및 브랜드 충성도 간의 관계를 살펴보았다. 중국 소비자를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 총 360부의 데이터를 분석에 사용하였다. 분석에는 SPSS와 AMOS 프로그램을 사용하였다. 연구 결과 소셜 플랫폼 인플루언서 특성 중 애착에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인은 신뢰성, 전문성과 친밀성으로 나타났으며, 소셜 플랫폼 인플루언서에 대한 애착도가 높을수록 브랜드 충성도가 높아짐을 확인하였다.
