균형성과표(BSC)개념을 적응한 학교급식 운영성과 측정지표 개발 (Development of Performance Indicators Based on Balanced Score Card for School Food Service Facilities)

  • This study raised the necessity of developing performance indicators for measuring the management efficiency and effectiveness of school food service, and as a means of helping its implementation, a balanced score card (BSC) approach developed by Norton and Kaplan was adopted. This study established BSC in seven phases through literature: Phase 1 Defining a school food service and the scope of working activities, Phase 2 Establishing the vision of a school food service, Phase 3 Setting strategic goals, Phase 4 Identifying critical success factors (CSFs), Phase 5 Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Phase 6 Extracting cause and effect relationship, and Phase 7 Completing a preliminary BSC. The preliminary BSC was fumed into a survey, which was administered to food service related people working at the Office of Education and School Food Service including 16 offices,209 dietitians, 48 school administrators both from self-operated and contract-managed, and 9 experts in areas related to school food service. They were asked questions about strategies from 4 different perspectives,12 CSFs, 39 KPls, and the cause and effect relationships among them. As a result, among the CSFs based on 4 different perspectives, all factors other than ' zero sum on profit/loss ' from the financial perspective turned out to be valid. In terms of KPIs, manufacturing cost percentages, casualty loss count/reduction rates, school foodervice participation rates, and sales goal achievement rates were found to be valid from the financial perspective, while student satisfaction index, faculty satisfaction index, leftover ratio, nutrition educational performance count, index of evaluating nutrition education, customer claim count/reduction rate, handling customer claim count/reduction rate, and parent satisfaction index were found to be valid from the customers' perspective. Besides, nutritional requirement sufficient ratio, nutritional management score, food poisoning outbreak count, employee safety accident count, sanitary inspection assessment index, meals per labor hour (productivity index), computerization ratio, operational management index, and purchase management assessment index were also found to be valid from the perspective of internal business processes. From the perspective of innovation and learning, employee turnover ratio/rate of absenteeism, annual education and training count, employee satisfaction index, human resource management assessment index, annual menu-related customer feedback, food service information index for employees and parents/schools were also found to be valid. The significance of this study is to present indices for measuring overall performance of school lunch food service operations without putting any limitation on types of school food service management, and to help correctly assess the contribution of the current types of school food service management to schools and students. 구강암 환자의 전문가 구강건강관리 수행현황 및 견해조사 (A survey on the current status and the opinion of professional oral health care for oral cancer patients)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify the status and opinions of professional oral health care performance in oral cancer patients. Methods: Seven National University Dental Hospitals and the National Cancer Center in Korea surveyed the medical personnel in charge of oral health care for oral cancer patients. The questionnaire consisted of 16 questions, including the status of expert oral health care education and performance for oral cancer patients, etc. A total of 47 questionnaires were retrieved, and the collected data were used in PASW Statistics 23.0 to perform frequency analysis, cross-analysis, and kruskal Wallis tests. Results: A survey of oral health care education found that 29.8% of the medical personnel had received education. The most performed of professional oral health care was found that applying fluoride by dental hygienist, treating stomatitis by dentist, and wiping mouths with sponge by nurse. The assessment of self-performance has shown that applying fluoride by dental hygienists has a statistically significant difference. Only 37.8% of oral health care education for patients was conducted. Most recognized that oral health care in oral cancer patients was important, but it is difficult to provide care due to lack of performance personnel and time, opportunities for performance personnel to be educated. The improvement was found to require an increase in the number of performance personnel, placement of professionals, and practical training to enhance performance capabilities. Conclusions: For oral health care of oral cancer patients, continuous education for medical personnel, establishment of oral health care manual and medical system, research on oral health care of oral cancer patients and public relations campaign will have to be activated. Development of expert care manual analysis and evaluation tools for oral health care in oral cancer patients in the future and development of standardized curriculum will be necessary.

사회적 배려대상 음악영재의 환경요인 특징 탐색 (Exploring the Characteristics of Environmental Catalysts of the Disadvantaged Gifted in Music)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 영재성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 규명된 환경요인이 사회적 배려대상 음악영재에게는 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 그 특징을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 사회적 배려대상 음악영재 19명을 대상으로 설문 형식의 자기평가와 자기소개서, 면담 자료를 수집하고, 주로 면담 자료를 Gagn$\acute{e}$의 환경요인을 기반으로 그 특징을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 사회적 배려대상 음악영재의 주변 환경은 대체로 학생들의 음악활동과 학습에 좋은 자극을 주지 못했다. 그리고 부모가 음악에 대해 많은 관심을 가지고 경제적 심리적 지원을 하지만 음악영재성에 대한 잘못된 인식과 조언 등을 제공하여 부정적인 영향을 미치기도 했다. 또한 사회적 배려대상 음악영재들은 자신을 가르치는 교사가 전문성이 부족하다고 인식하고 있었고, 대부분의 연구대상이 이수중인 지역교육프로그램과 학교 방과후 프로그램은 음악영재교육의 특성을 갖추지 못하고 있었다. 그리고 음악영재에게 중요한 수상 경험이나 연주기회, 결정경험이 충분히 이루어지지 못했다. 이러한 연구결과를 기반으로, 사회적 배려대상 음악영재에 대한 사회적 인식의 개선, 부모교육의 필요성, 음악영재 교사교육 강화, 음악영재성 계발을 위한 프로그램 개발 및 보급, 학습동기와 성취동기 고취를 위한 다양한 기회 제공 등을 위한 정책을 제언하였다.

한국 교인들의 목회간호 역할기대 (Parishioner's role Expectations of Parish Nursing)

  • Parish nursing is a community health nursing role developed in 1983 by Lutheran Chaplain Granger Westberg. An increasing emphasis on holistic care, personal responsibility for a healthy lifestyle, and changes in healthcare delivery systems have undoubtedly facilitated the establishment of an innovative nursing role in the community. Parish nurses are functioning in a variety of church congregations of various denominations. The parish nurse is a educator, a personal health counselor, a coordinator of volunteers. The parish nurses helps people relate to the complexed medical care system and assists people to integrate faith and health. The purpose of this study is to investigate what the korean parishioners want in parish nursing and what type of role expectation from parish nurse. The subjects were 1138 parishioners of 23 churches of various denominations in nationwide Korea. Data were collected by self-reported question naires from Feb 4 to June 25. 1999. The data were analyzed by using percentage. frequency. $x^2-test$. multiple Response set with SPSS program. The results are as follows: 1. Desired parish nursing contents by parish nurses are: psychological counselling(23.4%) out of private counselling. stress management(21.1 %) out of private health education. Emergency care(14.1%) out of group health education. Blood Pressure check-ups (19.0%) out of Health check ups. home visiting(44.9%) out of patient visiting method. B T. pulse, respiration and blood pressure check(15.0%) in Care to serve in home visiting. spiritual preparation to accept the death(41.7%) in hospice care, advices to choice of medical treatment using guide(50.1%) in introducing and guiding of health care facilities, pray(21.7%) in spiritual care' faith support. 2. Desired Health Teaching Content According to Period of Clients by Parish Nurse are: Vaccination(22.5%) in infant and toddler health management. sexual education(25.3%) in adolescent health management. prenatal care (29.5%) in pregnant health management. osteoporosis prevention and management (22.4%) in Middle aged health management. dementia prevention and management(25.5%) in elderly health management. 3. The expectant role from parish nurse is spiritual care faith support(14.1%). patient visiting care(13.2%), hospice care(12.9%), private counseling(12.8%), health check ups (11.1 %), volunteer organization and training out of believer(11.0%), private health education (9.3%), group health education (8.3%). 4. In Necessity of Performing Parish Nursing according to Region, Most(over 95%) responded that nursing program is needed. so there is no significance between regions. In Performing Parish Nursing in their church, Most(92.2%) responded they want to perform program. 5. In case of performing parish nursing, 52% out of the subjects responded they want to participated in parish nursing volunteer's activity, for example. to be in active to be a companion to chat(42.1%), necessity support (25.3%), donation support(25.0%), exercise support(18.2%), vehicles support (9.9%). As a result. in holistic care and spiritual care, the need of parish nursing and the role expectation from parish nurse are very high among korean believers. Therefore, I suggest parish nursing centering around Taegu and Kyungbuk province should be extended to nationwide. For extending parish nursing program. more active advertisement and research is needed. After performing parish nursing program through out the country, further comparative research between regions should be practiced and Korean parish nursing program will be developed and activated.

중등 과학영재 지도교사의 수업 전문성에 관한 사례연구 (A Case Study on Teachers' Teaching Professionalism for Secondary Science-Gifted Students)

  • 이 연구는 2명의 중등 과학영재 지도 교사의 수업 전문성을 교수지향의 관점에서 알아보고자 한 것이다. 두 교사 모두 6년 이상 중등 과학영재의 생물 수업을 담당하였으며, 영재교육 교사연수를 이수하였다. 참여교사 당 2차시의 수업관찰과 녹화, 2차례의 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 모든 수업자료와 면담자료는 전사된 후 분석되었다. 연구결과 교사들의 수업에서 몇 가지 특징이 나타났다. 두 교사 모두 '개방적 탐구' 지향을 나타냈다. 이것은 탐구력과 창의적 문제 해결력을 신장시켜 과학영재가 과학자로 성장할 수 있도록 도와야 한다는 교사의 교육목표와 신념을 반영한 것이다. 그러나 교사의 전문적 지식의 구체적 내용과 강조점의 차이에 따른 신념은 '학문적 엄격성'과 '발견'의 서로 다른 지향으로 나타나기도 하는데, 이것은 수업에서 다루는 교과 내용 수준이나 범위 등에 영향을 주는 것으로 보인다. 교사들의 과학교수지향은 수업 대상 학생과 과학영재 수업 경험의 증가에 따라 변화한 것으로 나타났다. 이 과정에서 교사의 과학영재 교육철학이 교수지향에 중요한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 교사의 전문성 신장을 위한 지속적인 노력을 바탕으로, 교사는 수업에 대한 자기반성을 통해 과학영재교육의 이론적 지식을 비판적으로 검토한다. 이를 통해 교사의 과학영재 교육철학이 정립되고 내면화될 때, 교사가 의도한 과학교수지향이 수업 실행에서도 일치되게 나타나는 것으로 보인다.

20세기 초 미의식의 변화에 따른 국내여성들의 화장법 (The Evolution of Makeup Methods of Korean Women in Response to Changing Standards of Beauty in the Early 20th Century)

  • Although the human body is a biological subject with definite and distinctive physical features, its actualization and perception differs among societies. The aesthetics of the human body are based on diverse cultural perceptions that must be considered prior to design development. This study establishes the foundations of newly adopted concepts of beauty that are presumed to have been established in the first half of the twentieth century that continue to affect our mindset even now. The research includes human figures in the articles of women's magazines and cosmetic advertisements in the early $20^{th}$ century. The results are as follows: First, the change of perception in the human body: Instead of being a subject of preservation, the body has become a subject of sculpture with emphasis on health in the 1920's and on beauty in the 1930's. The recognition of the importance of the body has created intensive attention on physical training and an increased sense of hygiene. The body exposed to the public perceives itself through the eyes of others that alter one's own perception of oneself as well as become a target of evaluation. There is an additional emphasis on the exotic eroticism of a passive subordinate. Western culture became the standard for modernization along with the dissociation of traditional standards and values. Through the effect of education and western thinking, the awareness of women's rights and self-appreciation was developed. Second, ideal beauty can be summarized as follows: Unprocessed natural beauty was extolled as ideal in the 1920's, but the 1930's, it highlighted big eyes and an aquiline nose that are the characteristics of western women. Taking care of one's appearance was recognized as an important value for every social class. Cosmetics and skin care treatments promised soft and white skin. In contrast to western cosmetics, dark and shiny hair was highly favored. Exercising and traveling, differing seasonal and regional skin treatments were also widely accepted. In its initial stages, the research had originally assumed that the beginning of the twentieth century would be a time in which traditional concepts of beauty and new, westernized aesthetics coexisted. However, as the research progressed, it was clear that the idea of beauty had already adopted occidental ideals by that time. Thus, it seems necessary to continue the study on the shifting paradigms of beauty that must have occurred in the nineteenth and late twentieth century.

5일 금연학교의 장기적 효과에 관한 연구 (Long-term Effect of the 5-Day Stop-Smoking School)

  • As the studies that smoking can be a major cause to various diseases have been made, many following researches on the outcome of stop-smoking education were in progress. Even though researches based on the knowledge about smoking and status about the teenagers were prevalent, the research based on the outcomes in long time basis were not in progress. Therefore, I tracked the people who went through 5-Day Stop-Smoking School that has taught through complexed structure of behavioral, intellectual, and psychological education. I made researches on the average of success and the hardest point during their efforts to stop just to show the necessity of going through re-education. The objectives of this study were the ones who have completed the education on the years 1990, 1991. 47 were selected from 364 people that completed the training, and who were able to be contacted on the phone line. This study was conducted from 27 Oct. to 7 Nov. 1997 through verbal interviews based on the questionnaire. The questionnaire used here was made by myself, assisted by my professor. Analysis was made through unstructured open questions. The data was analyzed using SPSS program. The major results were as follows ; 1) General characteristics of the objectives are $97.0\%$ were male, $17\%$ ages below 40s, $34\%$ in the age group of 40s, and $48.9\%$ over 50s. Religiously christian 340/0, buddhist $19.1\%$, no religion or any other reason $46.8\%$. Status married $93.6\%$, unmarried $6.4\%$. There is someone smoking in the family $36.2\%$, no one smokes $63.8\%$. Reputation salary men $55.3\%$, personal business $27.7\%$. 2) The average of success is $42.6\%(20/47)$, the failure is $57.4\%$. 3) The results from the study 'When was the hardest point in the process of stop smoking' : For the successors the first week $33.3\%$, after the first week $66.7\%$. For the failures the first week $55\%$, after first week $45\%$(Statistics not precisely done), the most effective element that helped through the hardest point was the family $40\%$, personal determination $30\%$. 4) The necessity of re-education : Successors needed $55\%$, not needed $45\%$. Failures needed $48.1\%$, not needed $51.9\%$(Statistics not precisely done). The perfect time for reeducation : Successors in 6 months $50\%$, irregular time basis $50\%$. Failures in six months $36.4\%$, after six months $27.3\%$, irregular time basis $36.4\%$(Statistics not precisely done). Synthesizing the result of the study can't generalize the long-term effect of the stop-smoking due to the number of the objectives,. but recognize the fact that 47.6 have experienced success, and also the self-determination and the support from the family are desirable. Seeing the fact that both are great motivation to stop smoking. Since the first week is necessary. The necessity of re-education is rather high, so this education should be planned to be done repeatedly in a long term along with close observation, instead of short education.

문제도박자의 단도박 의도를 예측하는 계획된 행동 이론 검증 (Verification of the Theory of Planned Behavior that Predicts the Intention for Gambling Abstinence of Problem Gamblers)

  • 본 연구는 계획된 행동이론에 근거하여 문제도박자의 단도박 의도를 예측하는 모형의 적용가능성을 검증하기 위함이다. 지역사회 기관을 이용하는 문제도박자 100명을 대상으로 단도박 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 통제력과 단도박 의도를 조사하였다. 그리고 계획된 행동이론에 기반한 모형검증을 위해 단도박 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 통제력이 단도박 의도에 영향을 미치는지 구조방정식 모형으로 분석하였다. 연구모형 분석결과 단도박 의도에 가장 강력한 예측요인은 지각된 통제력이고 그다음이 단도박 태도였다. 그러나 주관적 규범은 단도박 의도에 의미 있는 영향력을 가지지 않았다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구자들은 문제도박자의 회복을 위해 단도박 효능감과 단도박 행동에 대한 긍정적 태도를 향상시키기 위한 인지행동적 개입을 제안하였다. 즉, 도박문제로부터 회복할 수 있다는 신념 강화를 위해 지속적인 지지와 대처기술훈련이 필요하고, 긍정적 태도를 향상하기 위한 도박문제 정보제공과 교육 역시 도움이 될 수 있다. 따라서 중독관리기관을 중심으로 도박문제에 대한 치료뿐만 아니라 예방 차원의 개입을 고려해 볼 수 있다.

기업의 HRD 관점에서 스마트러닝의 만족도와 효과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Factors Influencing the Satisfaction and Effectiveness of Smart Learning in The View of HRD in Company)

  • 본 연구는 스마트러닝 활용을 통한 새로운 기업교육의 방향성을 제시하고자 스마트러닝의 학습자만족도와 학습효과에 영향을 미치는 요인과 재수강의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대하여 실증분석 하였다. 이를 위하여 11개 기업에서 스마트러닝을 통한 교육이수자 878명의 자료를 이용하여 ANOVA분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시였으며 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스마트러닝의 학습만족도는 학습동기와 학습과정, 교육내용에 따라 차이가 있음을 규명하였다. 학습만족도는 자발적 학습동기일수록 높았으며, 학습과정에 있어 학습빈도, 학습시간 등 자기주도 학습과 관련된 요인이 학습만족도를 높이는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 학습내용이 애니메이션으로 전달될수록 학습 만족도는 높았다. 둘째, 스마트러닝에 있어 학습동기, 학습과정에 있어 자기주도 학습요인인 학습빈도와 학습시간, 교육내용이 학습효과를 높이는 요인임을 규명하였다. 셋째, 스마트러닝을 통한 학습만족도와 학습효과가 재수강의도를 강화시키는 중요한 요인임을 밝히고 있다. 이상의 분석결과를 바탕으로 기업의 HRD관점에서 스마트러닝을 통한 학습만족도와 학습효과를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안으로 기업의 지원과 적절한 보상을 제시하였으며, 스마트러닝 운영자 측면에서 학습콘텐츠 개발방향을 제시하였다.

경력지향성이 창·재취업의도에 미치는 영향 연구: 사회적자본의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Career Orientation on the Entrepreneurial·Reemployment Intention: Focused on the Mediating Effects of the Social Capitals)

  • 본 연구는 주된 일자리에서 은퇴했거나 은퇴를 앞둔 베이비붐 세대 직장인들을 대상으로 은퇴 이후 창 재취업의도에 영향을 미치는 요인과 사회적자본의 매개효과를 규명하고자 한다. 2010년 이후 베이비붐 세대의 대규모 퇴직이 시작되고 있으나 경제적 노후준비를 충분히 확보하지 못한 상태에서의 대규모 은퇴는 노동시장의 불안정과 사회복지비용 지출증가 등 사회 경제적으로 커다란 이슈가 되고 있다. 퇴직 후 30년 이상의 새로운 커리어를 시도할 수 있는 준비를 하도록 개인의 인식변화와 제도적인 지원이 구체화 되어야 한다. 연구결과, 경력지향성과 사회적자본간의 영향관계에서 관리지향성은 사회적자본에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 자율지향성은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 경력지향성과 창 재취업의도간의 영향관계에서 관리지향성은 창업의도에 영향을 미치지 않으나 재취업의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 자율지향성은 창업의도와 재취업의도 둘 다 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적자본은 창 재취업의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 경력지향성과 창 재취업의도간의 영향관계에서 사회적자본의 매개효과가 확인되었다. 따라서 잠재적 은퇴자인 베이비부머 직장인들이 재직하는 기간 동안에 개인의 경력지향에 맞는 교육, 훈련, 재취업 프로그램을 체계적으로 지원받고, 네트워크나 신뢰 등 사회적자본을 강화하여, 은퇴 후 상대적으로 폭넓은 창 재취업의 기회를 얻고, 퇴직 후에도 노동시장에 오랜 기간 머물도록 함으로써 경제적 안정과 공적연금 등 사회적 비용증가에 대한 해결책이 될 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다.
