폐경관리를 위한 효능기대증진 프로그램 개발과 그 효과에 관한 연구 (Development of an Efficacy Expectation Promoting Program for the Management of Menopause and its Effect)

  • The two objectives of this study were 1) to develop an efficacy expectation promoting program for the management of menopause based on the self-efficacy theory of Bandura(1977), and 2) to investigate the effects of the efficacy expectation promoting program for the management of menopause. The first phase was to development an efficacy expectation promoting program through video tape. A telephone coaching program served as a follow-up to the efficacy expectation promoting program which provided encouragement and support to the subjects. The second phase was the experimental stage. This experimentation was conducted to determine whether an efficacy expectation promoting program based on theory of Bandura would increase the self-efficacy and the management of menopause. Results : The video which we developed consisted of 2 parts. Part one discussed the symptoms and the management of menopause. Part two reflected the vicarious step-by-step success of middle-aged women's menopause management. The telephone coaching program served as a follow up to the efficacy expectation promoting program and provided encouragement and support to the subjects. The total length of the video is 50 minutes. The hypotheses stated in phase two were supported by following results : In the two experimental groups consisting of the natural and artificial menopause groups both demonstrated significant increase in their general and concrete self-efficacy scores. In the experimental groups, both the objective and subjective menopause management scores increased n the natural and artificial menopause experimental groups. In conclusion, it was found that an efficacy expectation promoting program was an effective nursing intervention for increasing self-efficacy and management of menopause.

여성가장의 자아존중감 향상을 위한 집단프로그램 효과 연구 (The Effectiveness of the Group Program for Improving Matriarch's Self-Esteem)

  • The objective of this research is to improved self-esteem of matriarch, and it focused on the verification of its effect by implementing a group program. The followings are the results. First of all, the matriarchs who participated in the program experienced an increase in their self-esteem, compared to the level before the program. Secondly, as each session passed, the cohesion of the group members became stronger, and both interest ana participation in the program increased. Thirdly, in terms of the individual changes of the group members, they all deviated from the past condition of being overly cautious around each other, and started to display the formation of harmonious personal relationships, showing appreciation and encouragement towards each other.

교사의 격려반응이 아동의 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Teacher's encouragement on School Adjustment of Elementary Children)

  • 본 연구는 칭찬의 한계를 대신할 수 있는 언어로 교사의 격려반응을 구체적으로 개념화하여 제안한 후, 여기에서 제안된 격려반응이 교사의 자기-연수를 통해 그 빈도가 증가할 수 있는가를 탐색하고, 이러한 교사의 격려반응이 아동의 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향을 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 연구는 다음과 같은 단계를 거쳤다. 각 단계에 따른 연구과정과 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교실장면에서 사용할 수 있는 교사의 적절한 격려반응은 어떤 것인가를 변별추출 하기위하여 2학년 담임교사 2명(7년경력, 여)을 대상으로 수업시간, 쉬는시간, 청소시간에 사용된 교사의 언어를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 교사가 사용하는 언어 유형을 범주화하였다. 그 결과, 본 연구에서의 교사의 격려반응은 경청하기, 권장하기, 지지하기, 학생감정 수용하기, 적절한 행동에 대한 언급하기로 제안할 수 있었다. 둘째, 앞에서 제안된 격려 반응을 실험집단에 효과적으로 적용하기 위하여 교사의 자기-연수를 통해 격려반응이 증가할 수 있는지를 탐색하였다. 이를 위하여 실험교사인 본 연구자는 교사 언어분석, 동료교사와의 협의, 아동들과의 면담과 같은 방법을 활용하여 자기-연수를 실시하였다. 2주에 1번씩 총 5회에 걸쳐 실험교사와 비교교사의 격려반응 빈도를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 비교교사에 비해 실험교사의 격려반응 빈도가 증가했고 이는 자기-연수를 통하여 교사의 격려반응을 증진시키는 것은 가능하다는 것을 보여준다. 셋째, 교사의 격려반응이 아동의 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위하여 초등학교 2학년 2학급 아동을 대상으로 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나눈 후 실험집단 학급을 대상으로 약 8주에 걸쳐 교사의 격려반응을 적용하였으며, 통제집단의 학급에는 어떠한 처치도 가하지 않았다. 실험집단과 통제집단 학급 학생들에게 학교생활적응에 대해 사전-사후 평가 후, 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 하였다. 그 결과, 교사의 격려반응은 아동의 학교생활적응 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 준다는 것이 확인되었다.

어머니의 부모역할지능과 유아의 자기조절능력 및 공감능력과의 관계 (The Relationships between Mothers' Parental Intelligence and Children's Abilities of Self-control and Empathy)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between mothers' parental intelligence and children's abilities of self-control and empathy. 180 children aged 5 were selected from 4 kindergartens in G city. The gender breakdown for the sample group was as follows : boys comprised 60.0% (108) and girls comprised 40.0% (72) of the total sample. The Parental Intelligence Scales (PIS) was used to rate mothers' parental intelligence. Children's self-control and empathy were also measured. The SPSS 12.0 program was used for the purposes of analyzing the data. The results of the study were as follows. Firstly, mothers' parental intelligence was related in a general sense with children's self-control. However, such a relationship did not appear between rejection in the area of parental intelligence and self appraisal in self-control, nor did it appear between acceptance in intelligence and emotion in self-control. Secondly, the variable of encouragement was the only one in evidence in terms of mothers' parental intelligence and how it was related with children's empathy.

여자 중, 고등학생들의 이성과의 신체접촉 양상에 대한 인식과 경험 실태, 성지식과 자아존중감에 대한 조사연구 (Actual State of Recognition and Experience of Love, Sex Knowledge and Self-esteem in Girl's Middle and High School Students)

  • Purpose: This study was to identify the state of recognition and experience of love, sex knowledge and self-esteem targeting girls who attended middle and high schools. Method: Data was collected from 391 girls of middle and high schools from Aug. 2004 to Nov. 2004. The collected data was analysed through t-test, and ANOVA. Result: The average age of the girls of this study was 16.9 years, and 31.6% of them discussed sex with their parents. The girls' experiences with love were hand-holding(80.8%) the most, and shoulder to shoulder(68.5%), arm in arm(67.8%), hugging(57.0%) and kissing(37.9%) in sequence, while coitus and pregnancy appeared in 0.8% of the cases. The score of sex knowledge was 68.8 and self-esteem was 74.4. Self-esteem was related to age and discussing sex with their parents. Conclusion: As the results above show, the majority of girl-students were mostly knowledgable about friendship and love expressions. At school and home, society's support and encouragement are required so that sex education at a young age and a positive self-concept may be formed.

Analyses on the Perception's Differences of Online Teaching Activity according to the Level of Self-Directed Learning in Higher Education Using the IPA Technique

  • The purpose of this study was to identify learners' perception of teaching activities in online classes that were forcibly switched due to COVID-19, and to compare and analyze differences in importance and performance of online teaching activities according to the level of self-directed learning in university students. To address these goals, 31 university students who took courses operated as online classes at university participated in this study, and the collected data were analyzed according to IPA procedures and methods. As a result, for online teaching activities, class attendance check and encouragement, clarity of class objectives, the ability to deliver the content of learning, and the ability of the instructor to deliver lectures were identified as factors to be constantly emphasized. Depending on the level of self-directed learning, there were significant differences between importance and performance in high level learners' interaction strategy with instructor, interaction strategy with learner, and timely provision of instructor's feedback. On the other hand, there was no significant difference between the importance and performance of online teaching activities for learners with a low level of self-directed learning. Based on these research results, several implications for the design of effective online teaching activities in future university education were proposed.

  • Menopausal women have to care for their health. Menopause is a symptom that needs to be managed in the long term, which requires safe and economical treatment even after long term use. This study proposes digital-based exercise therapy. This study also suggests resistance exercise and walking exercise methods according to the proof of previous studies. It provides motivational contents for those who cannot perform regularly. As motivational methods, self-efficacy and narrative-based history methods are accepted. Self-efficacy is improved through voice agents feedback during exercise. Feedback is a type of messages such as encouragement and motivation. The narrative-based history consists of characters of visualization that improves through values, which leveraged by the exercise.

교대근무간호사의 건강증진생활양식수준과 영향요인 (Effect Factors on Health Promotion Lifestyle of Shift Work Nurses)

  • Purpose: This descriptive study was to examine the effect factors on health promotion lifestyle of shift work nurses. Methods: The 418 working nurses who completed questionnaires with consent were analysed. Results: The average level of health promotion lifestyle of shift work nurses was 2.21 and it was significantly lower than 2.36 of fixed work nurses. In shift work nurses, the highest health promotion lifestyle was personal relationship of 2.79 and the lowest was physical activity of 1.58. The young, shorter shift work duration, unmarried and general nurses were evaluated as not-healthy diet. The old, longer shift work duration and married showed less physical activity. Less self-efficacy and more job stress, depression, fatigue showed lower health promotion lifestyle. Conclusion: Self-efficacy on health behavior of shift work nurses was the most effective factor on all areas of health promotion. Therefore, we need to develop a health promotion program including self-efficacy encouragement. We suggest that this program be more effective when more precisely characterized according to age, marital status, shift work duration, job position, and psychological problems such as depression and fatigue.

보건소 방문건강관리사업의 자조집단 운영 현황 (A study on current situation of self-help group program in community-based home visiting health service)

  • 본 연구는 방문건강관리사업에서 동일한 문제를 가진 대상자의 자기관리 증진을 위한 자조집단 현황을 파악하기 위한 조사연구이다. 전국 253개 보건소를 대상으로 설문조사하였으며, 2010년 9월 3일부터 9월 20일까지 회수된 109개소의 자료를 SPSS/WIN 18.0프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 보건소에서 방문간호사업을 담당하는 간호사는 평균 9.27명, 대상 보건소 중 자조집단 프로그램을 실시한 보건소는 48개(44.0%), 자조집단 중 암 관련 프로그램이 65건(28.8%)으로 가장 많았으며, 실행예산은 500만원 이상은 19.6%로 재정적 지원이 열악한 현실이었다. 반면에 전문인력, 자조집단 관련 정보 및 예산 부족 등의 이유로 자조집단을 운영하지 못하는 보건소들도 자조집단 프로그램의 필요성은 인식하고 있었다. 결론적으로 자조집단 형성과 운영을 위한 매뉴얼 개발 및 효과성 검증을 위한 객관적 척도 개발 연구에 기초자료를 제공할 수 있다고 본다.

대학 교양 체육수업에서 교수 피드백 유형과 자기효능감 및 운동지속의 구조적 관계 (The Structural Relations between Feedback Types by Professors of University Physical Education and Self-Efficacy and Sport Continuance)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학교양 체육수업에서 교수 피드백 유형과 자기효능감 및 운동지속의 구조적 관계를 규명하고 피드백 유형과 운동지속의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적 달성을 위해서 수도권에 소재한 대학교 3곳에서 교양체육 수업을 수강하고 있는 학생을 대상으로 유의표본추출법을 이용하여 총 309부를 최종 유효 표본으로 선정하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0 및 AMOS 18.0을 사용하여 전체모형에 대한 적합도 검증을 실시한 후 가설검정을 하였다. 그리고 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지각된 교수 피드백 유형에서 격려/칭찬 피드백과 수행지식/긍정적 비언어 피드백은 자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났고, 부정적 비언어 피드백은 자기효능감에 부적으로 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교양 체육수업에서 지각된 교수 피드백 유형의 격려/칭찬 피드백은 운동지속에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않고, 수행지식/긍정적 비언어 피드백은 정적으로, 부정적 비언어 피드백은 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째. 학생들의 자기효능감은 운동지속에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 교수 피드백 유형의 부정적 비언어 피드백과 운동지속의 관계에서 자기효능감은 유의미한 매개역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다.
