This study apply concept mapping to realize of client participation and self-determination in social welfare program for the mental disorders. They are relatively easily marginalized in decision-making process of their program. But realization of client participation and self-determination is directly connected with effect of service. For this reason, we confirmed the applicability of concept mapping in program planning that support client participation. Case of this study is social welfare program of B community psychiatric rehabilitation center located in the A city. This program is community interchange service for the mental disorders. Interchange type is to have a food with the mental disorder and the solitary elderly. We took advantage of the concept mapping to derive the outcomes that are expecting the mental disorders and mental health social workers. Concept mapping was proceeding in six steps; preparation stage ${\rightarrow}$ idea collection stage ${\rightarrow}$ structuralization stage ${\rightarrow}$ analysis stage ${\rightarrow}$ interpretation stage ${\rightarrow}$ application stage. Participants were a total of 25 people including the mental disorders and community psychiatric rehabilitation center employees. The participants produced 42 statements. Sorting results, the mental disorders produced 6 clusters; community psychiatric rehabilitation center employees produced 3 clusters. The mental disorders classified better detail than community psychiatric rehabilitation center employees. Two group were found gap of expected outcomes each other, went narrowed it. They agreed 3 expected outcomes finally. We identified empirically the usefulness of concept mapping to realize self-determination and program participation.

This is case comments of several representative legal cases regarding self- determination right of patient. In a case in which an intoxicated patient attempted suicide refusing treatment, the Supreme Court ruled that the medical team's respect for the patient's decision was an act of malpractice, and that in particular medical situations (medical emergencies) the physician's duty to preserve life supersedes the patient's rights to autonomy. Afterwards, at the request of the patient's family, and considering the patient's condition (irrecoverable death stage, etc.) consistent with a persistent vegetative state, the Supreme Court deduced the patient's intention and decide to withdraw life-sustaining treatment. More recently, regarding patients who refuse blood transfusions or other necessary treatment due to religious beliefs, the Supreme Court established a standard of judgment that can be seen as conferring equal value to the physician's duty to respect patient autonomy and to preserve life. An empirical study of legal precedent with regard to cases in which the physician's duty to preserve life conflicts with the patient's autonomy, grounded in respect for human dignity, can reveal how the Court's perspective has reflected the role of the patient as a decision-making subject and ways of respecting autonomy in Korean society, and how the Court's stance has changed alongside changing societal beliefs. The Court has shifted from judging the right to life as the foremost value and prioritizing this over the patient's autonomy, to beginning to at least consider the patient's formally stated or deducible wishes when withholding or withdrawing treatment, and to considering exercises of self determination right based on religious belief or certain other justifications with informed refusal. This will have a substantial impact on medical community going forward, and provide implicit and explicit guidance for physicians who are practicing medicine within this environment.

This research focuses on the perceived marketplace influence(PMI: A belief that recognizes the effect that an individual's actions will have on the behavior of other consumers in the market and thus drives them to act on fair trade consumption) of consumers who may act as a more fundamental explanatory alternative to the gap in attitudes and behaviors of fair trade products. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between consumer's self - determination psychological needs (autonomy, competence, relevance), influence (personal influence, market influence), and the assets of fair trade products. As a result of the empirical analysis, it was found that among the major psychological needs related to self-determination, the variables other than competence and the perceived influence relations of consumers can be directly formed, and the perceived consumer effectiveness(PCE) has a positive influence on perceived marketplace influence(PMI). It is also found that the perceived influence of consumers(PCE, PMI) has an influence on the consumers' perceived equity of Fair Trade products. The results of this study will provide an opportunity to theoretically explain the gap between consumers' attitudes and behaviors of Fair Trade products, which is a part of ethical consumption, and provide important implications for the establishment of marketing strategies.

This study was conducted to evaluate and identify what factors influence the satisfaction of the users for the fast-growing social network game based on the mobile. To this end, we looked around the variable product characteristic factor, quality and the consumer characteristic factor, user self-determination. Also we surveyed 211 male and female college students. The first finding was that all the sub-factors of the quality factor had positive effects on the satisfaction of the mobile social network games. The second finding was that all the sub-factors of the self-determination factor had positive effects on the satisfaction of the mobile social network games. The third finding was that only the sub-factors of quality had positive relative effects on the satisfaction of the mobile social network games, in the order of playfulness, usability, functionality from the most to the least. The findings of this study are expected to offer meaningful and practical suggestions for the development of high quality game contents for the user convenience, as well as the academic significance, the expansion of game-related area of research through the break from the traditional research trends, technology and engineering point of view and from the PC-based online game.

The smartphone is simply beyond the means of communication equipment, to line up the turning point of mobile convergence, is recognized as a service tool of new concept the camera, game, multimedia function, digital multimedia broadcasting, mobile internet etc, that use of smartphone is working toward developed a variety and new business models. The study is empirically studied casualties that self-determination influences flow and satisfaction which is intrinsic motivation of smartphone. There are many studies on flow, is intrinsic motivation, influencing satisfaction and Loyalty, but there are little studies which variables influences flow. this study is explore causality of autonomy, competence, relatedness which are major variables of self-determination theory that studied factors effecting intrinsic motivation influencing flow and satisfaction. This study developed a research model to explain the use of smartphone, and collected 670 survey responses from the office workers of seoul S company who had experiences with such smartphone. To prove the validity of the proposed research model, SEM analysis is applied with valid 670 questionnaires. The results, firstly, autonomy positively influences flow. secondly, competence significantly influences flow. thirdly, relatedness significantly influenced flow. also, upper above results shows that flow influences satisfaction.

This study reviews the methodology for utilizing information technology by which even non-professionalists in FTAs and commodity classification area can perform the determination of commodity classification, with ease and by themselves, by means of easy utilization of the information on commodity classification and FTAs, of importing and exporting goods. This article examines the technological elements and logics, etc. which simulate the commodity classification for utilizing FTAs. To achieve this, the author has developed the technology to support the determination of commodity classification numbers by accumulating the database of examples for classification after analyzing the classification factors by each commodity item. Utilizing this Commodity Classification Determination Supporting System, users can enjoy effects of education as well as consulting. In this regards, the advantages of this system can be enumerated as followings : Firstly, self-checking on commodity classification can be performed. Secondly, time and cost for classification can be saved. Thirdly, comprehensive competitiveness will be enhanced by allowing traders to achieve the benefit of FTA preferential tariff, for they will be able to issue the Certificate of Origins on a more accurate and precise basis of commodity classification.

The present study aims to evaluate the self-determined motivational features of smartphone addiction management apps. This study analyzed whether smartphone addiction management apps have features to support adolescent users' basic needs, that is, autonomy, competence, and relatedness. 26 apps were analyzed. Among them, 8 apps were parental management apps installed on a parent's phone and a child's phone, and 18 apps were self-management apps installed on a child's phone. According to a content analysis, only 3 of 26 apps addressed all three basic needs. Overall, the functions to support users' competence and relatedness were rarely found. Particularly, parental management apps had a high level of controlingness. The results suggest that the addiction management apps have limitations in stimulating adolescent users' self-determined motivation to manage their phone use.

Cable dome structures are composed of cables-masts and the cables should be in pre-tension since a structure without pre-tension is not stable. Under the pretension, self equilibrium stress state is the main characteristic of a cable dome structure. In this paper, a new method based on the basic principle of closed force polygon for equilibrium system is proposed for the determination of self-equilibrium mode of cable dome structure. The proposed method which is called geometric method has the unique characteristic of visualization of the force mode needed for maintenance of self-equilibrium. The basic theory for a self equilibrium of structure is that the summation of forces at each joint without any external load should be zero. The simplicity of the method which involves only drawing close polygon with the aid of suitable CAD software has been illustrated by means of a example. The results compared with mechanical calculation and existed method and shows good agreement.

In this article, a fairly extensive literature review was conducted to depict the current status of academic motivation and its developmental trend among Korean adolescents. The focal factors were perceived competence and autonomy which have been considered as major determinants of academic motivation. Theoretical frameworks adopted were self-efficacy theory, expectancy-value theory, and self-determination theory. Empirical studies conducted in Korean educational settings during the past decade were the target of the literature review. Results of the literature analysis revealed that, in general, there was a decreasing tendency in perceived competence from elementary to middle school which followed by a slight increase after entering high school. Similar trend revealed in the development of autonomous motivation, in that middle and high school students' intrinsic motivation levels were lower than that of the elementary groups. The amotivational tendency was increased as the grade level proceeded toward high school, which requires attention from educators. Discussion was followed in an attempt to provide plausible interpretations for this undesirable current status of Korean adolescents' academic motivation and to suggest implications for possible remedial actions both in pedagogical perspectives and students' well-being.

This study examined whether game usage would alleviate players' aggressive tendencies. Other game-related variables, psychological care factors (adaptive game use tendency, game self-efficacy, and life self-efficacy), and psychological problem factors (loneliness and depression) were controlled for determination of the effect. We drew on the catharsis theory from therapeutic psychology literature to explain how game usage contributes to the alleviation of aggressive tendencies. Over two weeks data were collected from 918 participants online. The results indicated that gaming activity had a significant effect on aggression. Higher levels of game and life self-efficacy, as well as adaptive game use tendencies, decreased the degree of aggression. Likewise, higher levels of loneliness and depression reduced the degree of aggression. Results and implications are discussed.
