Workflow is the automation of a business process, in whole or part, during which documents, information or tasks are passed from one participant to another for action, according to a set of procedural rules. The software selection problem is made difficult by the multiplicity of competing products and the lack of expertise and experience of users in the methods of software evaluation. Although the selection process for workflow is similar to that proposed for the acquisition of any software packages, differences arise in their evaluation criteria and choice methods. In this paper, we suggest the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method for selecting workflow software. The AHP is an intuitively easy method for formulating and analyzing decisions. It was developed to solve a specific class of problems that involves prioritization of potential alternate solutions. We showed how to evaluate 9 commercial workflow products by deciding the relative importance of the main criteria in the AHP model. We utilized the evaluation data for criteria ready suggested by specialist groups. Our methodology will be helpful to those who are going to adopt a best workflow product in their organizations. Although the criteria and their evaluation scores regarding workflow products are suggested, it is not easy to apply them to a real case and get solutions without a model.

It is anticipated that Gadeok New Airport will be constructed, and the entity responsible for its operation will be a new airport authority, not the existing airport corporation, as the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has announced its plan to establish the Gadeok New Airport Construction Authority. Based on the precedents of existing airport corporations, it is expected that the future authority will undergo organizational changes to become an airport corporation. This study seeks to establish criteria for selecting overseas airports for benchmarking when researching the entity that will operate the newly established Gadeok New Airport authority. To provide a specific basis for selecting overseas airports for the future operation of Gadeok Airport, the Delphi survey method will be used to derive criteria. Currently, when examining the participation of local governments in regional airports, Gimhae International Airport is operated solely by the Korea Airports Corporation, receiving criticism for the lack of participation by the local government, such as Busan City, in decision-making related to airport operation and local reinvestment. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to provide early direction for improvement in this regard.

Although there has been growing interests in outsourcing the logistics sectors in the industry, not much research was undertaken to provide the processes and standards in choosing the right 3PL for the company. In this research, we attempt to provide the 3PL selection criteria and its priority orders. We surveyed and interviewed the various industry experts and analyzed results using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The study reveals that manufactures and logistics companies have different understanding of the selection criteria and priorities in outsourcing the 3PL.

The purpose of this thesis addresses a development of an expert system to support a decision making of the vender selection. The researches related to the vender selection problems have been studied and they provide 23 criteria to select proper venders. In this thesis, 8 criteria have been used to construct a knowledge base of the expert system. The system in this thesis consists of 6 steps in its procedure. Step 1 decides a specification that satisfies customer's needs and Step 2 chooses a part supplied by a vender. The type of an outside order is decided in Step 3 and some venders satisfying the customer's needs are selected in Step 4. Some of the venders chosen from step 4 which do not satisfy the fatal cirteria(that is Quality, Delivery, Price) can be deleted in Step 5. In the last step, 8 cirteria is used to select 3 venders according to their ranking. Consequently, this program provides for a man, who does not have the experiances, an efficient way to select appropriate venders in the vender selection problems.

국방부 또는 공공기관에서 관리하는 모든 데이터베이스 및 시스템의 데이터는 일정 품질 이상 보장하는 것이 원칙이나 대부분 다수의 정보시스템을 구축·운영하기 때문에 현실적으로 모든 시스템에 대한 데이터 품질관리는 한계가 있다. 국방데이터는 업무의 특성상 공개되지 않는 데이터가 대부분이고 군에서 업무의 필요 및 중요도에 따라 전략적으로 개발되거나 통합되어 관리하는 시스템이 많다. 또한, 무기체계에서 발생하는 센서데이터, 비정형데이터, 인공지능 학습데이터 등 데이터 품질관리가 필요한 다양한 유형의 많은 데이터가 축척되고 생성되고 있다. 그러나, 국방데이터를 위한 데이터 품질관리 가이드 및 품질관리 대상 선정에 대한 가이드가 부재한 상황이고, 공공데이터 품질관리 매뉴얼의 기준에 따라 국방데이터의 품질관리 대상 데이터베이스 및 시스템을 선정하기에는 선정 기준이 모호하며 실무 담당자에 의존적이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 국방데이터의 품질관리를 위한 대상 체계 선정 기준에 대하여 제안하며, 제안한 선정기준들과 기존 매뉴얼의 선정기준과의 관계성에 대하여 기술한다.

This paper studies on physical strength measurement utilized for selecting military sportsmen. In order to estimate physical potential capability of a volunteer for a sportsmen, scores of physical strength factors are used and a regression model is developed. And then the results of this model and current physical strength measurement are compared. This paper shows that the model developed here is more effective than current measurement, since measurable physical strength factors are reduced and physical strength factors are quantified by comparing each other.

A numerical approach combining the finite element method with two different stability criteria namely the Budiansky and the phase-plane buckling criteria is used to study the dynamic buckling phenomena of plate and shell structures subjected to sudden applied loading. In the finite element analysis an explicit time integration scheme is used and the two criteria are implemented in the Finite Element analysis. The dynamic responses of the plate and shell structures have been investigated for different values of the plate and shell imperfection factors. The results indicate that the dynamic buckling time, which is normally considered in predicting elasto-plastic buckling behavior, should be taken into consideration with the buckling criteria for elastic buckling analysis of plate and shell structures. By selecting proper control variables and incorporating them with two dynamic buckling criteria, the unique dynamic buckling load can be obtained and the problems of ambiguity and contradiction of dynamic buckling load of plate and shell structure can be resolved.

The purpose of this study is to select the sustainability evaluation criteria of detached house and assess it's importance. The theoretical study is performed to select the evaluation criteria. Expert's survey and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique are conducted to assess the importance of each factors. In a result, the four sustainability evaluation criteria was energy, economy, environment, and quality of life. Also, the energy was the most important sustainability evaluation criteria factor, while the weight of four factors showed similar weights.

Recently, the interoperability has become more important to enhance the net-centric capabilities of the warfighter. DITA (Defense Information Technical stAndard) is the set of IT standards for improving interoperability, scalability, effectiveness, and efficiency. In this paper, we analyzed the standardizing process to derive the selection criteria and structurized the derived selection criteria using the KJ (Kawakita Jiro) method. Finally, we developed an evaluation model for selecting a standard for DITA using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). As a result, we present eight selection criteria (maintainability, trend, stability, portability, effect of other standard, constraint of the network, and applicability to the systems). We also applied some examples that several IT standards to our selection model for validating the model. We expect our model to help to decide objectively whether the new standard can be listed in DITA.

Objective: The self-decisions of the client regarding the meaningful work as a therapeutic approach of client-orientation. The Cognitive Orientation to daily Occupational Performance (CO-OP) is an occupation-oriented problem-solving approach. The purpose of this study was to describe the goals and intervention protocols of CO-OP in those affected by stroke. Design: A systematic review. Methods: Using EBSCOhost, PubMed, and ProQuest databases, we searched studies published in the past decade that utilized the CO-OP intervention. An initial search revealed 71,171 potential articles. After applying our search criteria to screen the titles, abstracts, and full-text, we included 7 articles that met our inclusion and exclusion criteria. In this study, we used the patient, intervention(s), comparison, outcome method to analyze the 7 selected studies. We analyzed the frequency of goals and intervention protocols. Results: Seven articles met our selection criteria; these studies included participants with an almost normal cognitive function from inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation facilities. CO-OP was used for 237 goals; the most used goal was the instrumental activities of daily living. The training procedure used 3 types of self-selecting goals in the activities. One of the goals was not trained, but was only evaluated to determine the generation effect. The most common outcome measurements included the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure and the Performance Quality Rating Scale. Conclusions: This research provided information about the effectiveness of CO-OP and selecting the correct evaluation tool to assess the efficiency of the intervention. This study suggests that treatment with CO-OP in occupational therapy is effective and that it outlines common protocols.
