The ways of mathematical meditative concentration of one's attentive calculation are the important records of the mathematics in the Korean mathematical history. Through them, we can find the methods of the mathematical thinking several generations ago, and presume the styles of life in the Chosun dynasty as men see the ancient life by the fossils. Thus we need to see them out of our unconcerns and rearrange them from the disorder without distortions.

See-through HMD type 3D display can provide an advantage of us seeing virtual 3D data used stereoscopic display simultaneously with real object(MR-Mixed Reality). But, when user sees stereoscopic display for a long time, not only eye fatigue phenomenon happens but also de-focus phenomenon of data happens by fixed focal point of virtual data. Dissatisfaction of focus adjustment of eye can be considered as the important reason of this phenomenon. In this paper, We proposed an application of multi-focus in see-through HMD as a solution of this problem. As a result, we confirmed that the focus adjustment coincide between the object of real world and the virtual data by multi-focus in monocular condition.

본 논문에서는 문화유산 현장에서의 몰입형 교육을 위한 VST(Video See-through) 방식의 HMD(Head Mounted Display) 기반 XR(eXtended Reality) 체험 프레임워크를 제안한다. 매장문화재적 요소가 강한 문화유산 현장의 경우 실물이 남아있지 않아 교육 및 체험 측면에서 흥미로운 정보 전달이 어렵다. 최근 모바일 기기의 대중적인 확산에 따라 이를 이용해 문화유산 현장에 소실된 문화유산을 AR(Augmented Reality)로 복원 및 시각화하거나 관련 정보를 제공하는 연구들이 이루어졌으며, 나아가 OST(Optical See-through) 방식의 안경형 AR 디스플레이를 활용하는 사례들도 등장했다. 그러나 이러한 연구들은 기기의 특성으로 인해 몰입감과 사용성 측면에서 한계점을 보였으며, 단순히 소실된 문화유산의 복원된 모습을 정적으로 시각화하는 것에 그쳐 문화유산 현장에 내재된 동적인 역사 스토리를 재현한다는 측면에서 부족한 점이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 문화유산 현장에서 VST-HMD를 이용하여 AR 기반의 정적 문화유산 시각화뿐만 아니라 VR(Virtual Reality) 기반의 동적 역사 스토리 애니메이션을 제공하는 XR 체험 프레임워크를 제안하여 더욱 몰입감 있고 만족스러운 문화유산 교육을 제공하는 방안에 대해 검토한다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the concept of a sexual image and verify the method of its design expression through case studies of the sexual image evening dress shown in an Haute Couture Collection over the last 10 years (2005~2014). The results of analysis are as follows: First, "expression by the seeing through of the natural body" expressed a natural sexual image that combined fashion of the previous times with the beauty of the natural body by using a see-through material and classic or ethnic image. Second, "expression of a sexual-image look that emphasizes romantic detail" illustrated a romantic sexual image that emphasizes feminine sensitivity by mixing various ornamental elements such as see-through material and symbolism of underwear image. Third, "creation of a nude look using skin color" expressed sexual image of an evening dress by inducing erotic sexual association through a combination of opaque material of skin color and design shape that is intended for body exposure. Fourth, "combination of sexual symbol and heterogeneous elements" expressed a decadent, avant-garde and futuristic sexual images by using women's underwear and a sexual symbol as design motif and mixed with mismatching elements. Fifth, "use of a fantastic black image" expressed an exclusive and refined sexual image and a decadent and primitive sexual image by using a fantastic image of black color. The results of this study are expected to be used for the design process of the evening-dress industry that aims for quality improvement.

Leakage reduction through annular type seals of turbomachinery is necessary for enhancing their efficiency and the precise prediction method of seal leakage is needed. The analysis based on Bulk-flow concept has been mainly used in predicting seal leakage. However, full Navier-Stokes Equations with turbulent model derived in the seal flow passage have to be solved for improving the prediction of seal leakage. FLUENT 6 which is commercial CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) code based on FVM(Finite Volume Method) and SIMPLE algorism has been used to analyze leakage of various non-contact-type seals in this presentation. Comparing with the results of Bulk-flow model analysis and experiment, the result of CFD analysis shows good agreement with that of existing theoretical analysis for the incompressible grooved seal and compressive plain and staggered seal. The CFD analysis also shows improvement on the leakage prediction of the incompressible plain seal and compressive see-through-type labyrinth seal.

The Video See-through HMD(VSHMD) captures real-world view through a camera set mounted in front of the HMD. The VSHMD outputs this visual information in real time through the display in the HMD, which technique can be used as mixed reality, augmented reality, and virtual reality device. Recently, there is growing interest in VSHMD due to the rapid development of camera and display technology. However, VSHMD is still not free from many technical huddles and human factor issues. This paper summarizes the VSHMD related researches so far, presents the major issues to be solved in advance, and suggests design considerations that should be beneficial to VSHMD development, focused on the human factors, that presents solutions to effectively overcome the limitations of VSHMD functionalities in current.

This paper presents a prototype visualization system of mixed reality for a VR flight simulator. The chroma key technique is used to build the mixed reality model for a VR flight simulator. The Daedeok science town can be visualized in real time according to the rider control. He can also see his own hand/foot operating the control stick/rudder as well as virtual environment projected to the blue-screen using a video-see-through HMD.

The flamboyant progress of Korean Medicine in Mid-Chosun dynasty was possible with the existence of "Eui Rim Chwal Yo" and further more, it formed a main frame of "Dong Eui Bo Gam". Following results were lead to through comparing and analyzing "Yuk Dae Eui Hak Sung See", a chapter of "Eui Rim Chwal Yo". As well as "Yuk Dae Eui Hak Sung See" of "Eui Rim Chwal Yo" took the same chapter of "Eui Hak Ip Mun" as a main frame, it contains profiles of historic doctors and their clinical reports so that next generation doctors could follow, and furthermore had significant influences on Korean Medicine History, not to speak of "Yuk Dae Eui Bang" of "Dong Eui Bo Gam".
