위암검진행태 단계의 관련요인 : PAPM을 적용하여 (Using the PAPM to Examine Factors Associated with Stages of Adoption for Stomach Cancer Screening)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to determine the distribution of stages of adoption in stomach cancer screening and elucidate differences among stages. Methods: A randomly selected sample of 712 Korean males and females aged 40 years or over were interviewed. Stomach cancer screening intention and behavior, sociodemographic characteristics, beliefs, self-efficacy and reinforcing characteristics were assessed. Results: The majority of participants were not on-schedule screening(unaware 3.2%, unengaged 20.8%, deciding about acting 24.0%, decided not to act 9.6%, decided to act 14.5%, acting 9.7%, maintenance 18.3%). Perceived susceptibility, perceived barriers, self-efficacy, other cancer screening experiences were significantly associated with higher compared to lower Precaution Adoption Process Model(PAPM) stages. Conclusions: This study appears to be applicable of the Precaution Adoption Process Model to understanding stomach cancer screening behavior. Our results suggest that it is needed to develop the tailored message for adherence of stomach cancer screening.

자궁경부암 검진에 대한 한국 여성의 인식 연구 (The Study on Korea Women's Recognition on Cervical Cancer Screening)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 2016년 1월부터 검진연령이 만 20세까지 확대된 자궁경부암 검진에 대한 한국 여성의 연령대별 인식을 체계적으로 조사하는 것이다. 자료는 2017년 7월 26일부터 31일까지 온라인 설문 조사를 수행하여 총 332명의 설문응답을 수집하였다. 332부를 활용하여 빈도분석, 교차분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 현행 자궁경부암 검진사업에 대해 116명(34.9%)만이 인지하고 있었다. 또한 대다수의 응답자인 298명(89.8%)은 수검의도가 있었지만, 실제 검진경험이 있는 사람은 209명(63.0%)으로 낮았다. 따라서 검진의 중요성에 대한 교육 및 홍보를 통해 수검률을 높일 필요성이 있다.

채용 전형에서 인공지능 기술 도입이 입사 지원의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Artificial Intelligence Adoption in Candidates Screening and Job Interview on Intentions to Apply)

  • Purpose Despite the recent increase in the use of selection tools using artificial intelligence (AI), far less is known about the effectiveness of them in recruitment and selection research. Design/methodology/approach This paper tests the impact of AI-based initial screening and interview on intentions to apply. We also examine the moderating role of individual difference (i.e., reliability on technology) in the relationship. Findings Using policy-capturing with undergraduate students at a large university in South Korea, this study showed that AI-based interview has a negative effect on intentions to apply, where AI-based initial screening has no effect. These results suggest that applicants may have a negative feeling of AI-based interview, but they may not AI-based initial screening. In other words, AI-based interview can reduce application rates, but AI-based screening not. Results also indicated that the relationship between AI-based initial screening and intentions to apply is moderated by the level of applicant's reliability on technology. Specifically, respondents with high levels of reliability are more likely than those with low levels of reliability to apply for firms using AI-based initial screening. However, the moderating role of reliability was not significant in the relationship between the AI interview and the applying intention. Employing uncertainty reduction theory, this study indicated that the relationship between AI-based selection tools and intentions to apply is dynamic, suggesting that organizations should carefully manage their AI-based selection techniques throughout the recruitment and selection process.

Research on the Uses and Gratifications of Tiktok (Douyin short video)

  • With the advent of the 5G era, smart phones and communications network technology have progressed, and mobile short video of people's life can be made, Of the new tools of communication, at present, China's social short video industry has shown rapid development, and the most representative of the short video app is Douyin (international version: Tiktok). Under the background of Uses and Gratifications Theory, this study discusse the relationship between Douyin users' preference degree, use motivation, use satisfaction and attention intention. This study divides the content of Douyin video into 10 categories, selects the form of an online questionnaire survey, uses SPSS software to conduct quantitative analysis of 202 questionnaires after screening, and finally draws the following conclusions: (1) The content preference degree of Douyin short video (the high group and low group) is different in users' use motivation, users' satisfaction degree and users' attention intention. ALL results are within the range of statistical significance.(2) Douyin users' video content preference degree has a positive impact on users' use motivation, users' satisfaction degree, and users' attention intention. (3) Douyin users' motivation has a positive impact on users' satisfaction and user' attention intention. (4) Douyin users' satisfaction degree has a positive impact on users' attention intention. Based on the research results, we suggest that Douyin platform pushes videos according to users' preferences. In addition, as the preference degree has an impact on users' motivation, satisfaction degree and attention intention of using the platform, it is important that the platform's focus should to pay attention to the preference degree of users. Collecting users' preferences at the early stage of users' entering the platform is a good way to learn from, and doing a good job of big data collection and management in the later operation.

건강검진센터 이용자의 재이용 의도에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Intent to Revisit of Health Screening Center Visitors)

  • 본 연구는 건강검진센터 이용자들의 재이용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 자료 수집은 일개 종합병원의 건강검진센터를 방문한 195명을 대상으로 자가보고 설문지를 이용하였다. 건강검진센터 재이용 의도는 고객만족과 구전 커뮤니케이션과 정적 상관관계를 보였으며, 다중 회귀분석 결과, 고객만족과 지각된 건강상태가 재이용 의도의 총 분산의 29%를 설명하였다. 따라서 건강검진센터 재이용 의도를 높이기 위해서는 병원과 간호관리자는 센터 이용자들의 고객만족을 향상시키는 노력을 하여야 한다. 특히 건강검진 결과 상담과 고객의 요구에 따른 개별적인 맞춤형 건강관리, 고객관리관리 및 마케팅 전략이 요구된다. 또한 기존의 단순한 건강 체크 혹은 고객 접수만을 하였던 건강검진센터의 간호사의 역할을 적극적이고 개별 맞춤형 건강교육을 제공하고 초기 진료 후 계속적으로 건강검진 계획과 건강관리를 하도록 하는 역할로의 확장이 필요하다.

건강검진 수검자의 의료기관내 검진센터 선택요인과 만족도 (Determination Factors and Satisfaction of Health Screening Center by Health Examination at Hospital)

  • 본 연구는 의료기관 내 검진센터의 선택요인, 만족도, 재이용의사를 파악하여 이용자의 선호도를 이해하고 검진센터 이용자의 지속적인 검진센터 유도방안을 모색하기 위하여 2013년 2월 22일부터 2013년 4월 5일 까지 부산시 의료기관 내 검진센터를 운영하고 있는 10개소를 선정하여 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 검진센터를 방문한 수검자들을 대상으로 하여 892부의 설문지를 이용하여 빈도, 비율, 평균의 차이분석, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 연구대상자들의 인구사회학적 특성은 여성, 50대 연령, 대졸 이상의 학력, 사무 전문직, 월평균 소득 200만원 미만, 직장인 일반 신검자, 신검센터의 방문이 처음이 아닌 사람, 질병이 없고, 건강하다고 생각하는 사람에서 높은 분포를 보였다. 검진센터 선택요인은 접근성, 직장과의 제휴, 주변권유 순의 결과를 보였다. 검진센터에 대한 만족도는 접근성(3.59), 검진내용(3.59), 브랜드인지도(3.58)시설 환경(3.50), 비용경제성(3.40) 순의 결과를 보였다. 질병이 없는 40~50대 연령층에서 검진센터를 재방문 할 의향이 높게 나타났다. 그러므로 이들 집단에 대한 적극적인 관리방안의 모색이 필요하다. 그리고 검진센터의 검진 종류 및 검진 항목을 다양화하여 이용자의 특성에 적합한 건강 검진이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

인지와 낙관적 편견이 여대생의 산부인과 방문의도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Cognition and Optimistic Bias on the Intention to Visiting Obstetrics and Gynecology of Women College Students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the intention of visiting obstetrics and gynecology of female college students by considering their perception and optimistic bias. Methods: The study included a total of 135 female college students under the age of 25. The data collection period is a descriptive research study conducted online from April 8, 2019 to April 16, 2019. The collected data were analyzed using the correlation of t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression using SPSS 20.0. Results: The degree of intention of behavior for visits to obstetrics and gynecology was $3.10{\pm}1.06points$ on average. Intention of behavior for visits to obstetrics and gynecology had significant variance depending on sexual experience (t=3.09, p<.001). The intention of behavior for visits to obstetrics and gynecology had positive correlations with the cognition of visits to obstetrics and gynecology (r=.422, p<.001), the optimism bias (r=.419, p<.001). Influence factors emerged the optimism bias, cognition and sexual experience with explanatory power of 30.4%. Conclusion: The results of this paper can be used to prepare the basic data for the development of educational programs to promote preventive gynecological visits of female college students. Through this, the preventive screening rate, the quality of reproductive health in women's lives.

여성의 암 검진에 대한 지불의사 (Women's Willingness to Pay for Cancer Screening)

  • Objectives: The goal of this study is to measure women's willingness to pay for cancer screening and to identify those factors associated with this willingness to pay. Methods: A population-based telephone survey was performed on 1,562 women (aged 30 years or over) for 2 weeks (9-23th, July, 2004). Data about sociodemographic characteristics, health behaviors, the intention of the cancer screenings and willingness to pay for cancer screening were collected. 1,400 respondents were included in the analysis. The women's willingness to pay for cancer screening and the factors associated with this willingness to pay were evaluated. Results: The results show that 76% of all respondents have a willingness to pay for cancer screening. Among those who are willing to pay, the average and median amount of money for which the respondents are willing to pay are 126,636 (s.d.: 58,414) and 120,000 won, respectively. As the status of education & the income are higher, the average amount that women are willing to pay becomes much more. The amount of money women are willing to pay is the highest during the 'contemplation' stage. Being willing to payor not is associated with a change of behavior (transtheoretical model), the income, the concern about the cancer risk, the family cancer history, the marital status, the general health exam, age and the place of residence. Income is associated with a greater willingness to pay. Old age was associated with a lower willingness to pay. Conclusions: According to the two-part model, income and TTM are the most important variables associated with the willingness to pay for cancer screening. The cancer screening participation rate is low compared with the willingness to pay for cancer screening. It is thought that we have to consider the participants' behavior that's associated with cancer screening and their willingness to pay in order to organize and manage cancer screening program.

Your Expectation Matters When You Read Online Consumer Reviews: The Review Extremity and the Escalated Confirmation Effect

  • This study examines how an initially perceived product value affects consumer's purchase intention after reading online reviews with various tones. The study proposes that associations among initially perceived overall product value, degree of confirmation resulting from reading the reviews, and final purchase intention differ across review tones such that 1) when the tone is favorable, the effect of an initially perceived product value is stronger than when the tone is critical, and 2) when the tone is extreme, the effect of confirmation is stronger than when the tone is moderate. The survey was conducted with 276 online shopping mall users in Korea, and most of the hypotheses were supported. This study asserts that the effects of online reviews should be considered together with customer's level of expectation formed prior to reading online reviews, which resulted from extensive search and screening processes that the customer went through before reading online reviews.

레스토랑 종업원의 유머감각이 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Effects of Restaurant Employees' Sense of Humor on Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention)

  • 본 연구는 외식기업의 효율적인 인적자원관리를 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 외식산업에 종사하는 서울지역 레스토랑 종업원을 대상으로 유머감각이 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증적으로 분석하였다. 유머감각은 메타메시지 감수성, 유머의 선호도, 정서의 표현성, 유머에 의한 대처 요인으로 도출되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유머감각 요인 중 유머에 대한 선호도, 유머에 의한 대처, 메타메시지 감수성 순으로 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 정서의 표현성은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유머에 대한 선호도, 정서의 표현성순으로 이직의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 메타메시지 감수성, 유머에 의한 대처는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 유머감각이 직무만족과 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 연구결과를 토대로 유머감각에 대한 중요성을 인식하고 종업원 선발시 유머감각에 대한 평가가 고려되어야 할 것이다.
