Traditionally, the implant treatment require load-free healing period of at least 3 months in the mandible and 6 months in the maxilla. But this long healing period provides patients with the discomfort and economical trouble. Many experiments has been attempted for the outcome of such disadvantage, so recently the immediate loaded implant is getting popularity. Several literature has been published for clinical success of immediate loaded implant. The studies for the success rate of immediate loaded implant in multi-way has been reporting, nevertheless, we don't have yet a probable success. Various studies have been practiced that the advantages and disadvantages associated with immediate loaded implant, and factors that may influence the success of immediate implant, including patient selection, type of bone quality, required implant length, structure of the implant, surgical skill, need for achieving primary stability, control of occlusal force, peri-implant bone activity. The objective of this study is to review the literature related to immediate loading of implants and to discuss factors that may influence this treatment modality, based on scientific evidence.

Evaluation of the implementation and performance of a firm's green supply chain management (GSCM) is an ongoing process. Balanced scorecard is a multi-criteria evaluation concept that highlights implementation and performance measures. The literature on the framework is abundant literature but scarce on how to build a hierarchical framework under uncertainty with dependence relations. Hence, this study proposes a hybrid approach, which includes applied interpretive structural modeling to build a hierarchical structure and uses the analytic network process to analyze the dependence relations. Additionally, this study applies the fuzzy set theory to determine linguistic preferences. Twenty dependence criteria are evaluated for a GSCM implemented firm in Taiwan. The result shows that the financial aspect and life cycle assessment are the most important performance and weighted criteria.

Dual response surface optimization (DRSO), inspired by Taguchi's philosophy, attempts to optimize the process mean and variability by using response surface methodology. Researches on DRSO were extensively done in 1990's and have been matured recently. This paper reviews the existing DRSO methods from the decision making perspective. More specifically, this paper classifies the existing DRSO methods based on the optimization criterion and the timing of preference articulation. Also, some of case studies are reviewed. Extension to multiresponse optimization, triple response surface optimization, and application of data mining method are suggested as future research issues.

In a study, the selection of a relevant methodology cannot be determined without an effort First of all, the philosophical view or understanding of the nature of a study area will be agreed, based on which a series of judgment will be performed on a process identifying a foundation or a validity of a knowledge. The findings are as follows. First, it analyzed the trend of food serviceㆍculinary art-related studies by subject and examined its awareness. The most studies are related to trend analysisㆍfood service, 104 papers, following by financial and strategic fulfillment, 76 papers. Service quality and customer-related studies are 38, individual and organization-related studies are 31 papers, education training 18 papers, while legal review are only 2 papers. Second, for trend analysis and awareness on study methodology, research study is at the first, 39%, following by literature study, 38.7%. Most studies are performed research and literature studies together.

According to the study of literature on RADIX STEMONAE about its efficacy, pharmacological action, and clinical adaptive disease, the results are as follows; 1. About the efficacy of RADIX STEMONAE, it is known as moistening the lungs to arrest cough, and intestinal parasites from ancient to now, and dispelling phlegm is also known. 2. The clinical adaptation of RADIX STEMONAE is chronic bronchitis, pertussis, pulmonary tuberculosis in respiratory disease, and ascaricide for Ascaris, Enterobius vermicularis or eczema, pruritus, destroy louse for endermic liniment. 3. The pharmacological action of RADIX STEMONAE are antitussive, tuberculostatic, anthelmintic, antibacterial, antivirus, antifungal. 4. The antitussive mechanism of RADIX STEMONAE is central inhibitor for cough center of medulla oblongata, and the mechanisms of bronchial smooth muscle relax, and expectorant is also known.

This article describes the latest development of a generic approach to detecting emerging trends and transient in scientific literature. The work makes substantial theoretical and methodological contributions to progressive Information analysis. A specialty is conceptualized as a time variant duality research front concepts in information science. A research front is defined as an emergent and transient grouping of concepts and underlying research issues. The contributions of the approach is that the nature of an intellectual base is algorithmically and temporally identified by emergent research-front terms. The modeling process is implemented in RADERS, and applied to the analysis of telecommunication field. Practical implications of the work are discussed. A number of challenges and opportunities for future studies are identified.

There have been developed a number of methods to assess the abrasivity of rock materials with the increased use of mechanized rock excavation. These methods range from determination of abrasive and hard mineral content using petrographic thin section analysis to weight loss or development of wear flat on a specified cutting tool. The Cerchar abrasivity index (CAI) test has been widely accepted for the assessment of rock abrasiveness. This test has been considered to provide a reliable indication of rock abrasiveness for isotropic rocks. However, a great amount of rocks in nature are anisotropic. Hence, viability assessment of Cerchar abrasivity test for the anisotropic rocks is investigated in this research. The relationship between CAI value and quartz content for the isotropic rocks is well known in literature. However, a correlation between EQ, F-Schimazek value, Rock Abrasivity Index (RAI) and CAI of anisotropic rocks such as phyllite was done first time in literature with this research. The results obtained with this research show F-Schimazek values and RAI values should be considered when determination of the abrasivity of anisotropic rocks instead of just using Cerchar scratch test.

Purpose: The aim of this systematic literature review was to synthesize and investigate the effects of shift workers' sleep in Korea. Methods: A search was conducted through three electronic databases using keywords such as "shift work" or "rotation work" and "sleep", with sleep as the independent variable, and 17 papers were reviewed. Results: The design of those 17 studies was analyzed in a cross-sectional analysis. The most commonly measured characteristic was quality of sleep, whereas the others were sleep disturbance, sleep efficiency, and sleepiness. The study outcome variables were job-related factors, mental health, wellness, stress, fatigue, and metabolic syndrome. Conclusion: The results inform sleep and health-promoting behaviors and improvement in shift workers' working condition.

Schwannomas are uncommon neoplasms of neurologic origin that are rare in the salivary glands. A schwannoma that persists for a long time is referred to as an ancient schwannoma if it is accompanied by degenerative changes on histology. The case described herein involved a 37-year-old man with an ancient schwannoma that had persisted for 20 years in his right parotid gland. Clinically, the lesion presented with swelling and pain. Computed tomography revealed a well-defined, multilocular enhanced lesion. T2-weighted magnetic resonance images displayed multilocular hyperintensity, while T1-weighted images showed a high signal at the lobulated margin and a homogeneous low signal internally. The preoperative diagnosis, based on the lesion's location and imaging diagnosis, was Warthin's tumor. However, a biopsy conducted after surgical excision identified the lesion as a schwannoma with cystic degeneration. This report also presents a summary of the characteristics of rare cases of schwannoma in the major salivary gland based on this case and a literature review.

Purpose: While prior research has identified ethical issues in marketing research, more research needs to identify specific ethical behaviors that marketing researchers should adopt. This research addresses this gap by identifying a few ethical behaviors that marketing researchers should consider. Research design, data and methodology: The present study has a justification to collect adequate textual data in the current literature using screening process based on the marketing ethics topics and themes, and ethical behaviors of marketing researchers. Results: Based on the literature analysis, a marketing ethics model, which included the principles of fairness, honesty, responsibility, and respect for stakeholders. Since the rise of e-commerce and technology, a growing demand for a method to analyze website user behavior has been growing. Researchers in the field of marketing are responding to this demand by creating innovative interactive platforms. Conclusions: The term "ethical practices in market research" refers to a collection of best practices that, when followed, increase the likelihood that the research carries out is ethical, fair, and accurate. Because there needs to be more theoretical work done on the topic, there should be more empirical studies on ethical behaviors in marketing research.
