A fast foot of information communication technology is appearing as expansion of prompt administrative service desire and national participation desire regarding administration. This is following again by government innovation and demand of customer-oriented governmental implementation with information technology. The Ministries of Education and Human Resources Development proceeded with National Education Information System(NEIS) for the aim of educational informatization at a highest global level. NEIS that was operated from 2003 established a system in Educational Offices in 16 cities/province and the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development, and connected all educational administration organizations and primary and middle schools with Internet. Thus, NEIS processes electronically the general administration affairs in educational administration organizations each unit school. The NEIS school affairs business system that is newly enforced is producing an important documentation (of semi-permanent level) such as personal information and grade of students including School Human Document with electronic methods. However, we need to guarantee authenticity, integrity, reliability and usability of documentation because school affairs business system is producing important documentation under poor circumstances. According to this necessity, school affairs business system analyzed how many a record management function includes by the ISO 15489 that was an international record managerial standard. On the basis of these analyses, I will present a plan for management of a school documentation in this study. These researches are meaningful in electronically analyzing a record management function of the National Education Information System(NEIS) and in documentarily approaching management plan. I expect theses researches to be able to used as useful data for documental management plan preparations regarding a productive documentation of all kinds of business systems using in public institutions as well as National Education Information System(NEIS).

The Purposes of this study are twofold. Firstly, the study investigated the spec of the server environment for managing the academic affairs, and overviewed the theoretical background in connection with the clients and the server as a way of implementing a comprehensive management system for school information which can be effectively utilized for cyber education, multimedia education, joint ownership of learning materials, and educational activities as well as management of the academic affairs using the UNIX-based server, which has lately installed on school thanks to the speedy development of the Internet, Secondly, this study, placing emphasis on practical aspects, attempted to find a method of implementing the web server for constructing a school website in order to provide educational information.

E-learning has increased on importance as people realize that the use of technology can improve the teaming process. Consequently, new learning environments have been developed. However, in general they are oriented to address a specific e-learning functionality. Therefore, in most of the cases, they are not developed to interoperate with other e-learning tools, which makes the creation of a fully functional e-learning environment more difficult. We analyses of total information security infrastructure of school affairs information system for secure ubiquitous campus.

최근 대학 모바일 구축 환경의 트랜드가 변화하면서 네이티브 앱과 모바일 웹의 장점을 가진 하이브리드 앱의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 현재 대학생들을 위한 공지사항, 취업정보, 학사 정보, 식당 메뉴, 교통정도 등의 정보를 보여주는 애플리케이션에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일에서 접근할 수 없었던 학사정보를 모바일 하이브리드 환경에서의 애플리케이션 앱을 설계하고 개발하였다.

In the past, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs (MAFRA) conducted research into and production of agricultural statistics. As a result of organizational changes, these responsibilities were transferred to Statistics Korea in 1998 and 2008. So, the MAFRA managed data without a formal system for managing data and statistical information. The demand for a foundation to improve the usefulness of agri-food statistics has recently increased due to the necessity for basic data representing the realities of rural and agricultural areas. This is especially true for field-oriented agricultural administration. This study aims to propose a strategy for the systematically integrated administration of dispersed data and statistical information. It served as the foundation for the integrated management of distributed administrative and statistical data.

Most organizations are more depending on information system in advanced information society. According to this current, unrapid reaction to system failure can cause a fatal effect to a credibility of the organization. An excessively high level of dependence on information system at work makes itself as a primary target of cyber terror. The stability of university's information system is especially weaker than the enterprise's but policy support for securing availability is inadequate. In this paper, we consider the recovery system toward to disorder of university's school affairs information system theoretically and suggest high availability PC based academic administration system.

The first line school system is complexed. In result school affairs is subdividing and complicating more and more. It increased school affairs of teachers and they spend more soluting of their work than studying of teaching materials . The performance evaluation was introduced into the management of school record work as a part of educational reform. This is the evaluation of a studying course and a heavy burden of teachers was aggravated. So they have to depend on computer. In this study. I want to present the efficient method of management of school record work by using Hnagul 97 and Hangul approach 97. That will be able to make out a record easily. It is possible to design a individual pattern and to alter it.

This study was carried out to investigate the status of the utilization of internet and dietary information by elementary school dietitians (total = 201) The results were summarized as follows: All subjects used the internet regularly and the major purpose they mentioned for using it was ″data search″ (72.3％). Those having a frequency of using the internet 6 to 7 times per week were 46.7％ of the subjects and the majority indicated the duration of their use of the internet was ″〈 2 hours″ (68.5％). They mainly used the internet at ″school″ (81.8％) , and their favorite search engines were ″Daum″ (41.1％) and ″Yahoo″ (34.7％). They stated that the organization that offered reliable internet information were those ″related to society and organizations″ (36.9％) and ″educational institutions″ (33.8％). Ninety-five percent of the subjects searched for dietary information mainly ″for public affairs″ (80.0％) Their degree of satisfaction when searching for information was high (78.7％). Those dissatisfied with internet sites when searching for dietary information give the following reasons: ″poor information″ (39.1％) and ″slow updates″ (25.4％). They acquired information on nutrition and health management mainly through ″the internet″ (63.6％) The most frequently requested information about public affairs was on ″Materials for nutritional education″ (38.6％) and ″up-to-date nutritional information″ (16.0％) . The desirable update periods for websites was ″1 -3 months″ (51.8％) and ″ < 1 month″ (30.6％), and the favorite site colors were ″blue″ (37.8％) and ″green″ (37.8％). The results of this study showed that, although the internet usage was high, the dietitians were dissatisfied with the information obtained. Therefore, the information donors should find out what kind of dietary information is needed by elementary school dietitians. (Korean J Community Nutrition 8(4) : 595-602, 2003)

Despite of correlation between climate changes and food-related information, it is still not easy for many users to get access to the information with interest. This study investigated how much climate change and food-related information are correlated with each other and how often they are exposed through frequency and correlation analysis on news articles on the internet portals. Through analysis on the frequency of climate change and food-related news articles, this study was able to figure out how often they are exposed at the same time by the internet news portals. In addition, a total of 59 correlation rules regarding the climate change and food-related vocabularies were derived from these news articles using the climate change and food-related glossaries. Then, a correlation between certain climate change-related and food-related words was analyzed in order to package the related words.
