장노년층의 디지털기기 이용태도가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 디지털기기 이용성과의 매개효과 (The Effect of the User Attitude towards Digital Device of the Middle and Older Adults on Life Satisfaction: Mediating Effect of the Utilization Performance of Digital Device)

  • Purpose This study aims to verify the mediating effect of the utilization performance of digital device on the relationship between user attitude and life satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach Using the data of 2018 Digital Divide Survey conducted by the National Information Society Agency(NIA), the mediating effect was verified by Baron & Kenny (1986)'s 3 step process, targeting 1,662 adults older than 55. Findings The result is as follows: first, the user attitude of middle and older aged people has a positive effect on their life satisfaction. Second, the effect of user Attitude towards Digital Device of middle and older citizens is partially mediated by the utilization performance of digital device. The results of this study indicate that when providing informatization education in the local community to promote the use of digital devices for the elderly, efforts should be made to grasp the level and inclination of informatization individually, and furthermore present improvements for wireless devices that the elderly can easily access in their daily lives. This study is expected to be a groundwork for a practical intervention to boost positive attitude towards using digital device to enhance the utilization performance of digital device and the life satisfaction of middle and older aged people.

성인 여성의 의복 폐기에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Women's Clothing Discard Behavior)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine the reason, = of clothing discard and to investigate the influences of demographic and clothing variables on the clothing discard behavior Data were collected from 610 women who lived in Seoul and Kwangjoo. By means of factor analysis, 6 general factors of clothing discard reason.; were extracted The 6 factors were named as dissatisfaction with appropriateness, physically worn out, dissatisfaction with clothing quality, fashion change, boredom, inconvinience. Among the five clothing items (suits or one pieces, jackets, jumpers, shirts or blouses, skirts or pants), there existed differences in the reason factors of clothing discard The relationships between clothing discard behavior (reason factors of clothing discard, peviods of clothing utilization) and variables like user's age, degrees of satisfaction with clothing, clothing items were also examined. There existed significant differences among the age groups and the groups classified by clothing satisfaction degrees in the reason factors of clothing discard and in the Periods of clothing utilization. Periods of clothing utilization were also differed by the clothing items. As user's a age grew older, periods of clothing utilization increased and the rates of clothing discard because of dissatisfaction with appropriateness, and dissatisfaction with clothing quality, boredom, inconvinience factors were decreased. As the degrees of satisfaction with clothes increased, the periods of clothing utilization also increased and the rates of clothing discard because of dissatisfaction with appropriateness, and dissatisfaction with clothing quality, inconvinience factors decreased. And the rates of clothing discard because of physically worn out factor increased.

대학생 소비자의 소셜커머스 만족도와 재구매의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention on Social Commerce of University Students)

  • Many social commerce companies are being established and the market for social commerce is also developing quickly. In this study, the utilization, satisfaction, repurchase and recommendation intentions of social commerce consumption were studied, followed by an analysis of different factors that influence repurchase and recommendation intentions. The results of this study are as follows: first, the satisfaction of social commerce products was in the mid-range, with results being consistent across the range of social commerce companies. Secondly, there was a correlation between satisfaction associated with social commerce and repurchase and recommendation intention. Thirdly, there was a correlation between the level of satisfaction and demographic characteristics. Based on the research findings, suggestions are presented for improving consumer policy and education.

온라인 대학원 학습자의 학업 스트레스, LMS 활용만족도, 사회적 지지가 학업지속의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Academic Stress, LMS Utilization Satisfaction and Social Support on Academic Persistence among Online Graduate Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine academic stress, social support and learning management system(LMS) utilization satisfaction of learners attending online graduate schools and understand the factors influencing their academic persistence. Methods: The participants were students of K online graduate school and the data of 143 students, in total, were collected from April to May in 2019. For data analysis, frequency analysis, x2 test, t-test, F-test, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS ver. 23. Results: Academic stress, social support, and LMS utilization satisfaction were associated with academic persistence of online graduate students. The multiple regression analysis of the factors influencing academic persistence showed that the model was significant (p<.001) with an explanatory power of 23% and that significant factors influencing it were academic stress (β=-.23, p=.002), LMS utilization satisfaction (β=.31, p<.001) and jobs (β=.23, p=.002). Conclusion: Although the online graduate students' level of academic persistence was high, it is required to develop strategies to alleviate their academic stress and increase LMS utilization rate in order to increase their persistence to academic success. In addition, it is necessary to provide the foundation on which the utilization of major knowledge regarding jobs can be enhanced, reflecting the characteristics of online graduate students. Furthermore, this study is expected to contribute to the extension of professional and advanced education in response to social needs by developing a variety of online high education learning systems beyond time and space.

보건기관 이용 현황 및 만족도와 관련 요인 -'2010지역사회건강조사' 자료를 이용하여- (Related Factors on Health Service Utilization and Satisfaction of Health Center Clients -Using '2010 Community Health Survey'-)

  • The objective of this study is to assess the utilization and satisfactions about public health centers in Korea. For the analysis, the study utilize the nationwide data of 229,229 person on '2010 Community Health Survey' of Ministry of Health & Welfare. The statistical methodology used in the study is ${\chi}^2$, ANOVA, logistic regression model and multiple regression model. This study have four major findings. First, the significant affecting socio-demographic factors in utilizing public health center were gender, age, region, national basic living secured, married, income, education, job, state of health, chronic disease, unmet medical needs and utilization reason. Second, the most serviced category of health center user was vaccination both city and rural area and the next was certificate, primary care, health screening, other use, the mother and child in city area, primary care, health screening, certificate, home visiting health in rural area. Third, the significant affecting socio-demographic factors in satisfaction degree on health center service were age, region, national basic living secured, income, education, job, state of health, utilization degree and reason. Fourth, the most satisfied service of health service center was home visiting health in city area and mental health service in rural area and the next was nutritive control and the lowest satisfied service was user of certificate. The utilization and satisfaction on health center service were identified as different with residental area and user's characteristics. The politic effort are needed to support socially disadvantaged class and to narrow regional gap.

The Urban Parks and Rivers Contribute to the Citizen Satisfaction and Utilization in Uijeongbu City

  • This research aimed at measuring Park and Green Satisfaction (PGS) using subjective indicators of 'surface, line and spot' green evaluated by citizens. Also frequency of visits to park and green measured using objective indicators (number of visits) to find the relationship with PGS. A conceptual model of PGS was developed to relate evaluation to satisfaction and finally to utilization of open spaces. A sample of 500 questionnaire survey was employed for Uijeongbu City in Korea. A Structual Equation Modeling (AMOS) techniques was used to test the hypothesized relationship among factors (construct). As a result, first, PGS was explained by three latent factors of 'urban park' (${\gamma}=0.54$), 'linear facilities' (${\gamma}=0.25$), and 'surface green' (${\gamma}=0.15$) respectively. These three exogenous construct was found very useful classification system for open spaces of cities. Second, PGS (${\gamma}=0.34$) was found as a mediating variable to utilization of open spaces and also PGS was closely related to citizens Environmental Quality Satisfaction (EQS), such concept as, 'livability' and 'aesthetic quality'. The more satisfied with park and green the more people use the space. The PGS was an important QOL indicator together with the subjective indicator of 'livability'. Third, jogging and walking trails and bike ways along the river corridor was the most important green facilities contribute to the PGS and EQS. The near the distance (within 500m) the more number of visit to river corridor (green way). The river corridor promote accessibility to nature and other parks.

헤어 국가기술자격증에 대한 인식이 헤어살롱 현장에서의 직무활용성 및 자격증취득 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Recognition of Hair National Technical Certification on Job Utilization and Satisfaction of Certification at the Hair Salon)

  • 본 연구대상은 S지역을 중심으로 헤어 국가기술자격증 취득자 미용인 남·여 118명을 대상으로 2021년 6월 28일부터 7월 11일까지 설문조사를 실시하였고, SPSS.WIN 22.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 헤어 국가기술자격증에 대한 인식이 직무활용성 및 자격증취득 만족도에 미치는 영향, 헤어살롱 현장에서의 직무활용성이 자격증취득 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 첫째, 헤어 국가기술자격증에 대한 인식의 필요성, 효용성이 직무활용성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 헤어 국가기술자격증에 대한 인식의 필요성, 효용성이 자격증취득 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 헤어 국가기술자격증의 직무활용성이 자격증취득 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 연구결과 현장에 투입될 수 있는 요건을 갖추게 해주며, 헤어살롱 현장에서 활용성이 자격증 취득만족도에 미치는 영향으로 중요함을 알 수 있다. 이와 같은 결론을 바탕으로 연구의 제한점을 고려하여 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 하면 다음과 같다. 본 연구 연구에 참여한 헤어 국가기술자격증 취득자 미용인이 S지역으로 한정되었다는 점이다. 추후 표본 집단의 규모와 지역을 다양하게 확대하여 전반적으로 폭 넓은 연구가 반영되어야 필요성이 있다.

장기요양노인의 복지용구 이용만족도 비교와 개선방안 (Improvement measures for Satisfaction of Utilization and its' Comparison of Assistive Products in Long-term care Elderly)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 노인장기요양보험에서 급여로 제공하고 있는 복지용구 이용만족도를 비교해 보고, 개선방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 재가에서 복지용구 급여를 수급하고 있는 전국 노인 1,200명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과 전체 복지용구의 만족도 수준을 보면, 사용의 편리성이 3.43점으로 가장 높고, 다음으로는 기능성 및 효과성 3.33점, 안전성 및 견고성 3.29점, 성능대비 비용적절성 2.69점 순이었다. 한편, 4개 영역을 총화한 이용만족도는 3.19점이었다. 복지용구 이용만족도는 사용동기에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았으며, 선택요인에 따라서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 복지용구 이용만족도 개선을 위해서는 복지용구 전문가의 상담 기능을 강화하고, 복지용구 이용 활성화를 위해 급여수준 및 범위를 확대하여야 한다. 또한, 지속적인 연구를 통해 복지용구별 합리적인 척도 개발과 평가방법이 마련되어야 한다.

최근 1년 내 한방의료이용에 영향을 미치는 요인 - 2020년 한방의료이용 실태조사를 활용하여 (Factors Affecting the Utilization of Korean Medicine in Last 1 Year : Analysis of the National Survey on Korean Medicine Utilization, 2020)

  • Objectives : This study aimed to identify the factors that affect the utilization of Korean Medicine within the past year. Methods : I analyzed micro-data from the Korean Medicine Utilization Survey (2020), which surveyed the general public. "User (in last 1 year)" were defined as those who had used Korean Medicine within the past year, while "Non-user (in last 1 year)" were defined as those who had used it in their lifetime but not within the past year. I examined several factors, including general characteristics, perceptions of Korean Medicine, satisfaction with Korean Medicine, and intention for future utilization. I conducted the Rao-Scott chi-squared test and complex sample logistic regression analysis. Results : I analyzed a total of 3,762 respondents, of which 1,442 (36.3%) were User (in last 1 year) and 2,320 (63.7%) were Non-user (in last 1 year). User (in last 1 year) and Non-user (in last 1 year) differed significantly in terms of demographic characteristics, perceptions, and satisfaction with Korean Medicine. Women, the elderly, those with low education levels, non-married individuals, those with low-income, chronic diseases, and poor subjective health conditions were significant factors. Those who used Korean Medicine within the past year were more knowledgeable about Korean Medicine than those who had not used it recently, and recognized herbal medicine as safer. In terms of satisfaction, User (in last 1 year) were more satisfied than Non-user (in last 1 year). The more women, the older, the more aware of Korean Medicine, the safer they perceived herbal medicine, the more satisfied they were with its use, the better their subjective health condition, and the absence of chronic diseases, the less they experienced Korean Medicine. Conclusions : The study showed that positive experiences and perceptions of Korean Medicine increase the likelihood of its utilization. Individuals with better subjective health conditions and without chronic diseases have a lower possibility of using Korean Medicine.

기업 간 정보시스템 활용이 관계품질 및 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of IOS utilization on Performance through Relationship Quality)

  • 연구에서는 IOS(기업 간 정보시스템)활용이 협력업체 간 관계품질을 매개로 기업성과를 향상시키는가에 대해 검증하고자 한다. 문헌연구를 토대로 연구모형을 구성하고, 국내 340개 제조업체에서 수집한 자료로 구조방정식모형을 활용하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과에 따르면 첫째, IOS활용은 만족과 기업성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 만족은 신뢰와 몰입, 신뢰는 몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 만족과 몰입은 기업성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 신뢰는 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는다. 마지막으로, 몰입은 신뢰와 기업성과 간 관계에서 매개변수의 역할을 한다. 본 연구의 시사점은 IOS활용이 기업 간 거래의 성과를 향상시킬 수 있는 중요한 요소임을 확인했다는 것이다. 그러나 향후 연구에서는 각 기업이 직면한 보다 다양한 환경을 고려함으로써 보다 정확한 시사점을 도출할 필요가 있다.
