POP(Point of Product)에 의한 실시간 생산정보시스템 구현 연구 (A Study Development of Production Information System for Real-time of POP)

  • This study intend to make easy modification, even if there is a new job or structure change, by modularizing program and computerize and automation of production control management used in CIM. Under the condition where manager control production on the job-site, for increasing connection with other operation and management on the computer by monitoring center computer, Recognizing information by computer is needed, it is possible by converting transaction. So production increase and quality improvement are possible by diminishing manager's and producer's work with the result of the study combining POP and CIM, after that, in e-business and m-business period that every enterprise must pass, customer satisfaction and sales promotion are possible with employee's computerizing minds. These study result also can knowledge process condition with theoretical class and have a power in finding a solution with foundation of theoretical knowledge.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the growth status and future prospects of the shipping industry over the past decade through a review of the statistical database and related literature. We classify the shipping industry and survey a number of companies, number of employees, sales trends and shipping logistics market outlook, port cargo volume, and container throughput trends with regard to the sea cargo shipping business, freezing cold warehousing business, harbor cargo unloading business, and international freight forwarding business. We will also look at the overall trends, scale, cargo volume, and harbor automation status of the global shipping market.

자동화 및 스마트 공장 구축에 대한 정부 지원사업의 효과 분석 (An Analysis of the Effect of Government Support on Automation and Smart Factory)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 정부에서 지원하는 자동화, 스마트 공장 구축 지원사업이 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 t-test 및 ANOVA 등의 방법을 이용하였다 지원기업과 비지원 기업간 비교시 발생하는 실험집단과 통제집단간의 선택편의 문제를 해결하기 위해 PSM 방법을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 자동화 지원사업의 효과는 미미한 것으로 나타났으나 스마트 지원사업의 경우 일정 시차가 지난 후 매출액과 연구개발비가 증가하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 정부지원 효과가 나타나는데 어느 정도 시차가 발생하는 것으로 확인되었고 자동화 지원사업의 경우는 직접적인 영향을 주기 보다는 연구개발 비율 등과 같은 매개변수의 증대를 통해 장기적 매출 증대로 이어지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 정부 지원사업의 신규예산 확보와 개선방안을 모색하는데 유용한 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

  • 최근 위치기반 서비스의 한 영역인 모바일 SFA는 고성능 모바일 단말기의 보급과 모바일 비즈니스의 확장으로 인해 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 그러나 현재의 모바일 SFA 시스템은 기존 영업관리시스템을 단순하게 확장한 형태로 영업 사원 및 고객 간의 효율적인 상품 및 거래 정보 공유를 위한 기능이 부족한 실정이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 연구는 영업사원 이동시 위치 정보와 모바일 P2P 서비스를 활용하는 차세대 모바일 SFA 시스템의 설계와 구현을 그 목적으로 한다 본 논문은 이동시 위치기반 서비스를 가능케 하는 모바일 SFA용 gCRM 미들웨어의 구성과 영업사원 및 고객 간의 데이터 통신 및 공유를 위해 모바일 클라이언트용 에이전트 모듈과 P2P 서비스 모듈의 개발에 따른 주 시스템 기법을 제시한다.

So this study goal is to make delivery control and order control fast and accurate by finding dynamic history of machine and production information in enterprise without input production and quality information by themselves with quality information system.   • Workers in logistics centers also are exposed to serious musculoskeletal disorders the same as workers in general manufacturing due to operating forklifts and other labor duties. The frequency of these work related injuries decreases, workers' job satisfaction In addition, it causes many employees questioning a job change, which is regarded as the primary factor which drops the productivity. In this paper, we conducted a survey ti perceive the correlation between work related injuries in the fields of distribution centers and job satisfaction. Furthermore we made statistical analysis with our findings. The results of our analysis showed that the frequency of work related injuries due to workers' repetitive loading and unloading work is the primary factor which lowers job satisfaction. In order to improve aforementioned problem we propose first of all loading and unloading on pallet basis, second of all automation and computerization of logistics systems, and third of all ensurinf sufficient break time.

완전 자동화를 위한 주차 관제 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on Parking Control System for Fully Automated)

  • The system proposed in this paper is a fully automated parking control system that can even protect users' information through blockchain. Unlike conventional parking control systems, the system consists of a web page that is accessible to people of all ages and ages, directly to the parking lot. Such a system would also benefit managers in the parking lot business. This is because it can reduce soaring labor costs and maximize the sales it can generate by operating 24 hours a day. In order to implement these systems, the web page was first designed using HTML and the API was configured using JAX-RS to invoke the API required by the web page. As a result, it created a web page that was easily accessible to anyone, built a server that could be accessed by more than 200 people at the same time, focused on personal information protection by encrypting the information of users through blockchain grafts, and designed a system that enabled users to complete payments easily. It is planning to add QR codes and GPS functions in the future and implement a function that allows one-touch information on parking lots and their vehicle information.

  • The article considers the peculiarities of developing a marketing strategy for the adaptation of small businesses to quarantine restrictions in the field of commercial entrepreneurship. The importance of reformatting the existing marketing strategy in connection with the change of key conditions of trade activity with the introduction of quarantine restrictions due to the covid19 virus epidemic is substantiated. Quarantine restrictions and the temporary introduction of lockdown in various countries around the world, including Ukraine, have not only caused a crisis for small businesses. But they became a shock therapy and accelerated the digitalization of retail. Trends in digitalization and development of digital infrastructure allow both to adapt the structures of commercial entrepreneurship to the current conditions, and set directions for development in the long run. Particular attention in the article is paid to changing the business model and automation of sales processes based on the introduction of vending. The preconditions and existing experience of vending in Ukraine are analyzed. An outline of the business model of the project for the sale of goods through vending machines has been developed.

상생형 스마트공장 도입기업과 미도입기업의 성과분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Performance Analysis of Companies Adopting and Not Adopting Win-win Smart Factories)

  • A Smart factories are systems that enable quick response to customer demands, reduce defect rates, and maximize productivity. They have evolved from manual labor-intensive processes to automation and now to cyber-physical systems with the help of information and communication technology. However, many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are still unable to implement even the initial stages of smart factories due to various environmental and economic constraints. Additionally, there is a lack of awareness and understanding of the concept of smart factories. To address this issue, the Cooperation-based Smart Factory Construction Support Project was launched. This project is a differentiated support project that provides customized programs based on the size and level of the company. Research has been conducted to analyze the impact of this project on participating and non-participating companies. The study aims to determine the effectiveness of the support policy and suggest efficient measures for improvement. Furthermore, the research aims to provide direction for future support projects to enhance the manufacturing competitiveness of SMEs. Ultimately, the goal is to improve the overall manufacturing industry and drive innovation.

국내 시판 안경렌즈의 성능 분석 및 설계 (The Performance Analysis and Design of Selling Spectacle Lenses in Domestic Market)

  • 목적: 국내에서 시판되는 안경렌즈의 성능을 분석하고 최적화 설계로 수차가 보정된 안경렌즈를 설계하였다. 방법: 굴절률 1.6의 재질을 갖는 4개 회사의 ${\pm}$5.00D의 구면 렌즈와 비구면 렌즈의 중심두께, 곡률반경, 비구면 계수를 측정하였다. Mitutoyo사의 ID-F150으로 중심두께를 측정하였고, Automation Robotics사의 FOCOVISION(SR-2)를 이용하여 곡률반경을 측정하였다. 비구면 계수는 Taylor Hobson사의 PGI 1240S로 측정하였다. 렌즈 후면부터 눈의 회선점까지의 거리 27 mm, 동공직경 4 mm, 중심시야 $30^{\circ}$에서 적은 양의 수차를 갖는 안경렌즈를 설계하였다. 측정 렌즈보다 Axial height를 짧게 함으로써 미용 상의 이점을 높였다. 설계에는 ORA사의 Code V를 이용했다. 결과: -5.00D 비구면 렌즈는 구면 렌즈보다 비점수차와 왜곡수차는 약간 크게 나타났으나 Axial height가 짧고 가장자리 두께가 감소하여 미용 상의 장점이 있다. +5.00D 비구면 렌즈는 왜곡수차의 성능이 향상되고 (-)렌즈와 마찬가지로 Axial height와 중심두께의 감소로 미용 상의 장점을 확인하였다. 최적화 과정을 통한 전면 비구면 렌즈는 비점수차와 왜곡수차가 측정 구면 렌즈보다 좋은 성능과 미용 상의 장점을 확인할 수 있다. 결론: 국내에서 시판되는 비구면 렌즈는 수차의 성능보다는 미용 상의 장점을 키우는 Axial height의 감소와 두께의 감소에 주안점을 둔전면 비구면 설계가 이뤄지고 있다. 최적화 설계이론을 통해 측정렌즈보다 향상된 수차성능과 미용 상의 이점을 모두 갖는 전면 비구면 안경렌즈의 설계를 하였다. 후면 비구면 렌즈의 설계를 통해 전면 비구면 렌즈보다 향상된 성능을 얻을 수 있음을 기대할 수 있다.
