Small and medium-sized construction sites are most serious in Occupational Safety and Health in the construction industry. The safety consulting engineering has been launched, in 1995, to improve the safety environments and prevent serious injuries and fatalities accidents. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the safety consulting engineering for small and medium-sized construction sites. This study conducts a number of interviews with experienced contractors, consulting engineers, etc. And the questionnaire survey was peformed with 111 respondents. This paper presents several improvements to increase the efficiency of the safety consulting system.

The purpose of this study is to identify the sub-factors of consultant ability of an industrial safety consulting company and conduct an empirical study on how these factors influence the intention to recontract by mediating consulting satisfaction and utilization Research on consultant ability, satisfaction with and utilization of consulting has been actively conducted in fields such as small and medium-sized business consulting and management consulting, but research in the field of industrial safety consulting has been found to be insufficient. Accordingly, this study seeks to demonstrate the causal relationship between the ability of industrial safety consultants, satisfaction and utilization of consulting, and recontract intention. Using the random sampling method, the researcher collected 202 questionnaires from customers such as companies and public institutions receiving industrial safety consulting, and conducted statistical analysis with the SPSS 21.0 program. The results of the study were as follows. First, it was found that consultant ability, consultant knowledge, and consultant attitude, which are sub-factors of consultant ability, had a significant positive effect on recontract intention. Second, it was found that consultant ability, consultant knowledge, and consultant attitude, which are sub-factors of consultant ability, had a significant positive effect on consulting satisfaction and utilization. Third, consulting satisfaction and utilization were found to have a significant positive effect on recontract intention. Fourth, consulting satisfaction was shown to mediate the relationship between consultant ability and recontract intention. Fifth, consulting utilization was shown to mediate the relationship between consultant ability and recontract intention. The conclusions and implications of this study are as follows. First, it was demonstrated that consultant ability, consulting satisfaction and utilization are important in the recontract intention for industrial safety consulting. Second, as a result of analyzing the effect of consultant ability on recontract intention, consulting satisfaction and utilization, it was analyzed that the influence of consultant ability, consultant knowledge, and consultant attitude was significant in the order. Third, consulting satisfaction and utilization were found to mediate the relationship between consultant ability and recontract intention. In conclusion, It was demonstrated that consultant ability, consulting satisfaction, and consulting utilization had a significant impact on the recontract intention, and it was found that consulting satisfaction and utilization mediate the relationship between consultant ability and recontract intention. and it was discovered that the three sub-factors of consultant ability had a significant impact on consulting satisfaction, utilization, and contract renewal intentions in the order of ability, knowledge, and attitude. it was found that the consultant ability, consulting satisfaction, and the utilization of industrial safety consulting companies are all important factors that influence recontract intention. In addition, industrial safety consulting companies have laid the foundation that in order to greatly affect consulting satisfaction, utilization, and recontract intention by improving consultant ability, consultants' capability, knowledge, and attitude must be improved in order.

In this study, a systematic survey was employed to investigate managers' awareness on the safety culture project in small- to medium-sized industries. The existing regulatory and technology-oriented disaster prevention strategy has been implemented to reduce industrial accidents within a short timeframe, but it is essential to reduce fundamental accidents as well by improving the organizational safety culture or software elements, such as safety awareness. Questionnaires and interviews were conducted to examine the managers' awareness about safety culture, consisting of 17 questions related to safety consulting and with the participation of 191 executives and safety managers. The results showed a significant difference in the self-pay rate of safety consulting depending on the size of the workplace under evaluation. Based on the results, the safety-consulting business focused on providing differentiated consulting support and realistic improvement plans according to the workplace size. The study concluded that it is possible to reduce fundamental human errors and improve organizations' safety awareness or safety culture by employing safety consulting differentiated by workplace size.

Accident of small and medium-sized construction sites happens much than large-sized construction sites. The safety consulting for accident prevention of construction sites has been launched in 1995. This research probed latency accident of small and medium-sized construction sites. By method, we used that result data of safety consulting for accident prevention of small and medium-sized construction sites. As a result a fall was examined by the most latency accident factor. In this study, a fall and electric shock, descent, fall down in ground, a fire was examined weighty accident factor of small and medium-sized construction sites.

Small and medium industry facility handling hazardous chemicals was inspected and summarized. The inspection results were summarized in four categories such as hazards to process, storage, workers, and the others. The result was applied to further improvement of the facility. In conclusion, the industry intented to satisfy minimum requirement of regulation and they do not pay attention to keep maintaining the facility in integrity condition.

This study was to suggest the necessity of depth research in order to enhance the effectiveness of technical consulting system. And the purpose of this study was to decrease the construction accidents to some extent, being on the increase day by day as it takes issue properly and suggest a reform measure. As for research method, it executed the collection of public opinions widely and questionnaire with the bibliography, expert of construction safety, the related institutions, academic world, safety association, and director of construction site. Also, it was to suggest the reform measure by the stage, classifying the problems on the system and operation by 4 stages like a stage of delivery of subscription and supervision, a stage of contract with guidance of technology, a stage of executing the guidance work of technology, and a stage of performance of advice.

This study analyzed the consumer consulting type about cosmetics, and examined the characteristics of the consumer consulting type. The data used for the analysis are 7,126 consumer consulting cases of cosmetics, which had been applied for the consumer counseling centers, from July 2010 to June 2011. Through the consumer consulting paper, the consumer consulting types were divided into as follows : purchase, delivery, quality, product, product display and advertising, services, after purchase, simple consulting, seller's unfair bill, and other types of consulting. According to the results of the analysis, consumers were anxious about cosmetics quality and safety, and they also wanted objective information on cosmetics. Consumer consulting type were significantly different by ages. 63.3% of teenagers were consulting about purchase problem. 31.5% of the 20's were consulting about quality, and 26.0% were consulting about purchase. 30's, 40's, more than 50's groups mostly were consulting about quality. Based on that, this study suggests about policy and consumer education for how to use and purchase the cosmetics correctly.

In January 2019, the Korean government announced the 「Hydrogen Economy Activation Roadmap」 to be a world-class leading country in Hydrogen economy. Korea has established a strategy that can lead the hydrogen economy with its strong points of 'hydrogen car' and 'fuel cell'. As a part of that, a target of supplying hydrogen vehicle charging stations to 310 by 2022 and 1,200 by 2040 was established. In line with this, Korea Gas Safety Corporation will operate a pre-consulting system of hydrogen vehicle charging station in February 2021 to solve in advance construction delays due to various on-site problems according to safety standards during the construction stage to build a hydrogen refueling station with a sense of speed. This paper is to find out about the pre-consulting system and to analyze its effects.

If industrial safety statistics are analyzed, among the total of 2,114 dead people from industrial disasters in 2011, construction workers took 29.4% with 621. The construction industry makes a lot of efforts to reduce the death toll. However, since the measures are not from the analysis of root causes but from superficial countermeasure plans near general matters, it is in a situation that the actual effectiveness is marginal. Therefore, in this paper, improvement measures were intended to be prepared in order to reduce accidents, by inspecting safety control systems of target companies with high accident rates among major construction firms and extracting overall problems of them.
